The staff was super nice! The hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was nice with different options for a hot or cold breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice to have during a rainy stay. The jets in the hot tub though are not very strong. But the warm water felt nice. Will definitely come back!

The staff were so accommodating when I had last minute changes to my reservation. They also were super friendly when I asked for a late check out time. The breakfast kitchen staff was wonderful even though it was pretty close for breakfast to be over they didn't start putting away the food early like other hotels I've stayed in the kept the food well stocked and even helped my Granddaughter make her waffle. I liked everything about my stay!

The breakfast was hot and fresh. The hotel was very clean and the surrounding area was very beautiful. The staff was very professional and nice. The room was spacious and very clean. The water pressure was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great, there was a nice walking trail next door as well as a nice massage place, there were lots of restaurants and shopping within a 10 min drive. The room size was excellent, the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was delicious! Made such a nice and convenient staycation for us and we’ll certainly be back!

Loved this stay, definitely will consider staying here anytime we’re in the area. The hotel was tucked in a nice quiet area not too far from the airport(15 min) and not too far from restaurants and activities. The spaces were clean, bed comfy, and breakfast was yum! The staff were also very nice. I loved that I could text the front desk with any requests. Great stay overall!

The facility was amazing and the rooms clean & very comfortable. My niece loved swimming in the indoor pool. The staff working were some of the nicest people friendly& helpful. It was great to see how well they worked together and communicated. Hampton Inn never lets me down!

I didn't like that we weren't really near restaurants, coffee places, or not near a general store.

The Hampton Inn at Farmers Branch is fairly new and incredibly clean. We loved the location, as it’s right off the highway but still quiet - we couldn’t hear any traffic noises. The complimentary breakfast offers a good variety of options, including fresh fruit, and there is fresh coffee available in the lobby at all times. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job of keeping our room clean and trash cans emptied. Our king room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We’d definitely stay again when we are in the area. My only suggestion would be to have larger pillows or to include more of the smaller ones on your king size beds.

the room was very clean and tidy. the front desk lady when we were checking in was a little stressed out and kind of had an attitude i believe from the customer before us. the AC did not work the best AT ALL! woke up multiple times throughout the night sweating. besides that it was perfect and in an amazing location!

Good location in the Farmers Branch area; easy to connect to downtown and DWF Airport; nice area with a small lake on walking distance; room was very clean, excellent! Swimming pool and especially hot tub was not meeting my expectations. Restaurants are on walking distance, but not very close.

The hotel looks like it was newly built and is in a safer looking part of town. Check-in was a breeze. The room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was offered the next morning and it was a great selection. If i ever have to come back to this area i will definitely stay here again.

Great location and hotel. The only reason I knocked a star off was due to our family of 4 being kicked from a room with two beds to a room with a bed and a couch.

I really liked my stay rooms was spacious and very clean. Loved the bathroom, the pillow could be a bit better but was fine the bed was also great. The parking was ok I didn’t really love it as it was small parking but multiple floors and didn’t seem to have a lot of protection. But the area seems quiet and safe. The breakfast was AMAZING always waffles and bagels which is my favorite but their also other options too and some of the items changes.

Besides the herd of sheep that were running a 5k above us rather loudly we were very pleased with our stay. Everything seemed new and it was in a quiet and beautiful area of Dallas.

We had never been to this property before. We wanted to find somewhere close to DFW since our flight is very early in the morning. The lady who checked us in was beyond wonderful. She was so sweet and helped us with absolutely anything we needed. I would recommend going to this hotel highly.

Room was not ready an hour and half after check in time. clerk finally placed us in an accessible room. Bathtub was very slow to drain. Stood in inches deep water during shower.

This was our third stay and it was fabulous as usual. We choose the Hampton Inn and Suites Farmers Branch whenever we visit Dallas. If safety is a top priority then this is the hotel for you. Staff is outstanding, cleanliness is exceptional, the rooms are extremely comfortable, lots of choices for breakfast which is a welcome change from other hotels, and the Dart train is extremely close. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you for making our 3rd Mother Daughter trip so memorable⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the most wonderful stay here. I travel frequently so I am a little particular. I will return to this specific property whenever I'm in the Dallas area. Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was fresh with some organic options. They are Earth friendly so they used compostable, cups, plates, etc. Versus the cheap foam ones that fill our landfills. Fabulously stocked Fitness center. I'm a fitness instructor so I was very impressed. And an indoor pool that can be used year round. Even had a water bottle filling station with filtered water. Not a negative thing to say about this place.
