Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel was pet friendly. Somewhat difficult to locate. With the heat, it was nice to have a soda machine available.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was what you would expect for a continental breakfast and they even aloud me to eat before it opened because I had to leave so early. It was also very convenient to the airport.

Had to stay here because airline changed my flight of 6 am..wished I could have had the main breakfast, but still given a grab and go small breakfast..lobby was clean, bed was comfortable..will stay here again someday..as I live in the area

After so many hours driving from San Diego, we arrived at the hotel to find out, our room was assigned to someone else by a different name and the room number was 114. We drove over 17 hours and just wanted a room to sleep. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We have contacted Expedia and they escalated this with your property and we have yet to hear back.

Reception was nice and warm, but the overnight experience was truly haunting. From 3AM to 6AM, I was kept awake by a mysterious voice — a middle-aged male mumbling in Spanish, punctuated by occasional "hahaha", with zero pauses, zero replies, as if no one was on the other end. No conversation, just endless one-sided rambling into the void. I checked — no TV, no phone call could explain this. I can only assume this hotel was once a tomb complex for the locals. Would not recommend if you value your sleep — or your sanity.

very nice hotel with a great staff-very friendly and helpful. was not the best area to go walking but the sidewalks were well marked and the stop light worked well. I will stay here again if I come this way. Lots of nice drawings and pictures on the wall. The biscuits and gravy were VERY good.

This property had something I have never seen before which was a meditation room. It has two massage chairs for our use for free! I very much enjoyed that! The property also has a beautiful outdoor patio and is centrally located especially to the airport but also to many restaurants. Very clean, staff was great, breakfast was also great. Would stay again!

In the room one could tell that the hotel is aging. The black-out blinds are fraying, the window screen was rattling and the bathroom, although clean, showed signs of aging. Overall, it's a good hotel to use if you have an early flight or come in late.

The thing I like most about Best Western Entrada is that you can easily walk there from the El Paso Airport. The hotel is well-maintained, safe and has a very good breakfast. I'll return for sure!

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was great. It wasn’t too far from the Sun Bowl. We will definitely be staying at this location when we return to El Paso. 💜💜💜

Explanation “allowing 1.5 hours early is like getting an extra day”. My total stay was 20 hrs. Bigger issue: room smelled like sewer backup or like cleaned with sour rags. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

They did NOT cancel our room. They did NOT try to modify our rates to get more money. Just running a quality motel and not trying to screw people over to make more money from patrons that already booked business with them. Will definitely stay here again and again.

I always stay here when flying out of El Paso. It’s affordable, convenient, safe and clean!!!!! Also, like that they have a very prompt shuttle service to the airport. The staff esp. receptionist is always so nice!! I recommend staying here, and I will continue staying here!!

The amazing reviews are misleading. Sure, they painted the walls and got some updates on the decor, but who cares about interior design when the priority is sleep? Hearing the dude in the room above walking around tells me the insulation is nonexistent. Weirdest thing was having no microwave in the room (nbd) and instead having one *at the end of the hallway* by the elevator for the whole floor to use! The smell of burnt microwave popcorn is a whole vibe, just not the one you want. Having an unsupervised food prep area on a carpeted floor seems like a health code violation. It’s literally a side table with a dorm microwave. So out of pocket, ick Could not pay me to stay there again. P.S. they don’t read the special requests so call ahead if you need anything.

Though it was just a short overnight stay this hotel was excellent and at a great price. The room and the entire hotel was nice and clean and decorated in a new modern style. Had a communication problem concerning the shuttle and last put wake-up call never made it to us. The breakfast was no decaf coffee, bananas were over ripe and breakfast meat over cooked.

It is just beside the airport, so perferct for an early morning flight. I will certainly book it again for my next early morning flight! We were at the end of the breakfast time (30 minutes before closure) and there was almost nothing left of the cooked meals.

I booked a single queen bed. The noise from the highway was loud. I called front desk and they said the only rooms available on the opposite side were king beds or two queens. Long story short I paid $40 more to move across the hall to a quiet room. I'll never stay at this hotel again.

If you want to watch literally anything do not come here. The bed is comfortable but the tv literally will not work for more than 20 min at a time before shutting off and is a nightmare to connect to.

Rooms are clean but small, the entire staff was great! Great breakfast, good, clean and safe location next to airport terminal. The room doors slam, they should change the mechanism to slow the doors, also the new tv setup didnt match the actual channel guide they provide.

The room faced the airport, jets taking off all night. I have stayed at many airport hotels and this had to be the loudest. I can barely hear and it was loud. A family came in late at night fighting and kicked a child out of the room who continued banging to be let back in.

The smoke detector went off at 4AM waking us up and they had no explanation for it. The next morning the evevator was not operating and they expected us to carry heavy luggage down two flights of stairs.

I was at the airport in Calgary at 4 am. I am repeated costumer besides a BW member. I have been in other BW and I have been allowed to check in early if the room is available without extra cost. I was there on September 29, 2025.

It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included. Check in was fast and access to the room was easy. We were on a road trip and appreciated a fast in and out, no hassle experience at a reasonable price. We wanted lodging at the airport, as one of our party needed to leave mid trip and this worked out perfectly with shuttle to the airport provided.

Brenda checked us in. She was super kind and accommodating. Location was perfect and just a minute or two from the rental car area at airport. We just needed one night as we were going to Carlsbad the next day, so it worked out great. Definitely lived up to the great reviews. Also, Lucy who checked us out the next morning was friendly & easy going.

The meditation room was amazing. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast far exceeded regular hotel breakfast. Everyone was friendly and super easy access to the airport. The air fresheners in the room are really strong. I've noticed this with other hotels as well, and I would just like to mention that some of us are super sensitive to smells.

Stayed at Best Western El Paso Airport Entrada Hotel for one night while commuting across country to my destination. The staff was very friendly and property was properly maintained. My room was clean with the exception of some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom. My had all the amenities that I needed. I would not recommend a room on the side of the hotel near Terminal Drive/Airway Drive though due to noise from loud vehicles passing by. This hotel is obviously close to the El Paso Airport, so it's convenient for flights. Lots of good restaurants in the area as well.

They do a nice job with breakfast and have some nice complementary massage chairs. I was a little surprised they didn’t have a pool.

I was charged over $600 for a two day stay at $109 a night. The women in the front batter-assaulted me, after charging my visa for the multiple transactions and did not allow me room access. I continued to contact expedia and was told i would not be reimbursed.

Considering the certain weekend we stayed our hotel was packed, we were attending a Coldplay concert and it couldn't have gone more perfect. Our stay was amazing, there breakfast was well served. Rooms were super clean, and yes there was traffic however the parking was not hard to find. I loved our stay, we will definitely be back.

All was excellent

For a last minute room, the price was great. It was very convenient due to it being very close to the airport. It took me 5 minutes to get there, it was fantastic! The staff was very polite and welcoming. Also for a Best Western, it’s the best one I been to. Highly recommend and will be staying there again in the future

Bed was very comfortable. Relatively quiet except for highway noise until later in the evening. Shampoo was nearly impossible to get out of the dispenser.

Always our go-to when flying in or out of El Paso! Convenient, friendly, clean, and comfortable. Very nice breakfast too.

I loved the fact that they had complimentary drinks downstairs available all day, and the front desk assisted with any last minute items we needed (scissors to cut open a bag)

Close to the airport

Front desk staff were super nice. Went out of their way for guests. My room was spotless with a huge walk-in shower. I was leaving before breakfast started so they gave me a to-go bag the night before. Also, the man who drove the shuttle was very nice. A great stay!

I wish I could remember the front desk lady's name. She was very nice, polite and professional. She asked me more than once if I needed anything.

Its exceptionally clean , staffs were very exceptionally friendly , professional . The location is near the airport , they have 24 hrs free drinks/coffee , free breakfast and 24 hrs free shuttle to the airport . None

I liked that I was able to stay close to the airport for my trip the next day at a low price, and that it included a 24h shuttle to the airport.

I’ve stated approximately 5 different cities this year. The BW nearby the El Paso airport was by far the best stay I’ve experienced! Staffs are extremely friendly and breakfast is thoughtfully prepared. Free soft drinks and coffee are also very nice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would stay again when I am back to El Paso.

Qe really enjoyed the meditation room. After a long travel day we enjoyed a 20 munute massage in the massage chairs provided by the hotel. Very convenient location. Walkable from the terminal

Received a warm welcome when I arrived, and was informed of all that was available to make my stay at the hotel enjoyable and comfortable. The artwork at the hotel is amazing! Only had time to spend one night there :(
