    There was no shampoo, no body wash in the bathroom and room service phone was not working, when I contacted to Expedia, they said as usual $25 points will add to account as compensation. We had to face everything and when reporting about Service giving $25 one key points is not acceptable from Expedia. We are using your service to get a great experience. When we were on vacation .

    there is an associate there by the name of Maria that double charged me and when I started asking questions got very defensive. Ran to the back and said she was gonna call the police. She started calling me a five-year-old and telling me to leave the property when I was charged $300 for a one night day be very careful of this place something very sketchy is going on.

    Overall experience was great. The resort is a bit on the older side and in process of remodeling. Staff was extremely welcoming, drinks were yummy, and the price was resonable. Would recommend if you are not looking for all the bells and whistles with esthetics.

    The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable enough. Not the most comfortable but definitely not the worst I’ve slept in. The pillows were a little uncomfortable, but that’s just my opinion. Breakfast was as good as any continental breakfasts. Staff was very friendly.

    Breakfast was good. The free airport/local trip (within 5 miles) shuttle is a nice addition. Our room was good and mostly clean, but it felt a little dated. Our last night we were upgraded to a suite which was a very nice experience. Staff was helpful, but over 3 days our room wasnt cleaned at all. For the price and location, I would be back.

    Let me start by saying staff, from airport transport to front desk, they are all wonderful. Now, condition of room, beds extremely uncomfortable, need replacing; coils squeak with the slightest movement. Toilet barely flushed and struggled to do so. Nightstand -no charging ports, dirty and a dried spill was left on the floor and nightstand. Air conditioning unit was musty and seemed to be struggling. Hotel worked in a pinch from the airport delay, but we wouldn’t recommend.

    Our first room on the 4th floor had broken AC and TV not turning on. In most 3 star hotels rooms are checked prior for being ready for use, and they certainly turn the AC down prior to guest arriving so you are not walking into a hot oven. We were moved two doors down where everything was working but come to find out the AC on that floor was completely out, which the Manager acknowledged and knew about but decided to put travelers on that floor anyway..?? Pool was out of order which was one of the filters I included when looking for a hotel. Hotels really should notify guests of certain things not working prior to booking. I also feel that hotels have the choice of discounting rooms when certain amenities are not working but they never do, they charge full price for rooms when they are not providing the 110% of what we guests are paying for. I also do not support of drinking and pot smoking within the property which was also being done and I was simply told its the weekend and certain guest want to have fun.

    I hate to write bad reviews. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The walls were paper thin, I could hear the person snoring next door for hours as well as the kids running all around. I think it would be great for families with children as it has an indoor pool. Definitely request for a runner mat for the shower bathtub combo. My husband nearly slipped.

    The picture looked nice, but when we arrives the building is very old I could have gotten over it. However, the pool was not working. It was green and the customer service was not good might’ve not been their fault but they made me late to my flight and I missed it. I had five kids that were not mine really bad experience the guy at the front had a really bad day, but it’s seemed that he was taking it out on other people. Communication in the morning also upsetting with a front desk and the shuttle was late 30 minutes.

    Overall this was a good place to stay overnight near the airport. The room was fine. Clean and comfortable with a good shower. It was good there was a fridge and microwave. The kitchen area downstairs where the morning coffee was was not fully clean (tables not fully wiped down and clean). Before I flew, I asked for instructions on how to find the shuttle. When I arrived at the airport, many hours later, there was still no answer. The signs at the airport did not make it clear. Calling the hotel went nowhere the first few tries. Then I finally reached someone but got incorrect instructions so I waited in the wrong place (when I had originally been in the right place). I did arrive at the hotel eventually but the wait at the airport was a lot longer than needed and I already had only a few hours to sleep before my morning flight.

    I loved how accommodating and kind the staff were specially their manager Casey I hope I’m spelling her name right, they offer to take you around the local area in a shuttle and I was flying in for an interview and desperately needed to get my eyebrows done and they helped me get that done. The hotel itself is very comfortable and bonus points they’re right next to a Thai restaurant. Overall loved this hotel.

    I stayed for only one night in the king size room, the bed was extremely comfortable and linen was clean, staff was very friendly and customer service was great, breakfast was filling and delicious… The only issues we had were that the remote in our room didn’t work even after changing the batteries so we didn’t get to enjoy the tv in the room and also even though it was a 100% non-smoking the entire floor and elevator was filled with marijuana and it made me really congested and my allergies were horrible afterwards, I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here for anyone who may be IN RECOVERY or have bad allergies. Thank you 🙏

    Hot tub, Pool. Location to the airport When we checked in we asked to schedule a shuttle for the following morning at 4:30. The clerk said "no problem" and made an entry in what I thought was the shuttle schedule. When we arrived in the lobby the next morning at 4:20 to check out and get in the shuttle, we were informed by the clerk 'the shuttle only runs on the hour and we would have to wait.' Since we were flying on an international flight, we needed to be at the airport by 5:00 AM. In the course of the conversation with the clerk we were informed that 'the clerk who checked us in the previous day was new and probably not familiar entirely with procedures'. We ended up getting an Uber so we could arrive on time

    The staff itself were good. The night manager was probably the best from my whole trip. When we got there the morning person was really helpful. We got into our room it was hot but sometime bigger rooms take a while to cool especially in hotter states. We went to bed realized it was warm but when you got close to the ac the air was cool. After another night of not being able to sleep with how hot it was I go to the manager in the morning and let her know something is wrong with the AC and she asked why didn't you say something sooner. We got another room, that room the toilet wouldn't flush properly it would slowly drain the night manager got me a plunger I tried that didn't help. Had to wait till 9am for someone to fix it, they fixed it. just to have the same issue late at night and had to wait until 9am for them to fix it. Just to have that same issue again so the last night they put us in a better room. Not really worth moving rooms three times. I hope they will do better.

    When I finally got to the hotel, the room quality was far below expectations. The cleanliness was a major issue: I found stains on the bed, debris on the floor, and even stains in the bathtub. Although the price was low, I expected a certain level of cleanliness, especially since I was there for an important interview. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic expectations, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you value timely service and cleanliness.

    I didn't use the airport shuttle, but I noticed that it was definitely busy and being used. I haven't seen anyone that ever lost their temper regarding the service for the shuttle. The room was nice and offered plenty of room. I didn't realize that we had booked a double room instead of a handicap room, but the woman working the front desk during second shift was able to find us a shower chair to use and offered to move us downstairs to a bigger room. We ended up not taking it but we definitely enjoyed our stay. AC is definitely cold and the breakfast is definitely great!! I love the fact that our room was still serviced even though we were a stay over. I've stayed at other hotels in the past with other brands, and you don't always get service even if you stay over.

    The room wasn’t ready at 3pm and was told they didn’t know when it would be ready. We requested a refund to find different hotel and was informed that we would have to contact hotels.com. When hotels.com contacted the property the front desk agent stated we attempted to check in at 11am and again at 1pm and the room was ready. I had receipts showing that 11:18 we were eating lunch over an hour away and at 1 we were shopping at a mall. Either way we went in and they sent us to a room, upon entering the room it was tore apart being sprayed by pest exterminators. We exited the room where they were bringing the requested shower chair. We informed the individuals that the room was tore apart and being treated. We were moved to a room on the fourth floor and the bathroom floor was sticky and felt unclean. It was a terrible experience and most likely will not be back to this property.

    front counter is staff is nice and professional. The rooms were pretty clean. The hotel feels old and a bit run down. the Tvs are small for the size of the room, espeially the 1 bedroom sweet. the couch isnt old and feels like there is no support on the bottom. The Ac units made load noises all night. and the room and hallways smelled like weed and cigerette smoke. ok place to stay for bussiness but not with wife and kids.

    The phone in my room didn’t work. My TV remote was broken, the top piece was separated like someone threw it across the room. Therefore I was only able to turn the TV on and wasn’t able to change the channel or turn down the volume. And the tv was so loud. I told the front desk about it and they told me they would try to find me a new remote but never came back to my room. There was take-out trash by the elevator that other guest left there and it sat there from the time I checked in until the next day when I checked out. The room was clean but the service could’ve been better.

    Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was nice for the price and staff was nice. They have airport shuttle which is great and only about 20 mins from the city which worked out perfectly. I’d definitely stay again for the convenience of it all.

    Deluxe Suite, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking. The pullout bed is not comfortable at all. I would recommend instead getting the 2 queen. The sheets had stains like period stains. So we requested extra sheets and blankets. We also requested extra pillows. There was dog poop all over the grass around the parking lot so it was very challenging walking through with little kids. We didnt step on any but we had to be extra careful. Please if you travel with your pet, pick up their waste. Breakfast: Cereal, begals, muffins, bread, oatmeal, coffee, scrambled eggs, biscuits/gravy. The staff was very polite the room was clean.

    Place was quiet and easy access to freeway. Only issue we had was our fridge stopped working and we needed it cause we where in town for a couple days and needed to keep certain things cold. But front desk helped us right away with no problems. Parking is a little of an issue but ok for the most part. Good place with a decent price for a quick trip.

    My teenage grandchildren and I totally enjoyed the stay. My grandson went swimming and tried out the hot tub and came back raving about how clean and hot it was. The weight room looked great but we didn't have time to go work out. The breakfast was very good and the staff kept everything replenished so we didn't leave craving anything. I will definitely stay here again.

    Would not recommend this place. Phone, tv, not working . Smells old n smoke. Roll out mattress on sofa was old and could feel the wiring of joe thin that mattress was. Checked in and left same day. I couldn’t stay there it was fonky and curtain had stains on them

    The staff at the Westin Cozumel are fabulous! Javier with guest services absolutely amazing! He was very helpful & diligent in helping us with a situation. This was our second time to stay here and we will return in the fall. Great location, fantastic beach and snorkeling right from beach.

    The hotel feels a bit "dated." The elevator wasn't working on the 3rd floor, so we had to take the stairs. The key machine wasn't working, so we only received one key. The gravy at breakfast was full of pepper. Not a bad place to stay for the price, but we likely won't stay here again.

    They did not have anything for us to buy, such as food or drinks. They only had vending machines that didn’t work. The ice machine was also out of order. The water fountains were taped off and inaccessible. The swimming pool was being painted which made it also inaccessible. We went down to get breakfast at 9:15. There was a very limited selection. We were told no more food would be made and put out even though breakfast didn’t end until 10:00. If I would’ve known we would not be given the room we originally booked or about the poor conditions of the hotel, I would not have paid cash for my room. I would’ve told them we would be looking for other hotel options. We will not be considering any other La Quinta locations for our future stays. 413 Airport Freeway Euless, TX

    The hotel itself looks decent, convenient to get to. The pool area looked like it was getting work done, and we tried it out. The water was cold and the hot tub water looked dirty. Our room ended up having at least a few bed bugs that bit me up pretty good. I smashed three that I saw. We did a mattress check and didn't see any so we thought we were good to go. Breakfast was average.

    The beds sunk so low in the middle, you had to launch yourself out of the middle just to get out of bed. The ice machine was broken so we couldn’t put ice in our water bottles. They had a pancake machine at breakfast, but it was broken. So, no pancakes or waffles for breakfast for my kids… breakfast was adequate. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t swim.

    The ONLY complaint I have is the pool. Its indoor and i assumed it was going to be heated. However, the pool was FREEZING COLD. Theres no way it had any time of warmer on it. This is the reason we picked the hotel because we were celebrating our sons 4th birthday and he loves pools. We spent our time in the hottub, but the concrete in it was a little crumbly and very rough on the steps. Our son ended up scraping his knee pretty good 😕

    Booked this stay for its affordability and good reviews, but it was disappointing. No A/C control in the room, and the pillows were half-size (staff couldn't help with replacements). The room smelled weird, was dirty, and I didn’t sleep well. The photos online were misleading. Overall, not a good experience. Pay a little more for a hotel that guarantees a better stay.

    Me and my wife had stayed here for a softball tournament that was being held right down the road and we thought we were gonna have a nice night stay until we got back from our last game. We took showers and started to relax when all of a sudden my wife was sitting in the office chair by the desk and a cockroach came running up her side and down her arm. I smashed it with a shoe and picked it up and set it on the counter for housekeeping or a manager to see. Once that had happened we called front desk and they said that there wasn’t anything they could do about it at the moment until a manager came next morning. When they told us that we packed our stuff and left immediately because we don’t do bugs and to have one crawl on you while you’re staying out of town in what you assumed was a decent hotel was a disappointment and disgusting. Called back in the morning and no manager around. Hopefully this gets resolved.

    I had a rocky start waiting nearly an hour for the shuttle from the airport in the sketchy hotel shuttle pick up area. A lot of flights were cancelled though so I was later told that is why it was delayed. Check in and out were prompt. Decent breakfast. Shuttle back to the airport was prompt and left at scheduled time. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised to not hear any planes and slept for a few hours straight despite being a light sleeper.

    Our check-in was great, and I'm thinking everywhere we go and use a "third-party" website....all hotels put us in the "least used" rooms. Our room, had the water pressure in the shower really weak, our air conditioning unit was working with the heat and if'y with the cold air. The room phone didn't have a cord on the receiver and the lighting in the room...well it was ok.
