It was a decent hotel for a couple of days. The AC seems really outdated and couldn't maintain the rooms temperature very well. I had to wait to check in because there was no one at the front desk, then when I needed to check out there was also no one at the front desk.

The breakfast was fresh everybday and evrrything was kept very clean. The staff for the kitchen and the room cleaning were outstanding and so kind. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was always as well. It was a nice , quiet atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was filled with concrete in 2019 yet still shows on Booking and in the Wyndham site as an available amenity.

The breakfast selection was the same as any other hotel the air conditioning was exceptional then most places.

Nothing fancy, overall ok. Room was quiet and beds have been comfy. Good location, close to the airport. Staff was not very welcoming. Value for money was not given.

The food was a little different every morning so we enjoyed a little variety throughout the week and it was very good. Even during the last half hour of breakfast, they were willing to refill hot food when it ran out. The whole place was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again😁

We choose this property as it was only one of two in Fairburn that have indoor pools and a fitness center. This one was a little futher from the highway so we figured it would be quite as you wouldn't be able to hear the traffic. I honestly think we made a great choice! The room was clean and the property was well cared for. Everyone we encounter including staff and other guests were very nice. Breakfast had hot food as well as the classic cold food offerings and there's a k cup coffee maker so you can come down for a cup of coffee even after breakfast is done. The pool was perfect and the fitness center has a weight machine in addition to a bike and treadmill which a lot of places don't offer. It was great to stay in such a nice place while dealing with something as stressful as a bathroom remodel.

This is really a budget hotel, and I expected more from a Wyndham property. The breakfast was average; turkey sausage, DIY waffles and pancakes, fresh fruit, nothing exciting. The indoor pool was nice, bathwater temps, but the hot tub has been filled in with concrete. The check-in was smooth, parking lot clean. In the room, the bed was very comfortable but was on a spring base, so it made lots of creaks. We could hear every step the person in the room next to us took. We heard every time they dropped something, every noise, which was annoying when trying to go to sleep. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, only soap. There was clearly a spot below the A/C unit that had been poorly patched after a leak, and when my husband accidentally hit the ceiling with his belt, a fine layer of dust rained down on us. There was at least one spot at the baseboards that smelled like animal urine; I know this is a pet-free property, but I'm not sure it's always been that way. Honestly, I think next time we'll try one of the other hotels in the area to compare. We go to the Ren Fest pretty often, and this stay was just average, nothing fancy, but very close to the event.

I wish I could tell you about the hotel's free breakfast, but when I checked in, the desk clerk failed to mention its existence. She also forgot to mention the check-out time (it's 11 am, posted on the room door). Parking in front of the hotel is limited. My room was basic, with no modern USB charge-points, but it served okay. Fridge and microwave worked. The A/C unit buzzed loudly when the compressor was running.

I stay at this hotel every single time I come down. Most recently it made me happy that the front desk even remembered me when I checked in. However, the only reason I’m giving four stars this time is because as I was checking out, I learned that several people cars had been broken into. Thankfully, mine wasn’t one of them, but I do want to caution people not to leave any valuables in your car. This is not the hotel‘s fault. Unfortunately this is common in Atlanta from what I’ve heard. So just make sure your doors are locked, and there aren’t any valuables left in your car. Other than that, great hotel! I love to stay here because it’s clean, the price is good, and it’s right next-door to a Mexican restaurant I love. Oh, and they have an indoor pool. I don’t like outdoor pools even when it’s hot outside.

I usually say you get what you pay for. Cheap rooms are a gamble! Let me tell you, this is a gamble you should take. We got this room for right at $100 and it was clean, renovated, comfortable beds, awesome breakfast! It did have an indoor pool but did not have time to visit. I could not have asked for a better pit stop to get some quick rest

I stayed at the Wingate during a business trip to Fairburn, GA and it was extremely clean, safe and the staff was amazing. I also talked to one of the police officers that I was working with during my time there and he told me that the Wingate was very safe.

This is my go-to spot whenever I find myself on the south side of Atlanta. The service is great, comfy beds, and literally anything you want is a short drive away. It's convenient to the airport and still a quiet spot to rest!

The hotel was easy to find. The rooms were very clean. I liked the fact that there was no carpet on the floor as carpet tends to carry a lot of germs. We have been staying here for The GA Ren Faire for several years. We bring a big group usually 15-20 people. This was the first year we had an issue. We were told “sorry, we’re going to have to upgrade you” upon arrival. I had booked my room 2 months in advance. 4 adults and a double bed room. Our “upgrade” was a king size bed and the crappiest pull out couch ever. Small as a full size bed, 3in thin stained old mattress and broken bed frame. Horribly uncomfortable for 2 grown adults. We were told there was a mistake and some contractors needed to stay longer and they got our room. That’s Not how that should work, tell them they have to leave or stay in the “upgrade room” because the room they got was ALREADY BOOKED. BY US!

I called at 8a and that agent told me to call back at 10a when the cleaning people were there. I called back at 11a and that desk agent checked lost and found, the room (108) and spoke with the room attendant supervisor who said she checked all the carts to no avail. I know I left it therr because I was in the middle of packing my computer bag and I unplugged the charger from the computer and put it in the bag. Then my daughter knocked on the door to bring in the cart and I got distracted and grabbed the bag and put it on the cart. So I am owed a charger.

The only thing I had a problem with was I wanted to get in the pool and the pool was out of service my whole trip I picked this hotel because it had a pool but when I got there it was out of service very disappointed. I was on vacation for my birthday and to see my son and grandkids

Wyndham needs to provide all of it's front desk staff with customer care training. We've gotten better care from a rock. We atayed at three properties this week and they were all the same, no personality.

I have stayed at this property prior to this trip. The property has fabulous rooms. However, the room I stay in this time was basic. It was basically a bed and a television. Next year for my event I will only stay one day and move on. The place is great otherwise. It’s clean and has great customer service attendees. I thank them.

There’s an unexpected misc. fee that took 5 days to go back on my account. The beds are small and the lighting is pretty bad. The ceilings are high, so it makes the room feel weird in proportion. Everything was pretty clean except some cobwebs. The breakfast was pretty good. The tub is deep but it can be a challenge to get out of the shower if you don’t have long legs.

The toilet was rocking back and forth. The shower head was horrible and there is rust all over the vents and things.

Location of hotel was very convenient however the hotel is very basic. No bells or whistles. Lounge chair in room was dirty and the sink had suds in it when we checked in. WiFi glitched and knocked out TV and nothing was done about it until the next day when the maintenance staff came in with a remote and changed the input on the tv back to the correct HDMI. Also, arrived back in my room to find that housekeeping left my room door propped open and they were not around. I was told they were coming back to put in towels but when I checked the room the towels were there and the room was complete. They refused to just admit it was left open and unattended on accident. This would not be a hotel a choose to revisit when in this area.

The stay is extended so the only complaint I have is that I have been at this location for over 30 days with no perks

Bathroom in one room did not work. Hair dryer in the other room did not work. You could tell the hotel had some age and there was a bad stain in the window seal.

It was good. It allowed me to get with a friend that I haven't seen in a while. I enjoyed her company.

Check in was easy and fast, fairly clean and decent. Staff was friendly and helpful

Let you check in then tells you that the elevator won’t be working!!! We are both 70 years old and had to carry everything up the stairs. We then worked to cancel the rest of our stay called Wyndham and Expedia and they still charged us a$100 canceltion fee.

HOT Water on 3rd or 4th Floor DOES NOT Get that Hot. a Few Weeks ago when it was freezing outside a Barely Warm Shower is Not what most want!! Told Them about this weeks before.

The front desk staff was truly welcoming and friendly every day. The cleaning staff as well. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was great each morning.

I like that this hotel is surrounded by eateries and shopping centers. The hotel in itself needs some major updates. Firstly, the furniture in the lobby and in the rooms needs to be replaced. It is soiled, dirty, and filled with grease stains. I did not want to sit in the lobby or in my room because of this. Secondly, the hotel does not have hot water during the day. I had to be moved to a different room because I had no hot water upon checking in. I moved to another room just for the same problem to happen. My second room had a stopped up sink and soiled furniture. I hope for the sake of business that someone in upper management takes heed to this and makes come changes immediately. The hotel has much to offer but it is overshadowed by issues that should be resolved immediately.

Water didn’t get hot enough

It was a single night stay and served the purpose. Staff friendly. Breakfast adequate.

This is a nice property, clean, and good service. My problem is that I had to cut my reservation short from 4 nights to 2. I was not able to get a refund for the last two nights I was not there.

It was very nice and the customer service was on point in helping me out when I checked in when needed to change room heating was working in the room i was in but everything worked out ok

Great Hotel for $100 or Less. Need to get the HOT Water on 3rd & 4th Floors taken care of.

Very Nice Hotel for $100 or Less. on the 4th Floor & After 2 Different Rooms Hot water is Not getting Hot. Older Treadmill. Decent Breakfast. Beds are Comfortable & Every room i've stayed in is Clean but that HOT WATER Needs to get Hot & Not just Warm. it was Hot on 1st Floor men's restroom though.

Great because of the experience I had at the previous spot.

Everything was great during our stay with the exception of the breakfast. Minor inconvenience especially during the holiday season.
