The staff experience was equally frustrating. Most team members we interacted with were unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum member, I requested a late checkout, which is a benefit typically recognized when available. Instead of receiving assistance, I was told we had to leave by noon and had to go downstairs, repeatedly explain the situation, and request a manager before the late checkout was finally approved. The breakfast itself was decent, but the service staff could benefit from additional hospitality training and a more welcoming attitude toward guests. Overall, between the cleanliness issues, poor service, and lack of recognition of loyalty benefits, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Marriott property. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

Perfect location! Close to the RSW airport, shopping, many restaurants, and places to eat. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. I have no complaints

It was an excellent establishment and all of the employees were very kind and helpful. The young lady at the tiki bar was so sweet! We absolutely loved her!! The entire staff from the front desk to housekeeping staff took excellent care of our family. I would highly recommend staying here! Super plus so much shopping and dining right across the street!

I've stayed at towneplace suites before but never been to this one. All staff were very friendly and the rooms were excellent! Location is good, conveniently by a mall. Didn't go to the tiki bar or pool but looked pretty nice. Would definitely stay again!

It’s now our favorite hotel when we’re in the area as long as the price doesn’t go through the roof. Just a great Marriott all around!

The convenience and location. Is close and near to our venue, shops, restaurant and beaches. It’s not pay when you get to the property. You have to Place a credit card information first then you get a reservation. Second I booked for two nites, however I had to leave the second nite due to personal reasons. The front desk explained when we checked in that because I booked through a third party I would be charged for The second nite. So, I was forced to miss a religious function back home. You can’t really cancel once the reservation is made. The breakfast that was complimentary wasn’t as great. The sausages were dry and not much selections.

This is an exceptional option for staying in Estero and the surrounding areas. The hotel is fantastic in many aspects; it’s impeccable, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be any better. The staff is lovely and friendly from the moment you walk into the lobby. We highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for an escape to the West Coast of Florida for a relaxing trip. We want to thank you for another wonderful experience. Until next time, we will try to return from the East Coast of Florida as soon as possible.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great—close to restaurants and things to do, but still nice and quiet at night. I also liked the hotel amenities, especially the gym and the breakfast in the morning. The location was great, plenty of shops and nearby restaurants and grocery stores, made it super easy for our family of 5! Also, the breakfast was nice, a variety of toppings, fruit, proteins and dairies, super friendly for the whole family. The rooms were nicely cleaned and organized, no bad smell. The staff was SUPER friendly, the girl who checked us in was excellent! She made check in super easy for us. The towels by the pool were constantly restocked so we never had an issue with towels for our littles. We enjoyed the bonfire at night as well, the little river by the pool and bonfire area was so peaceful. No loud people, noises, everything was wonderful! Will definitely be staying here again :)

I had a reservation with booking and they could not find my reservation and rented the last room while I was standing there. When booking called them to verify my reservation they said they didn't have a room. I had to find another place much further aways and it wasted hours of my vacation with the stress of everything and time spent.

This is by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They go out of their way to keep it clean and deliver personal service. I suppose I’ve stayed in “fancier” hotels but NEVER any cleaner. Great room, fully functional.

Clean and nicely decorated. Close to. Shopping area we like. Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were not very friendly and not well trained. I looked forward to the breakfast and was very disappointed: except for the oatmeal nothing was fresh. Not even eggs. For a $300/night hotel that includes breakfast, I expect top quality in regard to food served. All plates cup and silverware were plastic/paper. That was irritating too considering the price of the room.

When we opened the pullout there was no way to get around the room because it was so tight. The room didn’t need to be that much bigger, just set up a little bit better. Returned to the couch, and then open the bed, and it was fine, but then we had to put it all back the next day before we left.

We have stayed at this property three times. I imagine this will be our last time. During this visit we asked for room change because of inability of guests to walk around the bed when the sofa bed was down. We were declined even though there were rooms shown as available at this location on the Expedia and Hotels site. We were told their system said “no rooms available” due to being in season. We made a reasonable request and would have been willing to pay any additional costs. Systems aside, my disappointment was more with lack of hospitality demonstrated by the team to their guests for this matter and the lack of hot water on day one. On both matters, we spoke with the front desk team and a manager and experienced a lack of care or concern as their guests and more for the concern for their profit and loss.

The only negative for our unit was poor water pressure in the shower.

New owners. We always stay for hurricanes since 2017. Grills were not reconnected after storm amd no one new how to fix. Steaks I had bought for the family were no good and had to go out and buy something else. Also my blanket that was accidently left in foldout disappeared. I ahve called several times with no return calls from housekeeping manager who cant speak English. This will not be our go-to going forward =(

The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of that and was on for over 20 minutes EACH TIME. Same thing happened at 6:30am and 8:30am. There was NO rest had, at all. 4 times listening to the fire alarm all night and morning, each time for 30 minutes. The point of staying at a hotel was to rest. This was a complete waste of my money.

The cleaning staff set up Outside my bedroom for hours, actually had to leave the hotel as it caused me to not be able to sleep. Will not stay here again.

Great hotel for the weekend just the shower layout i a little weird and there isn’t a fan in the bathroom so it’s humid after the shower and the floor gets wet. Aside from that breakfast was great service was great definitely would stay again.

Only recommendation would be to advise guests of the shower glass door, (not long enough around the base of the shower floor) our floor constantly had alot of water splashed out onto the floor, used quite a few clean towels after each shower! ):

We caught someone breaking into our room with a knife in the middle of the night. He was peering at us in the gap of the door ( chain was latched). We called the desk right away, thy said it was maintenance guy, but no idea why he was breaking into room. They called manager Juan, who told us we were lying. They need to check cameras, phone or front desk staff. If he had gotten in our room, what was his intentions? So scary.

Only issue was the noisy ac unit.

I’ve stayed here before & last time the bed was amazing & the shower pressure was amazing. This time, the bed was super lumpy & the shower was almost dripping out with no pressure at all. Idk if they do things different in different rooms but it was definitely disappointing. The shower looks like a spa which is beautiful but the water just lightly dripped out. Bad night sleeping as well.

Hospitality is all about the staff of a hotel. Front desk manager Juan, his colleague Travis together Sonia and her team of housekeepers were all top class! Our 23 stays have come with challenging issues but this Towne Place and its staff are excellent! Thank you Juan for allowing us to get some r and r!

Receptionist was very professional. He was new but is doing a great job.

The place was clean and very nice. The only two things that was not to liking was the person standing near the kitchen she was there looking at the guest from head to toe and that made me uncomfortable and the other thing was when I was checking out I asked for water and I was told the kitchen was closed and if needed water I had to purchase it, so I said no thank you.
