The hotel feels clean and welcoming once you walk into the lobby, the staff is exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed. Every single staff member is amazing. Good food. I'm definitely going to be staying here again. Thank you so much for everything.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. Our room was spotless, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel but dated. The bed was very firm and thin. The shower constantly dripped. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors. After the concert, we could hear street traffic until after midnight.

The room was clean and cold which I love my only observation would be that is does seem a bit dated but it was still a lovely stay.

Could not beat the location for an event at the stadium. It was a quick walk away. Staff was helpful, love they had a shop for purchasing drinks, snacks and other convenience items. I appreciated they included 2 bottles of water in the room. Housekeeping was great! I only think the bathroom needed some repairs. The knob for hot/cold water was jammed, needing a lot of force to get unstuck. And the water stopper in the tub didn’t stay up well on its own so it would close the drain during a shower and the tub would fill with water. Also the shower water was lukewarm.

Everything…the staff was incredible especially Sinnoh. And it smells so clean. That was the first thing I noticed when I checked in. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub and both were warm. The location is great if you have business at the college located behind it. Excellent place to stay! There was nothing I didn’t like.

The staff were excellent and attentive but understaffed. The property management should hire 2-3 more people it would more than pay off in lost revenue due to underordering because not enough wait staff.

The Metro streetcar was convenient to reach Downtown. Breakfast & Dinner selections well priced. Rooms clean beds comfortable. Front Desk staff personable & helpful.

Charged me a total amount for everything, then charged me extra and couldn’t tell me what it was for. Never emailed me a receipt like I asked. Charged me two separate $50 incidental fees and only reimbursed me for one. Refused to help. Terrible experience.

I was told everything inclusive when I book including breakfast but when I went I was told to order for breakfast. It clearly said free breakfast in my booking. I paid 60$for breakfast. It should have been clear when booking .

Rented a Junior suite and upon arriving the toilet upon first use did not want to flush properly… as the day went on it became clogged twice and maintenance attempted to fix it twice but failed as it became clogged a third time. Calling the front desk yet again they stated the maintenance guy was gone for the day. They didn’t offer another room till I finally called and complained and they said they were booked and said if they moved us to a king suite they would have to charge us again. Which didn’t make sense to me having to pay for an additional room when the room we paid for was unusable without a working toilet. They didn’t offer a refund or any help at all!

It's a great location if you have a loved one at Las Palmas Medical center. The beds are very firm, a little too firm for me. The bathroom has no ventilation, so a steamy room when you take a shower.

The property was adequate. I didn't realize they charge a $10 parking fee. Guess I missed that in the fine print. We got to our room and it was clean. The only big complaint was that we were in an adjoining room and the people next door left their dog in the room and it barked for 45 mins until they came back.

We had surgery scheduled next door at Providence. We needed to be there at 5:30am, and we live more than 100 miles away. So location was #1. The restaurant in-house had excellent service and food. Room was fine. Beds comfy.

Being able to get some coffee early in the morning. Everything had a price - even parking our car.

I booked a double queen for a stop on a cross country road trip with my brother and dog. They were over booked and I had to sleep on a trundle bed that was the worst. Nice staff, but I woke my brother up every time I tossed and turned on that uncomfortable slab of a bed. Barely slept.

Hotel is good overall, the only setbacks are the maintenance upkeep like the shower grout had visual spots of mold, furniture dings, walls and ceiling needing paint touch up.

Had some gunk on the floor of our room. When I booked it said complimentary breakfast but when we went to breakfast and started eating they came up and charged us 18.50 per person. Was not worth it at all as the breakfast supplied was very very minimal and not very good

On top of that, the sink was clogged and had poor drainage every time we used it. Overall, the hotel was not clean, and our requests for housekeeping and essentials were ignored. Given these issues, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this property.

Great hotel. I asked about checking in early and was told of course that would be possible in about 30-45 minutes later. So we drove around for an hour. I went to the desk and ask again about checking in early and was told the room wasn’t ready. I waited in the lobby for an hour When shift changed I ask the new person and she was so nice and said the other person was new and didn’t mention I was waiting and of course my room was ready. Now by this time it was 30 minutes before check in. She offered me free breakfast for my inconvenience but it was at 6:30 AM and I would be gone for an early flight.

Honestly the main thing I did not like was having to pay $10/night plus tax for parking. Other than that this stay was wonderful and I would book again. It was quiet, the A/C worked well, and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The front desk person was hard to hear she was wearing a mask and spoke softly.we were put in a room next to a family with kids😤who do t go to sleep until after 10 pm and were up by 7 am crying 😤😤 not sure if we can be moved!!!

The hotel is very understaffed at the reception desk. If 3PM is check-in time, there should not be just one person checking in guests. There was a line of 10 people waiting while reception took 20 minutes per person to accomodate their reservation. Other than that the hotel is very clean.

Loved that the hotel was right at the entrance of the university, and you could walk to where you needed. Also loved that they had a shuttle to and from the airport. A great feature of the shuttle is that they will shuttle you where you like within a certain mile radius of the hotel. Employees were super nice. I did find the hotel to be a little dated Could definitely use some updating.

Very disappointed with the stay. $10 a night for parking. Exceptionally loud AC unit. Nonstop dripping faucet in the bathroom. Dirty bathtub. Hard bed. Flat pillows. Very unimpressed.

This hotel is a bit out dated (also bedding stunk like dingy) and they charge for parking per night even though there’s plenty of parking there.

Broken thermostat in the room, could not control room temp the first night we stayed (it was cold). Asked to be moved, but no other accommodations were available. Staff attempted to fix problem same night, but only implemented a half baked solution. Mini fridge made laud vibrating noices at night it was extremely bothersome. The following day i was told i would be moved to a different room by the morning staff. I was assured that notes were taken down and instructions were left for the night shift because i would be out all day. That night when i returned, the staff present stated the had no notes on my issues and they did not have any other rooms available. Overall a very frustrating stay.

We have stayed here many times while our child has been a student at UTEP. It is consistently clean and comfortable. There is a full service restaurant on site, as well as multiple dining options ( many fast food, but a few sit down restaurants) nearby.

For the price, I expected better, they charge you for the parking, the internet didn't work, the quality of the toilet paper horrible, the size of the towels too small. The service on the other hand was great. The receptionist was cordial and understanding.

The stay was amazing, the staff very helpful in my checking in and explaining my resources that I had available to get me and my family around the motel and to get to my destination

This was my worst hotel experience in decades. We paid extra to stay here so we could be close to UTEP. We didn't think about how catering to students might make the facility run down, or the place being noisy with drunks at midnight to 1 am (and there wasn't a home football game that weekend). I'm pretty sure that any other hotel in El Paso would have been better and also less expensive.

Desk people unable to handle transactions for sale of items in their convenience store. Limited food service. Rediculous price for breakfast.

In Expedia says breakfast was included and they argued was not included, I.ve paid for the breakfast 3.Room is dirty, unaceptable, this is not a 5 Days Inn Hotel 4.Front desk guy (large hair) must be kind with customers, he has not the competences to give a quality service. I wont return to this hotel.
