I wish the staff were friendly.

Our room was disgusting. It looked nothing at all like the pictures. We were simply too tired to just go somewhere else and deal with it.

The beds were comfortable, and the location was great. The Wi-Fi and the hotel was not good at all. Not even the television would get good service and able to view local channels properly.. we were unable to watch any type of television because of the Wi-Fi

Staff were very courteous and professional. Very clean and comfortable room. I stayed in King Premium and it was great! Newish microwave, refrigerator, and TV. King bed was huge and very comfortable.

Room was not cleaned four days out of a5 day stay. We were asking for trash bags and towels from the front desk and anxiously looking for a vacuum cleaner to clean the room ourselves. Even though we bought it to the front desk attendant nothing came out of it. The shampoo bottle and body wash were empty and lack of toilet paper. Hall ways were very dirty to include both inside and outside premises. Worst experience ever

We got there and had prepaid. Never had a deposit charged before. 100 was the deposit and I wasn't prepared to pay that. Said it was policy. And that it was posted everywhere. I've never seen a sign or had not seen it on expedia. Took an hour until they waved their "policy" of a 100 dollar deposit and gave us the room. Thanks to a very understanding laundry lady we got the room.

Being from El Paso myself, I found this especially disheartening, as it does not reflect the warmth and hospitality the city is known for. It felt like a poor representation of the community. The room itself was just okay, but there were maintenance concerns. The deadbolt on the door was broken and not fully functional, which raised safety concerns since it could not be properly secured. Overall, the experience fell short. With improvements in both staff engagement and room maintenance, this location could be much better—but as it stands, it felt more like a “Red Roof Inn Minus Minus” than a Plus.

Lady at the front desk was welcoming as soon as we entered the lobby. Room had a very inviting, clean scent. The a/c did great at keeping us cool in the hot Texas summer.

We were in town visiting family and needed a reasonably priced room to lay our heads, The hotel was conveniently located off the 10 fwy. The hotel and rooms were clean. We had absolutely no issues. The hotel is close to shopping centers so plenty to eat near by. The only issue I had was that when I misplaced my key, the bell desk didn’t ask for my ID when they replaced it. Maybe I just looked trustworthy! I would stay here again!

The air conditioning wasn't working, the beds were very dirty, there was a lot of dog hair, The sheets and pillowcases were dirty, and the bathroom.

Didn’t give us the room that I reserved the first night. I went up to the front and the reception was not able to help me and said that maybe there’s a possibility that I can get a room that I applied for the next morning so I had to call Expedia to let them know. The next day I did get the room, but on one of the corners the roof was hardly Falling off because of all the water that was Falling down from the third floor, and I’m guessing it was from the restroom or the bathtub At this point. I don’t wanna do anything else because they were not gonna give me another.

The room was extremely dirty when I arrived. There were crumbs and debris on the floor, hair all over the bathtub, and the room clearly had not been cleaned properly. I politely asked housekeeping if the room could be vacuumed, but the staff member seemed irritated by the request. I ended up leaving and booking another hotel instead. Very disappointing experience.

I stop at this Red Roof hotel every single year and highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the parking feels safe and secure. The rooms are always clean—especially the bed and the bathroom—and the AC works great. All of this for a very reasonable price. 💯 recommend!

My stay was one night, with a small, kenneled dog. Everything seemed clean and the location was great for navigating El Paso events.

The room floor was sticky. The rug was so old and dingy and sticky. Room had a bad smell and fridge still had previous gusts food in it.

N/A The service was decent, it was unorganized, check in on booking.com was 3:00 at the facility it was 2:00 and I arrived at 4:30 and they told me the room was still being cleaned I had to wait 15 minutes till they were done with the room and it had already been way past the check in time. The room was dirty and smelled bad it didn’t feel comfortable at all.

Hotel was dirty carpet luckily is brown other wise it needs to be clean and or replaced asap. Hair dryer did not work and bathroom was tiny. Paint on walls peeling and stained. The bed was comfortable enough, the shower was hot, and the room was clean. I received written confirmation the day before that I could check in between 11pm and midnight, but when I arrived at 11:55pm after a concert, no one was at the front desk. Two other people were waiting ahead of me and had been waiting for 20 minutes. We all waited for an additional 30 minutes for an employee to show up and give us our keys (meanwhile, me and the other guests were attempting to reach someone by phone, but the phone just rang and rang). Finally, a security guard wandered into the lobby and was shocked to see us all waiting there. There were at least 5 guests waiting in the lobby by that point. The security guard was able to check us in and give us our key. The whole experience was inexcusable.

The customer service and hospitality were great—staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, the room itself was very disappointing. The photos on the website are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. The bathroom was not as clean as shown online. We even had to switch rooms because the refrigerator in the first room didn’t work. In the second room, the flooring was chipped and visibly worn, with sections scratched off. It gave the impression that upkeep and presentation are not a priority. While I appreciated the service, the condition of the room did not meet expectations based on what was advertised.

Yes, it is a budget stay. The bed is of a cheaper quality and my sheets had some staining. The road noise is substantial. But if you have reasonable expectation for the price, you’ll be satisfied.

If needed, it’s a good value for your money. Just don’t get a room that has access from the outside.

What difference a month makes, I had previously reviewed this property about a month ago and was surprised with how backwards they went, The mattress was so lumpy not even the mattress cover helped, the electrical outlets for phones were not working lamp charging outlets not working. I brought it up to the management group between 3 and 4 they looked at me like “ok” he sent a person who said ok never heard from him again, parking was also a problem. At check out again mentioned my issues room 115

Unsanitary conditions. There was a pile of TRASH right next to our door way and the hallway was dirty. Staff didn't seem too concerned when we checked out 5 minutes after checking in.

The staff on arrival was courteous although they were a couple of individuals there that were dressed ghetto hood a that did not make the place seem very inviting with hoodie on head and earphones but the clerk handling the reservation was very courteous the the room was not in good shape the bed I had a seesaw effect where you sit on one side and it could cause someone to fall on the floor because the bed was not balanced on the on the box springs king size bed at a seesaw effect there was leftover coffee in the coffee maker and television self service system did not work

Place was fine for the price, nice reception and housekeeping. However, bathroom had horribly cracked caulking and pretty sure there’s quite a bit of mold exposure. Good for price though overall though.

The hallway on the way to the room was very dirty. It looked like someone had taken a ripped, trash bag and drug it around the hall. The furniture was clearly neglected and in rough shape. The bed was very old — you could feel the springs through it — and it made sleeping nearly impossible. They provided four pillows labeled “soft” and “hard,” but every single one was the same: thin, worn out, and offered no support at all. Overall, the room might have looked okay at first glance, but it was extremely uncomfortable. A hotel stay should at least allow you to get some rest, and unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. Although the staff was friendly, the room quality prevents any rate increase.

Room had 3 days of trash when I left. The room key had to be reprogrammed every day. Furthermore, the bed had an obvious dent where everyone slept. It took about a week to get my back to stop hurting. I am not sure why, but the room was only serviced when I asked. I was asked about the do not disturb sign which was in the room on the shelving. It was not the reason the room was not serviced.

The hand soap dispenser was empty when we got there. When I got in the shower I noticed that there was either dried toothpaste or soap on the shower wall, it was blue on a light colored wall obviously not clean. The TV kept buffering.

The room was clean and they offer different pillows such as firm and soft for both sides of the bed. They set up a coffee bar and the rooms were non smoking. The water does get nice and hot as well. The only downside is the tv lags alot because the wifi.

Stayed 2 days. The room was basically fine. The keys wouldn’t work after 8 hoursZ I kept having to go to the front desk to have them reset. The shower never got hot. It was warm. Probably would not stay again.

The main door to tue room was not fully sealed. The pillows and bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water, so i had to take a semi lukewarm shower. Having a room outside of the hotel made me feel very unsafe for my 5 year old and I. I will not be getting a reservations at this hotel again.

After a grueling nine-hour drive, the hotel was an absolute lifesaver. Stepping into the lobby felt like a breath of fresh air after being cooped up in the car. Everything from check in and the entire weekend stay was great. Just one issue ruined the last day of our stay. We called front desk to ask for a late check in for two rooms and the front desk girl was really nice , said no problem. My daughter called when a lady from housekeeping asked why they hadn’t left yet.my daughter called me to ask if I knew the front desk lady’s name because the housekeeper, who had a clipboard, was irritated that the room had not been evacuated. This was at 11:15. We were told we had to be out by noon. She then came to my room and I did give her attitude for having given my daughter a hard time. I told her she needs to check with front desk prior to bombarding peoples rooms and insisting they need to check out at 11. Very unprofessional and rude.

I made reservation for a superior room, they didn’t have it available at check in time so receptionist told me if i wanted to wait. I waited an additional 30 mins and still not available and

The room was perfect. The front desk person at check-in in the evening could work a little faster rather than having long conversations when the line was forming towards the door, but he made it friendly and apologized for the wait.

The hotel was dirty, no coffee pot in the room. When we called for a coffee pot they said every room has one and hung up. Will not be back

4/5 stars only because if you’re given a room on the bottom level, it can be noisy from people walking to and from their rooms and vehicles. Other than that, room was clean, had a nice clean smell to it, comfortable beds, good location with many food options nearby.

Cleaning lady had to leave the first day cause we arrived to our room and didn’t finish cleaning up. Second day room was not cleaned at all cause we were in our room getting ready to go out. I had to go to laundry room to get towels.

This hotel offers a great value for the price. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is right off the highway which was very convenient after a long drive. Will absolutely recommend this property and I will book again.

For the price we paid the occomodations were more than sufficient. Its obvious there have been some updates. The facility is a bit old and you can see the age around the edges but the room was clean and the bed fresh and comfortable. I would stay here again if stopping in El Paso

The room was very dirty! I have stayed in pet friendly hotels before and it does not smell like horrible dog smell. The shower was dirty. We check-in in at 2pm and checked out 10pm. We could not sleep in that horrible smell.

The staff is nice but was not able to fix the TV problem. We didn’t get a chance to watch the TV that night. The coffee was warm, not hot.

First night there was a female knocking on random doors and a French bulldog running around off leash while owner sat in the car owner didn’t bother to pick up the dogs poop. After we settled into the room someone tried coming into the room they stopped after we told them wrong room. Room had a wet dog odor smell.

We got to this property at midnight because we were traveling from California to Houston we had reservations I called at 6 knowing we wouldn’t arrive until after midnight they said no problem as long as your here before 3 am so when we arrived at midnight we were greeted with “you almost lost your room” as if there was a line of people waiting. The place was run down cold damp smelly and the guy at the front was rude as ever.?we literally went in went to sleep got up and left 6 hours later. The worst experience

I believe I reserved a Superior room with an accessible bathroom, instead I got the Premium and it WASN'T EVEN A PREMIUM room!!! The bed was horrible! It's broken! You need to replace that thing ASAP! The sink, please, it's too small! I needed to wash my soaked clothes only to find no laundry soap in the guest laundry room!!!! And the vending machine took too much of my money, the Dasani water bottles were $2.75 each and I was charged $4.00 on my card, then there was supposed to be a $1.25 credit which I NEVER got! I needed to get 6 bottles, only was able to get 4 because the machine didn't even dispense the bottles properly! And the showerhead water pressure was very weak! Took me a long time to shower and the water got over the tub onto the floor.

Need new or better mattress the bed was lop sided on one side. You can feel the indentations. Not good for a nights rest.

Everything was really clean, I felt safe, nice having extras like the fridge, micrwave,etc. BMy only problem was the USB port didn't charge my phone.

The lobby of the property had an unpleasant odor. There was a strip club in the same parking lot as the hotel. There were people coming and going all during the night. Definitely not a family friendly area.

There was blood on the lamb of the hotel, on the door where you can see if someone is on the other side there’s splashes a blood, the door bult was broken as if it has been bashed open once. It was very uncomfortable
