Breakfast and staff I was pretty disappointed with my stay. When I arrived around 10 PM, the entire front entrance and lobby area were under construction and looked completely torn apart. I understand that hotels need to renovate from time to time, but there was no warning or disclaimer when I made my reservation. On top of that, there wasn’t enough signage to clearly show where to go, which made checking in late at night frustrating and confusing. Because of the renovation situation, I actually decided to shorten my stay from three nights to two. I felt that the price I paid wasn’t fair considering all the inconvenience. Unfortunately, things got worse on my last night. A horrible smell started coming from the bathroom and eventually spread into the room. It was so bad that I had to leave the bathroom fan running all night just to make it bearable. Definitely not something you expect when staying at a hotel. That being said, I won’t give this place the lowest rating because there were a couple of positives. The breakfast was actually really good and better than I expected, and the staff was always friendly and kind. Overall, I think guests should be informed ahead of time when major renovations are taking place. Between the construction, the lack of signage, and the bathroom odor, my stay was not what I expected. The great staff and breakfast were the only things that helped make the experience a little better.

Even though they were doing a huge remodeling project, they made it as unobtrusive as possible. Very nice room and friendly staff!

Never checked in, the first three floors were under construction. The lobby was a mess no flooring plastic all over the place. It’s hard to believe they wanted us to stay there in that condition . And they had the nerve to charge us. I’m still waiting for my refund

Rooms were clean, staff were nice and helpful, close to the west side of town. The exterior can be updated since there was no hotel name up. Breakfast was good! Overall, parking was easy, very safe area and close proximity to everything.

Stayed for 1 night. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was the construction due to remodeling, but no big issues stood out.

The breakfast was very good and well supplied. The building is under renovation so getting around was a little challenging.

The hotel was under massive construction and there was little parking and no handicap parking. In the shower a large black gob of hair was found. When I booked through booking.com. There was no mention of the hotel being under construction. Trying to cancel the reservation through booking.com and get a new reservation at a better hotel was about as difficult as trying to deal with a government agency. Additionally, with the construction evacuating in event of an emergency would have been dangerously difficult.

Even though they are undergoing renovations to the public areas, the hotel is clean and reliably Marriott quality. Rooms clean, comfy beds and pillows, and amazingly actually good lighting in the room.

There was no hot water for a very long time! Was looking forward to hot shower before bed, but was very disappointed! Room was clean, soft bed.

The location was nice to get to the sun bowl for the BTS concert. It was very minor, but we wasn’t told Monday breakfast would close at 9am. We had gotten accustomed to 10am breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

Amazing staff, had the best hospitality and this was our best experience at a hotel ever!! Will definitely come back and recommend people to this location!! Thank you so much for the amazing weekend!!

Room was dingy out date and well worn. Got a few insect bites while sleeping. Staff was slow to respond for check in and resentful when voice my report about possible spider bites in bed. The hotel does have signs they are under renovation,alsopool and jacuzzi were closed.

Door latch malfunctioned and we could not get back in our room after breakfast general manager Monica McFadden was very condescending and rude and had no sense of urgency to get us back in our room for medication‘s when I advised calling 911 and having the fire department come, she told me they were not allowed in the building and maybe they could give me a medicine to make me feel better. She does not deserve to be in a customer service position. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would not stay at this particular Fairfield Inn and suites at 7514 Remcon Circle ever again

We didn’t stay at the Fairfield. They switched us to spring hill suites. We were disappointed because we wanted an indoor pool and hot tub. Spring Hill was outside.

I went there to visit my son at Fort Bliss The room was in ok condition. The picture on the website didn’t match the room. The front fascia of the bathroom sink was falling off and the ironing board was broken. When I left my room for the day I put the do not disturb sign out. I went to the desk to let them know about the broken things saying I just want to inform you these things will need repair. She was very suspicious of that as she stated “that’s weird we check it everyday” like I did it. She said she’d let someone know. I wasn’t aware that meant they were going in my room while I was out. That’s not something that is acceptable to me. I put the sign out, don’t come in my room. Lastly, I am in a boot for a broken toe. The elevator broke while we were using it. It kept beeping and opening the door, closing the door so we decided to get off but the elevator wasn’t even with the floor. I tripped on the lip of the floor and hurt my toe. This was a disaster of a visit as I don’t expect this many issues when I stay somewhere and to feel like a receptionist was not believing me makes not want to return to a Marriott anywhere.

The room was immaculate with plenty of space to feel very comfortable. Very large TV in the room with a good selection of channels and entertainment. The restroom was great! Water pressure was on point and the shower amenities smelled amazing. Overall our stay was 12/10! Highly recommended and we will definetly be staying here again the next time we visit El Paso.

The staff were exceptional. A young lady named Gabby helped us add a 4th night although we had booked through a 3rd party. She went out of her way and went the extra mile. The place was spotless, good breakfast, dog friendly.

The bed was awful and pretty hard and the room looks much more dated in person than the pictures online. Also the towels seemed dirty or like they were brand new and had never been washed - either way they did not smell great.

The lobby and halls smell horrible - far too much toxic cleaner probably covering mildew smell. Got a headache as soon as we arrived. Room smells too, but not as bad as the halls

I was not expecting this hotel to be great! My husband loved the breakfast and i enjoyed the pool! The rooms are not very big but they're beautiful and clean! I will stay here again when i visit El Paso! Oh i forgot to mention you have to be out before 12 and it took us a while to pack up everything and like Holiday Inns they don't come breaking the door down! Definitely a 5 star hotel

My stay was fine. The room smelled a bit and was unfortunately on the interstate side of the building, so it was louder than I prefer. Breakfast was ok, nothing exciting. The breakfast staff were lovely, kind and very accommodating. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Overall it was great.

Most everything was fine, but the room lacked a chair for comfortable sitting. There seemed to be a space in the room exactly for that purpose, but no chair. That detracted considerably from the comfort of our stay.

Always enjoy staying here. Friendly staff and accommodations were great. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

We stay here each time we drive I-10 from TX to AZ/CA. It is our GO-TO property. We know what to expect, it never disappoints and the staff is excellent. Like the breakfast, comfy beds and proximity to Walmart.

Fairfield Inn and Suites sets a bar that was exceeded by this hotel. The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. Quite a few restaurants nearby (one walkable as well). Bonus was that they had coin operated laundromat on property which helps people on long road trips. Complimentary breakfast options were detailed and adequate.

Husband and I had an overnight stay to relax and unwind. We predominantly went for the hot tub and called in advance to confirm it was in working order before booking. They said yes but when we got there the jets didnt work. The water was hot but they ahouldve been honest when we called. Only 1 elevator worked so that too was a hassle since we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was good and room was clean and comfortable. The convinience of walmart and other restaurants near by were a plus.

One elevator out of service Freeway facing room was more noisy that expected.

No security in parking lot. My van was broken into and items inside stolen.

Staff were friendly and hotel was good but my van was broken into in their parking lot and several expensive items were stolen. Kind of ruined the trip and hotel experience.

The showrr floor was filthy, the sink did not drain, the sheets wete so wrinkled I'm not cettain they were clean. The a/c was noisy and the staff juzt said," sorry you experirnced that".

Next, and I can’t believe I am saying this. A service worker knocked on our door, opened the door and then shut it and when he shut it, he slammed my two-year-old’s fingers in the door! The service worker knocked and then open our door at 6 o’clock at night and we don’t even know why our room was targeted for an invasion at night….

Bad hotel

The property and staff were very good. The location was a little far away for my purposes but that doesn't mean its a bad location. They worked with me very well when my airline screwed up and i had to check-in and i greatly appreciated it.
