    Dead bugs on the wall somebody smeared and didn’t clean up, i asked for bath clothes and towels and couldn’t get any my who stay. They said they had 3 towels left and no bath clothes and she would send them up. Nobody ever came. From 8 one morning to about midnight, they didn’t have anything for me and my kids to wash our butt. Definitely won’t be back.

    No cleaning on second day no maid service with other words doit yourself we have problems; staff need retrain not to put their problems on paying customer , Internet didn't work on every night of stay even in my reservation I was asking for it, Breakfast service was not maintained no coffee at 8:45 on Saturday closing time 9:30, than what could be a hazard for everybody the Hairdryer was glowing and not blowing it was a fire hazard the plastic around was starting melting and burn smell in the room, the room should have been out of order. Choice as a Hotel company need to have inspections done frequent profit thinking without proper staffing and education isn't a winning situation

    I would not recommend staying here. My room was changed 3 times during my one night stay. The king room I booked for had no AC. I was moved to a queen that had a used toothpick under the sheets and I located LIVE ROACHES IN THE BED. I requested a full refund and was told only a manager could issue a refund. I was moved to a double queen and was told the manager would address the issue at 7:00am the next day. The double queen room had dirty sheets, toilet seat not affixed to toilet, and no wall mount for the toilet paper. The manager Sam did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation.

    Room cleaners came into my room and took my towels and wash cloths and did not return them. Then I had to go tonthebfront desk to retrieve more only to find out they only had towels available. No washcloths were available. This is unacceptable.

    They definitely do not care about their guest and management has to be made aware and accountable. The lady at the reception desk tried her best so I don't blame her, she was minding the front desk plus the food supplies and obviously could not keep up because it was a very busy weekend.( so both morning there were many breakfast supplies missing) In our room: The iron was missing. The hairdryer was not working. The phone was not working. The safe was not working ( I was told none of them work) Our keys had to be reprogrammed after 1st day. The sink faucet was leaking very badly, therefore there was water puddles all over the counter where you keep all your toiletries. The one drawer in the room was not usable because it was obstructed. Housekeeping did not touch the bed, it was as we left it and they only left one clean bath towel. There were two of us in the room. The toilet water tank in the bathroom was badly cracked and was kept together by some kind of thick glue. Like I said I feel that the management should care more about their clients and should do a much better job on maintaining this property. I will be pursuing this matter further and seek some form of compensation. Signed. A very unhappy traveler.

    We had to switch rooms because the toilet had no water and the water wasn’t running period. A baby roach was crawling in the toilet bowl. The bed sheets had hair all over them. Not a good experience.

    Room had broken glass In the pictures above the bed, burn spots on the carpet, at one point we spilled a lil water and wiped it off the carpet and the rag was black, walls were black in spots from dirt. No third towel, employee had to steal from a clean room.Breakfast fine but cold with terrible beverages. Employee working night shift was indpifferent and always texting on phone. Hidden check in fee of $100 security deposit- doesnt take prepaid cards which was not mentioned anywhere.

    It was close to I 40. Rude staff, didn't turn down the room daily, had to go get our own towels, beds are well worn, molded curtains created aggravating sinuses. I like staying at sleep inn motels and have stayed in quite a few of them, but I don't think I'll be staying at this one again.

    This hotel seems to be declining, I have stayed here a few times and it was ok but this last time the room was not cleaned properly the air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep. If you’re just passing through then this is an ok place to stay but no more than a day or two

    It's somewhat close to where I have to work Staff stole from my fridge multiple days in a row even after escalating the issue to the front desk making me uncomfortable leaving anything of value in my room. I won't be returning to stay for future work trips.

    I liked that one staff member changed our room when we first arrived because our light didn't work. When I first arrived at the hotel after reserving it, there was a lady telling staff her refrigerator wasn't working in her room, which was the first red flag that I should have caught. Then when we get to our assigned room the first light as you enter wasn't working or we didnt have a remote, which was the second red flag, so I called and the lady staff changed our room, but the male staff member met us at said room and asked us what was wrong and we showed him that the lihht didn't work and he says oh you don't need that light and ill get you a remote, but he didn't know the lady already changed our room, he looked disappointed. Second room was better but the light on the mirror kept blinking and was mostly dark instead of light. We came to celebrate Valentines Day so we in the room chilling and we hear screaming next door like someone getting beat up and it's so loud everyone on that floor hears it. My husband banged on the wall but that didn't stop the noise so he knocked on the door and a younger woman is yelling help and the older man with her is the one she needs help from who is in the room with her, mind you clothes are all over the floor like a tornado hit. All of us on that floor go downstairs and report this and the male staff says he called the cops but we NEVER see or hear any cops, which was the third red flag. Finally when we are ready to leave the hotel we go outside to put our stuff in the car and about 8 cars have been broken into with glass all over the parking lot. Thank God ours wasn't hit but a lady was picking up stuff out the ground from her car and several others. I didn't see any cops called. We will NEVER go back again.

    Yes. The first night staying there I had roaches in the room. Second room they put me in wasn’t clean. Three room they put me in the next morning woke up with bed bugs bite all over me. The manager Sam and front desk Riya and the corporate office did nothing for me. Just called the police on me because I called the health department on them. They thought by calling the police I would cancel or not continue reporting them. I am waiting for a call back from them before I start the process of suing them because I had to go buy all new clothes because I had to leave everything in the room when I left.

I go to check in at 1:10am to check out at 7:00 am and the front desk said I’d need to pay a $300 deposit for an already paid room for 7 hours. I was told if I pay cash I’d get my money back at check out cut if I paid on my debit card I’d get my money back in 7-10 business days, so I ask is there an ATM on site and they say no. So I had to either run around town looking for an atm or attempt to just drive home and loose my money I spent on the room. It’s now 2:00 am and they tell me I cant check in at all after 2:00 am so there I am driving in a winter storm 2 hours to home all to leave again at 6:00 am in order to get to work by 8:00 am. Needless to say I had a very bad experience

    Unhelpful unknowledgeable staff. The carpets in the hall were heavily soiled and smelled. The room was relatively “clean” but the rugs smelled musty and the walls had all sorts of large and yucky coffee/hot cocoa splatter. My trash was not taken out once in a 7 day stay. No real housekeeping, just an ocasional towel swap twice (once when I requested it). My phone was missing a cord so I had to go down every time I needed something. I once waited for 4 hours for toilet paper. When I asked for soap, I was asked why did I need so much soap (I only asked for 2 in a 7 day stay). The breakfast is the saddest thing ever. Only waffle, hard @$$ fried eggs, 3 cereal canisters that looked stale, no fruit (on 1 day they had 4 green bananas), and brownish OJ. Then, I was charged for a reservation that I had cancelled just minutes after making it (which was well within the cancellation window and I had email confirmation as proof). First I was told that they would reverse the charges. Days later, I spoke to the manager and was told that nothing could be done because I booked thru a 3rd party service and I had to wait until they received confirmation of the cancellation. The temporary hold fell off. Days later the charge appeared again. I was told to speak to a manager. The manager was never EVER around. The woman I spoke to at front desk could neither name or describe the manager as I attempted to sort out if the guy I had spoken with was actually a manager.. avoid if you can.

Down the hallway the room was located on there were thick globs of white-ish substances on the walls. The carpet in the room was FILTHY! It was as if the owners don’t own a vacuum. I refused to take my shoes off except to get into bed. The toilet was leaky causing a running water sound all night. The alarm clock didn’t work. The staff came in our room at some point during the day to replace towels… And that is all that they did. Make up the bed? No. Vacuum the nasty carpet? No. Refresh toiletries? No. I never felt comfortable in this “hotel.” The final straw for me was that the hotel desk worker parked his car in the middle of the driveway under the breezeway so no other cars could drive through for drop off or load or unload their vehicles. I had to ask him if he could please move his car so that we could load up our luggage. We had gotten to the airport and I realized I left my medication in the refrigerator in the room. My husband called to see if they have a shuttle service and was told no. The desk worker said we could come back and use the room key to get the meds. He did not offer to bring the meds down to the desk for easier pick up or anything else to assist. For third world accommodations this place would be 5 star. Unhelpful staff and a disgusting, filthy atmosphere make this place an absolute no!

    Location very convenient and good exterior looks are the reason we booked. But that was misleading. Live roaches / bugs in bed and floor. We got a ground floor room. Not sure if upper floor rooms also had bugs. Breakfast was pathetic. Worst I have encountered in recent memory.

    The was a bug that crawled across the pillow while I was watching television. The bed linen was stained (appeared to be link or something similar). The bed linen also had several wrinkles that would suggest maybe it had not been changed. Because it was New Year’s Eve and I knew that I’d only be there for a short while I didn’t bring the issue to management, I instead slept on my own blanket and pillow case after spraying the bed down with Lysol. In addition, I asked the gentleman at the desk(prior to checking in) about late check out- he was hesitant and told me that I could check out at 12:30 and it would be an additional $30 but I could only pay in cash? I was puzzled as to why it had to be paying cash and opted to leave at 11. This was a very different experience than what I am used to.

    The only PROS about this place is that it's close to everything, has a really nice shower, the air conditioning/heater works, and the beds are pretty decent. Again, I will say it USED to be a good place to stay. I don't know what happened to it but it's going downhill fast.

    I stayed in this hotel for about 12 hours as i had a flight out early the next morning. The room itself was subpar. The towel and wash cloth were super thin. I found a webcob and spider in the shower. Upon going on the elevator there was a button for the "1st" floor that said only press once if the light is off. Upon pressing the button once the elevator made a loud thud that really scared me. Would not recommend staying in this hotel if you can help it.

    Good for one night stay. Bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise due to several large family groups. Even though theres plenty of parking, the spaces seemed really small. Very convenient to the interstate.

    The elevator smelled like weed both at check in and check out. The AC unit had some sort of white powder on it…may have been dust but may have been something else. The rest of the room seemed clean. Checked in at 11:30 pm and out at 3:45 am for an early flight

    Everything was clean. Our beds and pillows were comfortable and everything worked. The only complaint was the lack of yogurt and bananas when I went down for breakfast. But my husband went down for breakfast soon after and the yogurt was replenished.

    The room had stains all over the curtains and the carpet had sticky stuff on it. The room also smelled sour. They didnt have any working vending machines. Got to breakfast at 845 am and the juice machine wasn't working. The water in the machine was warm. They didnt have any food other than a couple pieces of toast and cereal. Had to ask the guy at the front desk to put out sausage biscuits. Someone came and grabbed a few out the freezer and threw them in the fridge. The staff were hanging out in the hall by the breakfast talking instead of seeing what needed to be replenished. Will never stay there again.

    The night I checked in I had to call down about the ac unit in my room it wouldn’t shut off, was told that it would be taken care of in the morning. As of today when I checked out it was still never addressed. Froze for 3 days!! Never a manager on site. THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER.I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND AND I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE ANOTHER CHOICE HOTELS AGAIN!!

    Staff was accommodating. I didn’t realize my NC license had expired, he took other forms of ID and gave me my room since it was pre-paid. I did not like that there was only one working ICE machine which was on a different floor. Also there was an awful weed smell on my floor. But it was quiet, room was clean and very comfortable.     In the beginning of my stay the lobby was calm, and the person at the front was friendly spirited. After checking in and arriving to my room i felt as if i had picked a nice hotel. But after inspecting the room i saw mold in the curtains. No tv remote and a toilet that would not flush. After being completely uncomfortable i went to the front to request a refund. I was told there was nothing he could do since I had already checked in and that I would have to contact Expedia. I’m not sure how the other rooms are but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The fried eggs were dry looking and I didn’t try them. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, but I stayed one night and booked another hotel for the other two. When I checked out, there was no manager and I was told I’d get a receipt emailed but never did. I lost out on money but I couldn’t stay there with the smell.

    Great place for an overnight stay. Rates were very reasonable. Room was very clean and quiet. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Left before breakfast so we can't review that.

    I don't understand the complaints about the breakfast. It was not a gourmet breakfast, but it was advertised as a continental breakfast, and it included some hot items. It is not fair to compare a $75 room with a $150 room. I would stay here again.

    Hotel is average. Light switches had issues in the bathroom. AC struggled to cool off the room. Lastly, the outside doors wouldn't open with key cards so only access was through front door.

    I walked into my room and immediately was hit with a smell that was like really strong incense. I called the frint desk and he comes down to the room. After i opened the door, he starts spraying air freshener and i had my dinner and an open can of drink out. He said nothing he can do and i commented about ac not being on when i arrived and how hot the room was he said he'll let housekeeping know and left. An hour later, the a/c started making loud noise. Called and he came down. Said it was compressor, nothing he can do about it. Never offered me another room. I called to choice and filed a complaint. They attempted to contact front desk but, failed. I had no where to go. They took all my money for security deposit and room, nearly 200.

    When we arrived the back entrance was propped open allowing anyone to enter the hotel without a key. The staff could barely speak English making it hard to communicate. The front desk clerked acted pissed that I asked for a double bed room when I had originally booked a single King room. My truck was broken into during the night. The thieves busted out to of my windows and stole some items. The hotel has cameras pointed directly at the spot I was parked but of course they were not operational. The staff said this happens all the time. Maybe they should have warned me or start patrolling their lot. I will not be back to this hotel.

    It would be great if the front desk clerk explain to you how long your deposit will be on hold if using a Card vs cash. I would’ve used cash. Also the clerk could be more friendly. I wasn’t sure if he was annoyed or just rushing through the checkin/checkout process. I checked out around 05:30 and the caffeinated coffee canister was so low on coffee, it only was able to fill half of the coffee cup. It’s all in the customer service details. The rooms were clean, sheets and towels very fresh. Everything in and about the room was perfect, loved it.

    Front desk Agent was very nonchalant and dismissive of my concerns. I had to keep asking him to change my room because he stated all of the rooms are the same mentioning the dirty walls and black mold covered lamp shades. When the front desk agent finally switched my room I was placed in a room that was even worse with visible dirt covering the walls and black mold covered lamp shades and a broken bathroom door handle and a inoperable bathroom sink light with a sunbeam lamp purchased from dollar tree as the light replacement. I also notified the front desk agent of the elevator issue and was also met with an even more dismissive and patronizing/condescending attitude. Front desk agent kept repeating that he needed to contact the GM to make basic decisions such as changing the room or providing compensation. I was told that this hotel does not provide compensation for its bad living conditions. Once I saw that the second room was even worse from the first room I was assigned I left because I did not feel comfortable especially with a front desk agent who really couldn’t care less. I didn’t know that this location was that bad because I didn’t see any indication in the photos on this app. I was told to contact the GM about a refund or any compensation. I didn’t even stay the night and I feel that given the experience and the horrific conditions I walked into unknowingly and was unable to stay the night and for the inconvenience, a refund would be fair.

    The elevator was broken only 3&4th floor available lots of heavy luggage I have sciatica back problem n arthritis the room was for 3 possibly 4 people they only accommodated 2 as far as wash cloths and towels when we called down he said it will be an hour before he can get any to us

    The elevators were out of service and we were not told that prior to checking in and being placed on the third floor. The TV is small. There was a shortage in our lamps by the beds that caused the lights to flicker each time we sat on the beds.

    The room was not clean. There was no continental breakfast like the website stated. Parking was horrible. We had to park in the back and the key to get in the door didn’t work so we had to walk all the way around the building and it wasn’t much lighting. Elevator was broken and the guy at the front desk tried to give us a room on the 2nd floor with all our luggage. Other than that the price was good.

    Staff was not to friendly. After waiting 10 minutes to check in, no apology. Never mentioned that the elevator did not work. Had to walk up 3 flights. Shower knob was broke. You had to turn it a certain way. Water would get HOT!!!!! to where the knob would be hot as well. I called to let the front desk know but did nothing about it.

    Check in was late at night and very slow. The receptionist was updating his computer, and after we waited for that he thought it was a good idea to bring out another employee for training, which made the whole process take even longer. Aside from that the hotel was fine.
