Shower curtains too short. Approx 12” from floor which causes the floor to get extremely wet. This cause a slip hazard and injuries. Please lower the curtains.

Plenty of parking Extremely difficult to find. If it had been dark I never would have found it. It’s stuck back in an alley on a side road, off a congested highway. There needs to be some signage or something. I didn’t leave my room for a meal for fear of never finding my way back to the hotel - I bought a frozen pizza for the room microwave.

My stay was pleasant. Only issue I had was each day my key card was deactivated, so I had to go back down to have it activated each day I returned to the hotel and then on my check out day the housekeeper mentioned they had my room listed as empty. Which may explain why the housekeeper didn’t come by during my stay. I just wanted to have my trash disposed. Aside from that, I’d recommend this hotel for convenience and access to local stores and restaurants. I also liked the free parking!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The room looked and smelled clean! The location is great near a lot of things to do, see, and eat! Will definitely recommend when you’re in the area🤗

We booked a room over the weekend. Somehow the booking was scheduled wrong by Expedia and the hotel was SO accommodating. They realized the mistake was not ours and were MORE than willing to work with us and they even gave us a very decent discount. The morning/day time manager at the Fairfield Inn in Fairburn, Georgia on May 3rd, was outstanding in how she handled our situation. Thank you for taking care of us!

There was no silverware at breakfast, no towels in the pool. The air conditioning unit had a bright flashing light that strobed all hours. Overall this is what I would have expected from a low cost motel not what I've come to expect for this brand. Will not be booking this location again.

The staff is superb. They were aware of my specific visit & asked me about it throughout my stay. Front desk was extremely helpful, one awesome guy went way above & beyond helping me with dumb wifi stuff. Great job!!

The only negative thing I have to say about my stay is the I was double charged after I was told my third party reservation was declined. I have yet to receive a refund.

Customer service was great, and the breakfast was also wonderful. Scrambled eggs, frittatas, oatmeal with many toppings, waffles, juice, yogurt. The hotel smelled very clean. No smoking anywhere in the hotel, which helped the odor. The AC unit was somewhat loud, but they switched us to a new unit. The AC was a little quieter there. The beds were very firm, too much for my liking, but others may like it.

I loved the location. The hotel was so clean. The check in process was quick and easy. The only complaint I have is the toilet paper accessory. It is doe not allow the toilet paper to roll as it should. Definitely, not well designed.

1 day a year breakfast could be ready by 6:00 for the bike riders on the Saturday of the One Love Bike ride. Breakfast was ready at the normal time on Saturday (7:00). Did not do most of the riders a lot of ggod.

We arrived at 11:45pm so we couldnt see the surrounding property very well as it sits close to what looks like apartments or condominiums and we got lost trying to find the front of the building. To be fair we was using Google and I don't think she has the directions correct yet. The breakfast was the bestest we had our entire trip! We stayed at a second Marriott when we got to Flordia and they never changed what they served each morning....same thing everyday, except for eggs.We enjoyed our stay in Fairfield Georgia and I wish i would have taken a photo of that beautiful room we stayed in.

By far the worst Fairfield I have stayed at and will never return. Carpet looks dirty, room dated, bed awful. Did I mention that they only clean your room every 3 days!!! Never again! No one communicated the cleaning policy at check in.

When we got to the room it was really hot. Thought someone just left the heat on. Opened the window and turned on the AC. By the time we went to sleep it was still hot in the room. The AC came off and on and never cooled down the room. The only thing that did work was opening up the window for the cool air outside.

Wifi was non-functioning. Paint was splattered in the bathroom. There were limited usb ports for charging in the room. The pool was too cold to be enjoyable. The breakfast made my wife and i sick due to out of date or improperly stored items. Somehow there was no cell signal inside the building. The staff was wonderful.

I stayed for 3 nights and 2.5 of those days the elevator was inoperable and I had a senior citizen and a small child with me, so it really put strain on me having to use the stairs for the duration of my stay.

It was a nice stay. My room was clean and very comfortable. The personnel at the counter when I arrived was very nice and anyone interacted with just moving throughout the building. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was okay until I used the guest laundry room on our floor. I wore a sweatshirt to fly home on today 4-27-2023, and I felt like something was biting me like crazy to the point upon arrival at my home airport,I went into ladies room and removed the top and seen that my arms were being ate up. And I threw my brand new sweatshirt away. I'm very disappointed about this experience. I called back to the hotel and made them aware of the incident and told them to do extra cleaning and run the washer and dryer on that 3rd floor to disinfect them

The only reason the rating is not a full joy smiley face is that the evening desk attendant seemed not to want to be working-you know, civil, but none too friendly. She was, however, competent. Other staff later made up for the initial lack of sunshine... The hotel is adjacent to not less than 10 eateries, several service stations, urgent care, Interstate 85, and only about 10-15 minutes south of Hartsfield. The grounds, common areas, and interior corridors were clean, well-lit, and well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. We slept really well on the comfy bed and body-conforming pillows. The mobility accessible room was spacious and well-laid out. The restroom's low profile tub and extra floor space were needed accommodations. We didn't use the pool, but the area was clean and well-lit. We did use the gym and the equipment was in good working order and well maintained. Breakfast was appropriate to our no-pork diet. The grits, which are easy to mess up, were "bodified" and properly seasoned. Thank y'all for a restful evening!

Amazing staff helped me with a booking problem and went above and beyond to make sure it was worked out. Room was very clean and the building is well maintained. The extra amenities like free breakfast, indoor pool and the gym make it a perfect place to relax. I'll definitely be staying again. 10/10 stars!

This is a brand new property so everything is in tip top shape. It is close to fast dining options and is a stone's throw from the highway, Nestled away in a little wooded area, it feels extremely safe walking around here.

Power went out around 7am. Notifications from staff and ETA for power return was never communicated.

Very nice service and room but the bed was like sleeping on the floor because of the mattress.

Our stay was great until the adjacent room got some very loud occupants. It would have been a perfect stay otherwise. I would like to thank the desk assistant, Michael for his professional and fantastic service skills.

Well the water went out and the hotel did not inform anyone. So while going to shower there was no water! When it did come back on hours later the water was tepid at best, so you couldn’t even have a hot shower!! The area all around is secluded and looks like construction just stopped.

Great weekend there. Staff was polite an courteous. Room was on point. Only downside I had was the bed was very firm. Other then that Internet speed was sufficient for small web meeting. Few places within walking distance for a quick bite to eat.

My disappointment came when my room had no hot water on the last 2 days of my stay; I could not take showers either day. I called the front desk to let them know of my concern, and I was thanked for letting them know. The next day at check-out, I checked with the front desk again, assuming that the entire hotel had no hot water, and I was told that the rest of the hotel was fine, and it was only my room that had no hot water. I was told that the person I spoke with the previous day had not made a note of my name or room number, so they didn't know which room had no hot water. Nothing was done by the staff to resolve this issue while I was staying at the hotel, and when I expressed my disappointment at check-out, I was offered a snack from the snack area, which I declined because a snack does not seem like adequate repayment for the inconvenience of no shower for an evening and the following morning. I submitted these comments to the hotel directly in a survey about my stay, but I did not receive a reply. The hotel is in a good location, close to several quick food locations.

The staff, especially Candy at the front desk, were amazing. Would stay here again!

Need to upgrade the breakfast. Yuk! Other than that its a great place to stay.
