We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. It is exceptionally stylish, clean, and modern. However, there were two downsides: the front desk staff seemed a bit unfriendly, and more importantly, the bathroom door wouldn't lock. Other than these points, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our time here.

Staff was great, very polite. Breakfast was good too. There was hair on the 2nd bed plus the bathroom floor. The room was not cleaned properly. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Too expensive. It is too far from Durham and Raleigh downtown.

Everything was quite nice! Meticulously clean room, good smell upon entry of the room and free of pollen! The breakfast is a bit over priced for what is offered, however the staff is more than accommodating with putting out what is requested. Housekeeping moves quietly in the mornings and is respectful of one’s privacy. Attention to curb appeal and appreciated the landscaping. Well lit exterior and walkways. Plenty of $10 a night parking. Consistent with security nowadays. Camille and the MOD, whose name I did not get, were professional and attentive. Visited during a conference and was in the room several hours early. Thank you to the front desk staff and housekeeping for making that happen. Sleepy, out of the way hotel that allows for great rest and the ability to forget about the hustle and bustle on the outside.

Quiet, nice staff, convenient restaurant/bar area, clean rooms, free weekend parking. Although why charge during the week? There's plenty of room its not like a downtown limited space with a parking deck. I guess maybe most people stay during the week for business so it's a way to make an extra $10 a day.

The staff are great We were not warned that the hotel was under renovation and that ruined they stay. It was meant to be relaxing but the drilling into concrete above my head was extremely annoying. I have PTSD and always make a point of me mentioning that in my bookings. This would have been our third year in a row staying at the hotel. Be more up front with residents in future and do not leave that to when they arrive

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect! We will come here several times a year after this experience. The room was clean and beautiful, had every convenience we could want and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfectly comfortable and peaceful. The beds were amazing. My mother was here for treatment at Duke and we come several times a year from Florida. The room had plenty of space for her wheelchair which is tough to find sometimes in a hotel. The tub had a flip down bench and it was perfectly equipped for a relaxing shower. The breakfast was awesome and there was nothing that could have made our stay better. Every person that worked here was super nice and professional. We are very grateful

When we came to check in at 4 we were told to come back because our room was not ready as they “over” booked the hotel and after 12 hours in the car driving had to wait over half an hour. The room had bandaids on the floor and some trash that my fiancee stepped on.

The lady who checked us in was very cordial and informative. She is the reason I gave the staff and services 5 stars. Everything else was just, meh. The toilet had streaks all in it when we walked in. So that tainted everything and made us feel like everything was dirty from the beginning. We just weren’t comfortable and couldn’t wait to leave.

Breakfast staff were very friendly and proactive in asking for coffee to go cups and having your bill ready so you could get on with your day. Right side elevator had a bit of a funky smell that was the only negative to the overall experience.

Location is inside a huge business park. If you want to eat somewhere other than their restaurant, it was a drive to get there. Breakfast was OK but some of the food was cold 2 of the 3 days. TOILET. It was built for a 10 year old. Frig was tiny and at max setting was just cool. Plus no freezer. Door was heavy and hard to open. Luggage trolley could not get over door track without my pulling front up. View was ugly.

The renovations going on are necessary and will make the place even more appealing, but my visit (7/4-7/6/25) occurred right as the renovations were taking place. Highly recommend once renovations are done.

This hotel was a very good stay and I would stay here again. The staff who checked us in were extremely friendly and very welcoming. The hotel felt safe and the room accommodations were great. The room was very clean and offered enough space for my daughter and I. We were there for a concert and enjoy the stay and will definitely stay here again.

We stay here a lot for business. Hotel is going through construction so our floor you could hear work going on during the day. The newly renovated room is nice. I am sure once the entire hotel is completed it will be nice.

We had a very short overnight stay. I had an early surgery arrival time the next morning. We were happy to have a very spacious and newly renovated room. The room was spotless and comfortable. Beds were a little firm for me, but I like a soft mattress. This hotel is very close to the Arringdon Surgery Front desk staff were great.

Between maintenance and house keeping, I was disturbed multiple times, I told both to come back at check out, but I was continuously woken up by incessant knocking at the door.

I loved my stay here! Although I only stayed one night, it was very comfortable and clean. There was an event that resulted in others being loud in the lobby area afterward. I could hear from my room, but a call to the front desk was handled quickly and respectfully. I plan on staying here again.

We stayed here flying in from NY to attend a wedding. This hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly.

Watch out. After they put hold of 50$, THEY kept 10$. Dont know why only talked to front desk at check-in. So have to get new card now. Took 10min for front desk to arrive from getting lunch. I didnt even compllain about that. The beds are hard. Didnt complain about that either. But when they STEAL money had to complain. Its only 10$ but its the point of THE MAN getting over on me.

It looks like you are going through renovations! A lot of things not available like; fireplace not working properly and not having enough things on the house menus for a quick visit! Guest were outside in front of property smoking! Need a designated area for guest!

The lobby and room met my expectations. The staff were wonderful! The hotel is in the middle of no where. No eateries around. A drive is needed to get food. I prefer to just walk to restaurants.

Great room with a fantastic and elegant glass and tiled shower, new oscillating shower heads, a very nice spa-like surprise. Illuminated mirror and nice toiletries, on wall in shower. Fluffy nice towels. Comfortable bed, pillows and focused reading lamp, great TV. Closet with swing doors and automatic light very handy. Comfortable carpet. Downstairs an attractive bar and comfortable deep seating, and 24 hr snack shop if you want it. Fast elevators.

The only issue was ppl smoking at the entrance to the lobby. generally everything else was good.

I typically book through Marriott but this trip was a bit last minute. Nonetheless, the property was sub par for Marriott standards at least. Thin walls, rude staff, outdated property, overall poor quality.

Only an overnight stay but it was a good one. Check in was fast and easy. The clerk was courteous and provided excellent customer service. Our room was cozy and clean. There were more than enough towels for the 3 of us. The shower liner did have some mildew buildup on it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I would not recommend eating at restaurant. My chicken was not cooked completely. Manager came and apologized and they gave me a burger to replace it. I had the burger put in a to go box . When I opened it I could not believe it. The top of the bun was burnt, no trimming and burger was very well done.

Literal roach motel. The staff was sweet and apologetic, but I got a room on the first floor close to the kitchen and found a roach in the room. I asked for a new room as far away as possible and was given one on the 6th floor, but immediately found another roach behind the bathroom door. Again, the staff was mortified and did what they could, but I moved hotels.

Great Customer Service.

I could hear the people in the room next door and hallway. So if light sleep that could be issue.

No housekeeping services. Had to call fir towels twice

The only problem I had, which really wasn't a problem, was that my room was on the first floor.

Really comfortable hotel. Had a very nice bed, room and fully remodeled inside. Nice decor and pretty easy to find location. The pool and hot tub were very nice perks. It would have been nice to have coffee for guests and water in the lobby and the shuttle going to downtown.
