The hotel's location is frequently praised, being close to the airport and local amenities. However, cleanliness, comfort, and customer service are major areas of concern, with multiple reports of unclean rooms, uncomfortable beds, and rude staff.

The location was ok. A little hard to get out of the lot due to traffic but lots of restaurants and stores around so that was a big plus. The price was good also. The tub was broken I had to use something to let the water go down the drain. There was big roaches. The room smelled weird maybe like cigarettes or something that wouldn’t go away.

Excellent value, and pleasant surprise. For the price I was expecting far less in cleanliness and overall amenities. The property appeared well maintained and properly managed. The property also appeared to have a friendly pet policy as the rooms seemed designed for minimal stains and damages.

Ok, I wanted cheap since this was a quick trip, and cheap was what I got. The motel is very old and my room (7) was tiny. So small that basically there was only room for the bed, TV and stacked microwave/refrigerator. There was also a sink near the door to the bathroom. None of this bothered me, but there was only an overhead light -- too annoying to leave on. There were no lamps and the wall mounted sink light did not function. So, I was left with keeping the bathroom (and loud exhaust fan running) light on. The microwave was non functional and the refrigerator had been turned off and was hot and stinky. There were no dresser or other place to stash non hanging clothing. The bedroom floor was a wood laminate and appeared clean, albeit some planks had edges raised from water damage. The bathroom was small but okay. The platform bed (no box springs) was the firmest I have ever had, and I loved it! The three tiny pillows were flat and virtually useless. The AC did not cool the room until early the next morning. The TV was annoying--the remote sometimes didn't work, the volume was limited on the TV (not good since I have hearing problems) and there was a three hour timer that would turn off the TV. I could put up with all this but the Friday, Saturday and Sunday I was there there was no hot water. I was afraid I'd have a heart attack trying to take my QUICK showers. Only the extra firm bed made me rate this motel two stars rather than three.

This was a quick overnight as we were traveling from California to Texas. We liked the fact that they had hardwood-type floors instead of carpeting and had recently painted inside. But the beds were hard and there wasn't even coffee pots in the rooms or the lobby. It should have been about $35 or $40 a night considering the neighborhood and surrounding motels.

The owner is picky of who to rent to. The beds are hard. The room was renovated but clean. It was not scary or anything....I did not have any problems there and would stay there again.

Location was good, it close to a Target and Walmart. Thats about the only positive I have. Staff wasn't friendly upon arrival or leavining. I didn''t like the stained towels or hair in the shower. Really didnt care for cigarrete burns on tub, TV was on a timer which was annoying. Wished I had a blanket not just a thin sheet and comforter(which I never use). A/C kept blowing curtains up. Non stained towels I did use were thin and scratchy. I found it very basic. Would not stay there again. I could hear the planes overhead at times and when the neighbors shower was in use. Not restful at all.

The room was clean. the bed was comfortable. I had to push the curtains against the window because the ac / heater vent would balloon them out, but the curtains stayed closed and the heater worked fine, it was 25 degrees out that night with a snow storm. I liked the fact that I was parked right outside the door and could easily access my vehicle. The shower water was warm ( I like it hot ) but it was warm enough to shower. The price was right, no hassles, Over all it was good.

I stayed here 4 nights and overall I really enjoyed it here. There were a few problems like the shower head wasn't working right so management came right out and replaced it. The deadbolt on the door was broke but they ordered the parts and offered to move me. The only thing was several times I came in after being out and I guess the maid sevice turned off my A/C unit so it was warm and two days they forgot to replenish my coffee maker supplies. But overall I would definately recommend this hotel.

When I first got there I was worried I went to the wrong place because the front of the building has Roach Motel written all over it - metaphorically speaking - but the room was real nice, new beds, very clean sheets, heavy comforters, dark hard wood floors, a granite sink, tiled bathroom... I mean you could tell it was upgraded, but it was a nice room. It was quiet and it felt safe enough. The only problem we really had was that the front desk never answered when we called, and yet when he saw us outside he would stop to ask what we needed.

This hotel is great if you are just going to stay for a night or two. The rooms are really nice. I did not expect to have a microwave AND a refrigerator! The beds are a little hard though. I would say the only bad thing about this hotel is that it has a pool that does not have water. So, if a pool is a must, do not go to this hotel. Other than that, this is a great hotel for a one or two night stay.

Everything had just been redone. New hardwood flooring, new lights, new paint on the walls. Cleaning ladies did a great job, replaced towels daily and changed sheets. Everything had just been redone. New hardwood flooring, new lights, new paint on the walls. Cleaning ladies did a great job, replaced towels daily and changed sheets. The room had matching mini fridge and microwave. There was a great little strip mall just down the road, maybe a five minute walk. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
