Was not far from Crown Theatre Complex. It had well-lighted parking lot and lots of hotels nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Bed was small and the mattress was hard and incredibly uncomfortable. Someone (maybe kids) were running upstairs early in the morning and it sounded like they were in our room. While it was not the hotels fault it made our stay less than ideal.

Convenient to 95 and short 10 minute ride to Fayetteville if you want to explore. Beds were comfortable and room was clean though somewhat dated. Breakfast was usual eggs, sausage, waffle maker setup but did have cut fruit. Free cookies at arrival!

Excellent front office staff. Special shout out to Cindy who was so professional and helpful at check-in. Clean and comfortable overall. Pleasant and delicious breakfast. Again, the kitchen staff was the highlight! Very accommodating, and kept the area spotless.

Things are run down with this property. Staff is nice. The breakfast at this brand used to be really good, this one was just ok. The amount of food was very controlled but after looking around at some of my fellow guests, I understand why.

The staff is very courteous and accommodating . The room was clean and the refrigerator exceptional. Other hotels should follow your example instead of the useless refrigerators they put in their rooms. Bed was very comfortable. We used to be fans for decades of another hotel, (begins with an ‘H’), but have decided Country Inn will be our first choice when available. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The room look neat and clean but after I left I had two ares that itched on my are and shoulder are . Had a large whelp on my shoulder felt like and insect or spider bite itched for a day and went away after cortisone creme

All good but just one improvement needed - very, very weak coffee. Person at the breakfast said, "we are only allowed to use two packs and that is all I can do". Hope they improve their coffee.

Stayed the weekend for a family reunion. It is away from things a little, but that is not so bad for Fayetteville. It is located around other new businesses and was a quiet area. I would stay again.

The staff took such good care of me. My family was dealing a emergency at the hospital. All my family that came through said everyone was so helpful. I felt cared for and it became my safe place while I help my family cope with death of our father.

The only thing that was an inconvenience was that both beds were full size instead of queen but everything else was pretty good.

We always book this hotel when we drive down to Florida. Always reliable, rooms are clean, beds always clean, free breakfast in the morning, a smal but nice pool, great staff.

The staff is great! The entire building smelled of mildew the AC while on made the entire room smell of mold. I had a cluster of spider eggs in the corner of the coffee table. The bed had springy SPRINGS !!! When my room was cleaned they did not vacuum the floor TV was small. Outdated

A solid, no-frills option with all the expected amenities of an enjoyable hotel stay.

The only thing I’d recommend is to update the room lamps. They were a bit worn and did not have any usb ports. Most hotels these days have the lamps with the ports.

After an exhausting drive, I arrived at 2 a.m. and was very much anticipating a good night's sleep. Check in was slow but unremarkable. The room stunk of must/mildew and the air was heavy with condensation. The AC unit had dry/cool/heat/fan options, so I chose dry (I've never seen that mode before, but it said what I needed the room to be). The fan speed, however was stuck on low. If you have sensitive skin, the sheets are irritating. I was incredibly tired and did not have it in me to go through trying to switch rooms, but did let staff know upon checkout. Overall, I do not recommend a room here.

Tub drain had gasket protruding due incorrect installation. Tub overflow misaligned and rust running down the tub from it. Missing Makeup mirror. The bare spot and holes were there where it used to be. AC very noisy (Fan Issue) Bed was comfortable Elevator door could be heard grinding all the way down the corridor Breakfast was good and food was delicious and hot.

Comfy and quiet. Very clean. Check in was quick and easy. We were attending a wedding in the area and this was perfect for our overnight stay. Staff was friendly and made check-in a breeze. Nice choice of foods and drinks for breakfast and the breakfast room was spotless.

The location of the hotel was great, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the knocking sound from the maintenance room was so loud i could hear it in the room across. There is also a low hum that hurt my ears. I had to switch rooms but after that things were great.

Multiple visits to this hotel for travel. Great older property very well maintained. Flowers and landscaping always look terrific. Staff is courteous and professional. Breakfast is wonderful and always looked after very well by the attendant. Rooms and beds very clean, towels are fluffy. The employees care and it shows.

First is Hotel said it was a 9.2 which was a lie. Elevator was raggedy room was raggedy. TV didn’t work. Everything was in Spanish. Pool was broke. I’m not sure if anything worked out right breakfast was horrible for the money I spent I expected better.

The property was easily accessible from I-95 and walking distance to a couple restaurants and store. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. The bathroom tub was a bit dated but clean. The breakfast was very good and the hotel staff very friendly.

When I got there the receptionists stated that there were no rooms available even though I had a reservation. I went to the sleep Inn hotel next door and got a room for almost half the price and it was nice. Now I have a charge on my credit card for 145.77 for a reservation you said wasn’t available. How can I get this corrected?
