Quite professional and courteous. Went above and beyond to satisfy my needs as a patron. Exceptional customer service, and I would recommend anyone to use this establishment in the future if needed. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention informative. Nothing to dislike.

The bathroom area was not very clean. There was dirt along the edges of the floor/wall, and I even stepped on a small pebble when I didn't have my shoes on. I know that I did not bring it in.

The location Very unclean. Place had bugs and bug fecal matter on the lamps. Toilet was barely functional.

Service at the front desk upon arrival was excellent. There was an error in my booking date and date accommodated the error on my part and made things right. My stay was extended longer than I expected and two occasions I had to extend my departure date. Everything went smoothly. The staff was great the rooms were clean and it was a very nice experience.

If you don’t want to want to bring roaches to your house do not stay in this hotel. Also the breakfast they advertise is only bread and cheap juice and coffee. Don’t spend your money in this hotel is dirty Fuller roaches and I have the pictures to prove it so if you don’t want roaches in your house, stay away.

The property is conveniently located nearby 95. Some decent restaurants are all around the property, and there’s a Dollar General for shopping needs. The bed is super comfy and the reason I gave an excellent rating. Would stay agin for the bed alone.

Front desk people were very nice. When checking out. I asked if there was a receipt or anything from checking out & returning my room keys. They said there wasn't, so hopefully they have something tracking that I checked out on time/ before the necessary time.

They don’t have no form of compassion unless your giving him some extra tlc (if you know what I mean) they expected me to sleep on a bare mattress because he didn’t feel like going to the laundry room not to mention the bag of used needles found by a minor child and not even a apology was given He didn’t even seem surprised. All night I heard people banging on our neighbors doors because they were either trading goods or services but once again they didn’t care about that either but harassing me because of two service dogs I have . I will not ever be visiting the hotel again DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I will say my stay wasn't disturbed by alot of noise. That was decent, but as far as the room decency, negative. I switched rooms after first check in, but second room was not too much in shape either.

i normally do not stay in motels when i travel, however this wasnt far from 95, and most importantly it was quiet. The room was moderately clean (the table wasnt cleaned on the side) but the sheets and towels were clean. I would only say the black out curtain doesnt close all the way to keep the light out, should be a solid black out. other than that good stay as it was very quiet.

There was roaches walking around everywhere here’s a picture of one that I drowned in the sink. Well, the sink is backed up because somebody put all the cigarette buds in the sink. That’s nasty. There was roaches walking around the beds. There was roaches walking around the walls. There was roaches walking around the bathroom everywhere in the room.

This was a very good stay considering we only paid $50. A very good area to walk with a Exxon next door & several restaurants. Well definitely stay here again.

This was a horrible experience first we paid for a queen suite and we got placed into a standard double room right next to a bunch of partiers then after battling with the front desk to get a different room the room we paid for it was full of roaches and there was blood on the pillowcase the room was dirty minions and towers have stains on them from various human liquids on top of that they mandated a $50 pet charge despite the fact that our dog is a verifiable qualified certified service dog with all the paperwork they would not allow us to present the paperwork they locked our dog inside the room the family morning while we were gone with the AC shut off then entered the room while we were renting without that permission they then shut the keys off until we paid the $50 illegitimate illegal and illegal pet shark once we paid the $50 pet charge they gave us access to the room however we also had to pay for a second night because they had locked our dog in the room and we're not allow us to access our things in order to check out and leave it was a horrible experience they were very rude to us and I did not feel safe

I stayed here due to its location to I-95. The first room that was given to me had a broken door handle. I couldn't get into the room. The second roomhad a beeping sound as if the battery on the smoke alarm was low. No smoke alarm in the room. This room had a roach walking near the bathroom. The next room was an upgrade. It was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Had to wipe down the room. 1st room the pass key did not work so the staff let us in and went back to the office twice but the key still didn't work so we had to pack our things and move to another room. The pool was out of service and that was one of the main reasons for booking. The breakfast was a no show. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one because we were tired from yhe travel so for the next 2 nights we stayed at another hotel which was much nicer.

Never got to see hotel, thought I was booking in Fayetteville Ar, but Expedia booked me in Fayetteville NC and did not refund my money, this was the first and last time I will ever use Expedia

The place is ok for a quick overnight stay but if tou are staying longer there are better options around, the pool was closed, we were given a room that had not been cleaned but they took care of it quick. The staff is nice, they are probably understaffed. The breakfast was pretty limited.

Underwhelming. The first room they gave me had no control knobs on the a/c unit. The front desk guy was very helpful and gave me 'keys' to two rooms, so I could pick between them. The bottom of the bathtub was 'slimy' when I took a shower. The breakfast offered was also underwhelming, and very poorly stocked for the very limited things available. The bed was comfy, and the a/c unit in my 'replacement' room worked well.

After the third hotel to do this I was tired of seeing a pool that couldn't be used because the management didn't care about its clients. Manager was not very friendly.

What you would expect from a cheap motel. Crappy blinds so the sun got in and people talking loudly, walking back and forth past the rooms. Again, what you would expect, but the rooms were relatively clean so I can’t complain.

The breakfast was horrible. And the pool was not functioning. I will not be making any reservations at that facility again.

Run down. Air conditioning was inadequate. The room was moderately cool, but the a/c could not keep up with the humidity. The floor was noticeably wet and the sheets felt damp. About 2 AM the shouting neighbors woke me up, the A/C was on and the floor was dry. That was good. At 4:30 the neighbors woke us up again and the a/c was off and everything was damp - floors, walls, mirrors, TV screen. Not pleasant. The vending machine only had water. The "hot breakfast" was a pancake making machine. The juice machine was broken. At 8:00 AM as we were packing the car we needed to direct the 9 year old traveling with us to look away from the (literally) half-naked woman who was rolling in the grass outside the hotel. She was missing her britches.

Everything at the hotel was unclean, from white stains all on the beds to hair and snot on the towels. It was obvious nothing was cleaned before we arrived. There was even a hole in the wall. And the worst part is this hotel was the same price as much better and cleaner options, including ones with an actual breakfast provided. The front staff were very nice.
