They messed us up when they didnt answer the phone when we tried to change the date due to a car break down and wanted to force my wife and children out on the street when i was stranded 30 mins away due to my car breaking down and we told them we would pay another day we just need time for me to get back and they were rude and disrespectful

Comfortable bed. Hot water. Lamps missing lightbulbs. Door lock broken. Poor breakfast. Service agents frequently not available in office. Smelly rooms.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good pressure. Friendly staff. Bathroom door was hard to open and close. Toilet seat was missing a nut for the bolt to keep it steady. Towels were threadbare in spots. No coffee machine in room.

Location and price were the main reason I chose this hotel. I was staying for just one night. The staff was very helpful in getting my TV to work. The bed was comfortable and after a long day,really needed it. I only stayed 9 hrs,so cant really give a good evaluation, but I would stay again. N/A

The staff were attentive and very friendly We get to the room and go to turn on the shower and the handle falls off, then there was absolutely no ice, the sink didn’t drain, no iron or working iron board was in the room, and the whole side of the room that only had the tv, fridge and microwave plugged in went completely black like the fuse blew. Yes the staff were helpful and attentive but didn’t offer a new room or a refund or even a partial refund

Nothing, Horrible experience. We booked the room for 5 people. Owner told us that room is only for 4 people. We have to call booking.com. It was middle of the night. We checked in around 12.00am. We were tired, we couldn't call anybody. I have to tell the owner one person will sleep in the car. Beds were too small for 2 people to sleep. We checked out next day and booked another hotel. We will never book our hotel through booking.com. We called booking.com next day. They didn't do anything. Our vacation was spoiled. Staff was very non-cooperative. They did not care. Daysinn was the worst choice by itself. I would recommend to never stay at Daysinn.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. The room I checked into, at 8 pm, was not clean and the hotel staff did not come to clean the room until noon the following day. There was blood on the walls in the bathroom and body fluids visible on the sheets. The security latch was missing from the door. The blood was never cleaned off the bathroom walls. Management was EXTREMELY rude. They treated me as if I was unreasonable. They said they couldn't clean the blood off the walls, that they would need to be painted. I mentioned bleach and they got loud with me. Unbelievable. They never came to paint over it...I was there for 6 days, unfortunately there were no other places for me to stay. I asked for a refund and they refused, but they were quick to tell me I could leave, knowing that I wouldn't find other accommodations. I took pictures of all the filth. I will contact their corporate office. They advertise a fitness facility...there's none. They advertise continental breakfast...they provide tea, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. I've never seen such a filthy place with such rude people. Halfway through my stay, the female manager INSISTED that they come in to clean the room. Her delivery was rude, like she was taunting me, but I agreed. She even set a specific time that the cleaner would come, since I was there on business, and they never came. I did find that laughable. Honestly, this place is a public health hazard. I'll contact the health department also.

When I finally got into my room and started to unpack, a roach came running across the floor. Went to front desk and they moved me into another room which also had a roach in the bathroom. No apology or adjustment on the bill, just an explanation that the roaches are coming from the drains because the exterminator just sprayed the laundry room.

When we booked the reservation was for 5 people. The room was supposed to have two beds and a sleeper sofa. The room only had two double beds, when I asked I was informed that is all they have. The refrigerator was discussing and there was no breakfast as advertised. Will never stay here again.

I was very unhappy when i called to check out and they said they had been paid by the people staying there and would not refund my money. So essentially they were paid twice and someone pocketed the money or they lied about getting the money.

Checked after long day of travel. Only one person got a watm shower, day two, we ran 1/2 Marathon, paid for late check, and our keys didn't work, house keeping let us in. No hot water at all, after running 13 miles!

The bed linens were stained and some were questionable, as to hether or not they had been previously used. The desk and chair were disgusting, so I picked up some chlorox wipes to clean wash them off.

The location was near the college. The room was dirty. Housekeeping returned and swept and mop the floor. There was dust on the headboard board. The shower looked as though it had not been cleaned. The baseboard around shower dirty.

The lobby was locked on arrival early evening and still locked after 7:00 AM for checkout. No coffee or breakfast items in the lobby and no coffee maker in the room. The room needed a good sweeping.

There were no hangers to hang jackets. The bar fridge was outide the enclosure and wobbled on three legs. The floor boards had gaps between the boards and were tricky to walk on. We will not be staying at this location next time.

My over all experience was acceptable, it fulfilled its purpose at the time. I get all l would of appreciated breakfast s not earlier like 5:00/am l start work at 5:45. Also towels daily would of been appreciated as well otherwise l had good sleep throughout good hot water no complaints

This hotel is ok if you are staying 2-3 days traveling from out of State.Bathroom is very small. Another guest was given a key to enter our room while one of my family members was still resting.This invasion of privacy should Never happen.

This hotel is ok if you are staying 2-3 days traveling from out of State.Bathroom is very small. Another guest was given a key to enter our room while one of my family members was still resting.This invasion of privacy should Never happen.

Could never staybhere again. Its my fault. I was tryna get a smoking room. We have clean ones in raleigh. But NEVER ATAY HERE if you care about the rooms cleanliness. Thankfully i had 2 covers to put on bed or i would be going to spend money elsewhere for a 4 hr nap.

When we arrived, there was no pool and the rooms were about as far apart as possible. We asked for a refund, acknowledging we were outside there refund timelines, since there were 2 issues with the booking. The lady working the desk was very kind, but the manager who she called was very rude.

My sons couldn’t take a bath as the tub stopper didn’t work. Then one son got poked buy something in the chair in the room and his hand bleed. Staff was nice gave us band-Aid, but told us there is nothing that should’ve done that in the room. Then the next morning we went for the breakfast that was included and it was just juice and coffee. Never mind the fact that the toilet wouldn’t flush in the morning. I told it them of the problems that we noticed and was told that they don’t have any plumbing problem so they don’t know what it was. Definitely look before you book.

Advertised Breakfast and work out gym but they did not have breakfast or work out area. Very disappointing since I searched for both these amenities.

They did not have 24 hour customer service. They did not provide free breakfast, the door to the lobby was even locked when we went for breakfast.

The website says there is free breakfast. There was nothing available. NOTHING, not even coffee it water. The desk clerk said she only makes coffee if someone asks for it. I told her we picked this hotel as breakfast was included. She said they ordered food , but it’s in back order?!!! Also, there was mold on shower curtain and the bathroom door did not shut. You need to modify your website as this is not what we paid for.

The overall property was clean. The paint job needs updating. The room was clean, for the most part. The bathroom floor had pee beside the toilet & hair. The mini refrigerator top & door was greasy.

In multiple places in Hotels.com it lists this property as having "free breakfast". I choose Days Inns, when I can, because I like having a good breakfast in the morning without having to search nearby for somewhere to eat. I was disappointed when I saw the breakfast at this hotel. It consisted of water, ginger ale, gogert, granola bars, and a box of juice. I've stayed in hotels that don't advertise "free breakfast" with better breakfasts. The last Days Inn I stayed in had eggs, bacon, cereal etc. Everything you would expect. Skip this hotel and stay nextdoor at the Comfort Inn. See the attached photo for the "breakfast" selection.

Stay was fine. Rooms could have been cleaner, dust/fine dirt behind doors. There was no continental breakfast, although it was confirmed to me that coffee and a bag breakfast were available. I checked out at 8 a.m., the office was locked, lounge area was not even set up for coffee.

Not happy was glad only there for one night

Steph barely spoke English, were barefoot, office was dirty, no coffee or continental breakfast available, carpets missing from the floors, no bathmat for the shower, blood stains on the curtains, stains on the sheets.

Awful stay. From the minute you check in there were ants crawling all over the place. Went to room and there were no aneminities. No soap, shampoo, conditioner etc… no coffee for room. No toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. Also had construction on premises and even had one tried to open the room without knocking. Totally unacceptable.

I wasnt able to get the room that i booked due to maintenance issues. The back side of the building had matresses laying around outside. The floor of my room hadnt been swept.

The hotel has been taken over by new management. No breakfast...no coffee pot. Door did not work on first room. Matresses piled up in front of window and they still were renting room. Police raided hotel while we were there. They did renovation construction from 7pm to 1:30pm at night. They are not ready to be open yet. Right next door is Comfort in. Looks nice . Wish I would have paid the extra. This place might be nice eventually. But not at this time. Not with staffs current lack of training. They even tried ignoring people at the doors. Putting up signs saying they were out for 20 minutes while they hid in office.No carpets.

Repair/construction debris directly in front of the room, obstructing the entry way. Loud noises all night. No coffee or breakfast available when free breakfast was advertised.

Noisy with lots of traffic in and out of rooms, not sure why? I would hope it was all legal? Advertised breakfast, was informed the next morning of this hotel does offer breakfast??

A mighty uncomfortable with surrounds but it was alright for area

My room looked shabby and worn down mattress didn't help. Only bar of soap, no lotion or conditioner. Also, the facility did not have breakfast as per website.

Everything was dirty and not friendly. The TV wasn't working and when I called about it. They argued.

I checked and they lady was hard to hear with a mask on and inside of teller window. I got into the room, sheets were dirty, no shampoo, no soap, and no trash can in room. Called front desk in the AM was told to shut up. Told the manager about my stay he could care less. Also breakfast is a muffin through the teller window. I will never stay here again.

The first thing I noticed walking into the room was the mildew smell in the bathroom. Upon further inspection, there were splats of various things on walls throughout the room, hairs on the microwave and refrigerator, ill fitting fixtures and a gross bathroom with the aforementioned mildew smell and other splats. Also, every vent (AC. hair dryer, etc.) was full of dust, as was most surfaces. "Room service" only consisted of replacing the towels - the bed was not made, no the trash removed. This place sucked!

Rooms are dated damage on ceilings and walls smaiibathrooms .mirror was not clean over vanity. Cigarette burns on blankets

The rooms are dirty build up of dirt in bathrooms. I am very disappointed that this is a days inn by Wyndham. No coffee on site even in lobby. Not worth the money. Says breakfast for 2 on website. Was told we could get muffins she could give us threw their teller type window.

It was a clean room, a great bed, and I slept very well. Although the neighborhood looked rough, there was some yelling in the parking lot, and the Hotelier did business through a hole in the door (me outside in the rain))… it was a very quiet night.

The room was supposed to be non smoking but reaked of cigarette smoke. Bathroom had missing pieces of drywall behind the toilet area. Although the staff was friendly and courteous, they allowed other guests to loiter outside in front of my room and smoke. And they looked like they could have been MS13 gang members. I had my son with me and this activity made me really uncomfortable. I was glad I was licensed concealed carry. We left as early as possible the next morning. I will not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone else to. Next time I will do more research and upgrade to a more reputable and better maintained property.

Needs a major overhaul

I don’t like the fact that is says breakfast included and they aren’t providing breakfast because of Covid. They need to remove that statement
