Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Nice room, friendly staff, fresh breakfast, on time check-in. The only 2 down sides were that the pool was closed completely and the parking lot was small and hard to find parking again.

Each staff member we came into contact with was extremely kind and helpful. The location was convenient. The breakfast was decent for what it was. The elevators were horrifying. They made awful noises and made abrupt jumps mid-ride. The elevator inspections were out of date by almost a year. There was a slight, underlying stench in the room. It wasn’t overwhelming but it wasn’t pleasant. Kinda smelled musty.

The room was large and clean had a bathtub. My room had a flat-screen television and two queen-size beds with comfortable mattress and pillows. Right outside my large window was the swimming pool and a parking lot surrounded by trees and hedges. Check-in was impersonal. I had no idea no cash was accepted. I live in Africa and my bank card did not work so I could not pay the $30 fee this hotel requires. After several attempts to pay with my card, a kind young woman from Brasil used her card to pay me fee which would later be credited back to her account. There is nothing to eat in the hotel at night if you arrive late, and no bar either. Once I got my room key (a plastic card), i collapsed on the comfortable bed and checked out the amenities. Unfortunately, the coffee maker produces coffee that tastes more like water than coffee, and they give you packets of coffee creamer which is an unhealthy non-dairy milk substitute. And you get a generous single packet of sugar. There is nothing inside the small refrigerator, not even ice or bottle of water.

The Staff was very Welcoming it smelled really fresh the rooms was a plus fresh an clean, brkfst was pn point and parking was Free Winning with Security!!!! Its definitely a Win!!! No curtains only blinds so was unable to open the blinds for sunshine because there was no curtains and you could see straight in the room*

Very friendly staff. The common area was very nice, with comfortable furniture and highchairs for the kids. The breakfast was tasty and there were lots of options. The room was large and airy and very clean. The carpet in the hallway and the room looked very dated. The curtains did not block the light very well, so the child woke up early.

Proximity to Peachy Airport Parking where we park our vehicle during our trip. Noon checkout. Complimentary breakfast that was very good. Parking is included in total price. Extremely comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Nothing of note.

Our room was very noisy. You could hear all the car traffic driving throughout the night.

Accommodation…I had a family emergency and had to leave less then two hours of being there I asked for a refund and was denied any sort of reimbursement. While that’s not a have to from the company it would have been appreciated. But I will say the room was clean and nice.

While, the hotel is dated, the common areas and the room is clean. There’s a security watchmen outside, which I think is great. The shuttle service is on time.

Excellent service and super friendly staff members, they seemed to genuinely enjoy running the hotel and there was a great atmosphere. I might have struck a dud room or overtly noisy fellow guests, but I spent many hours during the early morning being pummeled with a male voice droning on and on with his tv blaring next to me and some party people getting lively above me. Not great sound proofing but also not anything that can be done about that.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly so the curtain wouldn't stay closed causing the floor to get wet when showering. The handlebar in the shower was loose and not safe for use. Just a little bit of maintenance needed in the room, but the beds were comfortable and staff friendly. I would stay there again on our next trip.

Breakfast was ok . Air condition was loud but quiet on the 5th floor. The bed quilt and sheets was clean but purple light I used showed where germs were and where I needed to use Clorox wipes. The staff was friendly and gave more towels when asked.

Loved the location!!! The shower was just exactly what was needed after a long day of travel-hot, great water pressure and lots of room! Will be back to this one!

When entering the bathroom, I could smell urine. Hot water took almost 5 minutes to arrive in the shower. It is below my expectations based on previous nights at the same banner elsewhere.

Had a great stay at this property. The entire place was clean and well maintained. I feared that being so close to the airport, it would be noisy, but I didn't hear a single plane overhead. Breakfast was good and well stocked. I would stay there again if I needed someplace close to the airport.

My stay was ok. I have stayed here over the pass 3 years and can see how things have declined. The staff is still wonderful, but cleanliness has declined. The breakfast is always great, and the parking is free.

The hotel is in a nice area, we felt safe. The room was clean and cozy! Breakfast was great! We will definitely stay here again!!!

First entered and notice that the air condition was not working in the lobby. The hallway to my room smelled like smoke and carpet was dirty. The bathroom in my room had hair in the shower. I was given another room and toilet was not working properly. Maintenace guy came and left, toilet still didn't flush properly.

Great hotel near the Atlanta airport. Easy to get to from the airport. Plenty of restaurants close by. Staff were very nice. Hotel seemed a little older but everything was clean and the queen rooms were big! Would stay here again!

I didn't check in due to oversell of rooms. One of the rooms on my reservation was canceled. I has ro stay at the hyatt.

Front Desk night staff needs more training. Disabled all keys, even his own master FOB...AFTER overbooking cause others to try and walk into my room...twice! The deadbolt was the only prevention measure. No entry key for about 1 hr. Also 3 1/2 stay and no room care until we requested cleaner towels

This place exceeded my expectation. Everyone was friendly. I just hate the pool was closed as that was the point of the our stay but we were safe, clean, good breakfast, and we enjoyed our stay.

I was unable to fulfil my reservation due to a change in my work schedule, but I have stayed here before and I am always happy and satisfied with this property and their employees, who are courteous, professional and very empathetic to their customers needs and situations and this time was no different, I will always book here whenever I am in this area.

My family and I were charged a smoking fee hours after check out. None of my family members smoke. Hotel mentioned they found a pack a cigarettes and a lighter. We mentioned that we saw those items but they were in the trash, they then proceeded to say we should have notified them. We weren’t aware that we had to notify hotel personnel of items in the trash. Also must mention that walking through the halls to our room smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. Additionally, there was no air in the sitting area as we were told the vent was broken, so needless to say, our kiddos didn’t sleep as comfortable as they would have liked. It’s sad because we’re being abused and penalized for something we didn’t do.

The reason I did not enjoy was the room. I found a roach five minutes into entering the room, which it’s ok, not a huge deal, but later I noticed the carpet was wet by the air conditioning. The next morning the carpet was soaked, I had to put a blanket to prevent us from stepping on the wetness. Maintenance came and dried up the room but they were unable to fully repair it unless we were moved to another room. There was no other room so we just stayed there. They dried a large chunk of the water. Next days we dealt with the same issue, but since we were not in the room it was not a big deal. Friday it was really bad that the second blanket was totally soaked. Not a great experience. The front desk, maintenance, cooking staff and cleaning staff were all very helpful and did tried to do their best.

The pool was never opened over the Memorial Day weekend or after with no time line given of when it would. Part of the reason I stayed at this property was to be able to spend down time by the pool. Also at check out I was charged an additional $350 because I was told at check in it’s just an estimate and they don’t hold for incidentals (I didn’t have any) or parking ($10/day and I never was told about the additional charge) the parking was really aggravating especially since there was rarely a space available and had to risk parking my vehicle in the drive or on the street because of the limited spaces. The property had multiple vans taking up spaces but they all stayed on property while guests parked where ever the security guard told us to

Poor up keep of this room. Torn curtains, curtains not hung well. Mirror pushed in from its frame. Door extremely hard to open due to it fitting too tight in door frame. Have to get out of shower wet to walk across tile floor to get towels ( severe slip and fall risk!) Plus $10 parking fee news to us.

My day was awful up on arrival nowhere to park people standing all in the parking lot smoking and drinking to get checked in in my room was tub was filthy. They move me to another room and then they charge me because they move on a nasty room spoke with the front desk clerk, I’m supposed to hear back from the manager about a refund. Hadn’t heard anything so far awful 😣

At check in I was told my hotel had been cancelled from package deal and I had to rebook. I was charged $550 for 2 nights when I had already paid for my trip in a package deal the month prior. At checkout I was told after I asked that I was t suppose to be charged again. It took a few days but it was finally rectified. Hotel was ok. Breakfast was decent. Just dealing with the payment issue was frustrating .

At checkout I was told after I asked that I was t suppose to be charged again. It took a few days but it was finally rectified. Hotel was ok. Breakfast was decent. Just dealing with the payment issue was frustrating .

I checked in and was told my hotel had been cancelled because my card was declined back in March when I booked through third party. I explained this was impossible since I had just gotten off my flight which was booked through third party as a package deal with no issues. He insisted I needed to be rebooked or could not stay. I ended up getting charged over $500 for charges I should not been charged for . At checkout I inquired again about this and was told this shouldn’t have happened and would get reimbursed. I’m waiting to get reimbursed.

It was a perfectly adequate stay and a good price. However, the rooms are dated. Sofa sleeper was old and a little uncomfortable. The TVs also lacked the modern apps and internet channels. Breakfast was good. Service was great. Just needs some updating.

I love the location. It's literally walking distance to the near by restaurants. The staff was great, very friendly.

Hotel was very nice and surprisingly large room for the price. Parking is limited at night, had to park on the street, but I was not worried about my car.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Atlanta Airport North. Our Host was very exceptional, polite and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional as well. Looking forward to staying again in the near future.

"Parking On-Site Parking Daily: $10 Additional Parking Information Hotel Parking is complimentary while you are a guest at the property." I chose this property because I needed somewhere to park my vehicle for the weekend while flying out and back into the ATL airport. It appeared to me from the website that I could leave my vehicle there for $10 a day after my stay at the hotel. However, the attendant at the front desk told me that I could not leave my vehicle over the weekend while I was not a guest at the property. The information on the website regarding parking is false at worst or misleading at best.

The staff very courteous. Has a luggage storage very convenient . Airport shuttle available .

Stay was for one night, room was ok however it had some trash left from the person before us. Breakfast was very good large selection.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a cozy set up. It was quiet and I was able to rest comfortably. The staff was also very courteous, kind, helpful and professional. I greatly appreciate that because it is becoming so rare nowadays. I will stay there again. I'm actually going to join the rewards program, too.

Room was clean, service was great from staff. There are some good places to eat right down the road. Close to the airport and the airport off-site parking.

Overall, this was a good visit, only issues were a constantly running toilet, which the maintenance person said he fixed but did not, and low water pressure in the shower. We spoke to the front desk supervisor as we left as well. The location to the airport was perfect!

This was our over night before we flew home. It was clean, comfortable and easy to get in and out of. One person stood out and that was Bob - I think he was with maintenance. He was friendly & so helpful. A true pleasure talking with him.

My room layout was excellent. Definitely will be my #1 choice going forward.

The property was very close to the airport and I had a 6am flight so that was great. The 1st room had a horrible smell but the moved me immediately and the 2nd was perfect. I would stay again
