    While most Hampton Inns are good, this was probably the best one we’ve ever stayed at. I would say it was because it felt newer than many of them, and the breakfast was very good. The beds were super comfortable. I thought it was nice that they had “to go” bags for breakfast for people that didn’t have time to sit down. Nice touch. Also conveniently right off of 95. And a short drive into the historical district where we had a nice dinner. We will stay there again.

    Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites, Fayetteville, NC was perfect! Very friendly staff, huge, clean, quiet room with comfortable bed and anything you need. The breakfast was excellent. Just another example of why I always choose Hampton Inn!! Will definitely return.

    Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect of the 95. Highly recommend this hotel

    Property was fine. Evening staff overbooked the hotel and blamed Expedia and me the consumer for using them to make my reservation and for that reason I wouldn't be able to get a room for the night. Nothing about what they were saying made sense. Luckily the hotel manager who was contacted had the sense to get me a room. It was really embarrassing and the last thing you want to hear at 11pm with young children after you've been traveling all day. The front desk staff (older woman) then proceeded to talk about how I'm a problem client to other people while I was in the other room. Train your staff to stay calm and treat the customers with more dignity. 11pm 3/28/26.

    The first king suite we checked into located on the second floor was perfect for our overnight. We were traveling - driving through from Maryland to south Florida - so we were exhausted when we entered the room about 11 pm that night. When the door to the room closed with a gentle “thunk”, we received an IMMEDIATE shock. Our next door neighbor was hiding a secret. It sounded like the Hounds of the Baskervilles were lying in wait just behind the door to the adjoining room. The immediate eruption of loud ‘big dog’ barking nearly knocked me down. Well, needless to say, we couldn’t spend the night in that room! Every small sound, moving a suitcase, opening the bathroom door, all caused a fresh outburst of disproval from our fury friends. I never saw them but I imagined them to be giant German Sheppards or vicious snarling wolves. The front desk was awesome. They put us into a quiet room immediately. There wasn’t any question at all. That was our ad entire in Fayetteville. We hope you create your own. And we hope that you have gained some insight for traveling with your dogs!

    What a terrific place to stay--even if only for a quick overnight with our pooch :) the front desk check-in woman was a delight, asked what floor we would like to stay on and that was first! She was informative, explaining the grounds and breakfast times in the morning. Our room was perfect--clean, comfy-cozy and a treat to sleep in before beginning our long journey in the morning. Very quiet. Pleased with our entire experience.

    Great breakfast, comfy he'd and pillows. Noisy!!! Every door opening and closing. The hard floors make everything echo. I had to call reception at midnight because there was an extremely noisy party a few doors down. After that all was quiet until 7am

    Room size and bathroom were nice size. Work desk was nice. The bed pillows (3 out of 4) on the bed had a body odor. Toilet tissue was very thin. Too expensive of a hotel to have cheap toilet tissue. I misplaced my toothbrush and asked for one at the front desk. I was told they were out of them. The shower door would not stay closed so I had a cool breeze for my shower.

I had taken the time to note on Booking.com, and confirmed, that I was traveling with dogs and was led to believe that the price shown was what I would be charged. The additional "pet fee" was extremely deceptive and I never would have booked if the registration process had been more honestly presented.

    This hotel charges an additional $75 pet fee not listed on booking.com. Every customer with pets checking in was complaining, so it must happen on all travel sites. It's an sneaky and unfair business practice to charge after you've made reservations after traveling for hours and hours. Also, one of our queen bed sheets had not been changed. We had sand in the sheets from a previous customer. Will never use a Hampton Inn again.

    This location was convenient to get to and was clean and quiet. Checking in and out was easy and quick. Just know the beds are firm and the pillows are soft so you can accordingly to your needs.

    We have not received a refund. We have not been able to reach Hotels.com.     Nothing unique. Went to get napkins and a paper plate near the kitchen and was scolded. For the amount I paid for the night I should be able to get a paper plate and napkins. Also, kids across the hall yelling and screaming. Too many in one room.

    Omg. What a nightmare. After driving 10 hours from Florida all we wanted to do was check in (pre-reserved through expedia), get food and go to bed. The card readers were not working and card after card was declined even though I knew there was credit and money in my bank account. The two staff at the counter acted like it was us- statingt hat basically there was nothing they could do and that there was no manager available. Only when several other people tried to check in and had the same issue did they call for assistance and attempt to have the situation fixed. We left tired of waiting and ended up eating taco bell since cracker barrel closed while we were dealing with the hotel staff wasting our time. When we came back we were able to get our keys but received no apologies about the inconvenience (earlier they also remained factual and unapologetic about the inconvenience).

    There was a car sitting by the front door with their trunk open, where you would normally sit to unpack your car and check in. They were out of the car and sitting at the front door doing drugs. As I was checking in and unpacking my car I saw several other customers that had to walk past this also. From what I saw, they were there at least 20 minutes and nobody shuffled them along and told them they couldn’t do drugs by the front door. There were also what appeared to be prostitutes smoking cigarettes by the side door, so there was not an acceptable entrance to use.

    A good choice for an I-95 1 night stay. Not happy with thier pet fee of $75 for a cat that wasn't even out of its carrier. Got in late, missed breakfast but found a really nice cafe in DT Fayetteville. We would stay again.

    I appreciated the large, well lit parking lot. My room was clean and stylishly updated since my last visit to the same hotel. However, the elevator I took when I arrived had trash on the floor when I checked in at 10 pm. The same trash, in the same location when I returned to the elevator at 9 am the next morning. The free breakfast was a disappointment. By 9 am most of the food, especially the potatoes, were gone; the attendant told me they had no more. Why advertise breakfast from 6 am to 1 am without enough food for that period? The staff in the kitchen area behind the food area played loud music -- at 9 am. I could not stay and drink my coffee at the nearby tables because the early morning music was simply annoying.

    Checking in was easy and the staff was very friendly! The room was big and bed was comfortable. We were worried about noise since the room was near the elevator, but we slept soundly. Breakfast was good and the staff there was friendly as well! The only complaint was the condition of the tub/shower, but we were still able to use it. Would recommend and would come back.

But there were more towels so one out of 3 of that specific size towel not that big of a deal but only reason not fibe stars.

    Room was very clean. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above us were so noisy I had to finally call the front desk. That helped. The shower was ok the water did not get really hot.     We have stayed here a number of times as we travel to and from Florida. Most things aretiiii still very good except the breakfast. When I arrived at 8:30 they were almost out of oatmeal, which was not hot. When I went back for more at 8:45 it was empty. I asked the kitchen if there was more coming out and she said “breakfast ends at 10 so we’re not making more.” Bad answer and bad breakfast food management.
