We were assigned a room that had what appeared to be a bullet hole through two panes of the glass covered by tape, the room smelled of death, we complained,they moved us to a room with rusted tub drains, no smoke detected, cables hanging from walls, and virtually no internet which supplies a jerky signal. Your tools face one of the busiest hiways, NOISY! No ice machines or vending machines and filters groundskeeping. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The room stunk and the whole outside smelled. It smelt like a smoking room.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad, just old. Right next to highway so it was noisy. Two beautiful and friendly cats hung around outside.

It was a good place to stay the price was also very affordable and it was close to food and shopping very central close to pretty much everything. Just a quick note if you rent the room for several days they don't come by to clean on a daily basis. But other than that it was good.

This property had a decent bed & pillows. We slept adequately. However the curtains could not be opened or closed, they had to forced shut as there was no hooks for them. The tub had paint coming up off the bottom of tub. No water in pool or breakfast. Lady checking me in forgot to return my id.

Absolutely nothing The room I reserved was not available. I was assigned a room with no shower curtain and no lighting. Reassigned another room with no a/c. The third room was somewhat comfortable but when we showered in the morning the entire room flooded. We were forced to look for other accommodations at another hotel in El Paso. Recommend Booking.Com remove Days Inn West from their list. I purchased insurance so what happens next since I experienced a terrible inconvenience?

The pictures on their site are misleading. This is NOT what the hotel looks like. It is run down and disgusting. I paid a fortune to stay there, only because all the hotels were sold out due to a BTS Concert, and several other festivals over the weekend. It was 100% not worth the money. I slept with my clothes and shoes on due to the unsanitary conditions. The TV would only work for 10-15 minutes at a time, and then had to be turned on again. And, the smell was horrendous. This is the first time I left a hotel hours before my flight was due to take off, just to get out of that room. Stay Away at All Costs...!

There was no hot water cold shower and no power to the plugs or light bulbs in the Lamps. the worse hotel don’t stay there

El personal fue muy amable, la habitación estaba limpia, habían suficientes toallas , shampoo y jabón. El baño estaba limpio y siempre hubo suficiente agua caliente. La cama con sabanas limpias y colchón cómodo. Solo había un microondas, no había frigobar, ni secadora para el cabello. En la TV no había canales por cable y solo se veían 4 canales por aire y con mucha interferencia. No había clóset para colgar la ropa para evitar que se arrugara. La taza del baño se movía mucho cada vez que alguien se sienta encima. Tuve frio en la noche porque no me dí cuenta que el aparato de refrigeración aunque estaba apagado, estaba despegado de la pared y por ahí se coló el frio toda la noche y hasta en la mañana que me puse a revisar me di cuenta por donde estaba entrando el aire. La habitación huele a viejo, a encerrado. Tuve que poner aromatizante porque huele mal. Creo que la proxima vez mejor buscaré otro hotel.

Very very basic place to stay

I had to call the front desk to explain the situation, which could have easily been avoided if the request had been handled correctly the night before. On top of that, the room itself was not in good condition. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was ongoing tile work on the walls that had been left unfinished, making the space feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of communication, cleanliness, and customer service made this a frustrating stay.

It was convenient to the airport, but it was not a nice stay. Couldnt get our door open, there were no pillowcases, and the sheets did not smell clean. The guy working was wonderful and tried his best to make it right but it was too far gone.

Convenient to where I needed to visit (medical center). Room was clean and spacious. Oversized room frig, comfortable bed, and bonus points for providing a washcloth! There was no closet, many of the channels on the TV were pixelated/breaking up, and the sheets were ripped in a couple of places. There was also a lot of noise in the parking lot (backside of the building) and I could too easily hear the people clomping around above me.

Yes, I did see some pets a couple of cats and a dog. Parking was fairly good.

Well, my truck wasn't stolen or broken in to. Dirtty pillows, no pillow covers, dirty blanket. Didn't check the sheets for obvious reasons, smelled bad, dirty towels, unsafe parking lot, no smoke detector, duct taped locks, etc etc

Parking was a bit difficult. I paid for a king bed and ended up with two full size beds. The frame from the door was missing. There were stains all over the bed and blankets. Overall I think just not worth it. Spend the extra money to get what you paid for all while feeling safe

The first one they gave me literally smelled like somebody died in it... we found the culprit which was rotting food inside the refrigerator... plus the air conditioner had no knobs to even turn it on. The second room they gave us smelled slightly better. The air conditioner at least had knobs to turn on, but there was stains everywhere.... the area was overall unsecure and did not feel safe. NEVER AGAIN

The property elevator was out, there was not an actual complimentary breakfast. 2 unlabeled juices, empty coffee pot, and couple wrapped muffins. 1 cereal with no milk. AC/heater was extremely loud it actually sounded like we were on a plane and that was the engine. In the bathroom there are added walls that were not caulked up and there was a very cold draft coming through, there was no safety latch in the room and the door frame was broken in that area as well. There was a random Ethernet cable hanging from the ceiling above the door as well.

My stay atvthe Days Inn can only be described as horrendous. We never got our our serviced. When we reached our room it stunk like cigarette when we had a non-smoking room. I was charged a pet fee which i didn't know about when i booked online which wasnt paid untill notified. So i was locked out of my room. Then after i checked out they tried to charge my card which i used to pay the pet to charge me several diffrent amounts since the house keeper said she fiund cigarette butts in the room. Need i tell you that i did not give my permission to keep said card on file! They never took clean towels we had to go to the office to ask for toilet paper. I had not received such hanious service till my stay there. I will never give them my business again.

The room was small and missing some of the basics like a small closet. There was a refrigerator though. The bed for me was very comfortable and the bathroom mirror could be turned on and off, a first for me. I want to note also that the owner was accommodating and kind enough not to charge us an extra night after we left our luggage in the room accidentally.

They need Housekeeping to clean up the rooms when people are not there in the Rooms. We don't have to tell them to please have Housekeeping to do there job. It's a nice place to get sleep but sometimes the people that pay to stay there and are next to you they slam the doors and make a lot of noise when you're trying to sleep that's the only problem

Got this room for my husband for a business trip. After a long day of driving get got checked in went smoothly, however sometime during the night the water got shut off so he was unable to shower or use the restroom. With no time frame of the water coming back on he had to leave to finish his drive to make it to his destination on time.

We arrived to the hotel and we were disappointed because the pool was empty, which was one of the reasons to get this hotel for our weekend trip. The buildings looked rundown. Another issue, not under the control of the hotel was that the front road of the hotel was under construction and there was a long wait before you could get in. We went to the office and both attendants were super friendly, courteous and helpful. We got our keys for the second floor and we were informed the elevator was out of commission. In other circumstances, I wouldn't mind to go upstairs, but we were involved in a car accident and we were hurting a lot. Well, we climbed the stairs one step at the time and when we got to the room, we found issues that are not a killer, but makes you feel uncomfortable in the room. There was a strong smell of cigarettes inside, the for of the tv cabinet was held by only one hinge, so it didn't close properly, you had to pick it up and try to keep it in the cabinet, as that's the only area accessing the bathroom. The did of the bathroom was in the same manner, it didn't close. This was not such a problem, but its the condition of the place. The small fridge worked fine in the cooling process but it leaked water so the time, so we had to place a towel there to absorb the water from the floor. Now, those were the small issues. The positive, the bed was comfortable and clean, the AC worked perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water.

Another issue, not under the control of the hotel was that the front road of the hotel was under construction and there was a long wait before you could get in. We went to the office and both attendants were super friendly, courteous and helpful. We got our keys for the second floor and we were informed the elevator was out of commission. In other circumstances, I wouldn't mind to go upstairs, but we were involved in a car accident and we were hurting a lot. Well, we climbed the stairs one step at the time and when we got to the room, we found issues that are not a killer, but makes you feel uncomfortable in the room. There was a strong smell of cigarettes inside, the for of the tv cabinet was held by only one hinge, so it didn't close properly, you had to pick it up and try to keep it in the cabinet, as that's the only area accessing the bathroom. The did of the bathroom was in the same manner, it didn't close. This was not such a problem, but its the condition of the place. The small fridge worked fine in the cooling process but it leaked water so the time, so we had to place a towel there to absorb the water from the floor. Now, those were the small issues. The positive, the bed was comfortable and clean, the AC worked perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water.

The room smelled like smoke, there were cigarette burns in the furniture, the TV wouldnt pick up a proper signal, and the restroom smelled like a gas station bathroom. We stayed out of convenience, but for $60, it wasnt worth it.

The front desk is non responsive, not picking up the room phone when called, and can be rude to the point of appearing hostile. The place is clean enough but they often run out of anything for breakfast and their accounting system (and I am an accountant), for billing is antiquated leading to management pounding on your door for a payment that was made the night before, but improperly recorded.

We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful front desk, too. Quiet room away from the highway in the back area was very clean. Housekeeping showed up responsibly. Good service

Stray cats with plates of food for the cats placed near the stairwell. Trash was scattered throughout the parking lot every day. Room had no hangers for clothes, room was not cleaned daily, had to ask for towels, was told if I needed the room cleaned, I needed to notify the office. The office clerk (female) was very cordial and professional at check-in and check-out.

Very horrible experience

I liked that it had close access to Walmart and other areas. However the walls are paper thin and if you are staying on the third floor like I was your room physically shakes as people walk by. This occurs all hours of the night.

Skipped the airport shuttle, which was the reason we selected it because there was no accommodation if they overfilled. No booking. No lights in the room. They acted like it was user error when I reported it and did not follow up. No security latch on the door. No soap. We had hiked all day and I wanted a shower. Some guy in the office had to rummage through a junk drawer to find some. Floors were filthy. A bare bulb in the bathroom, but at least there was light. Broken TP dispenser. At least the air conditioner drowned out the loud neighbors who left their door open at all times. No water in the pool, but plenty of trash in it. I guess these are the high Days Inn standards and classiness of Wyndham. Maybe the head honchos should come for a stay.

SCANT number of pillows. VERY NOISY OVERHEAD. BROKEN DOOR LOCK-- NOT ENOUGH BEDDING; had to bring in my blanket from the car. Broken Drain handle in tub.

They did not have the room i booked nor anyother handi capped room the one they offered couldnt get wheel chair in suppose to refund im still waitind never stay here to many issue to list just a few ppl smoking joints by the front door other ppl just hanging out around the doors a few looked like hookers

The first room i was in, the toilet was clogged up. Then the 2nd room they moved me to was clean but a hole in the wall and the seal around the door was not very sealed.

Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. They told us to wait because they had no rooms, then the guy goes to the back. After waiting 20 minutes we asked if the man was coming back and the front desk representative shrugged and said "I dont know, probably not". They refused to refund us, said we had to contact hotels.com. When we contacted hotels.com they had to get the refund from the property anyway! The people behind the counter, plus the people hanging out in the parking lot and interrupting our conversation with the staff seemed like they were all on drugs. As unpleasant as this experience was, we were thankful we did not have to stay there for 3 nights.

The curtains did not close completely, the plastic housing of the AC unit was broken, and the countertop for the sink had a large crack. The bed was very comfortable, though.

I paid for two nights but didn't even stay one night. I felt extremely unsafe.To top it off as we walked into the room. One of the beds was not made. Room looked dirty. It didn't seem like the rooms are being cleaned after each guest. But I guess you get what you pay for.
