Emmanuel was wonderful!! Greeted us with a warm smile!! And it was late when we got there! He also checked us out on the morning!! Again with a warm smile!! He got us checked out quickly!! Really enjoyed he was so pleasant and smiling!! The bed was very comfortable!! The bathroom needs some updating! It had hair on the floor next to the tub. The molding against the tub needs replaced! The hall carpet looked dirty...needs some help!

We love to stay at La Quinta. This week has been four different La Quinta stays and there will more next week as we travel home. We love that we know what to expect and that we can stay with confidence that each stay will be good. Thank you for being there.

Breakfast was good but limited can’t complain. House keeping terrible stairs hallways filthy. Stains everywhere. Engineering employees have property all patched up with white tape on bathroom tub and hallways. An inspection by a La Quinta representative should tour property and he would be in shock of what La Quinta represents on the market. I would not bring my wife here..

The staff here were truly wonderful! They were kind, attentive and welcoming, which made a strong impression. However, the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. It appeared quite worn down, with damaged flooring, a chipped mirror, and overall cleanliness issues.

The only issue I had was the room next to mine had a dog that barked and whined all night long, needless to say I got no sleep. I had mentioned to the front desk after checking in that the dog was barking and scratching at the door and he seemed surprised. The front desk lady this morning was very nice and I did share my complaint with her as well.

We had to request toilet paper because we knew we were going to run out in middle of the night! Also, not enough towels. Our floor and the main floor ice machine was broken. They need to clean the bathroom walls or new paint job.

The room wouldnt cool down. We were thinking maybe because the desk is in front of the a/c unit and the cold air gets trapped there so the unit shuts off before the room was cool. Breakfast was better than expected but should have some ketchup or sals for the eggs and sausage…

I only have one concern, I stayed at the same LaQuinta last December. One luggage cart was stolen so there was only one cart left for guest use. I returned in March and the stolen cart was not replaced. Very inconvenient. Otherwise I had and always had a pleasant stay.

Staff were nice and helpful. The room was large and pretty clean. The bathroom could use more attention though. The AC was not very efficient and was very loud.

It was ok for the price and for staying only one night, but if we had to stay for longer, I'd rather pay a bit more and stay in a better hotel.

When I arrived at approximately 6:30pm on March 17, nobody was at the front desk, and there was a note that they’d be back shortly. I waited over 15 minutes. Once the staff member returned and saw people waiting (there was another patron waiting behind me), she didn’t seem in any rush to get back behind the desk and was not at all apologetic. In fact, she seemed really annoyed by our presence and made me feel really uncomfortable asking her to check me in, even though that is her job. The building was super dingy and dilapidated. The breakfast was a joke and barely had any options. The juice dispenser wasn’t working either. I usually find La Quinta to be a reliably decent place to stay, and this was the worst experience I have ever had at a La Quinta. Next time, I will not choose La Quinta, and I hope the employee who checked me in is reprimanded for her completely unprofessional behavior.

The overnight lady was nice, the other employees were rude and angry. 1. Pool was closed without any warning. But even if it was open, extremely dirty and gross. 2. Tile was missing off of the floor, tried to use a rug to cover it up. Like, a huge amount. Walls had tape all over marking holes that was so old it was pealing off. 3. Shower was disgusting-heads need to be changed out. Walls peeling around entire shower. 4. Breakfast was deplorable. Options...cold cereal or waffles from 2 waffle makers that were constantly being used with a full hotel of people. Couldn't wait almost an hour in line to make a waffle. No other options. Coffee was always empty, juice dispenser was broken with no juice. That was not a breakfast...that was false advertising. 5. All floorboards are missing the halls, so huge gaps between floor and walls. Very dirty and uninviting.

How this property is rated so highly I will never understand. It is old, dank, musty, stains on the wall and floor, holes and boogers on the wall. The shower was dirty. It makes me question the rating system, an La Quinta will no longer be my default brand. I still feel gross

I dropped an earring back which made me notice how dirty the floors were. Looks like the clean the middle of the floors but not all the way up to the walls or beds. Todo muy bien, únicamente una persona del staff de nombre Dora con muy mala actitud de servicio, en el desayuno nos tuvo esperando más de 10 minutos sin servir leche, harina para wafles, yogurt, syrup aún cuando se lo solicitamos, y cuando le cuestionamos por qué no lo surtía, solo dijo que había mucha gente por eso se acaba rápido pero la realidad es que no estaba al pendiente ni tiene actitud de servir.

Property needing update. Noted cracked and broken tiles upon entering the hotel. Carpets looked worn. Rooms fairly comfortable. Could hear dog from next door though the walls. Rooms were clean but poorly stocked, ie 1/2 roll of toilet paper total, no tissues (had to ask front desk for replacements). Shower clean. Shower head needs descaling. Key cards need to be reprogrammed daily. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and when I went to the desk to get more hand lotion and wash clothes they provided them readily. The made was leaving only enough for 1 person each day and we were a party of 2.

A light was burned out in the lamp on the desk. My husband and unscrewed the bulb and took it to the front desk to ask for a replacement. They said they would get one. We never received it. It was still empty when we checked out.

Very good for the price. Some parts of the hotel seem to be very worn, but my room was clean, safe and convenient.

Room was better than expected. Two of the front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Bathroom had some pieces of hair on the tub. Looked as if someone shaved in there but apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

I especially want to highlight the front desk staff; they were super kind, helpful, and attentive at all times. From the moment I checked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and made the whole process very smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the highlight was the amazing view of El Paso, TX and Ciudad Juárez, Chih. The hotel is also in a great location, with several good restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was a clean simple hotel room near i10, it had no extras and the breakfast was limited, and you can only eat in the breakfast area I like to eat in the room as I get ready, the staff was nice and gave us the extra blankets and pillows we needed for our 1 night stay just passing through, 15mins from downtown if you have time it’s really pretty

Dead roaches in room, hair in bathtub, and dirty floors

My first impression of the exterior was that it looked A kinda dated, as we arrived & checked in, the receptionist Dani, was very kind and quick. Introducing herself by name & letting us know to reach out with any questions. She informed us of all the complimentary beverage choices in the lobby available 24/7. The hallways smelled of faint smoke, & our room had the worst looking door which made me & my wife feel like this may not have been a great choice, however once inside we realized the room was indeed very clean.everything was good with the exception of flooring planks loose and damaged. It was a budget stay, breakfast was good, & checkout was nice & easy. I would stay again but I really hope they can do something about the smoke smell in the hallways (Marijuana & cigarette Smoke).

Final thoughts: I'm not sorry I stayed here. I needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night. The stuff that needed to be clean was clean: bed, sink, toilet, and shower. However, I would probably not choose to come back, unless I was on a super tight budget.

This property is so run down it should be closed and remodeled until people are allowed to stay here again. No baseboards in hallway, tile missing with a dirty rug thrown over it, just dirty and falling apart. I’m surprised my bed made it through the night.

The hotel is located in very convenient place just off the hwy and its super clean and very friendly staff

My hotel of choice when I visit El Paso, Texas! The La Quinta offers service, competence, and professionalism and all for a great price. Will continue to stay there when I visit!

The property was old and run down. Baseboards looked like they had not been cleaned. Shower/tub smelled so bad my family would not shower in it. The hotel lobby had an unpleasant odor. Overall appearance of the hotel horrible: old, stinky and unclean. Price was great, but I won’t stay at your property again unless I can find a new one.

Sheets and towels at least seemed clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. One of the ladies on shift at the desk during the night shift seemed VERY stressed out and overwhelmed, but they were all doing their best to run the place. Staff gets 5 stars.

Front desk accommodated is excellent. I have a disability and our online check-in did not take this into account. The staff helped us by giving us ground floor and help. Thank you to the staff.

Family trip overcrowded, customer service overwhelmed and poor , the co do toon of the place nothing to do as advertised, booked two rooms ; Front desk did not have the other room ;Only one in very poor co do toon by the pool with roaches.

Lobby was very poorly cooled, for outdoor 100+°F temperature. Overheard front desk staff speak to housekeeping via phone call about another guest's bedding having hair and being stained. Inside of our room, previous guest had left 2 pizza boxes that were not cleared away from mini fridge. Hot hallways with a musty, unclean scent. Room A/C was ok. Light from hallway shone into room through gap under doorway, making it difficult to sleep. For the price paid, I would've expected better quality throught entire property, especially the room. Disappointed and disgusted.

Absolutely disgusting, room 327 is unsanitary and needs to be fully redone. There is weird stains all over the bathroom walls and boogers. The floor in the bathroom and the room are in horrible conditions with plenty of soft spots meaning yall have some flooring issues that need to be addressed. The base molding is clearly peeling off but neglected to be replaced along with the flooring. The toilet seat is all discolored and needs to be replaced. Overall y’all’s cleaning, maintenance, and management team lacks basic skills to perform your jobs. These issues are in plain-view to the naked eye so you can’t act ignorant to these issues. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked that the vicinity of the property is well cared for.

Hotel needs work. Bathroom was dirty, it had urine on the walls. Vending machine area, floor was taped up with like a tarp and tape. Front desk was not professional. Lady with pink and blue hair was rude and she was busy talking to her friends. Not professional staff. You get what u pay for with this place. Never again.
