The stay was very satisfying. The staff was very professional and friendly. They went above expectations - and it showed. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with nice decorations and furniture in good condition . The ONE item that did not make the grade was the indoor pool. The water was clear - but the bottom was dirty and slimey. Dirt and hair clumps covered the bottom.

Overall, I would give this hotel a 3 or maybe a 4 out of 10, mainly because the staff was so nice and friendly. The moment I walked in, I probably should have turned around because there was a very strange smell throughout the building. It wasn’t a fresh scent at all. However, after driving nearly seven hours, I was exhausted and just wanted to rest. The check-in process was quick and easy.When we got to our room, my kids immediately said they didn’t want to sleep there. There were stains all over the walls, holes in the lampshades, sticky floors, and it looked like there had been a leak at some point because parts of the wall were cracked and poorly patched. The bathtub was also very unpleasant. I went back to the front desk and requested another room. Once again, the staff was helpful and made the process easy. The second room was better, but it still didn’t meet my expectations. At that point, I decided to make the best of it. Later, I took the kids to the pool, but that area was also very dingy, and the water did not appear clean. The rooms are not soundproof at all. My room was next door to a kids’ baseball team, and the noise carried right through the walls. It was very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The one bright spot besides the staff was the breakfast, which was actually very good.Unfortunately, despite the friendly employees and decent breakfast, I would not stay here again.

I was charged a second time for my stay, despite repeatedly explaining that I had already paid in full online. When I brought this to her attention, she responded, “Well, it will eventually get refunded back to you. I’m just doing what I was told to do and collect money,” accompanied by what felt like a dismissive attitude. At no point did she apologize for the inconvenience or show any concern regarding the situation. As a customer, having an unexpected additional charge placed on my account is stressful. Not everyone has extra funds readily available, and being told to simply wait for a refund without any empathy was frustrating. I asked when a manager would be available, and was informed that he would not be back for approximately a month. Fortunately, the employee who came on shift afterward was extremely helpful and professional. She immediately reviewed the account, identified that I had indeed been charged twice, and explained that the transaction had been processed incorrectly. I completely understand that mistakes happen. My concern is not the mistake itself, but rather the lack of ownership, professionalism, and customer care shown when the issue was brought to the employee’s attention. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service. Friendly, compassionate staff

Bathroom smelled of sewer issues. Toilet seat coming completely off. Shower filled while showering causing whatever was in drain to wash back into shower ON ME. No TV in suite area.

My room had bugs on the bed. At 10 pm I had to repack and move to another room. Clerk made me come down stairs and exchange keys. No apology or compensation. The third floor ice maker did not work. The breakfast bar was not good. Apple Juice was empty and clerk did not refill when asked. Many cars parked in handicapped without plates or placards. Desk says she had no control of it.

Just an overall bad stay. Horrible customer service. When I get to the hotel I get there and they gave my room to another person with the same last name. Not the same fist name same last name! Waited 2 hours to finally get my room. Then they charge me for the other person stay and mine. Since it was all under my card!!! When I go ask to speak to the manager they tell me he’s out of town for the next month. She tells me, Can’t do anything about it! Then she literally, says “next”!!! While I was there!! Do not stay here!! To make things worse it is not clean!

I booked three rooms. The other two had no issues. The one I stayed in had a terrible smell. The windows did not open and we were unable air it out. My husband ended up having to put on the AC. It helped a little. Other than this, everything else was great. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and there was variety. We were able to park near the entrance. There was no fee to park.

Room condition was terrible. Cracks and holes in the walls. Toilet barely flushed. But everything else was fine.

The property was very clean. The staff were helpful. The only thing I would add to their breakfast menu are turkey products for those customer who do not eat pork

parking was easy. My shower drain was clogged i went to the receptionist let her know she said they would fix it and they never did. I showered for 4 days standing in dirty water. The walls/paint had cracks in them the carpet was not clean stains everywhere. Towles were not very clean i used my own . Will not be staying here next time.

If you go to one of the restaurants across the freeway you will do a u-return on the service road. When you go back to the hotel you have to make sure you're in the correct lane to make a left.

Young ladies at front desk very friendly. Breakfast area was spotless. There was one problem with breakfast. It was a Sunday morning and we were all subject to loud preaching by Joel Osteen on the breakfast area TV. A program that is non-religious in nature would have been more appropriate for the diverse group of people that were guests.

Car got broken into and had to cut the stay short to go home and I asked for a refund . Still waiting .

the last night of my stay was more than horrible! The new room that i checked into on the 17th, room 207 had no working shower and toilet didn’t flush properly. to make matters worse, the people above my room kept me up all night moving furniture around, playing. I’m not sure what all they were doing but i didn’t get to sleep until after 4:30-5 am. I was a complete zombie the next morning at work! The 2cnd front desk lady I complained to told me the guests were heard having loud sex in their room. I should’ve been moved to another room or the last night should’ve been comped or at least i should’ve received credit for a free stay for a different day!

Breakfast was just average. Coffee always seemed empty except for decaf. We were there for 7 nights. Accommodations were nice and comfy and clean. The perfumey air freshener was overwhelming. We suffer from allergies and thought it was very strong. Once in the elevator we were able to breathe better. Upper floors were fine.

One of the best motels I have ever stayed at in cleanliness, amenities, good breakfast, warm pool. The only weakness is their pool hours starting at 9 or 10 depending who you ask or sign you read. OPEN POOL EARLIER for those wanting some usage before they have to check our or for morning laps!!!

The only minor issue was the squeaky bed in our room. Even small movements or adjusting pillows made some noisy, rusty sounds. The first night it made it a bit tricky to sleep, especially with my 10-year-old tossing and turning. By the second night, we were so tired we barely noticed it.

Gave up and washed my face in cold water the first night. The next night I left it running and read for a few minutes to wait for it to get hot and finally it did. Bed was comfortable and we weren't bothered by noisy guests.

Great location for our needs. In close proximity to the event space of our conference and various dining options. Disappointed in the workout center. None of the electronic equipment worked; treadmills, elliptical, etc. I walked the outside of the building one day, but weather prevented me from doing that again. This area needs improvement.

It was very quiet on my floor. There was not a lot of noise at all. The breakfast was good. The only thing I wish they had was real eggs instead of the fake ones. I would definitely stay at that La Quinta again and would recommend it to friends.

I will say that I liked the rooms quite well. The only thing not very clean was the floors. The pool did not look too inviting and had a very offputting color to it. When kids are even hesitant to get in then I feel like that’s a sign. I was most excited about the free breakfast in the morning. It opens at 6 AM on weekdays, but for some reason on weekends, it opens at 7 AM and a 6 am breakfast would’ve been much more helpful considering we had a tournament and we were supposed to be there at 7 AM. We had to be late because we wanted to get breakfast first. The gravy was ice cold so maybe they need to warm it up quick quicker. The waffles were great! One thing that would’ve been super helpful is to have a place to get ice in the breakfast area. I found somewhere where you could get ice on the first floor, but the ice machine was not working, but I feel like the breakfast area would be a perfect place for an ice dispenser/water combo. I was hoping to fill up some water bottles with ice and water for the tournament that we are headed to afterward. They also had bagels but no cream cheese, which I thought was a little disappointing. I did like the little area when you walked in and how you could get different snacks or quick microwave meals, and we found that helpful throughout the stay. I think some energy drinks would be a good addition to what they have upfront. Though I was hoping more out of the breakfast overall, I would say this stay was satisfying.

The room, staff and handicapped provision was more than I expected. I am a true Holiday Inn patron but I believe in change. So my next stay will be LaQuinta Inns and Suites.

We had ants in the first room we were put in, along with crumbs all over the floor. Neither of the treadmills worked in the fitness center and there was no way to clean any of the machines or equipment that were used. The drinks that we bought from the front desk had expired in July…

My toilet was not working properly and I requested it to be fixed and they said they would send someone the next morning but they didn’t. The front lady did come up to try to fix it but she said she didn’t know how.

If you want to take a nice shower, this isn't the place.

It was great however I will be contacting them about an additional charge I see on my card. But other than that awesome hotel!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The kids enjoyed the heated pool!

Mattress was flat and box spring was broke. No towels upon arrival. When calling the front desk they could not provide a solution! Horrible rooms and customer service

Wasn’t bad at all, but didn’t stand out as extremely good. What you’d expect for what you’re paying. So, don’t worry about any unpleasant surprises, but it’s not going to impress you either.

to attempt to climb back in bed. Any hotel should be able to accommodate anyone of any height without the risk of injury 🤕 and causing so much discomfort just to finally rest my body.

The building is nice, but the room I stayed in was not fully clean. There was trash on the floor & the window sill had water stains that were easily removable. Everything else was nice.

We were only there for a short time but had no issues whatsoever.

It was good. Receptionist is friendly. During breakfast, attendants are attentive, my clean was cleaned right away and most of all, the receptionist was honest to return the missing cell phone I left at the lobby.

The staff was very friendly, they went above and beyond to help me out with some booking issues I had (my fault not theirs). The free breakfast was amazing, so many options! The rooms were lovely and beds super comfortable. Had a great experience and would highly recommend

This locale was very convenient for my reason for coming to Dallas.

Have stayed multiple times at this location for convenience to area visiting. Usually good experiences but the texture of the eggs at breakfast was mot to our liking.

Construction may cause you to miss the entrance

We requested and paid for a late checkout, but someone still entered our room. We also had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. The room was not thoroughly cleaned but acceptable. The breakfast was decent and on par with the price.

Nice property. We were there for only 1 night, but it was nice.

The manager was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The only ares for improvement are a larger bathroom and a better breakfast but I would definitely stay again.

First time staying and won’t be the last. Great dining options nearby. Not as loud as other downtown stays.

I liked everything about it except the breakfast I prefer scramble eggs were good on Saturday morning then the next two days had sausage patties and circle eggs which wasn't that good. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

I liked the location. Staff was nice as well.

Lots of highway noise and no clean towels and linens provided each day, had to pickup fresh towels from the front desk.

Had to switch rooms multiple times because the rooms were not clean. The front desk was helpful but manager ignored all calls from Expedia when trying to request a refund.

TXDOT road work made coming in/out slightly difficult, but very nice! Would stay again
