Smelly room!! Checked in after 10pm, was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with 2 full sized beds. Front desk was short with us, but fine. Was met with a very musty smell upon exiting the elevator, and a very strong smoke smell in our room, gave us headaches almost instantly. I went downstairs to ask to switch rooms and she said there was nothing she could do, they were fully booked, but would note it in the system. Not apologetic or helpful at all. We used fans we had brought for softball and opened windows trying to air out the room, but slept poorly because of the smell and the uncomfortable beds. Checked out a day early and booked a different hotel for the next night. Hotels.com customer service was great getting us the 2nd night refunded.

The only thing was the site says breakfast but it’s only coffee and granola bars or cookies

No running water at the property. Never told the guests until we asked.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will never stay there again.

The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. It wasn’t particularly clean and the walls and ceiling were it adequate sound barriers. Other guests were running up and down the halls the people one floor up stomped around late into the evening. It would be a good idea to patrol the halls after the quiet hours start.

I came in later than expected, and the guy at the front desk let me into my room even though there was trouble with the system letting me check in. I was able to get some sleep before heading to work. I am grateful for his professionalism.

My stay was canceled and I couldn’t get a good explanation as to why it was canceled. Therefore, I had to pay $200 more than what I booked a two night stay for.

Every time I stay here, it has always been pleasant. No issues. Tina is my favorite! She always gets me the right room and I just love her personality. Very welcoming!

Parking was great and the staff at night was really kind. I'll be back soon.

Checking in and out was easy. It was quiet. The pillows were uncomfortable. The "breakfast included" was crap. There were chewy bars, oatmeal, and cheap tiny muffins. It was a poor person's snack who could only afford Dollar Tree. Also, the coffee was terrible, which resulted in me nauseous and vomiting in the AM. It was so acidic and harsh, my body rejected it.

The staff was excellent and very nice. I also liked the location. It was right off the freeway and near some good stores and restaurants. Some areas in and outside the facility smelled like marijuana. Didn't care for that at all. Plus there was some noisey teenagers in there trying to throw a party or something. Very rude.

Coffee in machine downstairs. One time schedule not available 24 hrs there were no pots pans or dishes so bring your own if cooking. Blanket on bed thin and ripped furniture and headboard vibrates from loud tv in next room. People up to 2 am people walking an talking in hallways. Check out lady nicer but family’s nice and deserve a cleaner environment no machine or food available lots of uber drops I stayed here 3 times before and this was a shock how much it changed, and it was full and reasonable rates. Hard to get into door with lock, only have coffee for a couple hours no food machines. The refrigerator ran constant and popped noise every half hour. Soy milk left in Refrigerator. Electric plugs unable to hold prongs to use. Review your room before accepting at check in.

Was in a convenient location, the staff was super nice. My neighbors were banging on the wall all day and night woke me up 3 times during the night on both nights of my stays there. Also the “included breakfast” was non existent and they said they didn’t get there’s shipment until the next day but I went down at 8am the next day and still nothing but left over hot chocolate. No actual breakfast.

I never have an issue when I stay here, but this is the 3rd time trying to reserve a specific room and confirmed with the hotel only to arrive and the room has been unavailable. That’s pretty annoying but everything was fine. They are wonderful staff.

Staff were courteous and had a very pleasant demeanor. Room was dated and was not thoroughly cleaned. There were holes in the curtains, holes on the chair (maybe the room was previously rented to someone with a pet), drip marks on the wall. The table had scratches on it and the bedskirt should absolutely be thrown away. When I called the front desk for a blow dryer, there wasn’t one available. The next morning I tried again….still no blow dryer but the front desk rep was nice enough to allow me to use someone’s personal dryer.

Full size kitchen and fridge, nice TV, when I got to my room another dog had pooped almost right in front of my door and it wasnt a nice one either, called front desk and by the time put my stuff down and took my dogs harness off and went to go back to the car to grab some more stuff the mess had already been cleaned up and it even smelt good, like I said it was not a nice one idk how they got it cleaned up that fast and how clean it in that amount of time was awsome I have dogs and have cleaned up my fare sure of messes over there years theres no way in hell I could have cleaned that up that fast and got it that clean in that time frame if my life depended on it, cleaning it would have made more of a mess at first cause like I said it wasnt a nice one so it would have definitely smeared and spread the mess out more then the original pile, I was truly amazed that person should get a raise just for cleaning that 1 mess up he/she is obviously a pro at it which means he/she must do it alot they should be compensated just for that reason alone, I wish I new who it was that cleaned it i would write a review just for them alone. Staff was super friendly. Place was over all quiet and clean. My son left his backpack and when we realized it 5 hours later the staff had already found it and had it in lost and found. I liked everything. Only negative I noticed was that the room was a little worn, chips in the bathroom counter, kitchen floor uneven, paint thin in spots on the cupboards. But nothing that affected my sleep

The room was ok but almost everything was broken or missing, 1 of the sink knobs was broken but it still works to turned on the hot water, the fridge was almost not very nice looking but it still works and OMG on the bottom of the bed it was very very very dusty when my daughter dropped her phone and it fell under the bed, she got on the floor to reached and look for her phone, her whole hand, her phone and her hair got dust all over her so she haded to take a shower. This will be my 1st and my Last time to stay at Extended Stay America

My cat stayed with me for the first day or two. I noticed he was itching himself more than I'd ever seen.. he got fleas! I had to bring him to get treated. He stayed with my ex the rest of my stay until my last day there. He stayed in his carrier the whole time i was packing and leaving

Where do I begin if you guys wanna get time moved back into the 1980s then this is the spot for you. If you’re on the second or first floor, your room will smell like Clorox from all the cleaning supplies to try to mask the dog and animal smell. I was supposedly on the floor the third that had no dogs I had holes in my curtains, some of the windows would not open painters chipped throughout the room. You’re only allowed two pillows no more than three definitely felt like I needed to have a black light. I would not recommend . Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Charges are higher than other hotel with better amenities. The ad is very deceiving. I don’t recommend anybody to that hotel.

We needed a place to stop on a long drive through California with our pets while moving and this place had rooms available. The area was decent and the staff was friendly, but the rooms need work. Clearly people have been smoking in non-smoking rooms and the hotel needed to cover up the odor. Unfortunately the products they used and the scents they picked make the room smell unbearably bad. Floor was dirty. Needs mopping. Stained dirty chair. Room needs a makeover. Lighting could be better. Feels like a 90s old apartment.

It needs some updates and should have a pool, the cleaning that is every 14 days as what I was told it crazy to me..

The elevators had a very strong smell of marijuana, the rooms are old, had an unpleasant odor. You had to ask for shampoo and conditioner and check out xtra towels. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it would be ok. But any thing more, go elsewhere.

Very quiet

Initially walked into a room that smelled terribly. It was clean but there was a heavy disgusting odor in the room. I quickly went downstairs and was upgraded to a larger room that was clean and smelled great. Great service. Bed was comfy and the area was quiet.

Housekeeping could have been better. Front desk clerk very helpful with room selection.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The shower was very nice. No microwave in my room which I found odd since the hotel is designed for "extended" stays. The front desk lady asked if I wanted to change rooms but I declined. The location is good with surrounding restaurants, Starbucks and gas stations, in walking distance. The price was reasonable.

The elevator smelled like weed. Noisy neighbor at 3:00am bagging on his door and yelling.

Tina was awesome, very welcoming, polite, and was very engaging each time we made contact!

It was a comfortable stay. I was surprised it didn’t have an ice dispenser, however not a deal breaker. We had a refrigerator with a freezer to make ice. Microwave sink and cabinets. When I asked for another pillow they got it for me. Friendly staff and knowledgeable of their job.

I forgot the two ladies names at the front desk. One checked me in and the other one came after her shift. They were very professional, helpful and friendly.

Several saves turned me off right from the start when I checked in. One you had to actually ask for shampoo as they don't have them in the room. Secondly, I asked if they had a hot tub, and the response was very negative and she rolled her eyes. When I got into the room I found they had broken ice trays in the freezer so I asked if they had a ice machine and they said no we provide ice trays only. Then I called the front desk as the TV was not working and the front desk person said they've had several calls and they can do nothing about it. It's the satellite company.

The beds are super uncomfortable. It seemed much smaller than a queen. I woke up several times. A friend stayed at another one on North Sacramento for 3 weeks. They were having repairs done to their apartment. Their complaints about their beds were the same as mine. They were nice to offer a reduction in price after I voiced my complaints. I went online and found many ide tical complaints! It is supposed to be a pkace where you have a kitchenette. Why would you want to stay if the beds are so awful? So crazy!

Older property but ut seemed clean in the room. It felt but dodgy but was fine. There was no breakfast but a ‘grab and go’ table with some muffins in plastic and coffee

honestly, the area itself is nice. but the crowd at this hotel is ehhh a little sketchy. a lot of “trap” vehicles and the hallways smelt oddly of rotten seafood. the woman at the front was nice.. fake nice. gave me a lot of attitude. there was a lot of hair all over our room and the cabinets were water rotted. honestly i wouldnt stay here again.

Beds were kinda to hard for me. And the fire alarm went off at 6:30am after a late night check in. Uuuggggg

Economic and good rooms

I’m used to going to hotels for my son’s soccer games with a healthy breakfast like eggs bacon waffles this place only served light coffee and store bought muffins . The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana but it showed on the website smoke free. My room was not ready until a little after 5 pm but checkin was at 3pm. Extremely disappointed

Property is old and run down. It's a dump. Smells bad Breakfast was just coffee or tea, with some small wrapped muffins, packets of oatmeal.Front desk staff all very.nice.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Room looked and smelled clean. Good water pressure in shower.

Property was a little older, room amenities a bit outdated. The key mechanism on the door didn't work on the first tries. A lot of dust and dirt under the beds. Parking was easy and the location was near coffee and other amenities. Hotel was good for what we needed.

Stay was pleasant.

There were a lot of shady characters around the hotel, also including the staff because when I checked out, I know the girl behind the desk was higher than a kite. Don’t care to stay at properties like this. I thought the hotel would’ve been of a better quality for the price.

Had to wait a bit to get checked in. Also had to wait a bit to get silverware during my stay. It is quite but some updates need to be done. My room the trip around the sink is coming off because the glue is dried out .
