TV screen darken as we were looking at a program. Needs to be replaced or repaired. Ran out of yogurt for breakfast- early in the morning!

Convenient location for overnight stay. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were very helpful.

A clean and comfortable place at a great price. We appreciated the value of this location, it was a great place to stop on our road trip up north. We would stay here again.

Quiet place and nice location but smelled like smoke over night not sure if it was because of local barbecue or a local fire in which I tried looking up in citizens app but didn’t find anything about.

You really don’t want my opinion, but since you asked here you go. My room had two bugs in it, and we called the front desk to let them know and they told us on three occasions that they will let the manager know and that something would be done. However, when I checked out, I was told that nothing could be done by them. The manager wasn’t on duty for me to talk to, and that they would just remember and the next time I come it would be better. That was completely unacceptable. I also had to ask three times for clean towels to be brought to the room and for the trash to be picked up. I could’ve made better use of my money by staying at one of the hotels down the street!

Room was clean. New sheets and towels. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. The breakfast area was monitored and kept cleaned up as people came and went. Staff was friendly. Good value.

I could not get anyone to come in and clean my room despite asking several times. I checked in Wednesday and they were finally able to get around to cleaning my room Saturday.

My husband and I were provided with a dirty room. The restroom was dirty (the toilet had been used [#2] and had splatter and hair in the bowl, no soap to bathe at all, rubber carpet for bathtub was dirty and on top of the bottles of shampoo and conditioner was a used, bloody hospital bracelet laying on top. I made sure to video the filth. We were offered a second room. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to move. The night attendant walked to check the room with us. Upon arrival, the room looked and smelled clean. However, he checked the bathroom with us and found that there was no soap again and the tub was dirty. It had not been cleaned. We asked for a refund.

The biggest issue was the bed itself. It did not appear to have been made with fresh linens, as there was hair in the bed and the area near the feet was visibly dirty, making it seem like someone had previously slept in it. We arrived late, and by the time we noticed everything, it was already 1am and we were exhausted. I called the front desk, and although the gentleman was polite and brought us clean bedsheets, we still had to strip and remake the bed ourselves late at night as he said there were no other rooms available. Overall, this was not the level of cleanliness or service we expected.

I was excited to stay at this property because of all the good reviews. The first issue for me was that the rooms were outside rooms & my room was on the second floor. I am medically disabled and I can’t go up the two flights of stairs without assistance and I was traveling alone. I don’t recall seeing that it’s an Outside hotel but I could have missed it. I would have asked for a first floor room or not booked at this hotel if so.Someone in the parking lot helped me up the stairs which was a god send! Upon arrival to my room I immediately started sneezing & I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I turned the fan on the a/c unit in hopes of circulating some fresh air in the room which only made my asthma flare up immediately. I sat my bags down and went to use the restroom. There was hair not only on the shower curtain but on the walls and in the tub. Because of seeing this I turned on the lights next to the bed to look over the bed. There was hair & stains on and in the bed as well. I did receive a refund which I was grateful for. As for the cleanliness I hope this was just an off day for the housekeeping department. The other things I thought were worth mentioning in case others have allergies or medical disabilities. Also the parking lot is smaller on the right side. I drove a Tahoe and it was hard to park & even harder to back out of the parking spots when the lot is full.

The description was just as they said. I was please with the hotel. Clean linen, good breakfast, clean gum and premises. I don’t necessarily care for outside hotels but the stay for us was short. And the stay here was nice and relaxing. I would come again.

e arrived very late and the man at the front desk was amazing. Gave us cookies and waters and was very friendly. Parking was great, right outside of our room. Room was spotless and newly renovated. We missed breakfast the next morning but the man at the front desk still offered us yogurt and fruit and some juice. but we declined. Very nice though.

The stay is OK for one night if you need to rest during a long drive; the hotel/motel is right off the 95 highway. Room cleanliness is not that great: dirty floors and occasional hairs on the bed sheets.

The staff was nice, straight forward with the check in. The area, I didn’t feel safe, loud music, people talking, men wandering in the complex, and dogs barking. The room floors were dirty, like no one swept it in days. The bath tub had hair in it and the shampoo bottles were all messy. The sink also had hair in it and counters weren’t wiped down. Also the mirror, door knobs and side tables were not cleaned. Just over all terrible cleanness.

The room was very clean, it is an older hotel but well maintained. We were just passing through so all we did was sleep there. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not very good but it was free. Fake eggs, fake sausage, imitation coffee. We would stay again if in the area.

Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The hotel had run out of plates & there was no one to restock other items (forks?) until a guest checked under the cupboards. Tables were also not cleaned as guests left. A staffing issue perhaps?

Convenient location and inexpensive. The room, especially the bathroom, was disgustingly dirty. Tub basing and surrounding floor were covered in hairs from multiple previous guests. Had to clean the shower myself before using. Also, many dried boogers on the floor. Wore socks my entire stay as the floors were so gross.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable!! Beautiful layout and modern design!

However, there were some concerns during my stay. I did notice signs of bugs in the room, which was unsettling. When I brought it to the hotel’s attention, they were transparent and explained that the room had recently been fumigated due to a previous long-term guest who hadn’t maintained cleanliness. While I appreciated their honesty, it still impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Overall, the hotel has some strong positives, especially in terms of amenities and convenience, but the room condition in this case left something to be desired.

Modernized room, clean and comfortable, decent breakfast. Room door didn't shut tight when closed, walls are thin and lock-off doors have wide floor gap so can hear people in adjacent rooms. Breakfast room is small, not enough tables for guests.

While the beds were made and clean the entire floor was cleaned with something that was sticky. The entire room was covered in it. Our shoes were sticking as we entered the room.

Stay was great for the most part. Stayed from 4/20-4/26 . Despite the housekeeper being notified on my way out, they still entered the room while we were gone and took down our DND sign, threw dirty linen from the floor to the bed, open the curtain as wide as they could then left. I was gone the entire day as my room was just left on display to anyone passing by. I was also walked in on me multiple times throughout my stay by housekeeping. The room is clean (despite a lot of hair in tub) and front office staff is nice. Someone needs to talk to housekeeping because it’s unacceptable and an invasion of privacy.

It was clean and bright The lady who was next door in 120 if rooms are connected why would she be smoking like a chimney??? It was definitely as if we were smoking ? in the room 2) her dog and barked all times of night. 3) She could careless if people were in the next room. She was so loud yelling, cursing at the dog and then if that wasn't enough she then had company on Friday. I don't know if it was her grandchildren or what. I can , but won't keep going... Like I said the hotel is very impressive at the discounted price they offer. I'd definitely come back but I'd definitely question my room placement.

As noted, room 108 is pretty noisy with stairs right outside the door. Trim on bathroom floor coming off, internet down for a while ( not their fault but zero cell signal there) and running out of paper plates for breakfast at 740am with no willingness to find a substitute.

It was never a cleanup crew by the room, was there for 4 days.

All the staff were very cordial. It was nice to have cookies and water when we arrived. We were provided a room by the handicap parking. Great coffee. The products provided in the shower were quite nice. It was near the 95 highway. The room was sparse. I had to call reception as there was no kleenex in the room and a small amount on the toilet paper roll and no extra. Breakfast was OK. We stayed one night on the way up to our destination and one night on our return. Breakfast was the same and mildly warm at best. 2nd stay we got the handicap bathroom. It must have had a bath tub at one time and when turned into a shower there wasn't the proper angle for the water to drain properly. The shower curtain didn't reach the floor and the bathroom floor ended up flooded.

The location is not great - it is close to a busy highway. This is a Remodeled Old Motel - and it shows. If end up getting a room here, make sure you ask for a room all the way in the back of the hotel, which is much further away from the main traffic area. The rooms are NOT clean, small and you can hear everything that is going out outside. The rates are not very expensive, but you can find a better place for a similar price.

Had to call main number, deal with automated cheap office line or walk all the way back to office with luggage. Pool green, filthy, infested with bugs. Will never stay in motel, city or any Wyndham named business! Manager who checked me in. Rashi sent clerk to deal with his mistake.

Great updated location for travelers. We were driving through and it was easy on/off the highway. Breakfast started nice and early at 6am, although it didn't have as many gluten free options as other Wyndham locations we've stayed at, just eggs sausage and yogurt. The room was updated and clean, although a few details were off like we had 2 bottles of conditioner instead of a shampoo + conditioner, and the tissue box was empty. Room was a tiny bit cramped for the king bed but definitely worked for our needs. Blackout curtains were a must, as there's tons of light from the parking lot. Literally right next door to a Ruby Tuesday's for a quick bite. Biggest issue was the GPS brought us initially to the wrong location a few doors down -- a La Quinta that apparently is the former location of the Baymont and this error happens to everyone. Management needs to update GPS location in Apple Maps / Google listings to prevent this. And while we were staying much too briefly to use the pool... it was not usable at all. Entirely green. No idea when it was last drained or cleaned or given maintenance.

Hotel has been renovated recently and is nice. Better than most Baymonts. Room was clean, ample parking, but several contractors stay there and get up rather early, and are noisy. Breakfast eas excellent the day I was there, eggs and cheese, sausages, muffins, toast, waffles, fruit, etc. Coffee, juices, water, etc. Agood bargain.

Rooms clean, great breakfast and they are right next door to a store with a Subway in it. A young man named Monut is a great guy who is always willing to help you. He’s very friendly and sweet. He’s 1 of the reasons I returned.

The area is a little shady. I found that on one side of the building (where the dumpster is) there were some unsafe looking folks hanging around. There are clearly a number of unhoused people in the area, as we also saw them at all of the neighboring businesses (gas station, Starbucks, and other hotels/motels).

I would have rated 5 stars for comfort, cleanliness, value, bath products, and staff. The only problem for us was that they allow pets and someone had a little pup that yapped and barked until nearly 11 pm and started up again before 7 am and interrupted our rest. I am an animal lover but need my rest! I would probably not choose to stay here again only for this reason.

Check in was good, breakfast was good. Now the negative, the bathroom floor was dirty, the room had a not so good smell, the ac unit was very noisy. My biggest concern was the noise coming from outside of our unit, room 208, which is right in front of everyone coming up the stairs at all times of the night. Also, at 1030-1045 pm there was a man speaking on his cell phone, very loud in front of my room which woke us up. I lowered the ac temp to turn it on to mask the noise outside. It didn’t make a difference. I finally asked the man to speak loudly someplace else, which they did. One of the men was an employee of the hotel who I had met earlier. The location was great, right off of 95. However, there are numerous other hotels in this area. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Room appeared clean at fist glance, but there were hairs in the bed and shower. Crumbs of something (food? Boogers?) on the bed frame. Lots of dirt in the bathroom, the tub looked grungy. There was a sticky yellow ring of urine around where the trash can used to sit. There was a person smoking weed in front of our room. The parking was close and easy.

The gentleman at the front desk told me that they had people looking for rooms and it was a busy night so they had to cancel our room for someone else. Very unhappy; what is the point of online check in if they are going to cancel your room with no notice

We were given a first floor room after initially being assigned to a 2nd floor one. This was done without any request once the clerk saw I used a cane. Cookies and lemon water were available each evening. The breakfast was well kept with attention to refills and help for anyone who couldn’t carry it to their table. Every staff member was kind and helpful. I will recommend this establishment to everyone I can and will return in the future.

It was clear throughout our visit that the staff wanted to offer us a 1st class stay. The room was bright and clean. The bathroom had nice tile and was super clean. There was very little noise coming from outside/other rooms. The heater worked--temps had just dropped into the 30s! The cookies available at check-in were a nice touch.

Clean. You could tell it was recently renovated. However, the noise was an issue. Especially since we only staid for 6 hours to sleep halfway from NJ to Disney. We heard car alarms going off all night (not sure if that was a guest issue or area issue), the guest in the next room we could hear snoring as if he was next to us, the loud sounds of people all hours outside. It was very hard to sleep. They do offer breakfast but we left too early to enjoy it but they had water and cookies in the lobby.

Its a hiddne gem on I-95: clean, friendly staff, great amenities, hot breakfast(waffles, eggs, sauasage, oatmeal, breads, cream cheese, yougurts, juices and fresh fruits such as apples, bananas and even mandarines). They always have water for guests and cookies free of charge as well. Wow!

Room was ok, staff was as helpful as possible, but a neighbor kept running his loud truck to keep warm while smoking out there. He was running it at midnight & again at 5:45 AM. I had to call the front desk 3 times. I hardly got any sleep.

We had a great stay at Baymont by Wyndham Fayetteville. The hotel is fully renovated with a modern design and truly makes you feel at home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained — perfect for relaxing during our trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety. We stayed with our toy poodle and only paid a $15 pet fee, which was very reasonable. Overall, it was much better than many higher-priced hotels and an excellent value for the price. We would definitely stay here again!
