Our room was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. The staff and manager were friendly and accommodating to our family’s needs, especially at breakfast. The restaurant served delicious food and the lady in the evening taking care of the complimentary food & drinks was super welcoming and helpful!! ( wish I could remember her name because she deserves a special shout out) Thsnk you!!!!

When I brought to the attention of front desk the guy say " Oh I am sorry it was the electrician" at 6.30 am with 2 black suitcases and dark clothes Very disappointed as it it was going to be my hotel to go as is right across from places I have to go woken I am in NJ It was the worst experience

Best hotel breakfast you will ever find, nice spacious rooms and excellent staff. If you plan to use the laundry, I would say skip that and head to a laundromat, the dryers are not working well. But I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Well maintained property. Parking is adequate. Staff are all very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. My family and I had wonderful stay. Definitely will come back and also refer to friends and family.

My biggest concern is comfort and Embassy Suites always delivers. My stay was very comfortable and the breakfast is always a plus for me!!

The food was great (breakfast or dinner). The staff at the restaurant were very friendly & always had a smile. Location was amazing & the spacious parking lot was a definite plus. Very clean. I LOVE the fact that it was pet friendly! I was treated with a frustrated & tired kind of face on the other side of the desk. There was absolutely no greeting whatsoever. I had to switch rooms due to an odor & the gentleman who helped me made some not so good facial expressions when I told him that I could not stay in a room with a strong stench that just smelled bad. Then he said that it’s hard for him to ask the cleaning folks to clean up the smell because they are getting tired of him asking them to clean stuff. Is that not their job though? I told him, “ It’s not my fault that the room smells & for the price I’m paying, it doesn’t add up. Might I add, this is the same gentleman who checked me in. Meanwhile as this is going on, another staff lady at the next desk was standing there also making faces due to my situation. It was so unprofessional. As much as I wanted to give them both a piece of my mind, I didn’t. It would not have been nice. I was there for a funeral & these individuals were my welcoming party! Later on as I’m trying to pack my things to move to my 2nd room, the same gentleman who checked me in showed up with a cleaning guy. I couldn’t even get any privacy to gather my things. That same gentleman said that it was imperative they get that room ready so it can be available asap. This was all around bad & I was irritated. I was on a timeline & there for a funeral & just drove in from Kansas & the way I was treated was plain unacceptable.

I liked the cleanliness and it wasn’t too far from local restaurants and activities. There was no iron and I couldn’t take my breakfast to room. It was really cold throughout the building. Even the employees were saying how cold it was. I had to turn the heat all the way up just to knock the chill out in my room.

This by far the least impressive of all the locations I’ve stayed at. Rooms were not properly cleaned, staff was short and mild tempered. I will say the house keeping staff was extremely nice and approachable. Definitely expected more from the Embassy.

Next, the following day I needed ice for wine. The front staff mentioned that each floor has an ice machine. So, I went to floors 4 and 5 either floor ice machines worked. For the price I'll never go here again. I would expect this at a cheaper hotel not at the Embassy. I'll update this review if I can get my money back.

She said she needed to charge another $100 to my card….do again, why? She told me that it was in case anything in the room was destroyed. What??? but ok, I complied. I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 30 years. I always stay at Hilton Hotels . I was young then and now that I’m a 77 year old widow you make me pay an upfront damage fee?? Staff was amazing - lobby, restaurant and room(except the grumpy bar tender guy). Room was clean, but things in the bathroom were broken (sink and mirror). Breakfast selection was great and the flavor was (3 out of 5). Bed was very comfy and when the peple above us were crazy slamming (mma wrestling?) for an HOUR, they actually went to the room and it stopped. Honestly i think it is the very best place in the whole city. We would stay there again and ask for the top floor.

This location was by far, one of the best Embassy Suite locations that I have ever stayed!

The breakfast was actually really good. It was kind of far from I-95.

The indoor pool/no crowd The mattress was hard and the older lady doing the omelettes didn’t seem very happy

I was not put in a hot tub room then got to the place n had to pay 50 and still haven’t received it back

Very comfortable, clean and accommodating. Weekend breakfast could be a bit later for those not there for business as we missed most days. Also the bathrooms need a lighted makeup mirror and exhaust fan.

Every time I stay the room is clean and the shower is hot! This is the only hotel that I stay in when in Fayetteville.

My only complaint is that the charge for our 12 pound well-behaved dog was $86 for the night. It should be prorated to length of stay. A deposit is fair alternative but should be returned if no damage.

The new table that the tv sits on in the sitting room is too high and you have to extend your arm in the air or stand up just to change the tv channel. I would and will stay again in the future but Embassy needs to give attention to their rooms and restore them to the quality that they once were.

The room I stayed in was a king suite and the one word for it was dingy. if I wasn’t so tired and two and a half hours from home at 10pm, I wouldn’t have stayed. Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean. I had an issue with a charge on my account and have call 3 times to get this corrected. I was disconnected 2 times before being transferred to a manager who's mailbox was full. This is not my normal experience with Hiltons. Very unprofessional.

Very nice accomodations. The water temperature and pressure could have been better, but overall from the gym, to the staff, to the restaurants in the immediate area, it was a joyous stay.

Beautiful hotel, but the air freshener in the lobby is too strong. I would consider not using air freshener so you customers who are sensitive to fragrance don’t have to suffer when walking through your doors.

All of the staff was kind, personable, and prompt to respond. Super pet friendly. I loved my room and so did my guest (no exaggeration). My room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good. I will be staying here anytime I visit Fayetteville.

We booked a King Suite. We loved the high-ceilings in the room and having the mini kitchenette was really wonderful. We wish the hotel would invest in adding a hand-held shower since the rain shower didn't really work for us. However, the many amenities were awesome. The location was superb since we didn't have to drive around to find food, gas, pharmacy, etc. Overall,, this was a really comfortable room that was very, very clean. I know because I'm a clean freak. The underside of sink was thoroughly clean. This was a really great hotel experience!!

The AC that sits on top of the building makes a lot of noise and it sounds like water running in pipes being knocked on. They moved me to another room, which was wonderful.

Staff failed to leave keys ready for late check-in, and when given keys, they did not work. Additionally, the lobby was extremely ghetto and dirty, with people sleeping on chairs, feet up, and in pajamas. The bar was slow, and the drinks were very poorly made.

I really like the cleanliness , they give u complimentary drinks for happy hour from 5:30-7:30 ( 2 per guest ) & they have real hot breakfast included . Definitely recommend this hotel

I only stayed one night (traveling for business) but I wish I could have stayed longer because this is a very nice property with a friendly staff and a high-end breakfast.

I only stayed one night (traveling for business) but I wish I could have stayed longer because this is a very nice property with a friendly staff and a high-end breakfast.

Unfortunately, our recent stay was not great. The hotel was very loud, especially at night, and on our second night, our room filled with the strong smell of marijuana coming in from the hallway. To make matters worse, when we returned from the pool, we were locked out of our room due to a dead door battery. It took over 40 minutes for someone from customer service to finally send a technician to fix it. On top of that, the cleanliness was questionable—there was an earring and sunflower seed left on our nightstand when we arrived. Definitely not the level of comfort or service we expected.

All went well. They do charge 100 fee when checking in . It is refunded upon checkout I guess if no damage.

The beds were comfortable but the pillows were the worst ever.

Overall, the hotel/ staff was great. There were a few lights that didn't work in the room. It was inconvenient but i managed.

Way off of the highway, it's only redeeming feature is close by restaurants.

It took 25 minutes to get a green salad w/salmon because there was "an order ahead of us." That's just stupid.

Very clean but I did observe a dog in the hotel. I didn’t like that part of the stay. Also in the morning hours the staff was very loud in the hallway while people were still sleeping. That came across as disrespectful to the guest that occupied rooms in that area.

The whole experience was great from checking in, to walking into the room.

Long wait to check in as we couldn’t find a front desk person, only 1 town in the room and no shampoo or conditioner in the room, and no staff to fill it at 5 am. Mighty pricey hotel to be so slck

When I spoke to the desk agent about the rear door, he gave an argument ad told me that it was tricky and one had to know how to use it. Perhaps the hotel should get it fixed??

A very unusual mistake happened that frightened us a lot. I’m disappointed that the manager will only refund us half. However, the property is gorgeous and breakfast delicious, so we would definitely stay again!

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoy the fact that the pool is indoor so you can swim year round and I enjoyed starting mt morning in the hottub.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was immaculately clean and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The late afternoon happy hour was super nice and the breakfast the next morning was delicious and much more than we expected from a hotel that offers free breakfast. It is also located directly across the street from a movie theater so we were able to, walk over there and take a movie during our one night stay. Highly recommend.

The faucets were leaking from behind all over sink in the bathroom. Beds and pillows very comfy. Complimentary breakfast was decent, better than most. Staff was polite and friendly. Shout out to Fitzgerald on the check in desk. Great personality!
