The location was good. We even walked to nearby restaurants for lunch. The hotel's cleanliness and organization overall meet the standard for a good hotel; the main shortcomings were in the details of the individual room. The biggest issue was the walls on our suite were paper thin and we could hear the guests on both sides of us. Importantly, those other guests were NOT doing anything loud or abnormal-- just watching TV and talking at a normal volume, but it felt like we were sharing the same suite. Also, we ordered a roll away bed for my young son at extra cost, which was delivered on time, but with no blanket nor pillow. We had to call the front desk 3x and ultimately went down there around 11pm because it was never delivered to the room. Finally, the complimentary breakfast buffet was bad. I don't have particularly high expectations when it comes to these, but nothing tasted right-- even the self-made waffles had a sour taste suggesting spoilage. On the other hand, at least the buffet was clean and orderly like the rest of the common spaces.

We stayed here as an overnight stop while traveling. It was a very nice room and a good breakfast for a great price.

Hotel is quietl and clean and breakfast is good for Continental (sausage, eggs, waffles, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, fruits orange, bananas, apples, and drink availability. Enjoyed my two nites stay.

The staff was great and super friendly but the room itself left something to be desired. The walls had stains and so did the carpet and mattresses. And when my wife turned the water in the bathroom on, it was brown for the first several minutes.

The customer service rep was very kind. He helped us get another room. However I noticed that the furnishings in the rooms and the lobby were old and tattered.

I understand that the property is being renovated but I couldn’t stand how nasty the chairs are with large nasty stains. The room was clean but just seeing the stained chairs was not good.

Breakfast was Great! Should’ve had individual milk cartons instead of the big container that everyone has to touch.

The room and hallways were clean. Beds were super comfy! Breakfast was good. There were some things in the room that were a bit shabby. Desk chair had peeling vinyl and there were some old stains on the cloth chair and carpet.

The most disgusting room I've ever had. Fecal matter on the toilet seat and the cold water handle of the bathroom faucet. Large cockroach in the bathroom. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I booked this place for the airport shuttle but was not able to use because it wasn’t available at the time I needed it. The breakfast had very little options. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable and pillows were good.

I dislike leaving negative reviews because it seems that so many people do that. This property, however, was the absolute worst hotel that I have ever used. We rented two rooms, on two different nights of the same week, since it was near RDU airport. The first night things seemed OK, but in the morning before I left a really large cockroach was in the bathroom. The second night, I checked in and found my room door cracked open. I went in and looked to see that there wasn't an intruder in there, and proceeded to use the restroom. I found poop on the toilet seat, but since it was just two specks, I poured hand sanitizer on the seat and wiped it off with toilet paper. As I was using the toilet, I looked over and saw a foreign substance on the cold faucet handle. Thinking it may have been glue or something from construction, I dampened a hand towel and wiped it, and found that it was also poop. I called the front desk and the attendant moved me to another room. Later that night, at 1123pm there were people hollering and making a lot of noise in the lobby and waking me. I would never stay here again. It's the worst experience ever.

The first room I was assigned stunk with the smell of cigarette smoke! As soon as I entered the room, I was hit with a strong musty smoke smell as if someone had been binge smoking for days! I immediately went back to the front desk. The guy was very nice and apologized and re-assigned me a different room. At first I was ok with it, even though the furniture was old and outdated. I refused to sit on the sofa that had clearly been around since the 1970's. But then it got worse! A couple checked in next door to me and I could hear EVERY SINGLE WORD they spoke and I could hear EVERYTHING, even them having "relations" twice! I tried to turn up the television, but it didn't work. The walls are paper thin so I heard EVERYTHING! I couldn't sleep for all the noise. And my final complaint was that the in-room safe was old and didn't work at all. I was afraid to leave anything in my room unattended so I took things with me. Fortunately, I was only at this hotel one night and then switched to another! NEVER AGAIN!

The hotel shuttle didn’t run till 5 AM. I needed it at 4:15 AM and was told that there was a hotel shuttle when I booked the room. Had to spend another $25 on Uber to get 2 miles to the airport in the morning.

The price was fair for the hotel. Furniture was mix match and out dated . Especially the wooded tables that stuffed up . The TV was small sitting on large dresser. Channels were very limited . So, make sure you bring a tablet that streams . The hall sanitizer dispensers were either empty or didn't work. I was only in town for one night 🌙 so , it was ok .

I enjoyed my stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Raleigh Durham Airport RTP Hotel. I was greeted with warm hospitality, the breakfast was fresh, hot tea and coffee available all day :). The rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is a 15 - 20 mins drive from Durham. Great location! I would recommend this location to friends and family.

We had the room just one night. There were stains on the sheets and a roach on the floor that I had to kill. When we checked out I told the person at the front desk about the roach in the room and she took my phone number and said she would have the manager contact me. I'm still waiting for a phone call. Don't stay here.

The hotel overall was just ok. The room was clean but the furniture in the room and in the lobby were stained. The desk chair was also stained. The baseboards and corners in the bathroom were dusty. The bed was uncomfortable and I didn't sleep great because of it. The eggs for breakfast were out of a carton cooked in the microwave. The sausage was lukewarm. The bananas were green. When checking out the front desk had a sign they were away for a moment. When she showed up she told me to just put the key card in a box. Didn't ask how anything was or say have a good day. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great until I was charged $50 more than my room was supposed to be. They claim it is supposed to come off my card, but the full amount posted. I want my $50 refunded now. We were there bc my wife was having a PET scan for cancer and we got overcharged. Total BS!

I booked this hotel because they had an airport shuttle but wasn't available when my grandson arrived. Really frustrating. Breakfast was subpar.

Good room and meal for the money. I felt very safe—rooms were clean—and the bed was very comfortable. Parking and check in were a breeze!

Room itself was great. Having the cleaning lady just walk into the room at 9 in the morning when checkout was at 12 with two minor children in the room was unacceptable. Then she proceeded to stand in the doorway and ask me when we were leaving. Crazy staff can just come into your room while you are in there getting ready with two minors. Staff said they would “talk” to them.

I love this hotel you feel welcome here all the time the staff are amazing I gave them 10/10 starting from Andrew, Courtney front desk, Ofelia the lady from the kitchen is also a humble an amazing hard worker women,Pedro the driver, and Lourdes the housekeeper was awesome also but I like all them so I highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel comfortable

The staff was friendly and helpful. The wall were thin enough you could hear the tvs from rooms on both sides. The fitness room was in disarray, equipment needed attention and provided no towels. The breakfast was average. We stayed during Duke graduation so price for the rooms was high ($650 for 2 nights).

Another issue was that the cleaner was moping the floor with a pungent smelling cleaner the whole time we were eating which was just nasty.

Staff was great, but the property needs some work. Multiple outlets in our room were too loose to hold a plug. Fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Breakfast selection wasn’t as good as I typically see at other hotels.

The location of this hotel was great. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Other than that the hotel need a face lift and a deep clean.

Asked for payment. Printed the itinerary. Handed me keys explained breakfast. Not even a smile. Hallway smelled weird. Not sure how to describe the scent other than an attempt at deodorized years of poor upkeep. Room was basic. Served the purpose. Only needed to sleep a few hours. Breakfast was decent. Booked in a pinch. Can’t say would return or recommend.

We stayed here for five days. Upon check-in we were charged $50 extra for “incidentals.” We have had this happen before. We knew we wouldn’t be using anything in or at the hotel because we were there to travel so the hotel was basically a place to shower & sleep. Very rarely did we come back and find anyone at the desk. The cleaning staff were wonderful and we saw them everyday. Frankly they were the best part of the stay there because they cleaned and made up the room daily which was an absolute treat. Nothing like coming back to sleep after a long day and walking into a room with a neatly made bed and freshly folded towels! As far as the incidentals charge we used one paper cup and a bar of soap to wash our hands. No water, no snacks or bar service. NOTHING. When we went to check out, once again no one was at the front desk. There was a glass fishbowl with instructions to place your room keys in the bowl so we did. We had a flight to catch so we were unable to get a copy of the final charges to the room.

Rooms were ok. When we got out of the shower in the morning, there was a roach on the bed. When we went to the front desk to check out and tell them about the roach, no one there. Waited 10 minutes, called out for someone, finally called the hotel. Girl finally came out of a back room to answer the phone and I told her about the bug, but she was rude and said leave my number and the manager would call. Guess what? No call. Won't be going back there again.

I had a 4 night booking. I did no stay the entire 3 days I left the second night. The bathroom and kind of dirty, the carpet was very dusty my white socks turned grey instantly. Room service was not attentive.

There were giant roaches on both days of my stay. The very first night I had only been in the room about 10 minutes and a massive roach was in the room. I called the front desk and they said there was no one there that would help me, so I had to get rid of it on my own. The second day I was walking in the hallway and someone was cleaning the floors and again a giant roach was in the middle of the hallway. That’s the worst feeling when you’re staying somewhere because the last thing you want is to bring home critters with you from a hotel stay. Do not recommend zero out of 10. And the worst part is when I reported it no one did anything to even try to make it better or accommodate my stay at all. It was like oh well that’s just what it is here and of course now you’ve paid and you’ve booked the room and you’re there so it doesn’t leave you with a lot of options. Terrible do not recommend.

It is a very clean and convenient hotel. But the shuttle did not service in the afternoon I arrived because of absence of the driver. I was told I could get reimbursed but needed to wait until the morning when the front desk manager was in -- I did not get reimbursed at the end. No clear instructions were given for booking the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Breakfast was OK but lacked variety.

I like everything except their signages, which are not light up after dark, so it a bit hard to find the hotel.

Shuttle picked me up from the airport promptly. Breakfast was fine. Room was larger than I'd expected. Very nice if you'll be getting in late to RDU or leaving early.

The staff was friendly. They had a shuttle service. I did not like how run down the place was. There was water roaches in the lobby, dead beatles and bugs in the corner. Every piece of furniture was stained. The Internet was horrendous and a lot of stuff in our room was old or damaged. And we kept getting locked out of our room. The beds were not comfortable. For a 3.9 star hotel that was almost $300 for 2 nights, I would have rather saved my money and stayed at a cheaper place. I have stayed at sleep in and econo lodges with better rooms. I was highly disappointed.

The guest in the room next to us were obnoxiously loud into the late evening. We did not get a good night's rest. Horrible night.

We had stayed here 2-3 years ago. The intake staff was positive and helpful. However, in comparison to our prior stay, it was apparent the building (and its upkeep) was not up to the prior stay. The facility external signage was not lit up, making it very difficult to find the entrance in the dark. There were numerous chips in the paint in the room and hallway. Other than the intake staff, there was little interaction with the front desk staff as we came and went. We laughed as we left, as the front desk staff was in the back office and gave us a muffled "thanks for staying with us" after we had already passed the desk and had passed through the first set of doors. On the Friday we arrived our neighbors were having loud verbally graphic sex for a prolonged period of time. Not the fault of Wingate, but it made it difficult to sleep and accentuated just how thin the walls were. We have family in the area, so we know we will return to Raleigh. We've had worse stays elsewhere, but the deterioration of the facility was so obvious compared to our last stay that we've already decided we will stay elsewhere on our next visit to Raleigh. We can't call it terrible. It just doesn't appear likely that any restoration will occur before we return.

Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room was filled with a terrible smoke smell. I was traveling with my kids, which made the experience even more disappointing. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, the chair leather was torn, and the furniture looked very old and poorly maintained. The sofa chair had a large stain on it as well. It seems like the owner does not even inspect the rooms or care about basic upkeep. Upon complaining to front desk - they moved us to a different room. But similar condition. The so-called free breakfast was another letdown, they only had bread and an unappetizing muffin. Overall, this was a very bad experience. Customers should not be misled by false promises and poor room conditions. Extremely dissatisfied.

The rooms are nice and cozy. I stay at the Wingate often when I visit home. It’s a quiet hotel close to plenty of great restaurants and shops. It’s in a central location. I only took off a point because the breakfast ends at 9, and there were some days that I wanted to sleep in and wished the breakfast lasted a tad longer.

Checked in late and found a bed bug on the bed. :-/ The staff member there was helpful to get us into different room. Breakfast was simple and ok.

Weight room was very dirty, our room was decent, but had some crumbs on the floor, the elevator and hallways smelled like weed when we were walking through. And I was disappointed in the shuttle service as we needed a shuttle exactly at 5 AM but when we got down there at 4:50 it had already left to take a group and there was another group ahead of us. Our plane left at seven so it was a little nerve-racking getting there on time if they can only take so many in the shuttle they should know that when people reserve the shuttle for a certain time and not tell everyone that 5 AM is good.

This property was good for what I needed, which was a quiet place to sleep and hang out for a few days. I didn’t really use any of the amenities, but the room was good enough. A little dated, a few things that needed to be fixed, like the shelf in the shower was about ready to fall off. But for what I needed, it was just fine. The breakfast was pretty sad in terms of the hot food. However, there were muffins and cereal with milk, so that’s all I needed.

The worst! We could hear every noise from the hall and other rooms. Then the smoke detector went off at 1 in the morning and no one could get it to shut off, so needless to say, not much sleep that night at all. The only positive is that you are close to the airport.

This place honestly sucks. Bed is as hard as a rock and I have back problems. The soap and toiletries were really weird. The TV was awful with settings and input. Every time we used one of the elevators, it felt like that thing was going to break down. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. All I know is that this is the only time I’ll ever book this place no matter how close it is to my job

Overall the property is old and needs among many other things, new lighting, new carpet, new outlets, new lamp shades, new toilets and new beds.

Stayed 2 nights and asked about booking a 3rd night at front desk. Never before had a problem booking directly at desk. They told me to use this app to book another night. By mistake, i booked for the night i already had instead of the following night. The app said they couldn't help. So i asked the front desk. Guy said he canceled my reservation and would make me another one for tbe correct night. It will take a few days for my refund. But now a week later, i find out he never canceled the mistaken reservation. If i would have known, i would have had my friend stay in the mistaken room since i was paying for it. And to get the 2nd night, he booked it with his friends/family discount and had my cashapp him twenty five for the favor. I should have just checked out. The app refused to refund the money also. After years of always bragging about good experiences with the app, i am switching to another. And never staying at this Wingate again after a shady front desk guy.

The only thing I will say about this hotel is the smell in the hallways to our room. Once you exit the elevator there is this foul smell that made you literally run to your room. It smelled like a sewer along with something rotting. I dreaded when I had to step into the hallway. I asked the cleaning staff about the smell and all they could say is it’s in the walls. Our room didn’t smell at all but at times we could smell it trying to come in I had to put a towel under the door. This being said due to this odor I would not be booking this hotel again.

Left before breakfast was served but property was clean and we felt very safe and staff was very courteous.

The breakfast was hot and fresh. The room was clean, and roomy. The bathroom was exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The parking was easy and the area was well lit.

In the morning, I got up to take a quick shower, and when I returned, I saw a giant roach just lying on the mattress. I hadn't noticed it before, so I can only hope I didn't spend the night with it. I planned to mention this to the staff as I left, but there was no one around. Unfortunately, I was headed to an appointment at the funeral home, so I didn't have time to wait to talk to someone.

Our flight returned on Sunday. Called for the shuttle and they don't run the shuttle on Sunday!!! Consequently, we had to find another means of transportation. Also, the furniture in the room was dilapidated. The only positive was bed was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Staff were very polite.

Cockroaches running in the bathroom. I'd turn off the lights, and as soon as I'd turn them back on, no less than a dozen would go running around. The corners of the room look as if theyve never been vacuumed as there was food, and crumbs, and dirt everywhere. I was scared to walked barefoot in the room or sleep with a shirt off in the sheets. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Room was good spacious and clean. I wish they had a shower cap but it was a decent place to stay for a couple of days. Coffee and drinking water is available 24/7 - such a nice option for nights if needed.

EXCELLENT house keeping! Supposedly it’s “light” but these women scrubbed my bathroom, vacuumed… bed linens and towels very clean. I normally wipe down all surfaces at hotel including remotes and find that they are grimey even when they “look clean”. Not the case here… it was pretty clean. Not bad for a low-end hotel. Breakfast was cool for what you pay per night.

I had a king size bed in my very beautiful, very spacious and inviting room. There was a coffee/hot water maker provided with coffee & tea bags, an immaculate microwave oven and a good sized mini fridge in the room. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, with a double sliding glass door enclosure, the length of the bathroom. The countertop with sink & mirror were just as long. Plenty of towels, large bottles of name-brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body moisturizer, missing shower caps. There was also plenty of closet space with wooden hangers and a large safe inside. This was concealed by two decorative doors with fancy handles. Large desk with ergonomic chair. Spacious sitting area with two large co.fy chairs and a floor lamp. Lots of wall mirrors. Room was very well-lit, lots of light. Front desk staff and Housekeeping staff were friendly. I had a lamp issue and Housekeeping corrected it as I noticed when returning to my room in the evening. Breakfast is self-serve and delicious. Ample free parking lot on-site. I was very pleased with my stay at Wingate by Wyndham and would recommend this hotel.

The room was extremely clean when I got in there nothing without a place really comfortable bed. Could do a little more with getting better channels on the TV but that's not a big deal. The hotel was ok. There was no signage for the breakfast that was served. Not sure if it was pork products or what. Bananas were not ripe and there was no other fruit. All the beverages were watered down and there was no real options in the fridge. No water in the rooms.

The front desk person was rude and the rooms were shabby. We were initially giving keys to a room that had mold on the ceiling. We were able to change rooms without an issue but the cleanliness of this establishment was lacking tremendously. I will not be returning.

The stay was good the hotel was nice and clean and very quiet. The only problem was as I book theee nights and the house keeping kept barging in our room. They would knock once, and wouldn’t give us time to open the door. My boyfriend and I were literally laying in bed and heard a knock he was trying to put on something presentable but before he could the lady just barged in. Next time just please be mindful of people and their privacy and space. It sometimes takes people more than a couple of seconds to get to the door. The breakfast is was good not much to choose from but a perfect snack until you can get to something a little more filling. Overall I’d book again.

The stay was excellent. My only disappointment was waiting over an hour for the airport shuttle. The front desk clerk told me she would let him know I was ready to go and apparently she did not. I sat in the lobby and after an hour I approached the desk and she seemed surprised that I was still there. The driver had been there in the lobby the entire time but I didn't know who he was. He was very apologetic and helped load my bag. She was clueless.

The bed in room 304 was uncomfortable, hard, compacted. The refrigerator made an annoying high pitched noise. The door of the bathroom is beat.

Very old hotel. Very dusty in the rooms, musty smell in room. Baseboards appeared to have rarely been cleaned. Lighting in room very dim, lighting in hallways very dim and dirty. Washcloths that were placed in room as clean had dark stains on them, holes in bed linens, stayed for extensive time and room was never vacuumed. Elevator made lots of noise, sounds like it was in need of repair, luggage carts were difficult to push and wheels loose as well as hardware on rack.

Great location and space. The breakfast was enjoyable. The ease of access to locations was great.

The room was adequate, but the bed was a bit hard and firm, not my preference. (Four standard-size pillows for a king bed) which is not ideal. The bathroom sink fixtures and handles were very squeaky, and the shower temperature was not very hot. After the second day, the staff didn’t bring towels, leaving us with all dirty three towels: two hand towels and three washcloths. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more, which I appreciated. Overall, I would rate this place a 3 out of 5 stars

I arrived. The TV not working. Requested assistance, no one came. Then went to use the bathroom toilet and the top was broken. The flusher would keep the water running unless you stopped it manually

The shuttle DID not run, so I was stranded at the airport. I am handicap. This was first time in Raleigh and I didn’t know anyone. I tried to take a Lyft but apparently I was in the wrong location at the airport so the driver couldn’t find me and I was charged a “no show” fee. Finally, I took a taxi to the hotel for $30 which was not part of my budget. I chose this hotel because it had transportation to and from the airport. The hotel was nice but I was really upset trying to find transportation on a rainy night.

The stay was good and comfortable. It would be excellent with some upgrades. But all in all, it served its purpose.

See photo with plunger. This was outside the room just after the elevator and was not removed the whole time we were there. GROSS! The bed was like sleeping on concrete. They were drag racing outside our room, so I got no sleep. The electrical plugs by the bed didn't work. The overall feel of the place was grungy, dirty and unkept.

Saturday morning October 4th housekeeping kept knocking on our door despite the do not disturb sign so much that my husband had to yell to get them to go away. Other than that it was a good stay

Great quiet in comfortable

The staff was very accommodating due to the fact that because of my business I wasn’t able to check in until 1:30am. Other hotels have tried to make me pay for another night, or even given my room away. I normally stay across the street at the Sleep Inn but I am so glad I gave Wingate a try. From the comfortable bed, to the amazing shower which had Dove Products, to the cleanliness, to the Refrigerator actually working, I had an amazing nights rest and woke up refreshed and ready to drive to Richmond VA for a show with my band. I can’t say enough about this hotel. When in the Raleigh/Durham area, I won’t stay anywhere else. Oh and they were very affordable. Under 100$ in this area for this level of service and comfort is a steal.

There was a clear problem with maintence of rhe hotel, on the 3 level a nauseus odor, they did check but did no actions to see what the problem was during our 2 night stay.

Nice quiet area for my week long visit for Team USA Baseball which was 10-15 minutes away.

The property was near the airport and convenient. The room was ok and clean but there was the furniture was a little dated.

Good price but the room lacked some amenities. the TV has no internet so the phone cannot be mirrored with it. The phone to the reception are was not working, the security lock also out of service. Good front desk service & breakfast options.

The female staff at the front desk came off a bit rude and unfriendly. The guys working the front were better to deal with. The parking lot and areas around it had a lot of trash (including what appeared to be a motor by the dumpster that was there for days-we were there 7 days), parking was limited so you had to get back to the room early to make sure you could park. The lighting in the rooms is terrible (looks like a dark dungeon). The walls are thin (couldn’t sleep one night because next door guests were loud enough to clearly hear their conversation). Housekeeping forgot fresh linen a few times. We couldn’t use many of the plugs because our standard charging ports kept falling out. Breakfast was not good. Questionable people in the parking lot at night- some guy on a regular bicycle kept using a parking space and hanging out around the building at night. The only reason we stayed is because we didn’t want to hassle with refunds etc otherwise there are far better options for lodging in the area.

The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained, but there was questionable activity in the parking lot during my stay. The property itself was fine, however, the internet does not hold up well and does not connect to all devices.

Paper thin walls allow you and your family to hear every detail of the sexcapades happening on both sides of your room. If you’re lucky enough to be there on a Sunday morning, you get to wake up to some very passionate people literally stomping and SCREAMING about Jesus while you snack on a slightly above average continental breakfast. There was also a strange array of school children eating breakfast in the hotel on a school day, so be sure to plan your morning around that. Also of note, this property is NOT a “4-minute drive to the Lenovo Center” as the listing promises. In short, there are plenty of other options in the area (or across the parking lot) for better hotels; Don’t settle for this one.

Loved how patient the Lady at the front desk was. She helped me in early checkin, arranging shuttle from Airport to Hotel multiple times and was really helpful.

The room attendants never came to clean my room. We stayed for 3 days. The last day, they came into the room, didn’t clean but took all of our towels and didn’t replace them.

The first room had issues. My daughter complained so much about the hole in the carpet, lampshade, towel, stain on wall, chair, and unclean shower that I changed rooms.see pics. Front desk moved us immediately. The new room was great. I guess it depends on what room you get. Breakfast, location and parking is good. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to airport.

The hotel upon entry smelt like marijuana, and the 2nd floor continuously reeked of it. In addition our room had to be changed due to ants coming in from the outlet. Room walls looked very dirty and the phones, appliances looked liked they werent clean as they were dusty.

I was over powered by ammonia going to breakfast. The mop cart was right in the dining area and the smell was so bad I ate in my room.

I stayed the night before flying out from RDU. As a single woman by myself, I was placed in a room with an ajoining door which made me very uncomfortable. I made the front desk employee aware of this and he frankly told me " there are only a few rooms like that and its the luck of the draw". It was worse that the person on the other side of that door was loud! Additionally, the room had an awful smell to it. A few of the towels smelled so foul they nearly made me sick. Whatever was in the room causing that smell led to an allergic reaction that kept me up all night. Also, there was someone's hair in the shower and bathroom floor. The hand towels were stained. I am not sure if this was just my experience, or if others shared similar views, but I was very disappointed.

The hotel was ok, bare basics. There was no bottled water in the room, very old TV with no way to watch your own streaming services. The bathroom sink area had hair around it. Some of the people in the hotel looked like business people, families on vacations, several seemed homeless who were finding shelter for the night. Room was in need of paint touch up’s. The breakfast was the basic breakfast which ended promptly at 9am and was very crowded. I was charged more than I was quoted although I didn’t eat anything in the room or have any extra charges. I will say the people at the front desk were nice.

Such a great place to stay. Everything is covered. Pet friendly, great staff, wonderful access to the property and beach front. Good property could use more parking.

We checked in pretty late after a concert and check in was quick and easy. The room was as described. It's clearly a little older, but it was well maintained. Even though the hotel is by the airport, it was super quiet. The breakfast was good and check out was fast. We would stay again.
