Everything was good. But one thing, I had two rooms and one of the rooms smelled so bad. It's smelled like poopy water every.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind. The Uber drop off and pickup is in an easy spot. Overall great stay

I only gave a 4 star bc there isn’t a gym or laundry facility on property. Apart from those amenities I was VERY pleased. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in El Paso, as a family and for the price.

I like the very comfortable bed. And I like the very tasty breakfast. It was absolutely delicious. There was Not a Bible in the room. And after I showered I walked barefoot. And my feet where dirty I had to washed them again. The floor was not clean.

The staff was very helpful and polite. I liked the fact that they gave earplugs because their location has traffic noise. Nice idea.

This is located right next to the road so you will have to deal with the noise. Outdated room/lobby. Avg clean room but with very poor breakfast selection. Staffs are friendly. Wouldn't stay here again. Recommend other BW locations.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was close to a lot of food places which was convenient. It does get a little noisy since it’s close to the road though. Overall the environment was safe and I enjoyed my stay.

My husband and I stayed here when we went to the BTS concert. So many other hotels cancelled on their customers, in order to rebook at higher prices, but this location did not. They honored our reservation. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the room was nice and clean. I appreciate the non-carpeted floors. There are plenty of food/stores within walking distance. Overall it was a great experience.

Decent location. Beds were comfortable. Gus, the attendant at the front desk was very nice. There was serious water damage to the ceiling with black mold in the front right corner of our room. There were two flies in the room and the bathroom sink did not drain.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The food wasn't great, but what do you expect for free.

One of the bed’s had stains and the couch had some too. Our room was right across the street from the road which was a little too noisy. Hotel did provide ear plugs. Breakfast was delicious and the shower pressure was good. Front desk was friendly.

There was something spilled on the beds, behind the bathroom door and shower curtain, my room smelled like smoke ( although it’s a non-smoking room) notified the front and was told that they could bring a air freshener. I had the room for 2 nights after the 1st night we were locked out of our room.

Our room was on the ground level on the front of the motel and the traffic noise was horribly loud all night long. Our room and a friend’s room next door both had an unpleasant odor as well. I would not use this motel again.

I canceled the room after one night and went across the street to the Holiday Inn villas far superior to where I was. I now need to figure the money difference of between all of this change. What do I do and where do I go?

Breakfast was good. Except for the part that the staff would only bring out really small portions. I had to wait multiple times just to get food. The person in the front desk did an amazing job though. He helped in any way possible. Shout out to him. Can’t think of his name though. Bigger portions of breakfast when serving. And the only thing I was disappointed in was the pool was already shut down for the year. That was the main reason we picked that hotel. We paid for 5 nights but immediately cancelled the rest. Stayed only one night

Price was good This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was not clean, and the air conditioning barely worked — instead of cooling the room, it left the air feeling damp, musty, and hard to breathe. It was so uncomfortable and unhealthy that I couldn’t even stay the night, even though I had already paid for three nights. I had to leave because the air quality was making me feel sick, and afterward I developed pneumonia. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they fix their ventilation, improve cleanliness, and take better care of their rooms.

Speaking with the manager at checkout, I was told that the tables were placed so close because the lobby's bathroom needed much space to open the door, etc---some kind of city code. Maybe re-position the bathroom somewhere else, I reckon. One more thing...the small parking lot was full every night so the overflow lot placed your vehicle in a back lot which didn't look safe. Overall, pretty good price and nice stay at this MOTEL. The staff was friendly, also.

The toliet in my room did not flush well at all and by the following morning just before my check out the toliet was almost not flushing at all. Also noticed some type of small bugs flying in the room, either fruit flies or mosquitoes. Also the hotel is very close to railroad tracks, the train passed in the middle of the night and was honking extremely loud which i could hear in my room and woke me up.

This stay was terrible the cleanliness of the room was disgusting there were stains on the sheets and the floor was full of dirt as if not cleaned before hand. The worst part was checking out early because there was a bug that was crawling on the room that then fell on our bed.

We stayed here while on a road trip to Mexico. The staff was friendly and gave us extra blankets for the pullout couch. The property was very clean and near a lot of food options. We would stop here again on our next road trip.

I did NOT like this property at all. Claimed on line it slept 6 - in fact the couch bed could only hold 1. The couch bed was TERRIBLE and the room smelled awful. No return or stars on this property!

There were some problems with a blocked bathroom drain and some pests in the room but the hotel staff fixed these issues promptly. Overall a great property with friendly staff. I’d stay there again

We stayed there for 2 nights and as we arrived we started to second guess it only because parking was not the best however the rooms were GREAT! rooms could be colder (I like it freezing) but it was a good stay!

It was ok, very quiet. The only problem was the AC not working the first night but the hotel staff fix it. Also the toilet was clogged, also fixed by the staff. Beds were comfortable.

Overall an okay stay. Room was clean and recently remodeled. Close to various food places that were walking distance. Breakfast could have have been better if bagels wouldnt have been hard, and sausages patties overcooked. Kitchen area is clean but very small and crowded. They definitely need better towels. I never been at a hotel with such old and thinned out bath towels. Price was a little steep for what we got. Would stay again if price is more fitting to the quality of the place.

This motel is a little old but it is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and efficient. The property is close to the Sunland Park horse track and has easy access to Interstate 10. The property is noisy because it is located on a major thoroughfare and there is an active rail line two blocks west of the facility. Parking on the property is a little tight.

The room had everything we needed after a long day of driving. The bed was very comfortable!

Location was perfect for my wedding destination. Young man at the front desk was efficient, welcoming and very pleasant. The only problem was limited accessible parking and the street noise. Im a sound sleeper so it wasnt a problem.

Also our room was away from the traffic noise.

We were staying here after a long travel day. I want to take a bath and whilst in there the person on staff was told to enter my room as the tub was leaking to the room below. He did not call me and just barged in. Luckily my husband came back up to the room just in time.

The pillows were not very comfortable, but otherwise it was a great room and great location.

Spacious, comfortable room, and Heather at the front desk was wonderful. We had an extremely long day on the road and she made our day better…very kind, accommodating and informative

The cleaning staff just came in the room prior to check out. They provided two tiny towels that were rough. The rooms light would randomly turn off and a minute or so later turn back on.

It was so convenient to find and in a great area to get to everywhere needed. Very clean and exactly as pictured. They have fresh breakfast every morning and one of the coolest waffle makers ever! My kids loved everything. The pool was clean and open from 9 to 9 which was a plus! Definitely will be going back for future family trips. Will definitely recommend to anyone passing through the area as well.

Towels and washcloths were clean and soft but my husband described the bathtowel as a being like a burlap bag. Hotel staff was on top of a situation with a homeless couple who were trying to get into vacated room(s) to shower. The staff member handled professionally.

To be in construction with loose pieces of furniture halfway built and unfinished painting job on wall. It took several minutes to get hot water in the shower but it was fine afterwards. The toilet made a very loud and screeching noise when filling with water. The beds were comfortable but the noise in the morning from the highway is VERY loud. Consider that I’m hard of hearing and the noise literally woke me up, which never happens. Breakfast was mediocre with expired yogurt and spoiled milk. I won’t stay here again.

We stayed on the Sunland park side of the property and the traffic noise was a bit of a nuisance. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the staff did I great job of having a variety of choices and changing things up from day to day. I would definitely stay there again.

The employee was painting a pumpkin and annoyed to be interrupted. No ice machine on second floor. Had to park on the side and walk down the alley to get to my room and I did not feel safe.

Good in general. A couple hairs in the shower. Also, not sure if there was some cat hairs, since I have allergy, but can't be sure if that caused me to sneeze and little congestion.

Our feet were dirty walking barefoot. Other than that nice room and friendly staff!
