I liked it all

It’s a decent place to stay, the convenience of the location makes up for everything else.

The gym is closed for repairs. The waterpark hours are very limited. They don’t allow you to use the pool until 3pm on weekdays (including Fridays) and 10am on Saturdays. Why did I pay to stay here when the 2 amenities I wanted weren’t available to us?

The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. I had to request for towels because they will not refresh unless you ask. The biggest headache was the key to enter facilities and our room, I had to each date get it updated and reused. The swimming pool was a big hit with our family.

We were able to get clean towels daily. Staff here are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not bad, and it's included. The location is very convenient, very close to the airport. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport 24/7. The driver was very nice. The pool is nice, we enjoyed it. I will stay here again.

Ordered 2 months in advance thinking I could reserve my room but once i got there they said wasn't able to pick my own room when i specifically got it for my daughter so she could swim but got second floor with no view of the pool whatsoever. Was very disappointed probably won't be going back.

Very ice hotel, right next to the airport. Good and reasonable rates. Has a very nice pool. Free full breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel 👍

On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the breakfast - while limited - was fine. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water. We won't stay here again.

This place was a massive disappointment. We booked a 3-night stay specifically for the waterpark, but the slides were completely shut down the entire time. On top of that, our room was never cleaned once. Front desk told us they only do housekeeping after the fourth night, which is ridiculous.To top it all off, our room keys didn't work. Because we couldn't scan through the side gates near our room, we had to walk all the way around the property every single time. The hotel is incredibly outdated and poorly managed. Save your money and go somewhere else.

False advertisement the pictures that were represented in the photos of the room and property. We’re not the condition they must of been when the property was brand new. The room was dirty extension cords everywhere and cockroaches.

Key card kept deactivating every time we re-entered the hotel the key would have to be reactivated. Room was not the cleanest trash on the couch bed when it was pulled out. Slide was nice but weird hours 3-8.

I haven't received my deposit back and it's been two weeks already

No coffee in lobby- pulled at 9:00am? Ridiculous… Coffee in room - single serve coffee pot - one coffee pod - one decaf! Room was for two people. Half and half was curdled. Had to throw coffee out - and then we couldn’t get any in the lobby. Ended up at Dennys. Bathroom - in handicap room - bath tub? Grab bars on back wall of bathtub - getting in and out was crazy. Normally hc rooms have only walk-in/wheel in shower. Shower head was for handheld only! Not conducive for standing up to take a shower. TWO bath towels and wash cloths period. No hand towels??? Found a USED diabetic test strip on bathroom floor. Was the bathroom even swept or mopped prior to our arrival? Seems odd this was on the floor if it was properly cleaned. Toilet clogged first day. Took close to two hours for maintenance to come fix it. During which we couldn’t use toilet. Had to call front desk twice. BOTH Card keys stopped working the first day. Went to front desk and was told it was because we had them next to our phones. Nope - not the case. AND both cards stopped working. Impossible for both cards in different locations. Had to hike to get ice. One ice machine for entire complex! On the plus side … bed was comfortable and room was cool enough.

The staff was friendly and helpful the shuttle driver went above and beyond and we would definitely stay here again.

Location The Air Handling Unit made loud noise, unable to sleep. Air vent very dirty and there was a bad odor in the room. Used soap in bathroom. The room was in a very far location.

We were upgraded to a nice spacious suite. There was a sliding door we could access directly to the outside and to our car. They have long-term parking there, which was less expensive than the airport. They have a shuttle available seemingly all the time to the airport, but you really don’t need it if you want to get a little walk-in. It’s very close. The man at the front desk was very helpful in explaining how the parking worked. We also ate in the restaurant, which was pretty good. They even have a house wine that is very inexpensive.

The staff was welcoming as always. But the room itself smelled and the carpet was dingy. The shower did not work properly and the drain was clogged. The room is outdated and needs to be remodeled. I should have requested a tower room instead.

It felt like the floor hadn't been cleaned in a while. The room also had scuffs and looked a little run down. The front desk didn't say anything about the breakfast and there were no signs to help us find it. There were real dishes and silverware but the food was mediocre.

Bigger room than expected. It had a living room as well as a 2 double beds. Plenty of space. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Would stay again.

The atmosphere was overall fun. The room seemed to be clean. That was until I saw a massive insect crawling out of the drain. There were many gnats and even a whole moth in the room. My one night stay could have been better. My skin is still crawling.

I live in El Paso and use this as a Staycation for my children. As an El Pasoan the hallways seemed like they needed work done. Are they remodeling? As an out of towner feel like this represents El Paso, as this is one of the hotels by the airport. It needs a little upkeep. Feels cheaper than what it is. Only two sets of towels for a four people room. The towels by the pool were all taken, luckily we had our own.

The breakfast was good, the bar is a little dark and out of the way but nice. Roy and Esteban were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean when I check received a nice upgrade. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful they did not disturb me at all.

I booked this room at least minute and didn’t realize it was huge. I felt I got more bang for the buck. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I fell asleep really quickly and got my much needed rest before heading back to the airport. I didn’t get a chance to swim, but the pool looked nice.

Location was perfect and great shuttle service. Rooms were a bit outdated in decorum. Lumpy mattresses. Only one coffee pod. The gift shop was a little high priced. No room service but you had to walk a maze to the bar to order food to go. The blackout curtains would not close all the way. Of course we were only there for one night and did not see all the property had to offer.

Room was not cleaned, water from the shower smelled like sewage. There was a drain in the bathroom that also smell like sewage. Hotel could not get us another room and charged us for three days after we left the same night we checked in. Do not stay there.

We checked in after attending a graduation and attended an outdoor celebration. There was NO hot water in the entire facility. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to our entire flight getting canceled by the airline and no seats available on other flights. The hotel gave us a huge discount to extend our stay another night. We were told by the Manager that the hot water was fixed. It's halfway through the day and still no hot water and they do not have an estimated time for repair or do not know the issue.

We didnt get the hot water for 2 days and took cold water shower. It was unexpected still we didn't get information or update about the issue from the hotel staff.

Shower head was covered with buildup and did not spray well. Boxes and debris strewn along perimeter walls were unsightly. Staff was great though.

They only clean every other day I have been staying at this hotel for several years because I can just walk to the airport, This was enough for me no yo stay there again. Check in was horrible they say your room is prepaid ask for a credit card give me the key and walk away, not ever a good evening enjoy your stay or even talk to me about the amenities, breakfast internet etc,

Needs a facelift. The rooms have that smell. It wasn't dirty but still felt a little dirty. Breakfast was lacking especially if you don't eat pork

I just needed a place to crash after arriving late from the airport. It was quick and easy to get to walking from the terminal. Bed was good. The building is definitely outdated and needed a remodel.

Our room smelled heavily of cleaning products. The walls are a little thin, we had loud people next to us and could hear them throughout the night. The stay was okay but not quite what we expected from Wyndham.

Trying to check in multiple times after the 3pm check in time to be told each time, our room wasn’t ready yet when we had a concert to get to, and in a time crunch! Several other people in the lobby were told the same thing and in the same situation. I think they underestimated the amount of people, and the concert crowd that was in town for this performance, and should have prepared better with their housekeeping, Staffing and front desk staff also to help get everybody checked in in a timely manner..

We came in for the BTS concert, I am so grateful my reservations were not cancelled , I so appreciate this hotel so much. This was happening to many all over EP. The rooms may not be updated but they were clean and super comfortable! The AC was super cold just like I like it. The commentary breakfast was super yummy and the staff was working so hard refilling everything for us lol. Thank you so much!!!!

Roach, curtains were broke and stuck open, outdated, acwas so incredibly loud, after I had already paid and checked in earlier it wasn’t until later when I went to go pick up my key that night was when a new employee charged me for a surprise deposit that the earlier ladys did not do for anyone earlier in the day then told me she could not cancel my stay as I was ALREADY checked in.

Booked this a month in advance and was scared it would be cancelled due to high demand. I had read some horror stories given BTS being in town. Reservation in tact and the stay was seamless and a much needed respite from the day’s activities.

The staff was amazing, room was huge, and while we didn't utilize the water park portion, it was novel that they had it. We had dinner at the bar and it was nice. The music was classic and the atmosphere was casual. Plenty of seating in the bar and in the patio area of the main hotel lobby.

During a brief weekend stay with 4 family members I would like to give a HUGE shout out to ALL Staff at this Wyndham Airport Hotel in El Paso, Texas. Being the first trip to such a welcoming and hospitable city, we were not only made to feel welcomed but also, this property saved our trip!!

I wish I got the name of the staff member that checked us in the evening of April 29th. She was able to switch our room to better fit our needs. She was very helpful with making the change. We will be staying here again the next time we are in town visiting family. Thank you for your help!!

​The pool area felt very uncomfortable; there were groups of men just lingering around the central pool area, which made me feel uneasy being there with my small children. I was glad my husband was with me, but I can't imagine how a single parent would feel. Between the broken amenities and the overall atmosphere, this stay was absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

I was not happy with my stay here at all. The room was nice but everything else sucked. First i couldn't get my room any warmer than 70°. Literally had to wear sweats and a hoodie the entire time in the hotel. Next the wifi was horrible to the point it didn't work 90% of the time i was there and i was in a room very close to the lobby. Last was the free breakfast. It was absolute garbage. All they had was sausage, eggs, bagels, and a poor selection of cereal. To make that worse the sausage and eggs weren't even good. I won't be staying at this hotel again

Its a older hotel, roomy, and was there for a conference. There was older furniture in the rooms, could use some brighter paint in the rooms to lighten it up. Ac thermostat in room was accurately so I had to lower thermostat to try to cool off room. Some other folks rooms had the actual ac unit in their rooms which were cooler. Staff was very helpful. wyndam could spend some money and revamp the place. Needs a makeover. Convenient to airport across the driveway.

Very functional hotel, at walking distance from airport. They had a shuttle service which brought us to the rental car location which was less than 2 miles away, which we appreciated. Good for one overnight stay. The outdoor pool was NOT heated so it was impossible to swim in April despite the warm weather. The water park was closed, only open after Memorial Day. Breakfast was Ok (eggs, sausages, apple juice, including some apples and oranges) served in real platters and silverware. The hotel is very well maintained but we can tell it is dated, in the interior design, and common furniture.

My room was clean. It was quiet and staff were helpful and polite. I like staying here when flying out of El Paso because it is convenient to the airport. The food at the restaurant is good as well and the room with the massage chairs is great. I look forward to staying here when I need to stay in El Paso.

What a great place to bring the kids! The staff were all very pleasant and eager to help in any way. The dining area is a unique area and the breakfast was a really full breakfast with many hot, fresh options. It's even within walking distance to the airport on safe sidewalks. I'd certainly choose this location for my next trip to ELP.

I did not really utilize the amenities. We showed up late and left early the next morning. The staff was super helpful. Explained everything in detail. The shuttle driver was really kind and loaded the van for us. If she had a QR code I would have left her a hefty tip.

The one pool that is open is very nice although half of the water park is a construction zone and has a sulfur like smell. Not a single lamp worked in my room (no overhead light) and when the door to the room was closed there was about an inch gap between the door and the frame which was kinda creepy as a solo traveling woman. Staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.

Half of the The water park was closed under construction when I booked it was not detailed in the description of the pages. The water park was for the reason I booked for vacation with the children.

My room was right off the lobby and though the room was decent there were young kids screaming and running around in the courtyard until nearly midnight, frustrating since I had an early flight and had to be up at 3am

Stayed in a back building this time, room was a bit shabby and there was a metal part of the bed frame sticking out along the side of the bed which I hit my shins on getting in and out of the bed. Have stayed in the main building on other trips which is nicer. Very convenient for an early flght out of ELP.

I reserved a room for my parents, The request for a lower level room was not accommodated, and the front desk would not take a card over the phone for deposit. My parents do not have a credit card. And luckily they had cash on hand, but was very difficult coordinating this.

Rented 2 rooms. Both had mediocre AC. Advertised as included breakfast until 1030. At check in, night manager told us it ended at 10, so we went at 915 to find it closed. Front desk said we should have checked paper included with room key sleeve and wouldn’t offer any sort of credit since it was through Expedia - great satisfaction guarantee. Expedia made it right and gave me a credit.

Very outdated. Ac did not work well. Thermostat never dropped below 72-73 degrees. Balcony was not utilized, because a family of pigeons were nesting on our balcony.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is run down and awful. The staff messed up the check in. Shower doesn't drain or come fully from the shower head. The rooms are disgusting.

Looks like there is a lot of construction happening, so hopefully it will get better. Room was ok.

The rooms could be improved. It is an older property. Amenities could be upgraded. Offering liquid hand soap and better toiletries. The railings from under the bed were coming out making it unsafe for our family.

However, the hotel is old. The rooms need a serious update. The bathroom a little challenging. The toilet paper roll kept falling out because the bracket on the was very loose. The toilet is very old (very clean). I think it may have had a 5 gallon tank, but I had to hold the handle down to get a complete flush. The bath tub stopper was sitting on a shelf. Not a good look. The mattress, in my opinion, was too hard. But that is a personal preference. If I had to, I would stay here again. But it wouldn’t be my first choice.

There was a moldy smell in and around our room. Also was not informed that the pool was closed for winter. That was the main reason of getting the hotel. Also there was a dog in the room next door barking the whole morning this morning

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and quiet despite the large group staying there, plus the beds were cozy. Excellent location as it is a very short walk, about 5 minutes, to the airport. Our room also had a balcony you could walk out on and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

We got remodeled rooms, so everything was really ok.

The hotel staff met and anticipated all the needs for reunion stay. They even had the Army's famous powdered eggs for breakfast.

So my third day at the hotel my room was supposed to get cleaned, via sign in the room on the bathroom mirror, so we put our dirty towels in a pile on the floor and didn't make our beds, however, when we returned to the room later that evening our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk with questions concerning my room. The lady at the front desk said housekeeping cleans the room every three days. I informed her that it was the 3rd day. Then she asked me if I requested housekeeping on the 3rd day. I said no because I thought it was automatic on the 3rd day. And then she said "well, that's why they didn't come because you didn't request it." She did give us fresh towels after we asked for them and said she will have housekeeping come the next day. So I just went back to my room. I'm mad because it does not say that I have to request housekeeping to get my room cleaned, it says they will come every 3 days. Instead of her apologizing and just admitting their mistake she shifted the blame on me. I didn't appreciate that. There are some nice people working in other areas like the people in housekeeping, the ladies in the restaurant, the people at the corner cafe in the lobby, and the guy in the gift shop, they all had very friendly, warm, and welcoming customer service skills. I think the hotel is remodeling some of their rooms, but I was placed in the older room. The great thing about this hotel is they are RIGHT outside the airport, literally, not even 5 minutes away.

There was a dead cafard in the floor...also a very old marushan in the microwave, it was stinky. only good: near to airport.

4 very fat and lumpy pillows! Could not get comfortable. Cheap toilet paper and tissues. No amenities not even a bottle of water.

There was some construction and remodeling going on in buildings next to us, but it didn't bother us. Thank goodness the pool was closed (we stayed in December), because we were right in front of it. If the pool and waterslide were working, I'm sure it would have been very loud. An excellent location, surrounded by dozens of restaurants and places to eat and you're a stone's throw from the airport. The breakfast was horrendous. Weird cajun sausage was served and flavorless powdered scrambled eggs. Overall, not sure if I would stay here again but I think it's an acceptable location and place if you are looking for an overnight stay near the airport and convenient places to eat.

Laundry service was very accessible and cheap and works well. Timing of breakfast buffet is excellent especially for those who have early flights. Room is clean and big.

The Waterpark was closed and non one was folded till we got there. That was one main reason I stayed there. The staff was excellent and the restaurant they have had fantastic food and service. We got there late Christmas Eve about 15 mins till they closed but they stayed open for us so we could eat. It’s located right by airport which was great and good shuttles to and from. The rooms are very outdated and in our first room the air conditioning didn’t work. The rooms are very well sound proof so you hear a lot , and one elevator got stuck a few times. The plus is the staff and restaurant excellent service, very friendly, rooms were clean too.

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed my visit and the opportunity to spent time with my family but have it been someone else that is big on details he/she would have been out of there. Does this company open to a little constructive criticism and willing to scale?

Room needed a painting badly. Simple things would help such as wiping out the inside of the trash cans, cleaning the baseboards, vacuuming behind furniture etc. I did see some renovations happening so maybe it’s coming but in the meantime a good cleaning can go a long way.

Room felt neglected/dated. Bathroom had mold spots in the shower. Complained to the staff a couple of times during the stay about the running toilet which made a high pitch sound when it refilled and woke us up every hour (staff never fixed it). Found spiders in the hotel 1 in the room and 1 on the shower curtain.

Location is very close to the airport. Pool looked great, but we didn’t get to enjoy it as it was raining the entire time. I really liked that they have a meditation room. My main issue was the cleanliness or lack of. Our first room was filthy, brown stains on the toilet, couch cushions were wet, and the bed comforter had brown/orange stains. I called the front desk and they were quick to move us to another room, which was cleaner and much better.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family size. However, the room was dirty. There were cockroaches under the chair and night stand and rotting grapes by the bed. The floor needed a good vacuum. The hallway and room smelt heavily like cigarettes. The check in was easy and the front staff was pleasant. The gift shop and attendant were great. I just wish the room was cleaner.

I was unable to check in and had to return home after. It being told about the $150 incidental charge after I had drove 3 hours with 4 children.

Upon arrival there was a Oder outside like stagnant water. The outside grounds are clean, inside the hotel is pretty dated. The air conditioning in our room was leaking and there was a black mold spot where it has been leaking for some time. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation or fan which made the door swell so we had to give the door a push to close and a good pull to open. Furniture was very old as well. Other than that it was pretty clean. They do have a free breakfast and shuttle service for free 2 mile radius which is great. The pool was awesome large, we had it too ourselves. The slide was not open looked like it had been closed for some time. Didn’t use the Jacuzzi needs to be resurfaced. There was gym in the pool area that had a horrible smell as soon as you open the door it hit me (smelled like stagnant water ) This place is inexpensive, so you get what you pay for.

Popcorn ceiling, peach whitewash furniture. Lamps and carpet were gnarly. Don’t get me wrong the room was clean enough to take chill pill! Will I stay there again? Barf me out of it!!

The property is very outdated. There were outlets that didn’t work in my room. However the staff made up for the state of the property. My room was next to a utility room so I heard noise all night. Some lamps didn’t work. But the staff was very accommodating. Cam, was especially impressive, professional and prompt!

The pool looked nice but that's about it. It's old and dated, the room smelled. I understand not washing sheets and towels every day. Do what other hotels do: replace towels placed on the floor. Housekeeping did not even freshen the room. Although there was signage for the advertised breakfast buffet, it was nothing more than a sparse continental breakfast. The WiFi didn't work. Room key was deactivated after one night. Campus is discombobulated. Directions to room were poor. No hotel map. Won't be returning.

Hotel was nice the staff was average my room was supposed to be an upgrade according to the front desk person but was facing the parking lot! elevators need a tune up we got stuck in the elevator took maintenance worker 15 to 20 mins to get us to climb out of the elevator you’d think they would of had a representative waiting to make sure everything was fine but no we went to the front desk to get are key card fixed and the 3 front desk personal were just there and said sorry

We could hear the other guests up and down the halls all night! Even the people in room above us! I don’t know if it was bad insulation or what! The pull out sofa was so creaky any movement could be heard throughout the entire room. Room was spacious I’ll give it that.

The room was a bit worn out, the bathroom caulk was moldy. It was okay for the price and super close to the airport, but this place needs a renovation soon.

Overbooked and dirty. The carpet left our feet black, the staff was great the breakfast was horrible. The pool was packed and overcrowded. Theres a notive that says 250 fine for smoking at all but someone was smoking in the pool area. The elevators were scary and in onr there was a huge stain in the carpet. The one good thing was the gift shop. The deposit was just as much as our room but i dont feel the room was even worth that. Plus we got covid as soon as we returned home. Dont book that close to an airport.

Lobby and staff was great very clean in lobby and hallway the room smelled moldy especially the bathroom also no ventilation in bathroom ac didn't work in room.

We had a great time and plan to come back to stay. The breakfast wasn't what we had anticipated, but overall, it was a great stay.

We love this hotel. Would love it better if the pool stayed open to at least 10 so you can enjoy in the far. We understand closing the kitty pool and the slide but the pool would be great to enjoy at night.

AC noisy kept waking us up

Horrible place! Customer service by Gustavo is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. My card was misplaced and he was unapologetic and could care less about the whole event.

I booked this property for the water slides for my grandkids. The slide was not open the day we arrived. It has limited hours of operation, I did not see that exclusion on the website. The property definitely shows its age, but it looks like it is being worked on to be upgraded. It seemed like there were some quick fixes that would have made the appearance and cleanliness better. Every phone call or in person staff encounter was A+. The day the kids did get to play on the slide made the whole trip worthwhile. I would stay here again. The breakfast was enough and that area was kept very stocked and very clean, and staff was very pleasant and helpful here.

The website should have the hours of the “water park”. I specifically booked this as a staycation and the water slide was closed. This should be on the website so people know when to book for the water park. The room key had to be replaced three times and I was never able to enter through the side entrance. The room temperature was 65 and thermostat wouldn’t move even by raising the temperature. A maintenance worker said “just turn it off, if you’re cold” which didn’t help. The sink in the restroom was clogged and maintenance spent an hour fixing. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

We will not be staying here again. The pool does not open until 10 am and closes so early by 8. The whole day there were no pool towels in the pool area, when asked they said housekeeping will be out with some shortly, they never came. Room smelt old and musty and shower had rust.

lately, the only reason to book this hotel is the water slide... other than that the fact that they are not taking care of the details it´s sad, the hotel it´s dirty, worn out, poor customer service, outdated, bad breakfast, shame

Pool area was infested with ants and bird poop. No towels in pool area. Cleanliness of room was mid. Had mildew type of smell. Mold in shower. Lights didn’t work. Room looked like a roof patched job.

Hotel was great for the price. A little outdated but beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small and they have small toiletries available. The pool and small water park were a nice addition, it was very crowded but we managed. It’s a nice property overall.

The room felt extremely unsanitary! I didn’t walk to sleep in this room but we had just driven for 7 hours with two littles! I didn’t want to walk on the floors! EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED!

Housekeeping department They have no love, no responsibility for their work. I didn't have any cleaning done on Saturday or Sunday, despite having asked for it from two people. My children had to dry themselves with dirty towels, and I had to go home to shower. Since I was staying there, to rest after a few very tough weeks for me. These are the photos of the first room. Dirty, very dirty, and they moved me. But the service is truly bad. How sad that they're investing in renovations with such bad staff. They overcharged me at the restaurant where the milk for the cerisles was. It was spoiled, and the chef and manager saw it. Quality control simply doesn't exist.

If you are going for the water park, ask before going the schedule of it, the slide it’s not always open, I was with my kids for four days and they only where able to use it once .

On top of that, we were woken up early in the morning by some workers yelling and fighting right outside. Not exactly the kind of wake-up call you want on a vacation.

It has a big pool and is quiet and clean. Breakfast is decent. Walk to the airport.

It's called a water park but there was one swirly water slide that was closed the days that we're there Monday through wednesday! Total misrepresentation. Not only that but there was a major fire hazard behind one of our Queen beds. A power outlet with no cover on it pushed up against the sheets!
