The room and parking lot were both clean and well maintained. It is in a safe location, and convenient to drive thru and sit-down dining. No continental breakfast, but the drive thrus are nearby. I wish there were 2 soap bars, one for the sink and another for the shower, as the shampoo and hair conditioner pump bottles were the only things in the bath/shower. The check-in and check-out were quick and pleasant. My room, on the first floor was quiet. I felt very safe here. The pillows were comfy and the a/c was not too noisy.

It was closest hotel to where we were visiting family. The staff was kind and friendly. The cleaning staff was very helpful and professional. We were thankful that had a water cooler so we could fill up our coffee pot. If they had a breakfast option it would be great. The workers who use the hotel are very loud outside at 6am.

It’s an older hotel that’s been around for quite a while. There’s no breakfast area only a small area for coffee. The elevator is on one end of the hotel and your room is 38 rooms down to the end of the hall on the other end of the hotel. It’s kind of inconvenient, but the staff was very good. Very helpful. It’s just the hotels laid out kind of strange good view though like people working there there.

Our King room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. The location was great, close to Walmart and restaurants, and near the major roads. It was nice to be able to see the snow-capped Ruby Mountains out of our window. We stayed 3 nights while visiting friends. It was great to be able to do laundry (though cost and instructions could have been clearer). When booking, I had a problem with the Booking.com app so I booked the wrong dates. I called the hotel and the staff member was very understanding and helpful but had to refer me to Booking.com. I called Booking.com and got a quick response (they called the hotel to confirm availability on the right dates), and everything was sorted out quickly. I was impressed with the hotel staff member’s attention and care. The coffee in the lobby was very weak, and the in-room coffee machine didn’t work well. The fridge in the room had no freezer so we couldn’t freeze our ice packs.

The property was decent just been remodeled (mostly) the rooms were fine and all the amenities were there . We didn’t like the layout of the hotel we were on the 4th floor and had to park around back, the only elevator was on the end of the building and we had to walk all the way to the other end.

The room was tiny with the bed crammed up against the wall. No bath tub, so small the bathroom door blocked the hallway into the bedroom, no breakfast just coffee and the coffee ran out. We asked for water for our truck and got an upset employee over it. The most expensive place we stayed and the worst accomodations. Will never stay there again.

The coffee tho the ronchy face lady coming out of the elevator who didn't speak American upset my future ex wife but well ya and I enjoyed how quiet it was or I'm going Deaf either way I slept good at least for the amount I was able to sleep during my trip but that's not your fault it's that my employees don't leave me alone long enough to sleep since I have companies in several time zones around the world so 4 hour is pretty good for my life style ow and did 8 mention the coffee I was also quite surprised that the professional cleaning technician was happy and kind to give us clean towels without robbing me or taking suvinears witch I truly do appreciate because believe it or not it adds up and gets annoying at times getting robbed by hotel employees I think the morning lady might of recognized me the one with the crazy reddish hair and the lady who checked us out was really nice in all it was a wonderful stay even tho I was sure it wasn't going to be at first

Bed sheets had some stain on sheet, it was clean though, shower was so tight and needs alot of updating, they could do without carpet and shower head and water pressure sucked really, really bad. I will never stay there again, it was ok and it felt safe but I couldn’t get past a bad vibe, like something is strange on this property.

It was close to Walmart. It was old and out dated. There is no coffee maker in the rooms. The elevator broke the last day we were there, and I had to take all my luggage down four flights of stairs. Also, they didn’t disclose the incidental fee in their booking or email they sent me before my check in. I was told as I was checking into my room. Next time I’ll stay at the Hampton Inn where they are up front with their pricing, deposit, and they offer breakfast.

Overall nice facility. We were not expecting that it was built into the side of the hill with parking out back. I would not have wanted to be in one of the second floor rooms that didn't have windows to the rear parking lot area. The hill did not allow for windows to be there. There was also a weird feeling of movement in the area surrounding the elevator, thought we were having a small earthquake. But the staff, cleanliness, room and comfort were very nice.

This property needs some serious updating. There are no usable plugins. There is one usable USB port on the desk. The are no bedside lamps for reading at night, only the overhead lights. We were a party of 2 with 2 electric tooth brushes, 2 Kindles, 2 computers and 2 phones all of which need charging after a couple of days on the road.

Welcome was fine. Room was quiet. The hotel refused to provide a receipt at departure. They said they cannot do that for anyone using 3rd party booking services like Booking.com. This has never happened to me with any other hotel booked with Booking.com. Also, other reviews are correct that the toilets do not flush well.

A basic room for a good price. Nothing special, but serviceable. Excellent location, right off the freeway and close to all the food/shopping you would want. This building is long in tooth. It seriously needs to be refurbished.

I had to get a room on the last minute due to an emergency and the staff was very helpful and caring. The room was very nice and clean. The area was very quiet and you could walk to a few of the fast food places if you like. By car, you are open to all kinds of shopping. Great area.

The staff (Especially Ellia and Kenneth), they both bent over backwards to help when needed), they were very welcoming, helpful and informational, the only down fall, I went to cook some steaks on the grill and there was a sworn of bees inside the grill, the steaks where ruined and since I could not produce a receipt, I could not get reimbursed (they were 18 a piece and I had 2), other than that, it is a great place to stay and I HIGHLY recommend staying.

Well according to your websight they had breakfast and it did not, rooms didnt look like pictured on your websight had no pool and spa was out of order, was over charged by staff, room had a funny smell, it wasnt great...would not stay again...The outside is only thing that was accurate

The bed was horrible!! We had 2 queen beds and I tried all 4 places to sleep. 3 of the 4 were broken down and so mushy that my back was aching after sleeping a couple of hours so I moved to the far side of the other bed in the middle of the night.

Property is a little old but it was clean and quiet which are the most important things for us. We only interacted with staff at check in and check but our interactions were friendly and efficient.

The building is constructed kind of oddly. The building has the feel of my old Marine barracks when you first come in. The room was great and clean, the bed was comfortable. Drawbacks no breakfast. They did have coffee. We had to travel for dinner a few miles away

I had to correct my reservation when I got there even though I had talked to the hotel on 3 different occasions and confirmed the details over the phone. After the first night I asked for extra TPO and to fix our television when they came and cleaned the room. They brought extra TP and fixed the TV as requested but did not clean the room or replace towels. They did the bare minimum which I could have received at Motel 6 for half the money.

The bathroom is extremely tiny with just the toilet and tub/shower, toilet didn't want to flush most of the time, sink is in the main room. This location doesn't offer breakfast and there is no coffee pot in the room. For the price of the night it was okay, I personally wouldn't stay more than 1 night.

Never would have booked a room here had I known this was going on. Also, the area didn't seem very safe. Had lots of signs in the parking lot that stated the hotel was not responsible for auto thefts or stolen property from vehicles. The room was OK, but didnt smell clean. Had an odor. Would not recommend staying here.

This was much better than your typical Wyndham properties nowadays. Very clean and had comfortable beds. The only reason for 4 stars was that it didn't have a coffee maker in the room, you had to go down to the lobby. There was a frig and microwave and Walmart is just 2 blocks away. This was much better than your typical Wyndham properties nowadays. Very clean and had comfortable beds. The only reason for 4 stars was that it didn't have a coffee maker in the room, you had to go down to the lobby. There was a frig and microwave and Walmart is just 2 blocks away. Small rooms and cramped hallways and elevator. Elevator was super slow and there’s only one. Doors were really heavy and closed fast. I’ve stayed in much better for less.

The Baymont in Elko was a great place to stay on our trip through Nevada. It was clean, a fair price, close to shopping, restaurants. The check in and out was quick and the room was very comfortable. Great bed and linens. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but there was no continental breakfast as advertised and the staff were not overly friendly. The shower had very little pressure and the spa room was out of order too. I’m not sure any of these things would prevent me staying again on my own, but when traveling with kids it’s important to me that my hotel has a breakfast for them. I specifically selected this hotel for its convenience, and knowing I didn’t have to go in search of food for my child in the morning. Rates should reflect these lack of services, at the least, when they are advertised.

Last minute book for a one night stay. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Quiet and safe. Beds were super comfortable and a-c stayed cold. Would recommend. Right next to Walmart which was convenient.

Poor customer service at front desk during check in. Front desk employee said about 5 words during check in, and I was not shown the amount charged/due. Had to ask for it. The facility is old. When we tried turning on AC it made a banging sound, so we had to keep it off all night. It’s July!! This hotel needs updates. We often stay in Elko during travel, but we won’t stay here again.

We got a king room. It was at one end of the hotel and the elevator was at the other. It had a kitchen with no pots, utensils, or dishes. Outdated charging areas. One nightstand. Nothing on other side. Room keys wouldn't work on second day.

The place was so nice and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly. That location just needed to offer breakfast. I would stay there again.

Arrived at motel about 2-2:30pm when finally greeted by desk clerk I said I had a reservation she instantly said we have no rooms and check-in is 4:00. Okay so I come back after 4 and the young man checks me in no problems, and he is very pleasant. When we go to check out, I stood at the desk for almost 5 minutes, and no one came to the counter. Good thing there is a drop box for the room key, but I would have liked a receipt, so I know what I'm being charged. Room was perfect but the service needs improvement.

Loved the room, bathroom was spacious

The bed was amazing, so comfortable. The 1st night was so quiet. The 2nd & 3rd night the people above me was so noisy I couldn’t hardly hear the tv. Constant running across floor.
