Rooms are normally clean but there was a mistake with my reservation. The front desk auditor (light skinned black male wearing a black shirt and khaki pants) and manager helped and I was served well. Even being told by the night shift manager (a middle Eastern woman wearing a pink shirt and dark corrupted pants) that I would be given a refund for my stay due to the error in the system. However, when I spoke to Expedia representatives the following day to process the refund request, the property managers would not honor their word. Will not be staying here again if they will not honor their word.

Anything beat the quality Inn and this comfort in surpassed my expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly and was able to get me into a room for only $64 a night pretty quickly not bad it’s clean. It’s in a pretty decent area lots of shopping. The breakfast is pretty decent too a pretty good affordable stay

Inside was a not so good smell in the hallway. The bathroom was absolutely dirty and the fact the towels and wash cloths had hair all over them was insane. Could not even use them had to go out and get wash clothes and towels

Property is in a good location, grocery shopping and mall is close but was not clean. Carpets are dirty and room musty, could be cleaned out better at the time we checked in. Smoke detectors in the room and main hallway were going off(when battery is out) and toilet was semi clogged. Not staying here ever again.

I love the room but they didn't have many TV channels and trying to find something to watch was hard There was one employee who was extremely rude and not very good at listening or communicating and acted like they didn't like being there and dealing with people

The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. Trinity tried her hardest to reconcile our issues. We were moved two times and it was awful. There is construction going on, which is completely okay, however the pictures online look NOTHING like the current hotel. AT ALL. I would recommend Teinity to anyone and everyone but the hotel... heck no.

I called for washcloths and I never received them.

Hotel was under renovation so the air, & refrigerator in my room stop working. The main outlet in the room didn’t work also there was no microwave in there. The water from the sink was leaking around the faucet. The breakfast was ok, they could add alittle more options. And give out complimentary bags to check in guests.

I only went there because I clicked on the wrong name. The staff did the best they could.

I'm am getting the run around now between Booking .com and Comfort Inn. The weather conditions were bad so I had to cut my trip short. Now I can't seem to get a refund. It's the blame game.

We were woken up at midnight by the fire alarms and had to evacuate the building in the cold until the fire dept came. Because somebody was in there smoking. Was staying here for work. They're going thru new management so I understand the hotel wouldn't be perfect, but the hotel and customer service was excellent overall. I would stay again. Location was good too.

It was in a good location to get to whatever you need to in the city. Room smelled like dog urine. If I was informed the hotel was under construction I would not have stayed there at the price I was charged.

Overall my stay was pretty good. The staff was nice and helpful, however, when taking a shower the first night, I was in standing water and I made sure that the tub was unplugged. Thankfully, my husband fixed it. Also, when flushing the toilet it did not flush all the way, we had to flush 2-3 times.

The hotel is remodeling, which is good. I have stayed here a couple of times and enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the current modernization of the hotel furniture. My biggest complaint are the chairs on the fourth floor, they need to be thrown out immediately. They are horrible, please remove all the desk chairs that are extremely worn.

Nothing really The smell of the stairwell, doors looked like someone had a fight with blood on it, room smelled like perfume was sprayed and someone just walked out. The curtains in the room looked like someone forcibly pulled them to the point it was hanging from the ceiling.

The shower is leaking water all over the bathroom floor and into the carpeted area. The tv was not getting a signal so we could not use it. The A/C unit would come on intermittently blasting cold air. But when we turn it down just 1 dg it’s humid and musty in the room. I was only given 1 key at check in when my reservation was for 2. The hotel was going through a renovation. Overall, the hotel room was ok. The shower floor and the bottom of the shower needs to be redone. No, remote for the first tv in the room. The morning breakfast was great.

The inside of the hotel is clean but there was a lot of debris, dirt around the side entrance door that needs to be cleaned and swept up for a safer walkway.

To get straight to the point, the property is undergoing renovations, but it has been allowed to become so dilapidated that it actually really should be closed for those renovations. We’ve always gone out of our way to stay at choice Hotel properties, to avoid that but after this experience we may rethink that. The only thing that made it bearable were the wonderful employees.

The check-in was great, really enjoyed the customer service ladies, they are awesome. They are renovating, lots of renovating material displaced through out the hotel, this should be centralized and have plastic over them. My room was clean and comfortable, however, the lamp was rusty and the chair was extremely worn, the renovation is needed, breakfast was great sausage, eggs, and waffles. Lastly, there are people roaming around the hotel, this needs to be addressed as I was asked for money several time when entering and exiting the hotel, overall, it's a good hotel that is renovating, which will help.

I run a online business so when the website crashes, i check in so im not distracted, yalls wifi has always been reliable and your team knowing this has helped me with privacy if im early. Love the notice about laundry, never been crazy bought yalls breakfast bar situations its either been impersonal or crampt. So over all lovely place but on my last visit, the bathroom was filthy, dust so thick it shows on my phone without filter, broken toilet covers in already remodled room, knowing its a common issue in hotels, i didnt mention it but in the morning your maintenance team started at 6am and for some unlucky reason started right outside my window where they sprayed, spray paint right into the air intake for my room effectively gasing me. So at 6am after coding into the morning, im awaken abruptly and had to evacuate my room checking out early. Osha would flip out.

Everyone at this hotel was amazing. The staff is so sweet. The lady that does the breakfast is super sweet! Breakfast was amazing! Felt very safe. Room was clean and beds were very comfy and room was updated. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked that it was located on Skibo Road, and in walking distance to a great deal of stores.

Great staff. As a women who was staying by herself for several days I felt safe coming and going. Especially with all the construction going on!

Luggage carts were useless, bags fell off after two bags loaded. Bathroom had no towel bars, rear handicap parking blocked by heavy equipment, breakfast inconveniently located in another building required going outside in bad weather, too few closet hangers, no lounge chair in room, missing desk table, a/c either too cold or too hot. I would not recommend this motel.

Every time we come to Fayetteville this is where we stay. They have an excellent breakfast and the stay is quiet.

Even tho the front desk clerk was nice and helpful checking in, the property wasn’t what was advertised. Yes they were working /updating the building outside, they needed to be working on the inside. The elevator was dirty and seemed raggedy. The hallways was dirty and the room was the same. The beds had hair all over them, the lamps was rusty and gross, only one light worked in the bathroom, the shelf that the fridge sat in was broken/damaged and the toilet barely worked (had to flush about 3 times just to get tissue down). And to top it off, found a roach egg/shell on the nightstand. Definitely wasn’t expecting the rooms to look like this.

The manager vanessa and her staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The hotel is another story. I changed rooms 4 times. Dirty sheets, ac not working. Bath sink faucet was leaking all over and onto the floor. No shower pressure. Carpets looked dirty in all rooms. Workers were scraping the exterior walls early in the morning before i needed to get up. I barely got any sleep. The staff were the best part of my stay.

My stay was overall great. They were doing some upgrades so noise was too be expected but that didn't interfere with the stay at the hotel. You are in a location where you have variety of choices for everything you'll need to come to a nice room in order to get a good night's rest.

Deposit was crazy!

The employees were very nice and pleasant.

The room appeared to not be cleaned and there was wash cloths left from the prcious customer that they apparently forgot to get and i dont like the fact that i paid for the hotel room a week in advance and was charged a 50 dollar holding fee? For what? And when do i get that money back because the lady told me after check out that my deposit would be returned to my credit card but they didnt say how long and no one told me about this deposit before i booked the room. Excellent customer service as far as coming to reserve a room but the rooms need some elbow grease and clean linen on the beds.

Room was dirty no running water. Second room wasn’t clean either. Housekeeping walked in without knocking. Front desk was rude and nasty. Assist manager would not talk to me about my stay. I’m still waiting for a call back.

Stayed 2 nights as visiting a friend. Friendly & quick check in. Room nice & spacious with fridge/micro etc. clean & comfy bed, hot water for shower. Breakfast was in another building but close, nice & well kept area with selection of hot/cold food. On main road but loads of food outlets/shops etc. free cookies in afternoon at reception were a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff

One thing that I loved was the customer services. It made up for the outdated facilities. The carpet, the furniture in my room was rusty and worn out. I had to look at least five different rooms before finding one with a tub that wasn’t rusty. To pay the rates that we were charged, I expected better accommodations. This was just my observations. I really enjoyed your staff (everyone). Even the cleaning crew was considerate, nice and accurate. Please let them know that I really appreciate them all!

The room I stayed in was hot.

We were greeted in the evening by Thadeus, who placed us downstairs for our stay. Both my elderly mom and I have disabilities that makes walking difficult. The other desk clerks i dealt with Dawn and Tiffany were also most kind and helpful. And Roberta with the morning breakfast was the best. Very kind and inviting.

The employee that checked me in was the most pleasant part of this stay. I realize it was my issue but I forgot my shampoo and conditioner I called them to let them know and get them back. These were specialty products and brand new. Rather than bring them to the desk I was told they threw them away. I just can’t imagine this was the case for $100 products.

Previous week I stayed at a wonderful Comfort Inn. This one was a wreck.

I was in the are only for 2 nights. The hotel was convenient to the military base, plenty of food and shopping aeas, and conly 6mi from the airport. The hotel could use some updates, but otherwise my stay was comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very polite and attentive. The hair dryer was not working in my room, asked for a working one, and it was promptly fixed. Overall, I would recommend.

This hotel used to be one of the best hotels you can find in Fayetteville, but that was more than 15 years ago. Now the hotel carpets smell horrible it still has the same carpet in there still have the same curtains. The elevator in the lobby area is dangerous definitely needs to be updated changed and checked, I did not like how they had the breakfast set up in another building. this hotel has so much potential if they would just take the time and spend the money and Update in the hotel first by changing the carpet because they smell really bad would be awesome. Also, this hotel used to have security that worked there at night. It was very unfortunate. Fine they no longer had security on the premises..
