The bathroom and the bedroom were really nice. I love the fact that the hotel has a restaurant next to it (Tony Roma's). Also, 10 mins walking distance to plenty food places (Zaxby, what the jerk, Chinese, smoothie house, Indian cuisine, creek cuisine), gas station, The bed was somewhat uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Also, the house keepers were a bit loud, they cleaned the rooms on my floor, from like 10am to 4pm so I couldn't nap because I kept hearing them. The walls were kind of thin, I could hear the people upstairs and the people in the room next to me at night.

My favorite hotel in Durham the rooms are big the bed was amazing they have a Starbucks only thing I wish the Starbucks was open later atleast till 11 or 12

The check in staff was very frustrating. I’ve stayed at many Delta Marriott’s and have never had the issues with access to the pantry or other amenities that I have had both times I stay at this one. I’m loyal to Marriott and very disappointed with this specific hotel.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the sitting area was a nice touch. The café was great, food was good and hot, and the staff was accommodating and pleasant The bathroom was not as clean as other Marriotts we've stayed in. The grout in the tub and the sink could use a good scrub, showed signs of mildew and mold. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, and took a good while to reach full flow..which wasn't much.

Loud screaming in the hallway and moving epuipment, I never fell back to sleep. Nice hotel but that part was terrible. The property was clean and updated. The amenities were modern. My only two complaints were the comfort of the beds and the minimal parking. The beds were kind of hard making it difficult to get a good nights rest, and the parking spaces are really small to the point it's difficult to open your own car door without hitting the car next to you.

Great stay. Very nice room and very clean. Did have a slow draining bathroom sink and refrigerator in room was not getting cold. Microwave on guests floors was locked and wasn’t able to be used. Had to go to reception area for microwave. But I would stay again.

It was a nice and clean little stay. The receptionist who greeted us when we walked in seemed weird and we stood there for what felt like 5 minutes explaining to this guy that the reservation was booked under my email and not the name on my card. Never had an issue like this before anywhere else I've stayed.

Nice hotel, very clean and good location, just be beware if you book by hotels.com or Expedia the guy at feont desk is the second time he just hold money on my card wherever he wants he never tell you how much is holding, other thing he dont tell you about elevator, breakfast, parking etc etc, not a good person to work with customer service.

Very clean and beautiful room. Nice large shower. However - the bed was atrocious. I guess it was some sort of memory foam? It was extremely hot and never cooled off and was also very hard - probably because the mattress is directly on a wooden platform. Also we had the two queen bed room and these are not queens - they are full size beds. You'd be better off with a king room if there are two of you sharing a bed. So - tiny, hard, hot bed. Otherwise beautiful place with a steak restaurant in the lobby and very clean.

Probably could have more parking. I have stayed here multiple times and it has been hard to find a spot to park. Went around the entire lot and found the last spot in the back of the hotel.

2nd floor. Elevator doors squeak loud when opening/closing and I heard loudly and clearly from my room every time. One morning at 7:00 there was NO hot water. Had to take a cold shower. Others from my group staying in same hotel said they also had no hot water. I think it was Wednesday.

The location is not really walkable to anything useful and I assume is traditionally geared towards RDP business traffic. But apparently around the holidays gets regular travelers and while they do have signs up for quiet hours that are reasonable, people don't seem to follow those and you can very much hear others in your room. The one saving grace is that there is an extremely loud fan in the room that works about half of the time. The downside of it working about half of the time is that it is also how the room heats, so it goes through big temp swings in the winter. There are USB ports by the bed that work for charging and USB ports on the desk that do not.

There wasnt much of anything that I didnt like about this propety. It was beautiful. The staff was polite, personable and helpful. Ive kind of developed into a germaphobe lately due to health reasons and the room was so clean! I appreciate that more than anything. And it was one of the most affordable hotels in the area when I stayed. AND the room had reading lights on the bed!!! I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back!

Staff was on point! We got in late Sunday frim vacation and the night attedant was friendly, kind and checked us in very quickly. The room was very nice and clean and the decor is modern updated. Looks like its a new hotel. Beds are comfortable and clean. I will be staying with Delta by Marriott from now on! I was albe to leave my car parked for a number of days while on vacation and stayed at hotel.on our return. Very good value for the quality! Definitely a 10 out of 10

Little disappointed that a hotel 3 miles near the airport didn't have a shuttle past 6PM and not before 8AM to go to airport . Had to take an Uber

We liked the newness of the property, the multiple outlets, and the bathroom and shower configuration. However the shower had lukewarm water at best and we notified the staff regarding this point. The bathroom towels can be a bit bigger relative to other similar hotels.

The hotel esthetics are stunning. I literally was only on my room to sleep as it was a very quick trip. Location few minutes from highway. Staff was very accommodating. I’d definitely book this hotel again for a longer getaway.
