The property is dated, my room had a smell of mold and mildew.

The staff were very helpful from the housekeepers to the front desk. We were visiting for the high school graduation at Meredith high school. The location of this hotel was perfect.

Nice hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. It's just over priced for the hotel and it's location. Breakfast is not included so that's an additional charge. The do have a small store with things to eat. The room does have a microwave and fridg so that is travel helpful.

I did use the pool or exercise room, but saw families in the pool and hot tub.

Great location in walking distance to restaurants. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again when in the area.

Needed to shorten the length of the stay when I check in, and because I had booked through hotels.com, this required coordinating with hotels.com. Staff were extremely helpful with this and I was refunded the difference.

Hilton garden inn is our go to place in Falls Church . The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and shops . The staff , Serra, Aylin,Estifanos and Josh were exemplary to myself and my family especially my grandson ! We feel safe and cared for there and will be back !

There were a couple of maintenance issues needed in the room, but I made the front desk aware when I was checking out.

I couldn’t sleep at all the night I stayed since there was so much noise coming from the room above mine. It sounded like repetitive flushing, water sloshing around, and footsteps that persisted until about 2am.

Nice facilities. Originally, I was checked into a spacious suite (526), but the shower did not work.I notified stafff in morning but was not fixed until I reminded at end of day when I returned. I was then moved to a smaller room (522) called the Executive Suite, not quite as nice or as spacious as 526. The staff was overall great.

Things were clean, but a free rough edges now showing at this property. For one, it looks like they never scrub/deep clean the floor tiles in the elevator, they look filthy. The hallway on the 6th floor has wallpaper peeling from the walls, and no base moulding installed. They used to keep coffee available in the lobby until lunch time And after that water dispensers with lemon, which they don't do anymore. They replaced the mattresses with something that is hard and uncomfortable as opposed to the very comfortable mattresses they used to have. The past several rooms I've had here, the shower doors don't close properly which means that water can easily flood the bathroom floor. It seems like a new management group is taken over this hotel and they are not striving for the same standards that the Hilton brand used to be known for.

Location was good, breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, there is a sewage smell from the parking elevator entrance to the reception desk. The jacuzzi railing is broken at the base at the bottom of the jacuzzi and someone is gonna slip or cut their feet. Coffee sucked!

Hilton Garden Inn is my go to for Falls Church . Serra , Aylin , Esmea and John were wonderful to our family. House keeping as well . Family time is always important to us and this hotel is close to our family members and to fios shopping and parks. My Grandson loves the pool it gives us a space to reconnect !

Just a brief personal trip to Northern Virgina. This hotel has always been very good. Still is. Just a little surprised they now charge for parking but not a deal breaker for future trips.

Hotel was clean, bright, friendly. Great people. But the beds were hard as rocks. I slept in a chair the first two nights, then stayed somewhere else the third night. Everything else about the hotel was great, but the purpose is a great and comfortable nights sleep I could NOT rest on the rock hard beds, even with ibuprofen!

Have stayed here several times before because of the location. Always pleased. This time we had very little water pressure in the sink and both coffee pots in lobby were empty at around 9 a.m. when we came down. Refills in restaurant were also frustrating. Employees were all very nice.

Easy to get downtown from this location, liked the parking and eating options nearby. Pool was smaller than pictures let on, and room temp had a certain temp that we couldnt go under (for ac). Also thought there was free breakfast, but it was not free, $15 per person for what appeared to be standard hotel breakfast.

Did not like their reference to our using Expedia and telling us they could not refund our last day since we had to leave a day early. Told us they would’ve refunded had we booked thru Hilton.

The experience was very bad. The bed was a king size and it was extremely noisy, it was not possible to turn around even though the bed made a noise. The pillows were deformed and urgently need to be replaced.

I check in on the afternoon of 8/1/24 with my family and my pet dog, I knew they have a pet fee and incidental deposit which I don’t mind since it’s my second time to stay here. I walk my dog almost the whole day of 8/1 and 8/2 back and forth in the lobby everything is normal. On 8/2 around 11:20pm the Asian guy receptionist stop us in the lobby asking and yelling at us what we’re doing in the hotel, I felt so horrible that he thinks I’m squatting with my family in the lobby. I showed him my room keys and my name and told him my room number, and ask him why all of a sudden he stop my family only, while the other guests and their dogs before and behind us at that time can come and go freely he never stop them. This is discrimination and I don’t tolerate it. He never apologize, I ask for the manager business card he said they don’t have a manager, a new manager will come on Monday . I felt so ashamed and discriminated on how the Asian guy treated us.

Hilton Garden Inn in Falls Church is a great place to stay . For us close to family , the Metro , shopping . Clean , comfortable and safe !

Sometimes congested driveway near front door (under the overhang) especially when raining. People had to unload/load their own baggage. Their car obstructed the access egress of other vehicles. There were baggage trolleys in the foyer for customers to use, but no personnel such as baggage assistant or concierge. Apparently only one person working the check-in desk.

Room was dirty and sheets had clearly not been changed. Carpet had massive water damage

Jeffrey the front desk agent made sure our rooms were clean everyday and he made sure our family had a connecting room. Would definitely return. Give him a raise.

Very convenient hotel, in great shape, large rooms, nice free toiletries, very clean, with easy free parking out back. My only complaint is the breakfast is an extra charge, and the day I went the fruit salad was visibly not fresh, so I asked them to put out new fruit which they did. Everything else was great.

There was no one at the desk when I walked in to check in. Then when the person did arrive, she appeared to have just woken up and did not speak very good English. The room was nice and clean.

Our stay was great. The room was very spacious for our small dog to play around in. However, kitchenette wasnt clean. The counter and the cupboard doors were dirty and sticky with syrup I believe. And the standing shower light kept going out. Other then that, it was clean, very comfortable and inviting.

We stayed in this property, as it was close to a function we were attending. It was extremely convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and extremely clean. The check in process was very easy. The parking situation is a little bit awkward, but I am not sure the hotel could do much else in its location. The hotel was very quiet overnight. A fabulous stay- would definitely come back!
