Room was newly renovated, very clean and spacious.

Since I know that I have a lot of down time I pick a hotel that can provide me with activities. I was able to safely walk to shopping (Ross, Marshall's, Burlington are my stores.) I also can walk to the adult beverage store and the Mediterranean restaurant down the street was fabulous! The room was spacious and clean. The pool was clean also. One day the pool was closed for a short time and the front desk knew how important that was to me and called to tell me that it was reopened. The breakfast was really good and it was nice to eat on real plates and have the choice of coffee mugs instead of paper. It was an all around great stay. I highly recommend. Oh, the elevator was tricky because you had to hold your room card up to a sensor and push the floor button. Inconvenience to set my coffee down on the floor, but I 100% support safety! Thank you!

Parking was a nightmare. There was not enough and many of the spaces were covered because of construction. I had to park under the portico and then I had to pay for it, which is ridiculous.

It was ok. Large rooms with no character. Not a single picture on the wall. Did not feel homey at all. Location is nothing special.

INCONSIDERATE STAFF - other stays have been enjoyable this one was deplorable. The staff doesn’t care about your $400 vacation. We arrived on Friday night and unbeknownst to us we were put directly under the rooms being renovated on the second floor. Saturday morning, when the constant hammering began, we understood and left the room we paid for, until 4.30. When we inquired about the constant hammering they said it would be done by 3:30 and had a sign stating as much. No such luck, no rest for me. When I complained, they wanted me to re-pack all of my belongings and move rooms. Trust me, this hotel was not full on Friday. Why would anyone be given a room directly under the floor renovation with constant hammering?? At 10 pm ( our time 2 am) a fire alarm set off, waking us from a deep sleep and sending us into the night air. No apology, no compensation, no attempt to let us know management realized they ruined my $400 vacation, and I’m a Hilton’s Honors member. Good luck, they don’t care about you or your vacation.

The area that this one in is very industrial, the room we got seemed very dated. Carpets in the room were coming up and frayed. The shower was very hard to work. The curtains that separated, the rooms were extremely wrinkled. The staff was super nice though. It’s just not one of the best home 2 suites that we have stayed at.

The staff were helpful. The rooms were quiet which was really helpful in keeping my toddlers asleep. Everything was clean and updated. Would stay here again. Not very much parking though and no signs telling were more parking can be found. No parking for anyone pulling a trailer either.

Otherwise, this would be a five-star rating. Lorena was a great front desk person as well. Very helpful. Ample safe parking. Safe area with great places to eat and shopping nearby.

I have been traveling for work for almost a year now. Hands down my favorite location so far. From being able to do digital check in, digital key wax already a win. Then you add an amazing breakfast with a variety that’s actually a variety of taste & flavor. It was quiet even on a busy weekend. Employees were so friendly & helpful. Great job

We had to Uber because they didn’t have a driver for the shuttle service. The front desk girl gave us an email to send receipts for reimbursement. No response to email.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Each and every staff member with whom I interacted was extremely friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my staff comfortable. The shuttle convenient and dependable in getting around the immediate area. Shout out to my shuttle driver, Jen, who got me to my destinations safely and had great suggestions about the local area.

Our stay was a quick one night stay. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had multiple selections and was good. Only downside was the bed, it was hard and springy. The couch was much more comfortable.

On top of that my kids had gone up to their room and they were sent to a room that wasn’t even clean yet and still full on dirty.

The beds are hard as a rock. Bathroom door wont close all the way. Its a sliding door that leaves a 2 inch gap opened. Paid 27 dollars to be allowed to park for two nights atthe hotel.

The front desk kid had no people skills, didnt even make eye contact. Interpersonal skills are always needed in any industry. Family settings need to be priority when that is one of the main stays of travelers.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and professional. The room was clean and modern but the air conditioner was loud and vibrated the wall. The housekeeping didn’t restock the coffee. It’s 10$ a day parking and a charge for internet.

Leti helped me with my bags in the elevator and was on duty when I got my breakfast in the morning. She was so pleasant and courteous.

In the El Paso facility i was suprised to have to pay for parking. Next, the location is not difficult to get in and out. Oyr room was ok but the TV did not have access to streaming services, only cable channels without a guide! Last, the breakfast was awful. Beacon was chewy, egg patties cold. Really poor quality. Oh, sheets did not fit correctly. When i woke up i was sleeping directly on the mattress. On a good note, staff was very accommodating.

There was a fire alarm at 5:00 a.m. and no one let us know what had happened. Or at what time we can go back to our rooms it was very frustrating

The property is listed as pet friendly. I paid for the room in advance and nothing was mentioned so I did not expect to get a ‘pet fee’ at the hotel and then have to pay for parking as well.

We stayed at this hotel because of the pool and it was closed most of the time. When we asked when it was opening they didn’t know. We had to pay for parking. The nice thing about the stay was good restaurants were at walking distance.

Recommend the breakfast, a good variety to select along with healthy options.

For a Hilton, this property was extremely disappointing. My room had very dirty carpet with large stains all over the place. Then I found hair on the bed. I got a room change. The other room had slightly improved carpet but it was a downgrade in terms of amenities. And on top of that, the shower head had issues and the water was lukewarm not hot. I guess this is normal for them, because they didn't do much to make it right. Just very disappointed with my stay here. This is shameful for a Hilton property.

I was double charged on a room. The key scan on the back door doesn’t work. Bri the check in person was very rude. I stayed at the same hotel two weeks ago and the staff was much more friendly at that time.

A pet friendly hotel should have some dedicated place to let a dog go to the potty. Bags provided but there is no grassy area anywhere just rocks.

Home 2 suites is always nice! Staff at this location was great. Only things that were different at this location were you had to use your key card to access lobby or elevators which was a slight inconvenience. Also would like egg option in the breakfast buffet

My husband and I received excellent customer service since check-in. Briana was polite and made us feel welcome since we arrived. She received us with a smile and made sure we had all the info we needed. The location of the room was convenient. We had a studio with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The room was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The fan is constantly working in the room and it was a little annoying at first while sleeping but didn't cause any issues. The bed is comfortable. The little kitchen is equipped with plates, cups, spoons, etc. which is nice. Complimentary breakfast was great. It provided a variety of options. Hot egg/sausage/cheese sandwiches, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, delicious coffee as well as different juices. The dining area was very clean and the lady taking care of it is really nice, her name is Letty. She was making sure of refilling the food and cleaning around. Everything was great at this hotel and would stay here in the future. It's my favorite place to stay in the are of El Paso so far.

Our stay at Home 2 Suites is always fantastic, no matter what location we stay at. The El Paso Airport location was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were incredibly clean, had lots to choose from at breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and it really did feel like our home away from home.

Room comes with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The entire property is clean inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and professional.

How this hotel has good reviews I will never know. Our room was shocking. There were dead flies everywhere. The bed had reddish brown stains that I can only assume were blood (hopefully food). Even the lamp shades had stains. The floor STUNK. The shower was broken. And after all this, the hotel would not give us a refund as we had stayed past a certain time. I recommend that everyone avoid this hotel at all costs.

Large rooms and free breakfast can't go wrong. Top it off with pool a gym. Just notice cosmetic damage on my floor on hallway doors and my bathroom base Moulding.

Bathroom door just slide over the opening on the bathroom - no lock, no latch, not even a handle. Large gaps between the door and the wall so zero privacy. It was awkward. Ceiling had patches and mismatched paint over “repaired” areas. One of the lights was not working. Staff didn’t seem to want to be there. The elevators were unusually slow. Area around hotel was shady and unsettling. Parking was small - surprised we actually found a spot

Nice property for families. They offer hot breakfast even though we didn’t have it. Friendly staff!

Smaller rooms, we stayed in a same hotel chain one day before in California and it was very different.

Great stay although was a little disappointed that as a Diamond member I did not get any acknowledgment of the status. I asked about the to-go breakfast that is normally available to diamond members and since it was 30 mins passed the cut off I was told “you’re too late, breakfast is only served until 1030”. Being unfamiliar with the area, it would have helped to have a snack available after having arrived at 1am due to flight delays the day before.

I loved how clean it was and just the area in general.

Everything was very nice, but the water in the swimming pool was very very cold!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was the bathroom door. It was sliding on the outside and others in the room would be able to see whoever was in the bathroom through the cracks at both ends. Besides that, everything else was great.

This hotel has seen better days. I assume the foot traffic due to its popularity was a good thing however it’s in pretty bad shape now. Service was friendly as usual, however the hallways, room and common areas are very beat up. Hallways smelled like lingering food odor. The wear and tear caused things to appear dirty even if they were not. I could not wait to get up and leave the next morning. It’s time to start going floor by floor and refreshing and repairing. Definitely not currently worth the price they are charging.

Stayed here twice on this trip (both ways thru El Paso). First time was good, second time not so much. The upholstery was not clean and breakfast did not have veg options (regular cheese omelet). Also, a safety issue, the elevator was last inspected in 2020!!! Hilton, you need to get on this ASAP....

All rooms are very spacious, and I love they have their own minikitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher (with clean dishes), etc. My only problem, if you can call it that, is that there is no lock for the restroom door. The restroom door is a barn door that you can slide but not lock. This is not a dealbreaker for me, but it might be for someone else reading this comment.

Loved it here. Clean, large room with good kitchen facilities (dishwasher, paper towel, large fridge etc). Plenty of bench space and a desk. The room was spotless, like really clean. The rooms are modern and we loved the modern shower with quality soap and shampoo dispenser. Good security and even though it's near the airport we didn't hear any aircraft noise. The rooms were well sound proofed. Elevator so you don't have to carry your 40kg suitcase up stairs ... that's always a plus. Wished all hotels we've visited on our road trip were like this. Good price too. We had a Queen suite. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

First time in El Paso & loved the atmosphere here. I checked in with Alex at the front desk who was very sweet & polite. My room was clean, property was clean did not see any trash lying around. Also, very quiet area too. 10/10 recommend

They sold my room out after I paid for a reservation a week prior. They tried to upgrade me to a room that would accommodate me and my family, and there was nothing they could. But an upgrade

Staycation was great, family enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fulfilling. Room was spacious, beds are comfy!

There was a deposit of $75 when I arrived that I wasn’t expecting. It would have been nice to know about this fee before I had booked.

Everyone was very nice! And the hotel was very clean, safe, and made me feel like i was at home. Will definitely stay there again!

Front desk check-in was easy and staff friendly!

The service was ok, several people that worked there were rude during check in. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was hard to get in and out of but close to the airport.

The staff and facility was excellent and it was perfect that we could bring our four legged family member. I would have liked know up front that we had a $75.00 deposit in addition to the $50.00 plus taxes pet fee.

The main reason that I stay at an airport hotel is the convenience of a shuttle to the airport. I was very disappointed to find that the shuttle at this location didn’t begin until 6:00 am, too late for my 7:00 am departure. Service should begin at least by 5:00 am, if not sooner. I had to take an Uber which was an added hassle and expense. Description of shuttle service should include the disclaimer “limited”.

Bed was comfy, room was spacious. Only small complaint would be that the shower head is probably due for replacement. The waffle at breakfast was perfect - best we've had in a very long time. We charged our Tesla there with no issues - it was really great to have the EV parking cones to keep the EV spaces available.

Staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face.

The room was very nice and spacious. I had flowers and strawberries delivered and the staff was nice enough to put them in the room before our arrival.

The room was ok, the showernot so good. Im in the construction industry my self and who ever installed the roll in shower pan didnt put enough slope so the water flooded the bathroom floor making really slippery. Lucky the noticed th mistake and put in a fllor drain in the center of the bathroom floor.

I couldn’t stay in my doom the first night due to overwhelming dog urine smell. There were no other rooms.

The property was really nice, the maid service was excellent and so was the shuttle service but they messed up my bill and receipt and it was like pulling teeth getting them to fix it, and I was still charged twice for the same items, and I am still waiting to hear back from the manager, I think they just need new management and the place would be great!
