Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia by IHG

The Crowne Plaza was an excellent hotel to stay in. I was thoroughly pleased with everything. I loved the cleanliness of the rooms and how they maintained the hotel in its entirety. I will be back for future visits.

Only thing that I caught on to was there wasn’t microwaves in the rooms and we had to leave our room to go to snack bar and warm it up . Everything was perfect tho

2. On our second day, we couldn’t shower because black dirt was coming out of the shower and faucets! 3. We specifically requested rooms adjacent to each other so the kids weren’t separated and Crown did not accommodate us.

The room was clean and beds very comfortable. We also loved the garden area. Also liked the later Checkout at 12.

My experience here was amazing I will 100000% book again for One Music Festival. Only downside was the pool being closed during my stay. And having to pay $25 for parking per night. But overall amazing. I highly recommend

Overall, my stay was great! My only minor gripe was the attitude of the lady bartender at the bar on the entrance level. My drink was not made properly. She gave me excuses and did not offer to remake my drink. Other than that, the staff was amazing.

We had an amazing 3 day stay here for a local baseball tournament. The property is beautiful and all staff that we had interaction with were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. We did not get to enjoy the pool but it did look big and clean when we walked by it. The gym right by the pool is also very nice with tons of equipment. There is also a courtyard area right by the pool that has loungers for sunbathing if you wanted. Very nice area, felt safe the entire time. The hotel is right acoss the street from Perimeter mall, with plenty of dining options. There is some sort of building construction adjacent to the hotel but it did not seem to be noisy that we noticed. We had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The room was perfect! After all the running around I did that weekend, it was nice to come back and get some good rest. The parking spaces were a bit small, but I didn't have any issues with safety, so it panned out. The staff was very professional. They were also very helpful. I will stay here again. I arrived as there was a convention going on, and it didn't affect the parking space. If I can make a suggestion, I would consider offering a wider variety of snacks in the mini-store and a better assortment of beverages. Maybe more healthy options, maybe some boiled eggs, and different types of water. Less sugary snacks, but perhaps kids stay there a lot. Other than that, I had an overall great experience.

I can't think of anything I did like. First the carpet throughout the hallways smell terrible and look absolutely filthy especially under the eerie dim hall lights. As I entered the room the carpet was also pungent and unclean. The view of the city drew me to the windows but upon approaching, I noticed holes and tearing along the curtains. I figured it's only two days and I won't be here much as i would be out mostly working I ignored my better judgment to leave. The second day when I awoke it was unfortunate that I then saw the comforter had tiny holes in it so I took the coveri ng off and was horrified by the hidden mildew or dirt stains all over it. I will never stay in this hotel again!

This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaze. My room was VERY spacious and clean. I had a small issue but staff were very professional and quickly willing to assist. I also had a beverage at the bar and it was really good. I had a guest that was even impressed by the hotel. Ill definitely have this as my goto hotel when in/near Atlanta.

Our room was updated, nice view & clean but extremely small. Our bathroom door didn’t open all the way as it ran into the toilet, very tiny!! The bathroom & touchups were noticeably done in a rush or not updated in a while- wall paper was not flush to wall which looked odd, paint peeling & random stains high up on walls. Pool was odd, bottom was uneven with bubbles & felt like it was coming up. Not super well kept for how nice everything else appeared to be. We did like the parking & how safe it was, food was decent (a tad pricey) & main lobby has a fantastic ambiance! Overall we’d probably stay again if needed.

Location was phenomenal the entire area , neighborhood of the location was fabulous right next to upscale mall multiple classy restaurants, complimentary shuttle was a nice touch takes guest up to 2 miles. The wood garden in back was home run. Lobby is beautiful last but not least. The resturant in lobby has plant The pricing is very unclear during my stay . First booking had one price which was the lowest , then upon check in I swipe my credit card for pending amount that wasn't the same as booking. Then during the night another total different amount popped up on screen in room, them next day another higher amount. So I seen 4 different charge amounts for my stay. The front desk did good job trying to explain it. However nothing should have to be that complicated. Shouldn't have to see several different numbers even if it's a pending hold as the clerk stated. I swipe for (348 booking) (617 swipe at desk) (272 TV screen in room) (472 on checkout at desk) totally not understanding why all different totals. Super confused for the customer appearance of charges being added that isn't there. Worked out in the end however needed to be clear and upfront to much fluaution of numbers.

Depending on room location it also could be a fairly long walk to get your pet outside in relation to the elevators. It is also frustrating to have to pay for parking (even self parking) on top of the room rate.

The rooms need a major upgrade. The bathtub was clogged and overall I didn’t feel comfortable in the room because it didn’t feel clean.

The property was beautiful inside and out and the staff was always friendly and helpful going as far as texting me to make sure I had everything I needed I would go back and the heated pool was my favorite

One of my favorite properties in Atlanta m/Dunwoody (perimeter). Good hotels are hard to find! The staff is always nice and greeting with a smile. The rooms and property is always clean. Close to shopping and food (across the street). Beautiful area to walk. I stayed here for the first time in 2023 and when people ask me for hotel in the area, I always send them here.

Beautiful property. We had a great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. The only issue we experienced was cloudy water in the first room, but the staff handled it quickly and moved us to another room without any hassle. We really appreciated how promptly they resolved the problem and would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was awesome and Dante made sure my stay was comfortable! Valet was extremely courteous and the hotel grounds were kept clean! The only slight negative and this may be a universal standard is checkout time is 12:00pm. I did not like that housekeeping came in my room unannounced at 10:00am instead of first knocking on my door.

The property was nice , quiet and clean. The property billed for items I never received. I was double charged for valet parking. I received a refund on the parking but not for a chocolate covered cherry package that we never ordered. I asked Rebekah the representative if she could look into the matter because clearly there was some type of mixup because I was obviously being billed for another room as well. Basically Rebecca stated there really wasn’t a need to investigate because of The name and confirmation number of this thread.

We had a large corner room with a huge window and a beautiful view of the park out back. The mattress on the bed was perfect! They had a variety of pillows from super soft to firm. The lobby is stunning! The restaurant was great. Having convenient covered parking was great and we were able to charge our EV. We loved everything about the hotel and the room. I wish the room service was available for all three meals.

The elevator is too slow for as many guests that come through the lobby. The rooms are outdated to me and walls are a bit thin. No ventilation in the bathroom and the pillows were way too firm for our liking. Breakfast was great and staff polite. Check in took 20 minutes waiting in line behind other guests.

The property has some exterior construction but the building common areas are clean and orderly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Conference rooms were quite cold but otherwise comfortable. Conference foyer area has poor lighting for displaying posters or registration materials. Room was very comfortable but carpet did not appear to be vacuumed. Location was very convenient to restaurants and a large shopping mall which is great for those without a rental car.

The only negative thing I have to say is if you’re there for a conference and you need to get to your room quick, leave a little bit before everyone else. 4 elevators for almost 800 people is not nearly enough. The line was so long to go to our room, the restaurant sat people to eat dinner then didn’t serve them bc they became overwhelmed and made everyone leave bc they kitchen staff basically walked away. The staircase is close by the conference area so get a low floor room. Buttttttt, you then have to get a supervisor to unlock the door to the staircase, so you can go up. Thats really my only complaint. That and the stupid sensors on the ac units!!

The breakfast was tasty and the staff were very attentive. We didn't realize until arrival that the microwave was on the 1st floor unless you requested it in advance. That was unexpected, otherwise it was a great stay!

The hotel was in prime location right across the street from the mall I want to give 100% Koodos to the valet staff!! David and Rick are the managers. They handled every concern that I had.!! they both need raises and their staff. I didn’t have one bad interaction with the valet staff and I used them up !! lol the front desk was always really nice, but if you need to get them by phone, they’re very hard to contact even prior to my stay! They have a separate concierge staff, and I didn’t have a lot of interactions with them, but they didn’t know the phone number to contact that desk alone when I was unable to contact the front desk, which kind of bug the hell out of me!! But overall this stay was amazing. I didn’t have time to go see the amenities, even though I plan to. I give my stay at eight out of 10. Because I did have a leak in my bathroom as well .. I did eat several times at the restaurant including breakfast and dinner twice and one time at the bar everything I had was good. I don’t eat meat, but my daughter does and so does her friend and no complaints.

Amazing place to stay for a quick getaway weekend. Close to the mall and restaurants. 15 minutes from buckhead & 30 minutes non traffic hours to Hartsfield-Jackson airport. Parking is $25 a night. Breakfast not complimentary. Front desk staffs are amazing and helpful. Demetria or Demeshia front desk was very helpful and nice.

Everything was amazing and I would have given 5 stars except the pool was down the whole time we were there. I specifically booked this hotel because it was spring break for my children and it was the only hotel in the area with an indoor pool. I booked through Expedia and no where on there did it say the pool was out of order. So this was an inconvenience. Everything else was great.

We had a staycation here and the staff was amazing! The rooms were okay our tub was peeling and the shower head was faulty. The pool was out of service the entire 4 day stay which was disappointing. The area was great to get around but overall the hotel itself needs major updates with the rooms. The staff and service received made me rate this at 3 stars outside of that my rating may have been lower.

Lady gave us the wrong room on arrival, room was switched and told us it was an upgrade but it was worse and not the suite we paid for. I then went down again and was told well we have an event going on even though i booked in advance. We eventually got the room we paid for. Then the crib we were given was missing the bottom so useless. We asked for the part and was told someone would get to us. three times i asked and all 3 times noone showed up so our infant had to sleep in our bed. The room had food all over the carpet, the sheets had brown stains on them that looked like poop and the towels were in the tub so my assumption is the room was not cleaned.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were on the 11th floor which gave us a nice city view that my son loved. There is construction going on across from the hotel but it didn't interfere with our stay. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Perimeter Mall is in walking distance. I took one star away because the indoor pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances but the pool was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. But overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay at this property again.

There is secured parking available for $25 per night, per car. One thing to keep in mind is the deposit—it’s $90 per night, per room, which added up quickly for us (we had two rooms for three nights, totaling $540). Just something to be aware of at check-in. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, with a special mention to the breakfast team for their excellent service.

The property is in a great location. It is close to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants. There is a beautiful park just outside of the hotel. Parking is easy; however, it is tight if you’re driving a full-size SUV. Our room was not ready at check-in time. We had to wait over an hour beyond check-in time. The room looked as shown in the pictures. The fridge was not very cold, despite being on the coldest setting. The gym was in good condition; however, the pool is very dated and the lining looks a bit gross. We ordered room service for dinner one night. The food came quickly, was warm, and delicious. Overall, the stay was good.

I will be back and definitely recommend the Crown Plaza Perimeter at Ravinia again.

When traveling I always try to stay at a Crowne Plaza property. They are always well maintained, staffed appropriately, and very accommodating. However, the Crowne Plaza. In Atlanta was one of the best properties. The grounds were beautiful! The service was 5 star. I cannot say enough about this specific location. I will definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying here and it is just like the pictures online. The staff is very helpful and courteous to everyone. The room, bathroom, elevators, and restaurant is very clean and comfortable.

My husband and I stopped by for a weekend trip to celebrate our anniversary. Tyler and his team were exceptional. A complimentary anniversary desert and an upgraded room with a hand signed card was way more than we could have asked for. Not to mention how beautiful the room and grounds were. 10/10

Later that evening, on both Saturday and Sunday, only two elevators were working, which made it very inconvenient. We attempted to locate the stairwell but could not find it, and even after asking a hotel staff member for help, we were directed the wrong way. Additionally, my room was located right next to the housekeeping area, and staff were going in and out frequently throughout Saturday, which made it very difficult to get any rest. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they only apologized and did not offer to move my room or provide any other resolution. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a much more organized and accommodating experience.

Very clean room- we stayed 2 nights- it was my daughter’s birthday and we had a beautiful dessert waiting in the room! Cameron came out where we were unloading and helped us get our luggage to our room- he was so friendly and helpful- definitely made us feel welcome!

Literally everything about this place. There's 3 bars, two restaurants, a Starbucks. The service was sublime from the valet to the housekeeping, to the serving staff in the restaurants. Top notch.

Really everything. Great customer service. The people at breakfast couldn’t have been friendlier and remembered my order each day. Gorgeous sunrise. Great room. Great amenities. Love the shuttle service even though I only used it once. Good location. Frankly I’d want to stay here every time my husband goes in for chemo but I’m a bit disappointed with the rewards program and how unused points are treated which, I know, is not this hotel’s fault. .

The person that checked us in was so very nice. We were only there for one night and did not get to enjoy any amenities, but the hotel is very clean updated and the bed is really comfortable. Plus the shower is actually fully enclosed which seems like a rare find these days.

The rooms were clean. I did not like the tub needs to be relpacee soon like asap. It had rough black marks on it. So we had to place a towel inside The manager Sandy was exceptional. Her customer service skills were phenomenal. We had a small hiccup regarding the breakfast. Sandy's quick action help save the day...

The property was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had breakfast, but it was a paid breakfast and it was delicious. The server was super sweet and efficient. We got our food quickly. The French toast was fabulous! We grew up in Dunwoody and remember when this hotel was built. We had our engagement photo session in 1987 done in the back garden area behind the hotel. Wonderful memories and so glad it’s the same beautiful place.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff however is a different story. Rude from the time we came in til the time we left. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Our room had the wrong description from Expedia so we were left very uncomfortable is a smaller and crammed room. The staff was not accommodating at all

I had a wonderful stay here! The heated swimming pool was perfect for the winter, and the gym was far better equipped than most hotel fitness centers. Lobby and grounds were amazing! Restaurant, bars, and staff were amazing. Room was a little disappointing for a Crown Plaza. Mini fridge was broken so no cold drinks. Bedroom was ok but bathroom was small. Overall was a decent place but guess I expected more from the Crown Plaza.

Also this hotel has a small indoor pool and no hot tub. There's really not extra parking around so you're forced to valet or pay $25 a night for the garage. It was a fancy looking hotel with a lot of weird things that actually just made it less convienent.

Apalling in this day and age to pay $120+ a night and not even have a freaking bottle of water in the room upon arrival. And a colleague who experienced the same said the employee was doing him a "massive solid" by giving him one small cheap bottle. Just disappointing, wont be staying with Crowne Plaza again in the future, which is a shame because 10 years ago these were quite nice and luxury.

Bed and pillows were so comfy. Staff was so responsive. I’m a bit bummed they don’t have free coffee. There is a keurig in the room but it didn’t work well. The drip was $4 plus even tho they were dumping it at 11. But the kiosk was supposed to be open until 12. Other than that I will def stay there again. The staff was really sweet and the room was super quiet.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by courteous and kind staff. The check-in process was very easy, they were able to answer my questions and assured me that my enjoying my stay was their top priority. Very professional and classy. My room was very clean and up to date. Very impressive, not to mention the view---absolutely breathtaking view overlooking the city. I would highly recommend Crown Plaza when choosing a hotel to stay. You won't be disappointed!

The facility is nice, the people are nice. The drinks & snacks in the bar are ENTIRELY overpriced, I'm not paying $5 for a sprite. The parking is atrocious, and it's a super tight fit and the parking spots are tight. The overall layout of the hotel was just ok.

The location is another major plus — only about 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta and directly across the street from Perimeter Mall, with plenty of options for shopping, fine dining, and nightlife. Whether you’re traveling for business or just looking for a relaxing getaway, the Crowne Plaza in Dunwoody is a great choice. I highly recommend it!

The elevators for the parking garage smelled strongly of marijuana during our entire 3 day stay—nasty smell!

First time and a Crowne Plaza and I was very happy with the stay. Rooms were big and clean. The hotel was clean and well kept. Would definately stay ata Crowne Plaza in the future.

On our first night the guests next to our room were screaming all night and banging on the walls. I complained to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything because the guests had autism. So they ended up moving our room in the middle of the night. If you know that a guest has issues like that, you should warn families ahead of time. It was so stressful. The constant screaming and banging on the wall was so horrible.

The iron and coffee maker did not work. Parking was very expensive compared to surrounding garages, i.e, three times higher. The average night parking garage costs $8, whereas the Crowne Plaza costs $23 per day.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and although it is outwardly beautiful I had several problems that will prevent me from ever staying here again. Although there is a parking garage it is completely cramped and you will have to fold in half just to get out of your car. Not only that but my card didn't work to get in or out of the parking garage the entire time. One of the days I waited ten minutes for someone to answer to let me out of the parking garage. There wasn't many people there the first day but then per usual a conference was held which made it difficult to park. All of the elevators smelled like weed (which is more of a guest issue than the actual hotel). I hate it because I've loved this hotel

I loved the unique furniture, the lighting, the build of the whole structure inside. I absolutely loved the artwork whether it was hung on a wall or in other forms. The whole inside was a piece of art from the light fixtures, the shape of the building, down to the furniture. It was superbly peaceful and clean. The WHOLE staff was absolutely amazing. THE PEACE was PRICELESS. The pool and gym was also peaceful and very clean. Even though the lounging area was absolutely beautiful, my favorite part was the outside, the fountain and wilderness pathway/trail. From The waterfalls to the diversity of the trees. I could actually live in this hotel and never leave. I will definitely be back and not for a vacation but just for the peace and relaxation.

My boyfriend and I booked here for a weekend getaway and it was the perfect place!! I’ve stayed here multiple times for braves games and it’s always a 10/10 experience. We really just wanted to rest and eat good food, and the location was perfect for this. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. We booked the king bed on a high floor and it was so peaceful!

Beautiful property inside and out! Loved my morning and evening walks in the park. The shuttle service was incredible too!

1) WiFi was down from check-in to morning of 2nd day. Front desk was unaware of problem, referred me to hotels outsourced software support instead of recognizing problem, and did not update me after I complained. 2) I arrived by rapid transit and couldn’t find shuttle to hotel. Hotel general information number texted me phone number of front desk, who didn’t answer phone after repeated tries. When i asked after my arrival why there was no answer, staff said they routinely don’t answer phone if they’re busy. Staffing seems to be an issue. Hotel did comp my breakfast because of WiFi issues, which was nice.

The staff were very welcoming. Shout out to the manager, Tyler, who made my day & night(no pun intended). My 10-year anniversary stay couldn't have been better.

Hotel was located in a convenient area with shopping and dining options. The hotel restaurant had limited food options because many items were out of stock but the servers were welcoming. The room was constantly cleaned by housekeeping. Overall hotel was clean and kept.

Check-in staff was a relatively tall, slender, average age black man who was quick/efficient, orderly, accommodating, and answered all questions with accuracy and efficiency.

The room, bed, and pillows wrre very comfortable. Very nice property. The outside areas with decks, waterfalls, and walking trails was a hidden gem. Lots of unique lobby areas for relaxing, working, and chatting with friends. I enjoyed my stay.
