We had a one bedroom suite. House keeping did not come in every day. We stay 5 nights. Housekeeping was “scheduled” to come in the day before we checked out. The free breakfast was fair. Swimming pool was warm. Front desk staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Pull out sofa bed mattress was not too good. Free parking. 2 restaurants nearby

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. Our suite was a good size and had a really comfortable beds. The real star of the trip was the hot breakfast. It was delicious and filling. We enjoyed the clean pool, as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

My husband and son became stuck on the elevator with an elderly couple. When I went to the front desk to get help for them there was a sign tbag said be back later... After waiting 10 min I told my husband to ring the emergency line on the elevator and noticed the front desk was ringing. Noone answered so he tried again and again the front desk rang. A very sweet and helpful worker from the breakfast area searched for the receptionist for about the entire 10-15 and was also unsuccessful at finding her. Finally she showed up to answer the phone and I informed her that the person on the phone was my husband who had been stuck in ab elevator for about 15 min or longer. She the began searching for the for departments number and after 5 min or so she was able to contact the fire department. When they got there they helped them off the elevator but it made us late for a funeral and made for a very stressful departure time having to rush around. When leaving the only thing that was said was glad y'all got out of there safe... I just expected a little more concern and sensitivity when something like that happens. I also heard her say yea the same elevator as before to another worker so that tells me they knew that elevator was not in working order and left the front desk unattended during check out time. It was around 10:20-10:30 when this happened. Other than that the night person who checked us in was great. The room was clean enough big enough for all of us.

It was a very nice hotel. I wasnt there long so I couldn't rate the amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel and room were very clean. We didnt have a chance to fully experience breakfast but I did notice that the staff was very attentive to the breakfast items and refilling when necessary. I would definitely stay here again

I liked the breakfast I did not like that the air was not working in the room and I raced out to someone several times and it was not fixed. They did nothing to accommodate me . My son and I were uncomfortable all night .

We stayed the night here with five in our family. The stay was very pleasant with a wonderful two bedroom suite. We will definitely try other locations with this chain.

We loved the stay. Very comfortable and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal. Much better than I anticipated. I loved how they changed up the breakfast from weekdays to weekend. The choices of food changed up. They have a weekday social, which is nice. I travel for work and this is a nice change up.

The staff were all super great. The breakfast was good and most things were pretty clean. Elevators were kinda gross, and the suites were disappointing, they were very dated and didnt look like the pictures. But overall was clean and quiet. The suites are very spacious love the fact that you have a full size bathroom in the 2 bedroom suite and the kitchen has a stove top if you wanna cook simple foods such as tacos

The lobby and hang out space One female staff on front desk on the day of our departure was very rude when I asked for extending our check out time by a couple of hours. She even snubbed a junior staff member who was trying to help. Mattress were really bad.

Good location. Rooms looked clean. Room 720 was right underneath the building air conditioning system which disturbed our sleep. We had requested a quiet room. Sink area was open to the bedroom and rather small.

Very nice room. Do wish the bathroom in the suite was accessible without going through the bedroom, but that is just preference. The breakfast was good. Loved there was plenty of seating. The breakfast food area is cramped. Would suggest moving the waffle machine to the other side of cabinet area it is at that people waiting are not blocking others from getting their food that do not want waffles.

My stay was great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Just wish there was more than one meat option. Everyone doesn’t eat sausage. But overall I would say here again. The bed was comfortable and the space was very accommodating.

Our stay at the Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airport was good overall. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet at night, and the space in the room was adequate. There are a few things that could be improved. The placement of the microwave was not ideal, as it was positioned too low and did not provide enough space to prepare food comfortably; it should be installed higher. The water pressure in the shower was very strong, and to keep the water hot you basically had to leave it fully open, which made it difficult for the kids to shower. Lowering the pressure slightly would give better control. Also, every time housekeeping changed the towels, we had to remind them that we were a party of five, as they kept leaving only four towels. This is something that could be managed better since the number of guests is already known. The breakfast was good, but very repetitive. During our five-day stay, waffles were offered only once, and there were never any pancakes. It was the same scrambled eggs and bread every day. This area could be improved with more variety. Overall, the breakfast quantity was decent, and everything was fresh enough for everyone.

A little noisy First room had a big stain on the floor and the refrigerator was leaking. Moved to another room. The second room, the toilet was leaking. Reported it to the front desk, and nothing was done

I like the variety of different room types and yhe close proximity to the airport. The staff did not clean our room throughout the entire stay even when we asked for service. We had to request and go to the front desk to receive clean towels, wash cloths and toilet paper.

The hotel was great except for a few housekeeping oversights in our room: no shampoo in the wall container, tv remote did not work, dishes and silverware were dirty, splatter on the cupboard, no coffee cup holder. The room itself we loved - the extra space is perfect, and bed was very comfortable with the covers and ceiling fan a plus.

I appreciated the front desk staff who helped me navigate an incorrect booking date on my part. They were wonderful and gracious despite the error on my part. When I had to switch rooms, they found me another quickly on the same hall so I could easily move my belongings. The service was top notch and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. EXCELLENT staff!

The suite was a great size. Very clean. Breakfast was great. I loved the options and seating area! Pool hours made it tough to use the pool during our stay.

We asked for Homewood Suites by Hilton near our present location off of Hwy I-85 and it gave us one but it was 26 min of extra driving. Also when we arrived it was difficult to find the entrance

We were there 3 nights and no one ever came to clean our room. We inquired at the front desk and they said they do it every other night, which we are fine with, but they never came at all!

The staff here was very unprofessional! We booked a room for a night through Expedia and was driving from NY so around 2pm we called the hotel ahead of time and let them know we were on our way but would be late and wanted to make sure we would still be able to check in when we got there, the person we talked to asked for our confirmation number pulled up our reservation and told us that is No Problem at all she noted it down and will let the next person coming on shift know, the weather was bad and there were a bunch of accidents on our way there so around 8pm we called the hotel again and informed them that there were major delays on the interstate and we are still on our way, we let them know that we have 4 kids and wanted to ensure our room will still be ready since we wouldn't arrive until the early morning hours, the same person we talked to earlier once again reassured us that our room will be ready for us when we arrive and we had nothing to worry about. When finally arrived a little after 2am the person at the front desk informed us that they did not have any rooms at all available and that there was a miscommunication because due to some system error they had my reservation for a different date. When we asked her why the last person didn't tell us that while we were in communication with her she said that the other worker must have saw that we had a booking but didn't look at the date....This whole situation made no sense to me.👿

So I wasn't sure of what I could or couldn't ask for. Also, it dawned on me that I hadn't been told of check out time, and had to call the front desk this morning to find out when. We were only fifteen minutes past time (although I asked for thirty), but I told the house keeping lady and the maintenance man who helped me the front desk (grateful) and returned my keys.

I had no issues with my stay. Breakfast was good as usual. I would of preferred homemade oatmeal instead of instant.

The location was convenient. The room was a nice size. The staff sucked. The housekeepers at like your in their house. My room was not cleaned once in the 6 days I was there. I had to constantly ask for fresh linens and towels. My toilet was broken and I cut my finger pretty bad trying to fix it. There were spiders in my room as well. When it was time to check out the front desk allowed one family to use ALL of the carts to remove their things as if no one else had things to get. When I mentioned this to the front desk lady, she advised I have my daughter who is 12. Sit at the bottom in the lobby and wait for a cart. This was quite frustrating because I am four months pregnant and I was thinking that with my 12-year-old and my four-year-old.

My stay was pleasant..I had the 2 bedroom suite..Initially i was in room 608 and had it changed to 408..Unfortunately, the agent who checked me in didnt change it so another guest tried to enter..it was a little hiccup but it didnt affect my stay. I would definitely stay here ahain and recommend.

Our suite was great, just what we'd hoped for. Our only problem was that a gang of kids were running up and down our hall knocking on doors. My grandchildren and I had been asleep for a while, and it waked us all up. I can't really blame the hotel, except that there were also loud adults, cheering and clapping too late at night.

My room was very nice. The hotel appeared clean and breakfast was okay. Needs more parking. The two ladies at the front desk could really use some training in customer service. Not friendly at all. The one with the short hair blonde tips and the one with the red locs.

Everything was good. My only complaint which the hotel has no control over is the business complex across the street had their fire alarms going off for several hours which made for a nuisance.

Staff was very nice. Hotel is a bit old and run down. Stains on sheets were a minus. Had to go to the desk to get bedding for pull out sofa. Pillows were terrible. Bed was quite hard. What looked to be cigarette burn on tub. I will say though the staff here were very nice.

I thought the property looked old. The bathroom had a weird smell. Overall it was comfortable and the pool was nice.

We booked this hotel based on the hotel shuttle, as we had an 8am flight out of RDU. When we checked in we were informed the shuttle doesn’t start running til 8am. On Expedias site it states it’s a 24 hour shuttle service. We had to spend over $100 for two Ubers at 6am.

I feel bad about giving 3 stars for a super nice clean hotel but staff totally ignored report of my broken refrigerator in the room that my food in the cooler went bad totally! No cold drinks etc. Not fun on a hot summer. Other than that all great

The checkout time says noon on Expedia but the hotel checkout time is actually 11. This was an issue during my stay as I stayed until noon, even double checking that morning. Overall it was a good place to sleep but not somewhere I would go to enjoy any hotel amenities outside of a shower and a bed.

Everyone was so nice, especially front desk employee. Ladies at breakfast were so accommodating. The breakfast selection, including the waffle maker, was good, and there were plenty of places to sit, eat, and spread out.

The continental breakfast was okay, tater tots and sausage were overcooked and the pool was closed until 7/14!!! The waffle maker worked our second day there, overall the stay was okay ~

Very nice property. We stayed so we were close to the airport and the kids wanted to swim. What we didn’t know is the pool was closed. They should have let us know

Room was clean, staff helped arrange a cab to get to the airport. The do not have a 24 hour airport shuttle as stated on the website. Even though they had a shuttle working when we arri3back in Raleigh they wouldnt allow us to use it since we didn't have an active reservation. Disappointed in lack of travel accommodations for an airport hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. They were able to accommodate us after 11pm. Clean and comfortable beds, good continental breakfast, and fitness center was ideal for a hotel.

The front desk staff at check in was extraordinary. Breakfast was amazing I would suggest that they add another waffle maker, there was only one in operation during our stay.

The water in the 2nd bathroom barely came out of the faucets, it had very low pressure. The AC was not cooling, the only area that was cool was the living area both bedrooms were not. They were out of a lot of cleaning supplies so you couldn’t clean your dishes when you used them.

No soap in shower pump. Called desk - nobody there to bring it up. Breakfast was awful.

staid four nites and never saw a maid in or around my room had to ask the front desk for some clean towels the besy she would do was two bath towles with no apoligy realy pised me off after that i thought we would a room cleaN UP but it never hapend still no clean up or dry towles no one tryed to make it better it sucked.i am a 70 year old perso who excepted but but was never able to get a clean room.

It was a nice stay. We picked this hotel because it says in the description that there is 24 hour free shuttle service round trip to the airport, but that wasn’t the case. We found out when we got there that the shuttle runs around 6am to late in the evening, NOT 24 hours. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The continental breakfast was just OK. The bathtub in the room (706) seemed outdated, and maybe in need of updating

Everything is perfect! Staffs were so nice our room is clean and comfy we enjoyed our stay and we slept good

The pool was clean but a little in need of TLC. But we cooled off and stretched our muscles after a 9 hour drive I’m serving a meal for 35 people when I get there so having a freezer/ refrigerator to keep my food cold and frozen is a mega bonus. Nice place!!!

Receptionist Marylin was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself as well as the room are great, newly renovated. The maid could have done a better job by cleaning the coffee maker. Other than that, all is perfect.

Room was very clean although we did not get house keeping during our two night stay (maybe standard? Wasn’t sure). Pillows were much too soft in my opinion. For “eco friendly” how about providing recycling containers in rooms?

Most of the kitchen equipment did not work the toilet did not flush I had to take the top off to flush toilet no clean towels was there for 3 days and the deposit was too expensive did not notify me of that

The beds was uncomfortable, they come in and clean up our room and replace towels. They have a small lot and breakfast was not worth the wake up. Place was clean and the service was fast.

The hotel is under renovation. The lobby is closed. We checked in at a side door that was not clearly marked and was propped open with a floor mat when we first arrived but later was locked! The only rooms available are on the 7th floor. The elevator is not reliable. We were able to use it to get to our room but it was not working when we needed to check out so we had to haul our suitcases down 7 flights of stairs and exit thru a outside door at the back of the hotel. We chose the hotel because they advertised a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. There was no shuttle. The manager said that they would pay for our taxi when our flight landed at 12:50 am but the desk clerk said she had never heard of this option.

We had reserved a suite with a king bed, but were given a suite with 2 queens instead. The room was newly renovated and comfortable, but just not what we reserved. It may have been because the hotel is under construction right now. There was lots of construction noise from the time we checked in at 3:00 until about 6:00. There was loud music and talking from the room across the hall when we returned from a concert. We called the front desk about 11:30 and it was taken care of immediately. I think most of the problems were due to construction which is expected to be completed in about a month.

The girl at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming which made a fantastic first impression. Room was spotless, great water pressure, perfect location if you’re here for business in the research triangle.

Willie, at the check-in desk, was very friendly and very helpful in pointing out places for dinner. He was very willing to help if any issues arose.

I stayed at this property with my daughter while visiting Duke University. The hotel itself was convenient to the area of the university. The property itself was great and has a nice breakfast with a large dining area. The hotel room was nice and quiet. Jasmyn was the staff member who checked us in and helped us. She even put in a request for housekeeping for us. Unfortunately, after we came back from a long day outside for college visits and expected to have a clean room to relax in, we found housekeeping did not follow through with the request. Therefore, I had to call the front desk to find out what happened. I could not get an answer and was left to request linens, toilet paper, etc. This is not the expectation I have of a Homewood Suites. I mentioned it again upon checkout, and the front desk staff did not seem to care. She said she would put a message in to the manager, and he would give me a call. Of course, like most places these days, there is no customer service. I still have not received that call, and I was even told by that staff member that I could contact Expedia so they could advocate on my behalf. Seriously??? Why can’t people do their jobs and actually rectify the situation? So, while this Homewood Suites was a decent place to stay, I would think twice because of the lack of customer service especially being a Hilton Honors member.
