Negatives: None really, but maybe the price point was a little high. Ultimately this was a perfect stay for my family.

Extremely nice New in a good area. Lots of shopping, dining and drinks available within walking distance. Hotel and rooms were super clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Our only complaint was that the tap beer didn’t work none of them other than that this gets a nine out of 10 stars from us.

I absolutely love this as our first time staying. The cleanliness and smell were fantastic! My room was perfect I loved the layout and bathroom. We are definitely planning to come back and stay again. We asked for extra towels and extra blankets and they provided them immediately. The staff could be just more attentive.

The nights we stayed they had trunk or treat so that was extra special and loved the area so nice to walk around Everything was great

Very fancy and clean and employees were so nice and helpful even the lady that was about to clean my room she was so sweet!!!! I feel bad I didn’t get names of them all. I loved it all and I love how there are many things to do around! Oh and the pillows and blankets and shower head were so relaxing!!!!!!!! ☺️ Just no light in garage and no free breakfast and I wanted to get in the pool but was closed for maintenance first time I booked at this hotel and it was closed ?

Close to airport and restaurants After a late arrival was looking forward to a good night sleep before long flight. This was not possible as I could hear every footstep and toilet flush from the person above me and at 7am gardeners working outside my window were using leaf blowers from 7am, awful nights sleep.

The bed was comfortable. Convenient location. It felt like a party hotel. Guests were playing music all hours of the night. Also, the AC was either frigid or muggy. The room felt cramped.

The entire facility was clean! The location is excellent. There are several restaurants and other stores within walking distance. Staff was also very friendly.

Understaffed and poorly trained desk staff. No room location map and the parking lot they are using belonged to the business next door. Stairwell of garage reeked of urine.

Location Not enough towels. Floor dipped in some places when walking.

Customer service and maid service was excellent. Waiting areawith games and pool table just loved it. My first night, I stayed in an handicap room. The room wasn't fresh and there was a smell. I didn't feel the floor was clean nor had been moped.

It was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Loved that the floors were not carpet like most other hotels. The housekeepers were great & it is in a convenient location. Our only complaint is that you can hear noises coming from the rooms above and next t you. Other than that, we loved our stay, would return.

It was easy to commute to the office. My room has chemical smell, not enough towels in the room and AC was not working properly. Overall was not bad. I spoke to staff and they handled all for me.

The room and staff were great, But the internet was a real issue. The staff had to get on my machine and do something special to get it to work. Then, when I woke up the next day it was not working again. I tried to do what they had done the night before, but it didn't work so I gave up.

The bottom of the pool needed desperate cleaning, the sheets had some unexpected hairs on them. Otherwise very clean.

I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can hear a bit of noise from the freeway depending on what side of the hotel you are on, but nothing major. This is my goto property when I need to stay near the airport. You are surrounded by everything you need.

After a more than two hour trip on the hot Texas roads I was delighted to pull into the Aloft Euless…the person who checked me in was top notch, courteous and professional. She welcomed me with great information and a genuine smile! Was looking forward to head up to the room and cool off…BUT…when I got up there I found I could adjust the AC temperature…I tried to adjust the temperature and decided to leave for dinner to give the room time to cool down…several hours later I returned and the room was still as hot as when I left it…

We were in town for a wedding and had a few choices of hotels. We chose Aloft and were really happy with our whole experience. Comfortable bed, nice shower and pressure, convenient snack station. Very clean and modern. The lobby area is beautiful and looks like a high end bar. We played pool and chess and even the oversized connect four game. Highly recommend!

The hotel was next and the staff was friendly. The only thing wrong was the cleaning staff opens the door( doesn’t knock) at 10am when check out is at 12.

I made a last minute reservation at the Aloft because the hotel I was at was crappy. The staff answered all of my questions and quickly.got me in my room. Best descion ever! The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and I will recommended to friends and family.

It was clean, close to the airport, and had a few restaurants in the same area that we could walk to. My only complaint is regarding breakfast, which was supposed to be included in our rate. However, there was no continental option & we were supposed to be able to order it to our room, but there was neither a menu nor instructions in the room. We ended up grabbing overpriced granola bars from the lobby mart on our way out (and expensive breakfast at the airport when we arrived).

I know with 100% certainty it was there when I left. It just disappeared like magic. I will be speaking to Corp., but if their attitude is the same as the Manager’s…..I know where I won’t stay ever again. The moral of the story here is…they have none.

The hotel was great! the only bad issue we had was at checkin. they had cancelled our reservation that I had paid for in advance they gave it away so we waited about half an hour before she gave us a room.

Definitely recommend Aloft. Also a very polite and helpful staff.

It is close to our son's home , so very convenient location. Enjoyed walking around the property. Parking garage is right behind so easy In And out. There were some noise issues in the floors above us. And a dog barking while missing his people .

This is a great location close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The place was clean, eco friendly, and staff was friendly. In fact too friendly from one repeat offender drinking at work. He then walked me to my room. The next evening he confronted me about the complaint the next day, saying he would find out who it was. Scared me enough to change rooms. Was sort of dismissed by staff with “We‘ll take care of it.”. Will not stay here again. I should feel safe in a hotel, and I did not. I’m trusting strangers with access to my belongings and my being.

Was not working properly and at 8am Sunday the fire alarm system went off and we all had to evacuate for 20 min.

Nice hotel. It’s along a sort of shopping center that has a lot of restaurants that play live music, so you’ll hear that from the room. But it ended by 10 pm so not too bad.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our girls’ weekend. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly. There are a lot of great restaurants and shops within walking distance, so it was really nice to get out, get some great food, and enjoy ourselves.

I had booked a king room, but that is not what I got. I got the smallest room on the floor with one queen bed. When I asked the front desk about the bed size, they told me if there was only one bed than it was a king. I told them that I have a king at home, and this is not a king. The gentleman informed me that there are different sizes of king beds. Uh yeah I know.. just like I know that’s not a king bed.

Very clean and comfortable. I usually have a problem sleeping well in any hotel. Had a great nights rest when I stayed here.
