I highly recommend this place, cleaning lady maintained room every day, the parking lot was well lighten, property is well maintained, friendly staff and it conveniently has a mini fridge and a microwave oven plus a clean swimming pool. Thank you

Room was small for 2 double beds, but it was clean. They had a semi-shaded area to take the dogs. It wasn't completely fenced in, but it did the trick.

We broke down so we couldn't make it to the hotel in time to check in when you finally didn't make it there it was like 3 or 4:00 in the morning and by 6:00 they were banging on the door at 7:00 they were big in the door at 8:00 they were banging on the door and that 9:00 they were banging on the door so he really did not enjoy this day these people at this property were very bad and I am trying to figure out how to get my money back really worst place to stay at do not stay here

Pretty good overall for the price you pay and being a Motel. Night window is not great if you check in late at night and not very spacious to sign documents or walk around. Room was good and clean. Parking included and easy.

Please don’t book here and go to the red roof inn plus instead! The less than $5 price difference is totally worth it, rooms are much more cleaner and beds way more comfortable over there, no sus people and actually helpful staff.

Check in experience was horrible. Front desk employee so unprofessional and rude

They did not have a hair dryer. We could not hear the tv, the dound was messed up. No coffee maker. But for the price, it was okay.

Staff was excellent. Room smelled horribly of sewage and there was a dried yellow liquid on the floor in the bathroom. I was able to easily wipe it up with a wet towel. Dead bugs all over the room. I don't expect anything fancy but this was pretty bad.

Location was prime, safe and convenient to my destination. The property was clean and well maintained. I will definitely come back in the future.

Mrs Betty was great loved her she was very very nice and helpful. The beds for me they were perfect I slept like a baby. Area not the greatest a bit noisy but for the price I can't complain. I can say that I would stay here again if needed.

Had space for 5x8 trailer Staff and small enclosure for parking along with nosy maintenance and overly stimulated receptionist . Overdid her job made a family walked out and someone hung the phone on her . Opened soap bar . Dead fly on floor , but whatever needed to rest with my kids .

I like that the property was close to the freeway There was a lot of random people just sitting outside in chairs drinking. It was really uncomfortable. The amount of people that were just like lounging around in their cars and stuff like that.

Super cheap four days and nights for 160 or less no creepers and clean. I walked to the pho place next door and had 10/10 meal. I will stay here again because it’s centrally located.

It is a a very convenient location. Close to the I 10 Expressway and Loop 375. Many good restaurants and shopping centers are also near. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Arrived late and the cranky night desk clerk tried to do everything through a small window, including taking my credit card and walking away with it to places I could not see, not hardly the type of situation I am at all comfortable with. Room was not the king bed I reserved and was promised. It was cheap, but not even worth its low cost. Maids tried to enter our room before 9am, which was obviously more than two hours before checkout. Day desk staff was friendly and nice, but the damage had long been done by that point.

Location is terrible because its very close to interstate and all the time you will hear traffic noise day and night. Moreover its also used by highway maintenance staff who seems to not sleep at night and keep talking loudly on their phone outside their rooms badly affecting the sleep

It's a very blue-collar crowd staying there and occasionally things with the room weren't working but the staff were nice and the room rate was insanely cheap. If you want luxury, this is not it, but you can't beat it for value. Betty at the front desk in particular was wonderful!

The front desk staff was very nice, but I had a very difficult check in. Due to a medical condition, climbing stairs is extremely painful and I am at risk of falling. I specifically requested a first floor room when I made the reservation but did not request an accessible room since stairs is the problem and I don’t want to take a wheelchair accessible room from someone who needs it. At check in I was told only 2nd floor rooms were available because the oversized haul crews always ask for first floor rooms. I was very unhappy, but I had already paid so I suffered and got my necessary belongings upstairs.

I think everybody deserves the same treatment no matter what. I was in room103 my neighbor from 104 was loud I call my husband to let him know what was going on because I was tired to call I have been driving for 10 hours straight and was very tired to I had my husband call and at first Betty told him that she would move us but the manager didn’t want us to move because he had clean the others room so I told her that I want a refund so I can go to a different hotel I think she give priority to the person in room 104 because I think she was a regular and didn’t want to get a bad reputation to the hotel it was a bad experience because over all it’s been over 24 hours since I slept so when I got to the hotel got in my room wasn’t able to sleep because the next-door neighbor was playing her music too loud. I asked if she would turn it down she didn’t so I asked the front desk. And they told me they couldn’t do nothing about it because it was during the day so I asked to be moved to another room. She said she could do that then she changed her mind because she said she talked to her manager and he said that she couldn’t change us because they we’re cleaning them I believe in a situation like that you would do everything to accommodate your guests. Whoever they may be I stayed an other places and they always accommodate. I stayed here before but as a guest, I would think your front desk people would know how to handle a situation like that

As economy motels go, this Motel 6 was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the TV worked well… Sure, it was a bit noisy outside, but that doesn’t bother me.

I like the Starbucks that's near. Also like the Mexican restaurant and I like being near the interstate and hearing the cars and trucks drive-by but that's just me. Easy on easy off the interstate.

The parking is not the best especially if you get into town late. We requested a king size bed and they gave us a room with 2 double beds. The night attendant was rude! He acted like we were inconveniencing him. We also had cigarette burns on the comforters in a non smoking room. Will not be back

The staff was awesome. You can’t beat the price and one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever had. I’ve doubled the money for worse again that the staff is awesome rooms are clean and I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for your kindness and I enjoyed my stay immensely.

There were dead bugs on the floor, and live ones in the bathroom. There has always been kleenex provided at other Motel 6 locations we stayed at. I requested a Do not disturb sign for the door, but was told they cannot do that. Also, it would've been nice to have a wall clock in the room.

The door knob doesn’t seem to work very well And they run out of ice a lot, but that’s because of the heat of the summertime. Hopefully as it goes down, it won’t happen as much.

I paid for a king size bed and was given a room with two double beds. Both beds were uncomfortable. One bed had a ridge in the middle at which point one side sloped down. The other bed just sloped down side to side. One good thing is it is so close to Sam’s Club where you can fill up with gas on the inexpensive way.

The staff were very friendly. The man at check-in was efficient with each guest but didn't rush despite a small line. The morning lasies helped me find a local owned coffee shop nearby. Will definitely stay there again when I pass through!

This hotel is centrally located and close to stores for food, gas, and other shopping in one of El Paso's busiest intersections.

Desk Clerk Betty is great. Friendly and helpful with a great attitude. Location is good with dining options and close access to I-10.

My room was clean but it did have an odor like humidity, and the bed was ok, just not really confortable. The access to the hotel is not the easiest due to construction outside, no fault of the hotel but, it’s a bit more difficult to get in, specially with another hotel’s entrance together it gets a little confusing but not a big deal. Overall the hotel is good for a quick rest while traveling. Price it’s good for what you get.

Everything was good here. But the rooms really lack essentials such as an Iron and Iron Board, coffee machine and those do not disturb signs. Why these are not i. The rooms is mind boggling. Housekeeping staff are awsome and the company should give them a raise! I spoke to one who asked about my portable ac cooler. She explained her eletric bill was high and if mine really worked. Which it does for me. I showed her how to use it and because I had 2 extra I gave her one. I saw the sincerity on how thankful she was and I was very happy to help her out. They do the hardest job but get paid the least. Corporate needs to realize they deserve more!

FIRST OF ALL, THE GUY THAT CHECKED US IN WAS SLOW ABOUT IT. WE BARELY GOT INTO THEN ROOM WHEN HE CALLED, WANTING TO KNOW IF WE WERE OKAY WITH THE ROOM, THE SINK WAS STOPPED UP AND STANK. THE DOOR DIDN'T HAVE A SAFTY LOCK ON IT. HE OFFERED US ANOTHER ROOM ON THE SECOND, KNOWING I HAD TO HAVE A GROUND FLOOR ROOM. IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT STAY.

There area had a foul smell right outside the room… the apts was very loud & so was the pool area & the person at the front desk did nothing about it as he walked by. There two 2 very drunk men at the pool where children wanted to swim & play

I would like to thank all the staff for a great experience. I was able to check in much sooner and I thank housekeeping for their quick work. I tried to tip her but I never saw her comeback from lunch. Hopefully she got it the next day.

Located right off the 10 freeway, very convenient and friendly staff

Staff was ok. I had to extend my stay, he said since i booked with Expedia I had to close my room and book with them. It was almost double the cost, the bathroom had damaged drywall and the room was noisy

Your front desk clerk in the morning she is so friendly and helpful and your house keeping are very sweet and do great jobs and very friendly also

This property is really for basic, no frills functionality which is why it’s cheaper. Overall, it met that need for me as I was just passing through the area and didn’t want to spend much just for a few hours of rest. I would recommend this motel for that purpose. However, if you’re accustom to nicer places and will be unhappy/uncomfortable with just basic, then you’ll want to go elsewhere (and probably pay a bit more money, too.)

A good place if you just want a nights rest before you hit the road area a little sketchy rooms not too clean, but you get what you pay for.

When I checked out the lady at the desk was very polite and sweet also. They both seemed to enjoy their job! The room was clean. I felt my fort earthquake by the way! My bed shook and I was thinking what in the world! Later I saw we’d had an earthquake!

Usually, it is a very quiet place, but it was the first time I heard the guest on the second floor cracking as they walk. The other is that there was no shampoo on the room.

My experience started good at check in after that was a mess lost cable 2 hrs being there was lied to about an outage which I called the cable provider and found out that was a lie I had 4 day reservation and left after the first night they were not helpful in resolving the problemand an and basically told me I can leave I strongly advise people to stay somewhere else

Comfortable beds, clean rooms but not shampoo!! Bring your own!! The little soaps are not good.

Great budget hotel in a good location. Room was comfortable and was perfect for our one night stay.

I didn't like the lack of parking for vehicles with trailers very small and just didn't feel comfortable staying overnight at the motel. I left and got a room elsewhere...

There was roaches and the room I stayed in had an issue with the shower head. It would leak water all the way down to the outside and my mom slipped. My mom tried getting coffee but all you could see in the coffee cup was the coffee grounds floating around

It was close to our event and very close to fwy access, food and gas stations.
