We chose to stay at the Hilton since we had an early flight the next morning. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable mattress. I got the best nights sleep I had in a long time. The staff were friendly and professional.

Room was not ready at check-in time and had to wait for an hour and a half in the lobby. We had places to be and were on a tight schedule and this seriously affected our plans.

I'm pretty sure they raise the price per night because BTS in town. I'm just happy they didn't cancel on me like most hotels did on others.

We booked 2 double queen rooms and they had none available. They only had single king rooms and then the 2nd room was not available till 1am. Hotel was nice but horrible experience with that. Was told was getting a discount refunded back but not has been sent

The idea of a hot dinner was great and the food very decent. The for-pay continental breakfast was on-par with the free breakfast offered typically by Hilton/Hampton Inn facilities. Why charge? The mattresses were old and not as comfortable as at other facilities. The shower walls were covered with hair of previous guests. The hotel was far from full and I came with a reservation, but my room’s view on the second floor was a white wall. Given all thse shortcomings. The price charged was outrageous.

I really like the place. The rooms were very clean. They have a microwave and a small fridge. The staff were very nice and organize. They have a lot of options for breakfast. They do charge for breakfast, but it’s worth it. They also offer room service. I will definitely be staying there again.

Breakfast was terrible the hotel charges 14.95 for continental breakfast yet they have signs stating it’s 6.95 . The hotel manager Malakai charged me double for the room then couldn’t reverse the charges . I have a pending charge that won’t fall off and he wasn’t available until I left. He hasn’t been able to figure it out.

I had to book a last minute hotel after my flight was cancelled. The check in was so fast and staff was very friendly it made a huge difference after the disappointing experience at the airport. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to El Paso.

Checking in was SO easy! The room was great. Only negative was we expected our room to be cleaned, and they only clean every other day -- think about making sure your guests know that.

This is our second trip from TX to CA and back. I love the easy access from I-10. First stay there went really smooth. This time we got to the room. Maintenance guy knocked on our door to fix the ref. I tried to log in to the internet not working. Also my key less entry never worked despite on coming back and forth to the front desk. Side door access not accessible. We were too tired from 10 hour drive from Houston and didn’t have the energy to deal with it.

The sheets in the bed were dirty and a big black circle like if someone drop a drink. I would say peed but it was black. . I dont know why they dont change the sheets everytime someone comes in. There is no way that someone would have missed this black spot. I called n theu wanted us to move rooms after we had settle in because they didnt have someone to change them. I ended up getting the clean sheets and changing them myself. Not acceptable for Hilton paying $135 for the night. It was like if I stayed at a motel 6. 🙄

OK place to stay for one or two nights. The first room they put us in the air conditioning unit was making a loud sound so they put us in a different room that was quieter but had snot wiped all along the walls. Other than that, the room was clean. Walls are thin and you can hear other doors shutting. I would definitely recommend other hotels but this one isn't horrible if you have a short term stay.

No computers were available to guests to use. Was informed by the clerk that the business was removed by the corporation. According to the clerk, breakfast was not available since I booked my reservation through your website or 3rd party like booking.com Guest will have to pay for the continental breakfast.

The hotel was wonderful, except the bathroom smelled very strongly of mold. It was not visible, but the smell was strong and gave me a headache.

There were alot of hidden fees/uncharges with my booking. The email I recieved said the the total for my stay would be ~$150 for the night without the assumed pet fee factored in. Not until check in was it mentioned that the pet fee would have its own tax and that there would be an incidentals charge of almost $50 additional driving my total bill to ~$290 for the night before any rebate.

So convenient if you have to go to Juarez, it’s to close to the las americas bridge !

Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this property. The room was nice and spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. In the bathroom, there were some crushed walnuts likely from the previous guest that did not get cleaned off the counter. The towel bar came out of the wall but I think that's unavoidable when you have any kind of property. The staff was incredibly friendly and it is located just a few minutes from The Fountains - lots of dining and shopping options.

I like the hotel but this time they stuck me in a dark, drab room that’s window looks out on an AC unit and a solid wall!! No light. Bad design and not worth the money!!

Horrible service. Chose to eat at the restaurant. The food was not edible at all. The snack items selection was dismal. Will not stay here again!!

Room was ok however, breakfast was not include, breakfast is an additional $14.99! Paid around $180 for the room and you would think it would be included. There are a lot of hotels out there that are just as nice and are priced less than this one that do include breakfast. Also I choose this hotel b/c check-out is 12 noon. On this stay the fire alarm went off around 9:30am. The alarm went off just for a minute, no evacuations occurred, wondering if this was not done on purpose to have people check out. A similar occurrence happened at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lubbock, tx where people come knock at the door around 10am. Not sure if I will be staying at this hotel chain again!

‘Pet friendly’ but nowhere to walk dog. Location dark, no grass. Inside was fine but location not for a woman traveling alone or for someone with a pet.

The property is well kept, clean, & safe. The downside is that it is right next to a highway. If you are a light sleeper, I would look elsewhere. The beds were comfy & room was very clean. The pictures show a hot tub and that is not current. The hot tub area was filed in with cement.

A clean and comfortable hotel, close to the airport but otherwise in an undesirable location. It’s right next to a refinery. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The room price was reasonable for the accommodations.

Room was great and clean with a view the bed was attractive but uncomfortable. All in all the room had everything we needed.

There was a loud noise that I thought was the HVAC system, but it turns out it was just my refrigerator. I lost some sleep on that, but I guess I could have fixed that too. The battery door on the remote control was falling apart too. I didn't really care enough to bring it up. The walkability of this hotel was a lot worse than it looked on a map, as there were no crosswalks around.

Just needed a place to sleep for the night and we enjoy Hilton Garden. We stay at this one in El Paso almost every time we travel through because of the price and the convenience to everything. It’s a quiet hotel good size bathroom and great shower pressure which is a huge for us
