The Duke room, property and outdoor garden absolutely beautiful! Atmosphere is very relaxing with beautiful music all around. Breakfast elegantly served and very delicious! Overall 5 star experience!

Beautiful property, but very little services available on site, no luggage storage, no one to ask questions or help with baggage up the stairs, or troubleshooting issues. There is a number you can text, but only responds during business hours. Not a good location if you will be relying on uber or lyft. Steam shower is a major plus.

Lovely setting with attractive yard and garden. The Cottage, where I stayed, is charming and comfortable with a gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub, plus a shower. I had 2 delightful included breakfasts with excellent hot dishes and home-baked treats, plus a tasty fruit bowl, served on my porch. The main building is beautifully decorated with a parlor and large dining room. A special and welcoming B&B.

Lovely property and Gardens. I think Stephanie and Ron pretty much thought of everything on this restoration. Even the fresh fruit was ripe. Bring a small suitcase if your room is upstairs, very narrow curving stairs but lots of handrails. The Lipscomb room was delightful with fireplace. lovely breakfast patio.

Exquisitely decorated and maintained notable historic Inn. Beautifully appointed rooms with special touches. Staff is incredible, booking and constant care by owners is spot-on. I only wish I could have spent more time there! Definitely on my return list.

The property is beautiful and the owners Ron and Stephanie are lovely. The room was comfortable and quiet with black out shades and breakfasts were delicious. The only drawback is that it sits on a busy road which the owners cannot control.

I often get very anxious when traveling alone but the staff here were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Almost felt like home in a sense. If I ever need to make a trip to North Carolina again I’ll definitely make a return to Arrowhead inn!

This is just what we wanted. Close to my son’s house and felt like I was staying at someone home. It’s a beautiful historic inn that treats you like you’ve come to visit them. A lovely room and the tub and steam shower where the best way to end a long day of travel. We will definitely use again .

My husband and i very much enjoyed our recent stay. Ron, the owner along with the staff, are extremely helpful. The inn is beautiful and close to Durham. I especially enjoyed their beautiful gardens.

Wonderful bed and breakfast stay. This is our second time staying at the Arrowhead and we will definitely be back. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was very delicious! Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway stay in the Durham/Raleigh area.

Everything! The atmosphere, furnishings, garden. Love the huge 4-trunk tree out back! I did not dislike them, but the stairs are steep and narrow. Some people would have a hard time getting to the second floor. This is probably mentioned somewhere on the website. I really appreciated the sturdy railings!

Breakfast was incredible (Stephanie should write a cookbook or open a restaurant!), the service was wonderful, sheets/bedding and bathrobe incredible soft, and the atmosphere of the house and grounds was so relaxing and exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. There was nothing that we wanted or needed that we did not have at our fingertips. We will be back for sure and recommend Arrowhead Inn 10/10.

Room was wonderful and comfortable a little noisy from the highway

Breakfast was fantastic, one of best we have ever expierenced. The property was amazing and the beauty of the plants and trees enhanced our expierence. The owners are the nicest individuals, and we would recommend this place to anyone, and we will be back in the future. Nothing, it was a perfect weekend stay.

The property is extremely unique. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. I stayed in the cottage which was wonderful. My only complaint and it is a very small one is that they don't have regular TV. You have to use streaming services. That being said, they do have every streaming service known to man but you have to have your own account. This place is so beautiful though I doubt you will be watching much TV.

I have stayed in lots of hotels and airbnbs over the years, so imagine my shock when one of the best accommodations I have ever had was right here, in my own backyard. I wanted a special girls night with my daughter and booked this bed and breakfast 20 mins away from my house and instantly felt transported. The history of the house is stunning, the comfort of the room is unmatched, and I instantly couldn't wait to return. When we weren't enjoying the fireplace from our bed, we were soaking in the huge tub, or enjoying the steam shower. It was also a nice touch having a Disney membership we could use!

We had a lovely stay at the Arrowhead Inn for our 11th anniversary. The Innkeepers, Ron and Stephanie, went out of their way to accomodate all of our requests and make our stay extra comfortable and special. The Inn is immaculate, extremely well cared for with beautiful ammenities and grounds. We looked forward to breakfast every morning on the garden patio and returning to our cozy room with fireplace each night. If our paths lead us back to the Durham area we will definitely stay there again!

The property was lovely! It would have been nice to have non dairy options for coffee/tea. Also, the Owners did not acknowledge that it was our Anniversary, even though I spoke to the owner and made him aware. They could be more personable.

Exquisite gardens, unique garden art. Spacious grounds. Excellent gourmet breakfast. Historic home is beautiful inside and out, and very clean. Next to a busy highway, but the noise is not noticable inside the house, and traffic quiets down at night anyway. One of the best B & B's we've stayed at anywhere. Highly recommended.

The Arrowhead Inn was the absolute epitome of comfort and amazing service. The Innkeep, Ron, was such a kind person who made me feel right at home. The house was gorgeous, the rooms were quiet and lush, breakfast was absolutely AMAZING. I have nothing bad to say- staying here was a treat.

Mr. Wood, the Innkeeper, being exceptionally well versed in the area and building history, began the individual check in and tour with a verbal history of the Inn and it’s ownership since it’s inception as a family home in the 18th century, accentuating the pristine condition of the Inn. The serenity of the home and the accommodation were perfect and the attention to detail in its upkeep and decor could not be missed. I will definitely be returning any chance I get.

This is definitely a 5-star experience! I look forward to coming back.

Ron and the staff were great. The property is well-maintained and my own suite was comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was creative and good.

It was our very first time. It was such a beautiful place. And the people were so very friendly and helpful in anyway they could. So so very clean. When we arrived we were showed around the place and given a little History about the place. It was most enjoyable from the moment we walked in to the minute we left. Helpful and friendly in every way possible. Would love to stay again sometime.
