    Nothing No hot water Room had a bad smell Room was not clean Did not have adequate bath towels $150.00 taken as deposit. It was not communicated that $150.00 would be taken from my account for deposit. I paid for the room in advance. The front desk staff was not the best either. This is my first and last time using a Holiday Inn Hotel.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. I switched my room twice, then upgraded to a suite (three times the charm). I was not aware the hotel had two sides...standard rooms/suites, until we happened to take the wrong elevator to what we thought was our floor. Suites, are much better. The carpets throughout have had there day. Pool needs resurfacing. The breakfast and dinner were great. The gym was cool. Hate to say it, but we did see a few roaches. I killed one in my room to be exact and I kept things pretty tidy and neat. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the hotel/airport. We used it to access the Marta train daily. Driver's were friendly and helpful. I don't know if I would stay there again only because it was too far from where I had intended to stay, but it was okay.

    No one said there will be hidden fees such as: $50 per day deposit (that you will get back at check out) and $20 per day for parking on property. It's doesn't say any of this when I made the reservation online nor when I confirmed the reservation. When I reserve our room. I asked for a double with queen bed but we got 2 full bed. There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom had no ventilation so you had to keep the door open after every shower so the heat can come. There was water stains on the bathroom ceiling. The TV station never stay on without losing signal. (This is also watching local network channels). There wasn't enough towels for everyone in the room and when you ask for more they say they don't have any clean. So we bought our own towels. The carpet was discolored with stains, we made sure to keep houseshoes on the entire time.

    We were going to international airport but even though we explained this to driver( and to front desk staff when we checked in ) we were dropped off at domestic terminal with no real explanation at how to get to international . If we couldn’t be dropped off at international it should have been explained to us . It was very stressful trying to find out how we had to get there and almost missed our flight because of this .

    My stay was great! close to food and other stores. the only thing that I feel could be of better consideration for customers buying a room and staying, then parking should be free. Others that aren't staying, yes charge for parking, but if you're staying overnight I feel like parking shouldn't be free.

    Was only there a short time before my flight. Nice hotel. Little on the dated side but nice. Friendly staff. Shuttle for airport is punctual. If noise is an issue for sleep, just be aware that you can definitely hear the airport noise clearly. Coffee available 24/7. The rooms are basically small apartments. Lots of space.

    My AC in the room did not work, tired to contact the front desk no one available. Reported it to the front desk upon discharge. I put a deposit of $150 incidentals once I checked out my card was charged 101,950.00. I contacted the hotel they were apologetic and advise they remove the the incorrect charge and refund the $150 and the $102.00 for the stay. As per the hotel they were contacted Expedia to advise about refund. It was a stressful as I was flying back home on Sunday and couldn't use my card because it was locked and credit union does not operate on the weekends.

We had to change rooms and it put us pretty far behind getting to the competition. Once we got into the new room the thermostat didn’t work. We go to lay down and there was blood in the sheets of one of the beds. I go get new sheets and open them and there was dirt in them. As if someone stepped on them while folding them up. We get up the next morning and realize we have no towels (we didn’t check that prior because of dealing with everything else) we call down to the front desk only for them to inform us they don’t have any towels and no key to the house keeping closet.

    My room was great. My flight was with delta the shuttle I took did not go to the side of delta , I walk with a cane , I had to drag my bags to the other side it was a long way. I thought the shuttle would get me to my airlines.

    I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, friendly and helpful. This is important to me. It’s not a super highend hotel and some things in the rooms could use some updating, but they were clean and comfortable. Plus having a 24 hour shuttle service makes it a top hotel to me. Will definitely use them again when in Atlanta.

    The restaurant this evening was working on a four menu choice printed on a paper. I don’t know what was going with that. The bar seemed to be equipped. Some places are in need of replacement like the carpet in the hall. Yet it looks like bathrooms have been upgraded. The free shuttle to the airport runs in the hour and half hour 24/7. Good deal

    There was a big roach leg laying on top of the microwave when I went into the room. I was afraid to use the microwave and the Keurig due to what I observed. The carpet was worn and needed to be changed. I noticed a piece of cut plywood holding up the bathroom sink. Of course as an inspector these things stood out to me. We decided not to hang out in the room just for one day so we went back in time to sleep and get to the airport.

    I was disappointed in this Holiday Inn. It was nice and clean but we had NO HOT WATER. I had to take a cold shower and my husband couldn't even shower cause after I took a cold shower the water was even more freezing then when I showered. Also when I booked the room I added the extra for 2 breakfast and when I checked in the lady never gave me our vouchers even though I asked what time breakfast was. I didn't know we had to have vouchers so the next morning they tried charging us $15.99 each for breakfast and I had to go stand in line to have the lady to give us vouchers for our breakfast when we should have received those when we checked in so I didn't waste time that morning cause we had to get to the airport. PARKING.. that is another story. No where in my reservation did it mention we had to pay $20 to park in the hotel parking lot to stay there. I had to put $150 deposit down and they take the parking fee from that. I mean seriously..I paid to stay there in a room and paid for my breakfast but also charges you to park your car there. I understand charging people to park there if they are only using the parking lot as an extended parking to go to the airport using the shuttle but charging your guest that paid for a room to park overnight and leaving the hotel with their car the next morning is insane. What's next?? Charging you for each bag you carry to the room?? So many fees. Definitely not worth it and never again at this hotel.

We discovered this problem the next day while going to breakfast and discovered that the door was unlocked and our stuff was still in the room. while we were leaving that day it is unthinkable in this day and age to have basic security failures of this type.

    The onsite restaurant was very convenient and had good food and even had a Happy Hour. There was no bottled water in the vending machines on two floors and none in the self-serve station on Saturday which was an inconvenience, especially because I couldn’t make coffee in my room.

    My reservation was canceled by someone at the property before we arrived so it took a little bit to get it all fixed back up. Also, I was expected to have two adult free dinners, but the hotel said they never heard of that. I have the screenshot of where you Expedia has offered that to me with the price. It was an overall good stay and good location for what we were doing. Just added one star less because of the two first inconveniences. We had to spend money on dinner when I expected to eat the dinner at the hotel both nights that were offered to me for free.

I cannot find the driver, coffee, and enough however as he did everything he could to find an accessible shuttle that failed organised a taxi and also a taxi for the following morning through a friend Gloria on the other hand who was taking our luggage, took it to the wrong terminal instead of international, and insisted but it was the international terminal. Apparently she had lost her phone and I suspect she was in a hurry to find her phone rather than ensuring my luggage ended up at the correct terminal where I was Waiting.

For some reason the bathroom was extremely hot even though the temperature of the rest of the room was comfortable. Looks like the rooms got an update some years ago but the rest of the facility is overdue for one.

    The pool was not safe to swim in. There were broken tile in the bottom of the pool. Our room did not have a microwave or curtains to block out the light in the morning. The hot water was hit and miss day by day. We were charged $20.00 a day to park without prior notification even thou we had 2 rooms for 4 days.

    This was by far the worse stay I’ve had. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance and when I check in someone was already booked in the room I originally booked and the staff did nothing to accommodate the mixup. Then the room they put me in wasn’t even finished being inspected and cleaned until 8:30pm. Check in was at 3pm

    The toilet was leaking when I got in there maintenance came in efficient time to fix it my original room I couldn't get because I didn't have hot water on that side of the building but I was given two rooms for the price of the one room I had previously booked they were adjacent so I did enjoy that so my kids will have their own room and I can have my own the customer service was excellent I enjoyed my time there

    For instance, we got a room with a pullout sofa for the kiddos. No sheets were provided, of course they provided us with sheets when we asked for them (but, the sheets were way too big for the mattress in the sofa). When bringing us the sheets, they did not bring us pillows. I asked for pillows, and they brought me one. We stayed here for 3 nights, and I got one hot shower the entire time we were there. My kids, fiancé and I all took luke warm/cold showers numerous times. We were provided with 2 towels (for 4 people) and when the housekeeper restocked our towels, she took all hand towels and wash cloths but did not replace any of them. Overall, I would not recommend.

    it would be a travesty if I don’t get my security deposit back since you all already decided to kick me while I was down thank you for your time and your lack of consideration and putting me out because my daughter wanted to commit suicide in your hotel. I should’ve called your front desk and asked you all what to do since me caring and doing what I thought was right was not good or convenient for you all and caused me to get put out. I know if I don’t get my security deposit back I will have to pursue legal action

    The place was conveniently located. I will give you that it was a beautiful luxurious and a comfortable inconvenience day. enjoyed the room, but the staff was very nonchalant, inconsiderate, and not considerate at all due to my oldest daughter who came to me looking for help and having a breakdown and the Crisis Line having to be called in the police coming with them the staff felt that it would be appropriate to not allow us to continue to stay in the hotel and the fact that they were scared to verify how many service animals were present in the room when they saw us checking in with two and I know you all have cameras so it could’ve been easily verified by you all rolling back the cameras to see when we checked in who all was present and how many animals there were I have 17 different health issues and two disabled children that reside with me and a service animal I also am a victim of the hurricane and have been displaced since September and I have seen the most horrible treatment since I have been displaced people are not courteous. They’re disrespectful. They don’t care about you or your situation. They just smile in your face to make you feel like they are showing care and compassion but yet when it comes time to show it, they smack you in your face with disrespect and lack of care and concern. In 2011 I decided to change my life and become an ordain minister and try to do right and get closer to God and I did not see any God in your staff. Your staff lacks compassion.

    For the amount if money we spent for the hotel, I was expecting more cleanliness also our AC did not work when asked to look at it, they said it sometimes stops working but will eventually work. The pool area and the pool itself needed to be clean badly.

    The service, front desks and all the people working there is very nice. There is no microwave in the rooms which I don't like.
