How they swept it under the rug about a family in a room next to me that stayed up all night screaming in Holland and they asked him to leave at 3:40 AM I in Room 209 and the family in 211 the kids screamed and hollow and cried all night and at 3:40 after we call the front desk they were asked to leave I believe so cause he got quiet at 3:45

We love the hotel, however it is now 3rd time in a row that we do not get the room that we booked. They explained that they have too many bookings for that room type, but that should not be the problem of the client. To be fair they gave us a free upgrade, however only after we refused to take a inferior room to the one we booked. It creates a lot of stress when you do not get what you booked especially because we booked a kitchenette that is designed with a small dedicated space with a microwave, a sink and a small area to prepare the food. In other rooms of similar size you can get a microwave but not the area and for us that makes the whole difference

The bartrnders are the best!!!! The elevator & no pool

The mini refrigerator from the kitchenette does not close all the way and doesn’t keep the door cold. The bathroom sink water pressure is too high and the hot water burns. The toilet makes a really loud noise after you flush and the water runs for a long time. You can see the toilet water rise and it doesn’t flush well. This is the second time I’ve seen this happen at this hotel. GET YOUR PLUMBING FIXED.

We were allowed to check in early with no issues, staff was very helpful and accommodating with requests, property was very clean and lots of parking.

Selection: Breakfast was composed of a variety of items that could be selected from that would meet most tastes and or diets. I forgot to include shaving cream in my packed luggage. The faciity had a shop the was somewhat under stocked. Plenty of snacks but no shaving supplies.

Staff was friendly, room was decent. They put us on a floor with a children's sports team whom played in the hallways making loud noise. Also the wait for the elevators was ridiculous. One was completely broke and another kept getting stuck.

Free parking “Upgraded” room was rubbish. Hilton status member but treat poorly because we booked it through booking.com. This was told to us. Room wasn’t cleaned for two days in a row for no reason.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. The only reason we choose this particular hotel was because of the pool that was advertised. Our boys were excited and after a lot of convincing to skip his soccer game at home to stay and enjoy the pool, he was devastated to find out that there were no pools in the morning when we woke up. Apparently this has happened previously to a family before us, that came down in their swimsuits and were also told no pool. Staff are aware yet do not fix the online photos that show a pool is available on site.

breakfast was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was very quick. In my opinion the carpet in the room and corridors need to be replaced, personally it looks very old and not clean.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was super nice and friendly! The bar is well stocked and the food is delicious! There’s also a mini store with lots of goodies. Wish we’d stayed longer.

Just a simple, clean, cheerful, no messing property with a bar that stays open late. Oh and a huge room that was super comfy, so yeah, fantastic overall!

I booked for two nights. The second night I came after work- the door was propped open, the linens were stripped and my belongings were gone. I received a call from the assistant manager telling me that house cleaning made a mistake but stated that I had no belonging in the room. After staying here frequently I will take my business elsewhere. Lying and stealing is not something I would tolerate and it surprises me that a Hilton would act this way, and it was interesting that the assistant manager thought it would be helpful to tell me “housekeeping’s side”.

Every time I stay at this hotel, either another guest is given access to my same hotel room or an employee will access the room without warning. When you have another hotel room guest walking in on you, or a hotel staff member walking in on you, it can be a bit unnerving. If you are going to stay at this hotel, you may want to keep that in mind. Otherwise, it's a great hotel, great location. Very clean, very friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

The front staff was very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming and the room was clean, well-stocked with all toiletries, and easy to access.

The look of the hotel is elegant, it was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and professional, anything I needed was cared for. The staff also checked on me throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I have stayed here several times while visiting my daughter at nearby George Mason University, so that alone should tell you my experience with this property. Generally, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is generally pretty good. The property is clean and well maintained. There is a huge lobby bar area with fireplaces that is comfortable, tho I rarely order anything from them. No complaints other than the elevators are a bit slow and the property is aging, if gracefully.

The staff at this hotel were all very courteous, capable, and professional. The room layout is good for working or relaxing. The lobby and outdoor areas are spacious. This hotel is starting to look a bit tired. We have stayed here 3-4 times & have noticed that wear and tear is taking its toll - the hotel doesn't "shine" anymore. Altho we made a rez a few weeks ahead of our travel, our room was subpar. The bathroom countertop had a big jagged chunk out of it at the sink edge, the GFI plug in the sink area was broken with pieces missing. During our stay the power went off in the bathroom and our AC stopped working. Thankfully the reception staff offered us another room. That room was better, but also had a damaged GFI outlet - this safety issue is unacceptable.

Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

This was one of the worst stays at a Hilton I have ever had. Upon check in, I was assigned to a room that was 80 degrees inside. I first tried turning the thermostat down thinking maybe it’s been a while since anyone has occupied the room to change it. After 40 minutes went by and no change, I called downstairs to ask for a different room. But before I could even ask I was I interrupted and told “we’re going to send someone up right away. After another 10 min, a maintenance worker comes in to “check” the thermostat and then starts taking the wall unit apart and checking the HVAC in the room. The HVAC area looked very old as if there was mold and asbestos present! I finally demanded another room. The front desk staff member went to check the thermostat in the new room before I went in, and he told me “it’s set to 66 and the air is cool.” When I went in it was still very warm, and at first the thermostat in the new room didn’t even come on. It wasn’t until I fully inspected the room that I found an entirely different thermostat in separate corner which controlled the air. The room eventually cooled, but due to the heat I began to break out in hives and my hair was sweated out and ruined, which was an inconvenience for me because I had an event to attend that night. Overall, this is a very old Hilton that needs a serious makeover. As a Hilton Honors member, I will never return to this location again!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was super clean the staff was so kind and courteous. The room was great and I lobed the design of it.

Overall great in terms of affordability, location, cleanliness, and experience. The free wifi didn't connect as it didn't recognize our room# and last name combination which was strange. Also, the showers make noises when turning on or off, but that's just plumbing I guess.

Well my stay was very boring. When I checked in with the room the television was not working. Stayed scrambled signal or off line. When I made the front desk aware they stated they knew and someone was on the roof fixing it then. But my television never recovered signal so I was stuck in a room with no entertainment all night and morning. That should have been a factor when checking in and personally I feel they should have done a check with all guests to make sure they regained signal. Makes me think I’m going to have to call and check for television service before booking a room again.

Nice and comfy room Wi-fi is locked behind a hotel program that you have to join. Tv has locked input, and it's not possible to connect a device to it. Water is neatly available at the entrance with the label $2 each. Mini fridge was as room temperature (we are in winter). Drink that you can get at safeway was marked up by 100% Breakfast was included thanks to Booking, but it was just ok, I wouldn't pick it if I had to pay. We have stayed at the Hilton in Tyson's, and the first 4 issues mentioned above were not present. Will not come back to this location.

It's the staff that makes a difference. From the people working in the restaurant who were super friendly and nice and had candid conversations with them to the ladies at the front desk last night and the guy at the front desk this morning super helpful try to leave my room clean and with a tip.

After working all day in the 45 degree outside temps i decided to break away from the normal highway hotel for a hot shower and a warm room. Highly disapointed for the price i paid to the value i got.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Shower was very slow and drain was slower creating an overflow in the bathroom. No shower gel in fixed container. Bed was extra comfortable. The $2 bottles water was excessive.

I really liked the setup because the bedroom was partially separated from the tv/sofa area. You can also rotate the tv 360 degrees to view towards the bedroom or the sitting area. Finally, the hotel is 2 minutes away from lots of shopping and dining options. Looking forward to staying here again.

It was a great hotel experience for a one night need a hotel so me and my baby can rest, it was clean upon arrival, there was enough towels. I love the shampoo & conditioner, and body wash they had. The front desk man was nice and professional. That might have to be my new location for hotels. This hotel is fantastic. I got here on Saturday, checked out Sunday. I came on business meeting with some customers and my girlfriend tagged along. The bar, restaurant, and breakfast were great. Rooms were clean and very nice. I will stay here again in October for my next business trip!

Soooo.... for as much as i paid i wouldnt think i had to pay for breakfast. But the supprise is even though u pay for everything upfront they will forget to tell u about the security fee. Mine came out to 500 bux.

Overall great. The only issue we had was the AC not cooling enough in the morning. It was getting warm and temperature was not able to drop below 73F even though we set it at 64F.

Parking and ease of entering and exiting hotel to shop, dine, and explore.

Perfect location yeah, my girlfriend went to King spa and then went the other direction the next day to Great Falls great scenery.. show the location of the Hilton was perfect in between both

The staff was amazing. The Hotel beautiful. The room was super comfortable and they had free washers and dryers. I booked again with them

Everything was excellent. just did not like the policy of holding $50 incidental on my credit card and not getting credit back for 3-5 business days. Why, when I paid in full when I made the reservation? And get charged interest on top of it. That's is unethical business practice of borrowing my money at my own expense.

A nice full service hotel with a restaurant and bar open until 11 pm. Outdoor patio was a nice amenity. Staff was very friendly

Horrible customer service. I left something in the lobby and have tried the calling the hotel a number of times today and have been told to call back during business hours tomorrow - and I have either been hung up on or transferred to lost and found (where nobody answers) before I can complete sentence. I politely called back and asked to not be hung up on and have been hung up again. I requested to speak with a manager and have been just get transferred (mid sentence) to the general line.

Near water . Bed little hard.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, something for everyone. Had a small issue but it was quickly resolved. Overall a nice stay & would consider revisiting in the future.

Love this hotel , its Amezing

There wasn't a constant fan going in the room which I'm use to having that option so that was a little annoying but the room was very spacious.

Great one night stay. Clean rooms and quiet area.

The rooms had a lot of dust especially on the carpets and curtains

we had a lot of disagreements with the front desk staff what was very dissapointing

My room was spotless. It was clean, especially the bathroom. Clean smell to the room. Staff was very pleasant to converse with. Outside was landscaped very well. Walking path was very well maintained. Absolutely would recommend with 5 stars!! Thank you for making my stay exceptionally wonderful.

Had a wonderful stay. Was there for a solo weekend getaway. Staff was very friendly and helpful with getting around the hotel. Room was clean and had zero issues the entire stay. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

Clean and staff friendly. A ceiling panel in one of the elevators was loose and hanging and held up with duct tape.

The staff vlearly needed trsining on check in. After two minutes my room had no hot water while taking a shower. On top of that the room I booked said breakfest included had to pay for it.

Vey nice property and rooms but the towels they gave me were dirty, door for my room wouldn’t shut all the way so I’d constantly hear it hit the frame and I saw multiple bugs/roaches when walking through the lobby or to my room

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and staff is attentive

The shower would only spew scalding hot water.....I was in the middle of moving so I really was looking forward to a shower but could not take one.....when I mentioned this problem at the front desk when I was checking out (I didn't want anyone else to have this problem), he said a lot of people had complained about that. Nothing was offered to me. I submitted a complaint to Hilton asking for a partial refund. I never even received a response. I will not stay at any other Hiltons!

The room was hot

Beautiful property and neighborhood. Very quiet and tranquil. Only issue is housekeeping opened our hotel room door on two occasions without knocking or introducing themselves! I attempted to address the matter but their english was very limited. I think they understood by the end as they offered sincere apologies. Outside of that, our stay was great and I would definitely stay again!!

The clerk gave away our room cause we arrive at 4am. He said that because it was 3 party we could not hold your room. But made it right by up grading the room. My thought is check out is 11 am why did you give away our room.
