In terms of accessibility from I-10, yes it’s good location. Parking is plenty. The staff are nice & respectful.

The property itself was fine, but there is a lot of construction in the area. The representative said that the construction was gonna be there for the next few years not the properties fault but just be aware

The room we were in had a very noise A/C, the shades of the window did not provide much cover for light from the outside, especially a strong light outside was directed towards the part of the building we were in. The toilet was very low, we had to lift the lid of the toilet water tank in order to get it to refill, several light bulbs were not working, there was one chair in the room, but one leg was unstable. Asked for another chair, and received an old very used chair. Some updates were found in the room, but overall the "workmanship" was not very professional. We did have a small dog with us, who was crated when we were out. Overall not a great stay. Some of the breakfast equipment did not appear very clean. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Breakfast is ok if all you need is a muffin, waffle fruit & coffee. Pool is small but clean. Facilities are clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Good for long term stay. AC is a little noisy but not terrible. There are things that could be fixed but I think they are working on it.

Great hotel and staff! Room was very clean and comfortable. And right around a number of restaurants and other points of interest in El Paso, TX.

The property was clean, but my wife fell out of a chair and hit her head on the wall, because one of the legs of a chair was broken. The staff at the front desk only said “I’ll have maintenance look into it”. The outlets in the room next to the bed didn’t work, so we had to plug our phones across the room

A very fresh clean room. It was a really good place to rest. Finding a parking space wasn’t hard at all. Very friendly awesome staff. And the best part was, I have never experienced a faster check-in, like it was sooo easy and fast. 100% recommend staying here

Had a great experience. Unfortunately my room did have a small leak and we couldn’t change rooms because there was no other room available due to it being for the BTS weekend. Other than that it was great. Clean rooms. Only a 15 minute drive from central El Paso and with various food and store options around. Would go again.

The room I stayed in had a bright parking lot light shining through the window and it was daylight all night long. Should have blackout curtains

Had to hold down the toilet lever for the ENTIRE flush. No overhead light; the light switch at the door did nothing. Plumbing was old and very rusty. The hotel was difficult to access from the highway. NO SAVORY ITEMS with the continental breakfast!

Breakfast was fine, cereal, some pastries, waffles. Parking was plentiful, I felt safe at all times even arriving super late or leaving super early. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.

The staff some were helpful specially the guy with long hair at front desk. The housekeepers all look upset as they not friendly or happy with thier job . When I asked something they were like they didn't care. I asked one if she could clean my room as I was leaving for the day. She said very uninterested you have to notify the front desk. I can not clean your room unless I am told by front desk. I went to front desk and requested for housekeeper to clean my room. They say ok. When i returnedat night only the bathroom was clean. The bed was not made and it looked as they inly took out trash and dirty towels out. The riom was not truly clean. Then the next day they had a fire alarm waking up the whole hotel guest at 2 am. We were standing outside for avout an hour until fire truck showed up. Later they said it was a broken water pipe and we had to wait until morningto see if they could fox it. . In the mean time we were not allowed to use the water. They said we will probably get a discount for the inconvenience this caused ruining our sleep and rest. There was no discount for the bad experience at all. The staff at front refused to honor any discount the next day. The manager didn't approved it they said. I won't stay here agian.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and safe area. The breakfast was ok, very simple. Plenty of parking but there a lot of semi trailers there taking up many spaces but still no real issues finding a spot.

A wonderful hotel at an affordable price! It’s just a mile from a mall with several restaurants and a Walmart.

The hotel is conveniently close to I-10, but the noise because of this and from other rooms is very much. Rooms are good, but the carpet can have some cleaning, the shades were rigged and a piece of wall in the bathroom was falling apart. Shower was noisy because of the plastic, but functional. Breakfast was subpar, with waffles as the only hot option available, just one waffle machine so the wait for waffles was long, around 20 minutes, there are not enough chairs, just two per table when most of the guests are faimilies.

Our room was dirty the pillow smelled bad the window wouldn’t close a lot of light would come through and there was noise all night we did not rest or sleep at all

I had a great stay with my canine companion. I appreciate the staff and the property as we travelled across the US, it was a welcome oasis in the desert.

Front desk was great and very friendly. After 12 hour drive no waiting got checked in and key worked fine. Room was good size and bed was comfortable. We noticed they were doing updates and believe they had not gotten to our room but still good. Room was definitely not spotless but bed was clean. Shower drain was full of black hair which neither of us have black hair. Shower head was not in best shape and pressure was lacking. No plug for the drain and that's when I found the drain full of hair.

There was a brown handprint on the wall when we arrived. Some outlets did not work. In room phone was out of order. Would have been nice if you didn't have to go down to the lobby for ice every time. When I mentioned issues at check out she just told me "No worries". Building looks patchwork and run down.

Place was great. The building is newer, a lot cleaner than any other quality inn in El Paso. The room service was great. The breakfast needs a much better coffee machine. Beds were a little hard, but I believe it is because they are brand new. I would stay again!

Room had broken blinds with sheer curtains. No room darkening curtains we were not able to sleep well. Exhaust fan over shower head was filthy right above your head ceiling was low. No lock on bathroom door. Room door hinge was loose so door was not latching properly. Bathroom wall was wet had water damage.

Not great . But not bad . Slept well. Hotel room was a little dirty as far as some sort of stains on lamp shade and walls. But overall it was good for the price. I did not try the breakfast so i cannot speak to that.

Check in was fast. The place is obviously being remodeled. The bed is queaky. I showered and as i was putting on my socks i was coming up abd hit my head pretty hard on the corner of the sink. That is being remodeled. Its not even finished and there should have been precaution or sometime of safety on the corner of the sharp end of that sink. I have a bump on my head due to it. The bed is nice and pillows too. However the lre was too much like coming through the window and and bathroom.

Friendly staff, ok breakfast, decent pricing. It smelled musty when you walked in and in the room. The outlet in the bathroom didnt work. There was no light in the hallway so there was no lighting by the big mirror. The water in the shower was barley coming out because the water was mainly flowing from the facet even tho the plug was pulled all the way up. The shower curtain was torn and yellowish.

Modest property showing its age, but it was fine for the price. Didn't hear the highway noise at night and the beds were comfortable.

It was pet friendly, but my dog kept chewing like there were fleas in the room. He has flea control on but they have to bite to die. Staff were very friendly. Gluten free, so corn flakes worked. Prefer plain yogurt. Juice was good.

The service was great very friendly staff, the breakfast area was clean and looked good simple fair. The room was clean and bed was comfortable but the restroom door was broken didn't close right and water temp never got warm, lukewarm at best. Besides those two thi gs everything else was good.

After the condition of this hotel there was no way we dared eating their continental breakfast.

It's been twice I used this hotel while using this app. Twice I have selected a room that the pictures show a couch and a coffee table. But when I go to the room, it's a small room with barely one chair. I ask the desk about the couch and they tell me that's a suite. That's what I selected online. But both times it was an extra charge.

The rooms are dated with electrical plugs that do not work.Breakfast is a joke. Hot coffee, cold cereal. I will not stay here again.

The room looked like it was under repair half painted walls the bathroom door had a burned place on the top, toilet was backed up had to call the front desk for a plunger to unclog it ourselves, the window cover was nailed to the window trim. Couch I. Room was very dirty and ripped on one end.

We stay here when we are picking up our Grandkids and taking them to Denver with us. Continental breakfasr was a little disappointing, usually enough to get started, but this time we had to stop for breakfast. I really loved the new beds, they are so comfortable.

This is a TERRIBLE HOTEL. Room was dirty, mattress is super uncomfortable, room was NOT clean, staff didn't help at all.

I got a suit and the room was dirty, shower was disgusting, bed sheets were stinky we couldn't sleep, sofa was super dirty and ripped, walls were dirty painted over with a direct color, overall DON'T recommend this hotel.

Our room door did not shut unless we pulled it shut the shower floor squeaks bad and there’s an air bubble in it our curtains didn’t shut all the way

The ac did not work it kept shuting off. The bathroom did not lock. The floor in bathroom was cracked and shower creaked.

Small rooms, dirty carpets, no closet, ironing board with no iron, bathroom fan didn't work, hair dryer didn't work properly, water pressure was terrible (shower only worked with hot water, wouldn't work if you tried to add cold), hard bed that was painful to sleep on. I'll never book a Quality Inn and Suites again.

Do not stay here! The blankets were falling apart. The tile was cracked. Bathrtub looked dirty and sqeaked like there was no tomorrow. There was a dirty towel in the closet. A humidity bag hanging in the room. The room looked like it hadnt been dusted or cleaned. Service was horrible. Front desk girl talked so fast u couldn’t understand her. Asked to repeat and she continued with same speed. No ice machine. Over all this hotel just needs to close down.
