    El staff es problemático, particularmente una mujer (desconozco si es joven o grande). No escucha al huésped, interrumpe cuando se le está explicando la situación, su atención al cliente es pésima (presencial y telefónica), nos dejó entrar casi como si nos estuviera haciendo el favor de hacerlo y como si nos estuviera haciendo el favor de respetar el precio por la reservación que hicimos desde hace 4 meses atrás. En llamada telefónica, a todo decía que no sabía nada y al momento de pedirle un correo electrónico, lo pasó erróneo. Se intentó confirmar esta reservación con ella, pero insistía en que no estaba en su sistema y se rehusaba a reservarnos (cosa que ya estaba hecha, ni siquiera se molestaba en escucharme). Tenía la intención de querer cobrar más el día que llegamos por temporada alta y no puso muchas trabas para hacer check-in; al final se mostró molesta de tener que dejarnos pasar y nos dijo que procuráramos que el mánager no nos viera, porque nos cobraría 400 USD extra por ser fin de semana. Pésima atención por su parte.

    Sunday comes, we call down to the desk to ask about the roll-away, are told they don't have any but can bring a mattress. When we get back to the room later that evening, no mattress, just an extra blanket and pillow. The staff never let us know that a roll-away or mattress wasn't available or we would have made other accommodations. The toilet never flushed properly. The shower didn't drain properly. When we spoke with the manager upon check out his attitude was one of indifference to the situation, never once offering the simplest of apologies. Never again will I stay at one of these facilities.

    I had reservations and they some hoe didn't accept my confirmation #. The lady at the front desk was so rude and had so much attitude it was shocking. She literally called me a liar when I said I had a confirmation # and grabbed my phone from my hand to see it. When she saw it she said it wasn't real. I was so upset I snatched my phone back and left.

    MY ROOM WAS CANCELED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO. THEN THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL THE ROOM FOR OVER $500 DUE TO SPECIAL EVENTS HAPPENING IN THE CITY. I WAS LEFT WITH NO ACCOMMODATIONS AND HAD TO SCROUNGE TO FIND SOMETHING LAST MINUTE.

    The front desk clerk was very rude when me and my aunt got to our room the television did not work we could not get a signal they had no towels and then we discovered there was no running water and they had roaches needless to say I went up to the office told them I wanted my money back and we went to the comfort inn by the airport and I still haven't received a refund

    If you have kids PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes, it cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. The place was dirt from the outside and the hallway. There was beer cans and so much trash just laying around. The rooms are indoor but for some crazy reason the door were prompt open with rocks, the doors were dirty. Under the staircase there was pillow and blankets (UNDER THE STAIRCASE of the hallway). Homeless can clearly sleep there. You can smell weed and people at 2AM knocking on doors. The fron desk lady was kind. There was no breakfast. The room does have a refrigerator and microwave. Tv does not have a control.

    When we first arrived my wife had to request a new room due to it smelling bad after being moved to another room we asked about the refrigerator that was advertised online so they brought it so we can use the freezer for our child’s breast milk

    We got two beds and had to end up sharing one bed because the other bed’s bedsheets were dirty and stained and the pillows had stuff on them too. We also tried to shower and the shower wouldn’t turn on. We had leftover food and were going to put it in the fridge and it was covered in mold.

    We were greeted by a revolting sewage smell around the whole property, and there were roaches on the bed and in the hallways. We had left our luggage to go and eat, but when we came back there were roaches on the bed, so we took ou stuff and left.

    It was a disappointing place to stay, we were expecting more. Everything is old, smelly and humid. We didn’t like it. The only good thing is that is near to any concert at UTEP Sunbowl Stadium.

    I booked the hotel because of its great location next to the Franklin mountains, and thought that I was going to have a night with wonderful view. The view was OK, I guess, but the condition of the hotel was terrible. The carpets are DIRTY, have not been shampooed for ages, the room is crawling with small cockroaches, water leaked from the bathroom faucet, and so on. With the a little bit of maintenance this place could have been a very nice hotel, for the furniture was still good, the view wonderful, and the curtains were nice once. Terrible lack of cleanliness. The rooms also need a hot water kettle, so that the guests could make tea for themselves in the morning.

    Lobby desk was filthy And half built. Rooms lacked security locks and the rooms were dirty. There was only showering items for 1 person when the room rented was to accommodate 4. I had asked for more shampoo and towels and was told that we would get it at checkout time. Like what for? And when I asked for a towel again I was handed a mat and was told that was all they had. On my way out of the shower there was a huge cockroach running to my bed. It stated it was a smoke free room and it seemed like purposeful they where smoking out out door. I had to put down the towels we had used to cover the door gaps to avoid filling the room with smoke. After all this you might ask why we still stayed there. 1 when I booked it the pictures did not at all represent the place and 2 we had been driving for 16 hours straight and just wanted a place to rest. Not perfect at all. We checked in at 9 pm and out at 3 am I added a few pictures. Again I was tired and didn’t really want to deal with it.

    I specifically chose this hotel because it was away from the hustle of downtown. After arriving and before check-in time, I drove around the property and immediately wanted to cancel and stay somewhere else. The property just looked that bad. I stuck with it and during my check-in the cops where there for a call about some vehicle vandalism (broken out window). I'm not sure if there are new owners or management, but the hotel seemed to be in the process of making improvements. Because of the construction just off the front desk, I figured there would be no breakfast for guests in the morning. I didn't even check. The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. But then I got to the room. The room smelled (a mix of funk and mold, maybe), had bugs (not big enough to hurt me), and was in desperate need of repair. The varying wifi signal was mostly weak (and I was just upstairs from the front desk/office). This was the mostly disappointing part of my hotel experience. I did appreciate the large refrigerator and microwave, the quiet restful night, and the clean bathroom which included the towels and wash cloths. I would not stay here again, which is a shame because the property could be really nice. Maybe the hotel will be in better shape after updating/construction.

    The phrasing "you get what you paid for" could not be more real in this situation! As soon as I walked in I noticed stains on the sheet and blanket, a dead cockroach and an alive beetle. The sink faucet is not even attached to the sink and the plug for the sink is closed without any way of opening it so when you try to wash your hands it just fills up with water. It was hard enough getting hot water in the shower but once in the shower you might as well be swimming in at least an ankle deep of water I didn't see how far it would fill up because I got out pretty quickly. Not to mention the shower does not get full pressure because it is coming out of the spout as well. It is very unfortunate there is no fan or ventilation in the bathroom because if you have a husband or IBS there is no hiding it in the whole room. We are regretting not spending a few more dollars to go to the Super 8. We will not be back and we will never be this cheap again LOL

    Location to campus is convenient but this is outweighed by the serious absence of proper amenities, including an elevator for the handicapped, A/C in the hallways, and front desk staff overnight and into late morning (the phone goes unanswered until early afternoon on our visit)

    Room was clean, comfy bed. They let us check in a bit earlier. Remodeling. In the reservation said continental breakfast but when we got there they told us that it’s been a while that they don’t serve breakfast. Overall it worked for us, price was very accessible, good location and comfy bed.

    There was hair or pubic hair on bed sheets. No hot water, no water in toilet to flush u had to turn the water thing on at bottom of toilet to flush and mini fridge doesn’t work. Asked for my mom back went to different places for cheaper. Red Roof go there. Staff was awful to. Not safe in D area the Main door to buzz in was wide open for the public.

    It was a terrible experience. I will never try to do a reservation at this place anymore. Front desk is rude and unprofessional. Room looked terrible and had cigar smell. Bath horrible. Overall this hotel shouldn’t be listed in your website. I would be glad if I could get a refund but I guess I’m not. I was working and driving late to rest comfortable and didn’t happen. I just wanted to sleep and didn’t cancel anything because was so tired. No good. Unsatisfied.

    This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in hundred of hotels around the world, even in 3rd world countries. Door card did not work 99 percent of the time. Lost water pressure 50 percent of the time (no water). Toilet was backed up with every flush. Bath tub was clogged and stored a ton of water. Mold was present in portions of the room. Carpet was extremely dirty. I wish I could get my money back.

In fact, the floor was so dirty, we had to wear shoes inside. Our feet would otherwise get dirty.     I would never stay there. Dirty everywhere you look. It doesn't have EV charging station and it says it has on hotels.com. The only positive thing is less noise from the highway traffic at night.

    We booked 2 rooms for our team doing a job in town. When they arrived they were told that the rooms were cancelled and Expedia had failed to notify us. After some talking they were able to rent the rooms as reserved. The rooms were in terrible shape a they were remodeling. They had to take cold showers as there was no hot water. The sink leaked so bad in one the floor was wet. The shower heads leaked and sprayed everywhere. After it is remodeled it will probably be ok but our experience was terrible.

    This is the worst hire ever. I have stay in 3rd world hotels and those places were a 5 star compared to this hotel. We had to get a room because my father in law just had heart procedure and the smell was like you were in a bag full of mold. Guess what there was black mold ever in the bathroom. The lock to the door was broke so we couldn’t lock it. The room was a non smoking room but the bed and the sheets smelt like smoke and mold. The carpet had pieces of something all over the floor, we had wear our shoes at all time. The tv wouldn’t turn on and I went down and asked they said I’m sorry I don’t know how to fix a tv. They advertise a free breakfast so I went down and asked where their breakfast was. He said we don’t offer that because once we offer that then we have to keep offering it. The towels in the bathroom were the exact same size and pattern of the floor towel. I went down to the business center to fill this out but when I looked in there was a pair of panties on the floor.

    Payed for 3 rooms and we did not stay . I wouldn't let my animals sleep there. The worse service I ever had. We were dealing with a family member in the hospital at the time and it was so upsetting to go to a room so disgusting after a long day at the hospital and we had to go find a nicer room to sleep comfortable. I was more upset because hotel.com did not refund me. I wish I would have taken pictures.
