A good place to stay if you are staying for a long time. Has a fulll kitchen.

Room had everything you can possibly need. Laundry room on the same floor as room. Breakfast was great as well. Check out being 12pm was also very convenient. Overall very nice place to stay!

A 3 night stay usually would cost a bit over $500. I paid over $1,400. It was because BTS was in town.

We were welcomed warmly be the front dest receptionist who was a great help getting us settled and also gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants. I loved the attention to detail. The ladies room also offered complimentary feminine products. The breakfast was amazing.

Super easy check in/out process! Elise at the front desk was so sweet and kind to us!! Entire staff was so nice and friendly! We had a great stay!

I'm happy with the service and free breakfast. The only problem was no hot water for a shower or in the bathroom sink. I complained to the manager at the front desk and a small monetary compensation was deducted off the total balance of the bill. I'm very grateful. Thank you.

My stay was pleasant. I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness because there was a long strand of someone's hair tucked in one of the small towels. Aside from that, staff was pleasant.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and courteous. The location is absolutely perfect for us with everything we need so close. Make it easy when visiting family. WE have stayed at this location before and this is our spot in El Paso. It would be helpful to have handicap parking spots near the side entrances. Fous, the East side was closest to the the el and room for us.

Overall stay was very good. First night ac unit didn’t work but maintenance fixed it. Then there was no hot water when taking a shower. The next day we moved to a different room and everything was great from that day on. Elise was great communicating and making things right. Rooms were very clean.

Unfortunately, there was a dog barking thay we could hear through the walls. The room was clean. The breakfast area had dirty utensils, waffle maker was dirty and only decaf coffee until we were almost done eating.

The room was average and good for an overnight stay. 3 stars is most fitting because I think the towels could have been brighter, as they were very dull, the tub was a bit rough/scuffed, and there was some gunk under the tv when we moved it a bit. Also, we can hear the people above us walking and getting in bed. Other than some overused amenities, it was an OK stay.

First of all, the air conditioner in the bedroom vibrated so loudly that we could not use it and in 100 degree weather that made for a warm room our entire stay. Also, the kitchen sink was leaking so if we tried to wash dishes, water began to pool up under the sink. Speaking of water, the shower took about 5-8 minutes to warm each time we used it. Lastly, I woke up with tiny bites on our last day and sure enough upon further review it was bed bugs. On the bright side, the staff is very nice and friendly. I'm a Hilton Rewards member but unfortunately we won't be returning to this property.

We were greeted and assisted by the front desk personnel (Elise) - she also made sure if everything is good, however, we had a long drive from California, I was exhausted I forgot to reply back. Our suites were clean and ready. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fridge and kitchen area very clean. All was good for our stay of just my wife and I. We will be back in October and will be booking again. The continental breakfast was very good with Rose being very outstanding as well as everyone on your staff. The only small issues we had was the ceiling fan was not working and the toilet lever would stick causing it to run. We just had to jiggle it. We advised at checkout.

The room that we stayed in was clean and comfortable but the furnishings were extremely worn out and the shower curtain rod needed to be tightened. This room needs to be retired.

The room above us was making noise all night. Told front desk and the noise continued till 4 am. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The worst thing was that there was no shuttle service. I had to walk next door to catch a ride to the airport. Also, that's where I ate dinner, too. Your services are VERY limited. But the guy at the desk (Julian) was helpful.

The only slight annoyance would be the lack of room cleaning services. With a three night stay there was no room cleaning at all. We did stay in the room until late morning each day and there was a notice that room cleaning would occur every other day. However, at the end of our stay garbage cans were overflowing and clean towels were depleted. A slight annoyance as making a bed is not difficult and a phone call to the front desk would have taken care of the other issues also. We appreciated the amenities of the hotel and the price of the stay was reasonable for the services offered.

Peeling paint, affixed drapes that do not close, improper screws on floor to floor transitions (screws above surface catch socks and shoes) a ventilation fan in the bathroom with no switch and didn't seem to be working, loose shelf in bathroom and a toilet seat so loose it would be a hazard to handicapped persons ! I am not likely to ever visit a "by HILTON" again.

I would definitely stay here again.

The furniture is filthy/stained. Their website says there are plenty of restaurants within .2 miles. There is nothing near by except a gas station. Even the free breakfast wasn't fit to eat. I will never stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping could do a little better. I did not mention it to anyone so that’s on me. The lady that made breakfast was Great friendly and happy everyday. I believe her name was Lola. The maintenance team runs the shuttle as well they ran me around town for Food and things Thanks!

I called and front desk told me that it was a mistake and I shouldn’t be charged and it would be removed without even pulling up or asking for my info. I asked her what will be refunded to me and she just replied everything. Well after trying to ask to be more specific and trying to transfer me to the manager who never picks up, one refund went pending

I had everything I needed full kitchen, big frig, spacious, comfy bed, hot breakfast, nice pool, decent gym, and clean!! You all definitely need to reward your room cleaning staff!! ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!

The room me and my wife stayed was huge enough for us, clean and organized but they still have old TV's (not smart), kitchen is a old fashioned style with only 2 old pans to cook. It seems they need to upgrade those areas.

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean as well as the hotel facilities. The staff was very friendly and always ensure that we had everything that we needed. I had stayed on other big names hotels in El Paso before but this Homewood Suites Hotel is the best.

The Hotels.com card was rejected when I arrived. The lady at the desk was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel might charge me for the room now also. Hotels.com said they would call me back in 15 minutes and never did.

Clean, just right off the main highway which made it great to get back on the road. Plenty of dining and convenient stores. Always a good half way stay when traveling home from Cali

I had a great stay other than was unable to utilize the pool however due to guests not wanting to lwave the pool were consuming alcohol and being loud I was unable to use the pool. Management did send me over to the sister hotel to ise their pool which was fine but still a slight hassle. Other than that was very pleased.

First visit back to El Paso since beginning of COVID-19 and did not know what to expect with staying in hotels. i was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was and checking in was a breeze.

We spent 11 nights and due to COVID the hotel provided housekeeping as requested which we really appreciated. We really did not need or want people in our suite everyday. The suite was exceptional as well as the services. Actual hot breakfast every day which the other hotels we stayed at while on the road for this trip did not offer.

This was my 4th stay here. I’ll definitely come back. Clean, comfortable and friendly.

Hilton is awesome as usual. Staff was great, room was very clean and comfortable. We made the mistake of staying in a different hotel at the beginning of our trip, no comparison. We have never been disappointed with Hilton.

Excellent. Good breakfast every morning, not the bag of carbs other hotels are doings. Clean and friendly.

We would stay at that hotel again when visiting the area.

We were there for a week due to a funeral. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was great, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We were able to have our 2 dogs with us. We loved that we were able to cook and have a full size refrigerator. The only thing I was not a fan of was the one day I decided to go and try their breakfast, it was terrible. Some cold, what I think was an enchilada bake or a bad version of chilaquiles and refried beans that were extremely runny almost like soup and some bad tasting sausages rolled up in a pancake. There are so many good restaurants nearby. I would recommend those for food, but the hotel was great for everything else.

Amazing place!

This hotel is very clean probably one of the cleanest I have Stayed at. With this Covid stuff I take Clorox wipes and I take Lysol spray and I go by the restroom and all the room disinfecting. When I ran the Clorox wipes the wipe had no dirt on it or anything, meaning it had been cleaned properly. When it comes to making a decision clean is top priority. This hotel met my expectations. Breakfast and evening they give you to go food due to Covid but at least they give you something. I stayed at the embassy suites in Austin and they were not even doing that. Room had a ceiling fan with a control which I thought was pretty cool. Room was very spacious. I recommend this hotel

My 13yr old son and I stayed here for 2 weeks while transitioning from a rental property to our new home. The daily breakfast served is hot and delicious- as well as the supper that’s served Monday-Thursday. Their outdoor pool is open and available (limiting the guests to only 10). Clean comfortable rooms. Hospitable and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

Every thing was great.

There is a friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, warm shower, and spacious rooms. Having a kitchen was convenient for us although we liked their breakfast too. Thank you for a comfortable and worry free stay.

A great location 1.5 miles from the airport, convenient to the highway. Notice that the south side of the hotel faces an oil refinery and railroad track, so expect some occasional train noise, mainly tank cars moving out. Everything you'd expect from a Homewood Suites. Thanks!

Staying with homewoid suites of hilton was the best stay we have ever had in hotel traveling. The suites were close to many different restraunts, close to shoppibg, movie theaters, and grocery stores. We were in town for military purposes, this suite was

Nice suite. Very clean. The only negative for us was the open vanity area instead of the entire bathroom hsving a door. Good buffet and exceptional staff at the desk.
