Very nice hotel very clean, staff nice, atmosphere was nice. Only thing that was off was the breakfast, have to do better on the breakfast. But I would stay there again.

Great place to stay if you aren’t planning on staying in the room 24/7. Room was clean, staff was friendly, a nice place to come back to after spending a day in the city.

The hotel was clean, the accommodations were excellent. The breakfast was so much better than your standard contenental. Full breakfast with omelet, sausage & pancakes. You can adjust the a/c to a cooler setting at night. None of these games some hotels are playing were you cook at night because they have some sort of govenor on the a/c at night to keep you from lowering it. A great hotel experience. Highly recommended.

The Breakfast was pretty good! I asked if the pool would be open when booked and was told it would be. When I arrived at the facility the pool was closed. That's why I booked my stay, thinking the pool would be open.

The staff are really kind and friendly and everything was clean.

When we walked in you could smell how clean it was

Breakfast was okay. Normal things. TV only had half the channels working Pool was "Not open, because its not pool season". Its an indoor pool..should be open all year...AND ITS THE MIDDLE OF MAY AND 90 DEGREES OUTSIDE? This was half the reason we picked this hotel to stay at. Very disappointed. If the hotel wasn't as clean as it was, it would have been a worse score.

We love this hotel, we come twice a year for Ren Fair. The staff is so kind and helpful. They really make it a good experience. Our rooms are clean! Only complaint was the AC unit squeaked and was a bit annoying.

AC kept the room cool. could not log into wifi, screen said my last name and room number did not match. I didn't bother to contact front desk, I just used my cell phone.

Not a single issue here. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, staff was friendly (our key card wasn’t working at first and they had to fix that for us but still very nice), AC kept us a comfortable temperature at night. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to the GA renaissance festival :)

I love the location. The day shift receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. When I got to the hotel I was told that the indoor pool was currently closed. I booked at this hotel bc I wanted to stay at one with an indoor pool for my daughter to swim due to the chilly weather. Well the day receptionist explained that she is able to make accommodations for us to swim in the indoor pool at their “sister facility” best western- which is next door to this hotel. I took my daughter to swim there shortly after I got there with no issues. When I went back later on in the evening around 6:30pm- the evening receptionist at the time voiced that she did not know what I was talking about when I tried to explain how I was accommodated earlier by the day shift receptionist. The evening receptionist did make a call to best western hotel concerning this but the receptionist there at the time also explained that she did not know anything about it. I guess there is a lack of communication somewhere- which is very unfortunate for guests who stay there wanting to swim in the indoor pool.

It is a very nice property, only problem was the bowler decided it had had enough, lol, but they had another in and hot water by that night, so it was all good.

Breakfast was good, one elevator went down the weekend I was there. Also was out most of the day on Saturday and room never got cleaned, I had to request new wash cloths and towels, the hotel was clean for the most part.

I stayed for four nights. Everyday the breakfast was exactly the same. I would have liked to see more variety in the hot breakfast items.

But, I wish we were given 1 more additional hour to rest, since we did not sleep all night and check in at 7am.

Only complaint regards entry doors to guest rooms. EXTREMELY difficult to open. Close so forcefully that they are actually a safety hazard if a finger happened to get caught.

Breakfast was GREAT! The rooms were super clean and I LOVED the Dove brand hand soap and lotion as well as body wash options in the bathroom. The comforter was the BEST ever in a hotel! Nice and thick and not paper thin!

AC didn’t work around midnight it got so hot out 5 month old baby was miserable. Finally got them to move rooms for us but it was so late and we had not slept that we asked for late checkout if possible. They were unable to accommodate us.

My guest and I stay was very terrible. The staff wasn’t welcoming and could not accommodate us till our second night. Having to sleep in a room where the toilet don’t work and being told we had to fix it ourselves and what to do when we WERE PAYING CUSTOMERS.

I had all the money on that card from family where they paid their part of the room. Chime was the only card I had so would have been nice to know before I got there. My brother in-law then had to use his credit card (that we weren't wanting to us) to pay for it. If we hadn't of been traveling with family I guess they just weren't going to give us our room???

Ramone at the front desk is professional, friendly and really knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was on the better side of good! Shower had a bar that you could put your foot on while washing it. I'd stay there again!

Our check in was fine, but the waiting 2 hours for someone to come work the front desk was ridiculous. When we arrived the front desk person was apparently in a room with the police. I feel like they could have called someone in to cover for them.

This was the fourth year in a row I have stayed at this hotel, and will stay again on my next trip. It's always clean, and so easy to deal with. Great folks.

The room was extremely nice, a nice walk-in shower and all the amenities in the bathroom. Like the Keurig coffee maker and the coffee to go with it.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a layover flight we had the next day. Hotel was clean, quiet, and a 15-20 minute ride from the airport. Bed was comfortable and room was tidy. I like that they use dove products in the bathroom. There’s a keurig machine in the room to make coffee and a mini fridge if you need to store any food. There are fast food places within the area. I didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast as our flight was very early and we had no time to eat. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Electric vehicle charging was a game changer

I liked that the property was located off of a main road. I did not like the false advertising of the room. The ad stated there would be 2 queen sized beds in the room, but were actually 2 full-sized beds instead. My wife and I couldn't fit in the same bed so we ended up sleeping in separate beds. I'm 6'2" so my feet were hanging off of the bed. Other than not getting what I actually paid for, it was a decent property.

We come here during Ren Fair every year. This hotel is always so clean and the staff is so wonderful. I do not have a single complaint. Their complimentary breakfast is always good. I have to mention the staff again because they are so friendly and helpful and greet you with a smile. We will be back in the spring!

I booked this property at the last minute during hurricane Helene. I booked it for two days. When hurricane Helene passed, I needed to get home to assess the damage on my house. I requested to cancel the second night. I was told that corporate was contacted and it was approved and the girl at the desk approved it with Expedia on the phone as I was standing there. They redacted what they said and said they would not refund me the second night. They liars and they only worried about the money during a natural disaster. Shameful behavior.

They have electric car chargers. Not sure if they don’t work or if it was a user error. That’s my only complaint

The rooms were clean. I travel with lysol, bleach wipes, and alcohol. So, I know when the room is dirty. I wipe down everything in the room and spray. The refrigerator was clean, even under the refrigerator. The mattress and pillows were comfortable and clean. All the lamps worked. The breakfast was the regular hotel breakfast, but the presentation and cleanliness was top notch. Staff was helpful and nice. I would stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this particular property. And it has been very plesant. Clean, comfortable, accessible to many resturants , gas stations and shopping. Close to major roads and the hwy. The employees treet everyone the same. With the utmost respect and professionalism. A great place to stay.

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and clean, bathroom was perfect. The new build of the whole hotel is great. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Lots of restaurants not even 1 mile from the hotel. I will book there again soon.

The bed was so comfy, had the best pillows. The service was great, very clean, very homey.

The bed was super comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom was very clean. The only thing I did not like was the fact the bathroom has no air conditioning in it, it was very hot in there, they definitely need to add that to their list of things to do better.

Not enough towels for rooms, and roaches in room.

Typical Holiday Inn Express. Clean, decent breakfast (fruit salad may be a nice addition). Definitely no complaints

Nice folks working there but the hotel and room were dirty. The TV in the sitting area was connected, we assume to a prior guests head phones (the screen said welcome Oscar), and we could not get it disconnected, so no sound at all.

Room rates too high for area.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean.
