Location had a Tropical Smoothie Cafe, an African Food Restaurant, & sub sandwich restaurant across the street. When I got there at 4:30, the Internet was down, so I couldn't check in. No lobby so I had to wait in my truck, but they would call as soon as it was fixed. An hour or so later, I went in to ask how much longer. "Oh it's been up for a long time." ... "Didn't get no message." "Can't put you on upper floor; someone else got it when Internet came back up. Put you on first floor near back door. You can only come in the front door, but you can go out the back door any time--more convenient for you." Every time some one went out the back door, an alarm went off..."but just until the door closes again." And the TV didn't work. He tried to fix it, but no luck, so he moved me to another room. Not impressed. The one in Charleston was MUCH better.

It was very comfy The price of the pots and pans. I feel like since the rooms are equipped with stove tops then the rooms should automatically come with appliances for cooking and eating and then if people do steal them their card should then be charged for it instead of charging us to use things that should already be used in the room. I had a very difficult time checking in when I paid through booking and it took me close to 3 hours just to check in but the over night lady who was working was very patient and very helpful and tried everything should could we eventually had to call booking but it kept hanging up which took even longer and then having to reexplain the problem to a new person every time was aggravating but the lady was absolutely amazing when it came to resolving the issue

My plane was delayed so I didn’t get in till the next morning. When I arrived around 9:30AM I was told the front desk doesn’t open till 10am. When I arrived at 10am they looked at me and said “you can’t check in till 3pm”. When I told them I should have a room ready for the 3 days (starting last night) there was absolutely no concern to solve the problem. Just a statement of “sorry your reservation was cancelled because YOU were a no show”. I couldn’t leave fast enough to go down the street to the Hampton where I was greeted and checked in with real concern for my situation. Extended Stay, you need to teach your people what good customer service is. Maybe coach your team to be problem solver’s instead of responsibility dodgers!

The Bathroom door would not close and with it being a smaller room it need to close for privacy. Also there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Did not discover the got water problem until the morning when we got up to wash and dress. Definetly not going to return again

The room was INFESTED with roaches!! The tub was filthy!! When you walk in everything looks ok until I say my food down and turned back around and the roaches turned it into a buffet. . I do NOT recommend on no level. That’s the only issue though. Everything else was good

The staff was fantastic! However, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the fridge was rusty and dirty, and the beds were rock hard. The front desk hours are very odd, and you cannot access the rooms without a guest key. The only point of entry is the main door, but it isnt handicap friendly.

Non-smoking but the hallway, elevator smells cigarette smoke, weed. Room have molds, floor is dirty, bathtub is dirty, dog hair all over. We had to buy a mop, bucket, bleach, detergent and we just cleaned the room. People on the next rooms play loud music, kids playing, mother nagging, kids thomping, banging walls the whole night and we have to find a place to sleep peaceful elsewhere. We ended up checking out and cancelling our supposed a week reservation.

The room was OK. It appears very clean and neat. Quite spacious and looks modern inside. However, the room had roaches in it but the roaches did not come out. I was cleaning the bathroom mirror and the vibrations from my cleaning disturbed several roaches behind the mirror. A few of them came out and went back behind the bathroom mirror. So I say, lol, those roaches were not a threat but seeing 5-6 big roaches and a baby or two gave me a quick fright but again the roaches did not come out and roam around. Overall it's a decent hotel in a great location.

Very clean but very bare bones as I expected. They don’t man the front desk after 10:00 pm so I had to call since I arrived closer to 10:30 pm. No other real issues aside from very minimal when it comes to soap, towels, etc. it really is the most minimal of amenities but they’re up front about it. Like the full size fridge & freezer.

There is nobody at the desk from 10 PM until 9 AM. The room was neat and clean enough but had a distinct chemical(not cleaning products) smell. The door was open when i got to the room as it wouldn't latch unless it was slammed extremely hard.

The room was bug infested and there was no one at the front dest after a certaim time to assist with anything. We killed 8 bugs (mostly roaches) within the first hour of the stay.

I ultimately left after I saw all of the bugs that were running through the room. The fact that it is not staffed 24/7 is also a negative. I also did not feel secure. If you have a parking spot specifically for the police at your entrance, something is wrong!!!!!

At no time I felt clean in the room. Sleep with all my clothing on and was hesitant to take off my shoes at all. The room door rattled like someone was trying to open it every time another door closed.

Very nice hotel. I frequent this city often, but never noticed this hotel; however, this is a great area. It was located close to the spots I visit and the room itself was homey. It would be great if there were more lights outside the hotel for extra comfort/security at night, but otherwise it was a very fine stay

Had a reservation for non smoking with 2 double beds. Upon arrival we were told our room was unavailable. Our choice was non smoking with ONE double bed or a smoking room with two double beds. Nothing else was available. We are in our 70s and had to select the smoking room. The room stunk of course. The ceiling fixtures were covered in nicotine as was the ceiling. I have several photos. Be careful of your reservation.

Saw 3 more in as long as it took to walk across room. Immediately left. Should not be billed as a hotel. It is clearly some type of long term assisted living type place. I was fooled by the "extended stay suites" in the name.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and I have got to tell you this was by far my biggest disappointment. I checked in at night so it really Haden dawn on me what I gotten my self into, the place smells like newports the sheets are old and dirty and there ALSO was roaches. The area had decent food places that were convenient but the area was actually pretty nice which is why I was fooled into staying here the staff was outstanding I gotta tell you THEY ARE LITERALLY THE ONLY REASON I stayed I regret not getting their names the staff changed my room multiple times to accommodate me they gave me tooth paste and clean towels and sheets as many times as I liked without complaining they did EVERY THING with a smile big shout out to the gang ,but each room was worst then the last one . I recommend they burn the place down and start over great area to HORRIBLE hotel.

I tried to do the check out very early in the morning and there was no ones in the lobby to do it. I called the 500 number listed many times and no body answered.

There is no noise insulation whatsoever so you hear everyone around you and the entire hotel smells weird.

The outside of the hotel looks way better than the inside!! The room looks like a cross between a dorm room and jail. The beds were on carts, the mattress is uncomfortable, the towels were dirty, no lamps, it’s just not comfortable unless ur going to do crack or be with ur sneaky link! Never again! The positive side, it was clean and the shower felt good! The neighbors were loud on every side. This is the straight ghetto, public housing of hotels!!

There were a lot of dead roaches everywhere and alive roaches were scrolling. I had never seen that amount of roaches in my life. They refunded quickly but that room was disgusting.

Gentleman who helped me checked in was unorganized and didn’t seem like he wanted to help and brushed me off. Never got the extra towel I asked for. Price per day was great but I learned my lesson. Next time I will pay more at other places for more amenities such as pots and pans available for no additional charge.

The roaches just annoyed me crawling in and out of cracks.the refrigerator had roaches crawling on top of it beside it just roaches. Infested!!!

The roaches just annoyed me crawling in and out of cracks.the refrigerator had roaches crawling on top of it beside it just roaches. Infested!!!

First, she cancelled our booking purposely just couple of hours before we checked in, and giving the excuse that they don’t have a non smoking room. They gave us a smoking room eventually. Secondly, I have booked my room till next morning, but she called me at 6:42 pm to leave one day earlier before 7 pm just because manager have wrote a note that i was going to check out tonight. And was threatening that if i do not leave by 7 pm then all my stuff will be locked and I will not get my stuff till Monday morning. I was having my dinner but i have to leave it and rush immediately to the hotel and talk to her. Sadly she again misunderstood, here manager’s message. She dont have any manners, politeness, worst of them wood springs suites kept her on the front desk so that the customers can judge there business policy, which is customer in satisfaction. So i decided i am not going to stay in that hotel anymore and i left within 15 minutes and donated them my rent for one night. Third, the bathroom sucks, the bathtub drain take 45 minutes to drain 10 gallons of water. Also the bath curtain has mole which I ask the staff to replace, they were saying that they dont have a new one. They have to wash and then they will give us back. So, basically i have wasted my 1200$ in draining water from the bathtub, leaving in mole, & arguing with the stupid lady on the counter. I hope that the wood springs suites & hotels.com read.

I made reservations 2 weeks ago and i drive 10 hours to be told they gave my room away. I'm a retired vet and this kind of treatment is unacceptable, you and your staff should be ashamed how you treat your customers. I had to pay double to find another hotel. I will never stay at your establishment again

No iron, no hair dryer, no maid service, no plates, pans or cutlery to use with the kitchen, plastic seat chairs, 1 bar of soap and no shampoo, smells like roach spray, door locks went down during visit, no coffee or coffee maker. This place lacks everything but nice staff and a roof over my head. Never again.

the staff was nice the young lady at the front desk was very sweet but the hotel itself the room the beds were terrible the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the rooms are outdated I do like the wooden floors though no nasty carpet that was a plus

The room was so basic it felt like a cheap Motel 6. When it came to checking in nobody was there at the desk. I had call a hotline and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. Additionally the rooms offered zero toiletries. I understand most people bring their own but I feel as though stuff like that is standard in hotels. They allow pets in ALL the rooms so good luck if you have allergies. Overall this place sucks and I don’t recommend, we ended up checking out that same night and going to a different hotel.

Clean but noisy.Nice and clean .People were nice.Reservation was made 3/3/21 and Woodsprings suites did not have it on record.Had to re reserve.

Paper thin walls so it is hard to sleep and you hear everything. Staff was ok they were quick to get me a new room when the toilet was broke. Check out was difficult because the did not open until after we had to leave but someone was yelling from the other side of the closed window

It smelt like cigars every single day I was there. Not a good experience left 2 days before my leave date. Could of been better. Cops visited a couple of times had me worried. Not a very good hotel.

When I first checked in, the room seemed clean.. But as I looked around it wasn't as clean as I thought.. Dirt on the floor, dirt in the tub, fridge not cleaned all the way out. But it wasn't a big deal because I always clean my own room..

This was a $30 hotel for $100. This is one of those places that people pay for a week at a time and literally live there. Constant smoke odor in elevator and around the e⁸ntrance as people stand right outside the front door and smoke

Got what I was paid it was a horrible value. Sketchy at best is how I would describe this property. It should have been $49.99

Very polite receptionists, disappointed to find roaches in the room.

In addition, the wifi was down completely two of the 6 days I was there. The floors were sticky and dirty and not fit to let my granddaughter crawl around on. The sheets and bedding were stained (I assume clean but still stained). The halls, and even the room a little, stunk of a mix of old cigarette smoke and cooked food. There were often guests talking loudly in the halls or other rooms. The AC unit from the room above mine dripped constantly. The price was right and the employees were nice.

The customer service was amazing. Very clean and no problems at all the while time we stayed there

My whole stay i did not recieve house keeping. 3 nights in a row some one kept knocking on my door and running away. My TV didnt work. Maintance never came to see about it. I left 3 days before checkout. What a waste of money.
