Location right off the highway. Friendly staff. I was accommodated another room due to being right above front desk could hear doors opening and closing. Same breakfast items long wait for pancakes due to one machine. Mold along ceiling and around bathtub in the bathroom. Water stains on ceiling. For the price of the room I would’ve expected better.

The breakfast was good if you got there early. Otherwise it was kind of glue like. My room was excellent. very comfortable. I am in the area often and would possibly stay again.

The toilet would not shut off properly however, my husband was able to fix it and it worked perfectly fine afterwards.

The stay was disappointing overall because the AC barely worked the entire time we were there. The thermostat kept showing a low battery warning, and the room never really cooled down. We kept waking up sweating throughout the night and were very uncomfortable trying to sleep. For the price, I expected the room and AC to be in much better condition.

The toilet didn’t flush, the TV did not work. The hotel did not have clean towels. When asked to fix the toilet the front desk said they could not fix at this time or change rooms. We had a bathroom outside our room but the doors didn’t lock and it was a single stall. I do not recommend staying here. Very dirty & run down.

The room was beautiful and very clean. We especially liked our check in . The front desk clerk , Orrin Prejean , made us feel very welcome and gave us a great dinner recommendation. We will certainly stay here again when in the Dallas area.

The room was clean and inviting. The downfall to the room is that the usb plugs were broken next to the bed, thankfully there were 2 more under the tv. There was not much of a variety for breakfast. The options were cinnamon rolls, yogurt, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and cereal. Overall, we will return if needed.

The water in the shower doesn't get very hot. Other than that my stay was nice. Orrin was AMAZING! He was friendly, very engaging yet professional and extremely accommodating when I asked to change rooms due to personal preference. He even looked up my destination and helped me with the estimated travel time as Inwas already behind schedule. He's a rockstar!!

The gentleman who greeted me was exceptionally amiable. This property is situated in an undesirable neighborhood. The room was severely unsanitary.

Room decor dated with peeling wall paper and weathered sofa and chair but overall cleanliness was great. We really like the use of dove products in bathroom and lastly we felt really rushed to check out by housekeepers knocking on door at 10 am then again at 10:15!

Poor customer service staff, first room strong smell of weed moved to 2nd room which had a dirty restroom and they gave me a handicap room it was very difficult taking a shower the following morning shower head was too low.

I waited at the front desk for 30 minutes before someone finally came out to check me in. There is no restaurant and there is no bar, it’s used as a storage room. The hot tub was not working. The front door was broken. And after being in my room for 30 minutes, another couple just came walking in because they double booked the room.

Very nice place to stay at a good rate. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and pool was nice. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Everything in our room worked well and had everything we needed. Front desk workers were very kind and helpful. We had no complaints.

After some back and forth, the front desk found me a King Executive Suite, but I ended up paying much more than I had originally planned. To make matters worse, my room was not properly cleaned—it was just a surface-level cover-up. I found a dead roach in the bathroom, which was clearly visible, meaning no one even attempted to clean it. There was also trash on the floor in the room. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but I could never get an answer. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

After booking this room very last minute due to a BNB disaster, I was very pleased with the property and the service. Staff was incredibly friendly and gave me the run down on the area and all things good options. Room was clean and smelled nice. Easy to get an uber downtown and back.

I requested early check in to get some rest prior to my event and the earliest they could get me in was 2:30. Room was fair, bathroom still had hair everywhere and the water in the sink never got hot.

The staff was great but our neighbor was not. They had the tv blasting all night, fighting and a crying baby with coming and going into the room all night long. The staff did call them to ask them to turn down the tv (didn't help but i appreciate the effort). Then the next day they were smoking weed in the room which filled our room as well. The breakfast was ok.

The housekeeping staff were wonderful and kind. Breakfast was excellent. One dayshift front desk gal needs to get off her cell phone and be available to guests rather than hide in the office. Housekeeping had to fix my room key because she was MIA. The pool area needed better upkeep but other than that, we very much enjoyed our 2 day stay.

My only complaint is that there is no access to ice on the first floor. It's very inconvenient that you go to the second floor and it's out of ice. You have to go all the way to the third floor for ice.

I booked a suite and didn’t receive it. No hot breakfast like it mentions on website, HUGE stain in the carpet, and questionable people walking in the area. This is not what I expected.

One of our travel party had their truck stolen from the hotel and they said this is common in this area. Hotel was clean and nice but be cautious of this area and park in front.

The stay overall was ok but I was charged $50 more than what I booked it for, according to my confirmation email, and when I showered Sun morning there was no hot water

My stay wasn't what I expected. The bedding wasn't fresh, the elevator went out without notice or options. It caused an inconvenience for my stay.

Overall, it was adequate. One of the very few places we've stayed that actually provides space for luggage. The remote didn't work, and the selection of channels on TV was not to our liking.

Someone peed in the elevator shortly after we arrived. Our curtains would not let down, the front desk said they would come up but never did. My child and elderly mother were woken up to people screaming running up and down the hallway yelling about $10. One of the beds was 3 inches from the AC unit. The walls have clear water damage. There was mold in the bathroom on the floor.

The receptionist was not helpful from beginning to end. Asked for a receipt for deposit made she stated I could not receive anything because I payed with a third party company. I advised I’ve always paid through third parties and never not been able to receive a receipt for the deposit when that’s paid and my card is swiped through the hotel. I will not use this location again through hotel or third party.

It a dirty area. Trash all in the streets. Fast food buildings all dirty and nasty. I should have known not to expect more since the room where so cheap. I only stayed 1 night. I love Holiday Inn but will never stay at that location again in that area.Sorry
