Very clean hotel and room. Vending, pool out of order. Coffee was gross (there is a Starbucks nearby) and no breakfast. Cleaning and front desk staff were friendly.

Convenience Noisy guest—-sometimes. The guest who rented the room above us very noisy and inconsiderate, slamming doors and then what I thought I heard was a gunshot, but I’m not sure on that one. Then when the owner decided to make them leave somebody up there got really really mad and left the shower running and the sink running, and that water poured into our room by way of the water sprinkler near the door. I was glad when those people were finely like gone.

Convenient location, quite for area, clean and comfortable room.

Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was large and very clean. A/c and WiFi worked well. The location is convenient, with direct access to the Airport Freeway (183) feeder street. The room rate was reasonable for value-priced accommodation. To get a quiet night’s sleep, pay a little extra and book a room on the back side of the motel. The towels were thin, scratchy and not very absorbent, and some were rather more grey in color than white. There was nowhere to hang clothes: no wall hooks and no coathangers for the hanging space (none could be found in the motel’s supply room, either). There were no tissues either.

My boyfriend and I just needed a night away and this was our spot!! The room was great! Nice and clean and sheets, blankets and pillows were so comfy! Staff was very friendly and made it super easy to check in and out. I would come back here for sure

It wasn’t the cleanest hotel and the staff wasn’t helpful. Just wish it was a better staff and it was a loud noise that was disturbing for me to sleep.

I parked in the same handicap parking the whole time I was here. They don’t supply facial tissues or any sundries. There isn’t an offering of extra small things one might need if forgotten. The carpet outside of the elevator on the second floor stays horribly dirty. Housekeeping is very loud knocking on doors at 9am! The guys at the front desk are very pleasant, kind & helpful. They are dog friendly however the grounds are not areas friendly to walk your dogs. You have to walk them in other areas down the road. It’s really nice to have a Starbucks two doors down. The coffee here is really bad! All in all I kept to myself and had my peace.

Everything was recently remodeled which was nice. The cleanliness was okay but still could be a little better. Honestly, I think it's probably just from the remodel. Location The cleaning staff was absolutely rude. The bathroom was not clean, had hair in the shower, the comforter had spots on it. I talk to the manager and he said he couldn’t not accommodate us because it was a weekly rate. We had to clean ourselves.

We booked a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes in there. We also had roaches in our room and the night clerk said he couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Hotels.com We didn’t get any kind of discount when we check out either.

The astroturf/ grass landscape combination. Also it’s now called the residency Inn but it’s still got a Red Roof sign outside on the road. The side door did not work with my key card at 6am and i had to do a long walk around to the front.

It’s fine - about what you would expect. It was 90+ degrees over Memorial Day Weekend and the pool was closed. There was no pool furniture in place, so it was obvious the pool wasn’t unexpectedly closed due to a mechanical failure. This wasn’t communicated online during the reservation process. Very disappointing.

The staff was wonderful. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Me and my son are waiting on our apartment to be ready. Every stay has been wonderful. Housekeeping is amazing and respectful. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

The property is very outdated and should throw that breakfast away, to pretend they never tried it. TV did not work. Sheets and towels were dingy, but the place was clean. No bad smells or nothing like that. Just needs to update the bedding, towels, TVs, and add headboards for king size beds.

I booked through expeeida. The 1st guy actes like he cpuld not find my reservation. Told me i needed to call expeida. His boss came and the guy from the morning came. They found me right away and the morning guy called to get it settled. Took me over an hour to get into my room after traveling all day. The 2nd night was ok. I liked starbucks was 2 doors down.

it’s just a basic motel room . Breakfast is nothing more than toast and single pastries to go . No coffee or hot food . We only stayed because we needed a place to stay after a late concert . Our original hotel Extended Stay America canceled on us 4 hours before arrival saying they were over booked . I think it was because they found out there was a concert in the area cuz the prices sky rocketed that day and they wanted to make more money off our room . Even tho you reserve a room always call the day off to confirm your stay . This was a lesson learned .

They are renovating the property. Our room was quite clean, but drywall dust was in the carpet outside our door. Also, no coffee available in either our room or at the continental breakfast! I nearly fainted, haha. I am sure it will be better when renovations are completed.

I personally would avoid going to this hotel and staying my car due to the fact that not only is it riddled with strong paint smells and stains, but Ive found some nasty brown stains on all the towels and bed covers. The biggest nail in the coffin for me was the two ROACHES I found in my room. One of the staff guys kept lying about which rooms were available only for him to backtrack on his word due to having to move us to said rooms. I had to wake earlier than what I wanted because the paint crew come near the room doing loud work on the wall, almost makes you think the hotel should be closed until the renovation work is done.

The hotel offered continental free breakfast in the morning up to 8:30 am. I was there at 7 am, But there was no coffee and just few breads left!!!! I even asked them for just hot water, the help desk person said they do not have it!!!!!

Was there hours before my flight in Dallas because I couldn’t check in earlier the evening due to delays from Houston. Overal was understood but I believe my room access hours could have been extended beyond 12pm because i showed up 8am, requested attest until 5pm since my flight was 8pm but couldn’t be allowed so had to leave 12pm with access to waiting area. People traveling are always tired sometimes so some accommodations should try and be considerate where necessary, you make rules what holds you to slide for a few for customer gratitude. Nice location though

Someone tried to bait me into opening my room door by setting an alarm off on a phone and setting it in front of my door. This is how you get jumped and robbed, folks. I just turned up my TV until they gave up. The AC was noisy, but blew very cold. From the wall of mirrors behind the bed one would think they would charge hourly. Leaving at 5:30 a.m. I was almost unable to get out of the parking lot as someone was either passed out or dead in a unparked running SUV. I'm hoping they were just passed out but they did not respond to my honking. Overall, the facility was decent and relatively clean. The towels were cheap and small, but clean. The next night I stayed at Motel 6, the old dependable gal, and it was like night and day. Never ever, never ever ever, again.

This property was dated and had no amenities. Free breakfast was a joke! Nothing to eat! Some toast maybe a muffin and a little dry cereal. No juice or tea. Basically nothing! Vending machine was almost completely empty! No close places to eat. Certainly no places to eat in this motel. The room carpet may have been newer, but the bedspread looked crazy and dirty and did not match anything! The vinyl loveseat had two stains on it. The TV remote had dried food or something dried on it. In the bathroom the ventilator automatically came on when the light was turned on. It was very loud. Some little bar soap was the only amenity. The TV only had a few channels. It was a guess at which channels they were as there was no guide and the person at the desk had no idea of what channels the TV could get. The only thing good about the hotel was the price. I guess you get what you pay for. Nothing! I would never stay here again.

The dirtiest motel I have ever stepped foot in, there was trash on the ground, a very pungent odor as soon as you walk in the room, and when I checked the bathroom it had not been cleaned and there was urine from the previous person in the toilet. Just disgusting. I did not even stay I ran back downstairs and returned the key card and told the staff I was not staying there and left.

The location of this property was perfect for coming from the airport as well as going to AT&T Stadium. The staff was friendly and the room was big with a loveseat and table. Would stay here again.

Checked into a room with someone elses dirty socks...they refused to remove it. Cockroach in lobby. Vending machine stole our money. Door lock doesnt work. Whenever we complained we would be told to come back next day. Front desk person refused to give us a way to reach the manager. .he lied about not having business cards but they were on a table on the lobby. Towels and sheets were stained. We killed a bug in the bathroom floor, housekeeping didnt even remove it we saw the dead insect in another section when we got back. Customer service is non existent. This is the worse place i have stayed in. You have to pay to checknin early even if its just 5 minuted. We needed to use the bathroom and they would allow us to use a lobby bathroom. So we paid extra to get into the room. If younwake uo after 8am you will miss breakfasts. Wouldnt eat it anyway because the place is filthy. We didnt even use the ice from the ice machine. We sanitized everything in our room with bleach and lysol.Management does not care because we complained for 4 days and nothing changed. Ofcourse no refund if we checked out early and we didnt want to lose our money. DONT STAY HERE

For some reason it smelled like cigarettes and i opened up the window to let the smell out but it still smelled like it and some of my clothes got the stench of cigarettes. But it was a nice place

Convenient and good area to stay

Spent 7 nights in Dallas at different hotels and wished I’d spent all 7 here. It was by far the best budget hotel I’ve stayed at.

We enjoy our stay there food was good nd housekeeping friendly and nice we come back soon
