My door did not lock and when I reported it to the front desk the maintenance guy said half the rooms in the hotel did not lock

The room. Was extremely musty. They only offered me air freshener which did not help. Next morning my fresh clothes smelt like must. Had to attend an event smelling really bad

They checked us out, even though staying there 9 days on first day. Getting room serviced was constant battle. They have a curfew. Low cursing guests at 4am in hallway and outside

Do not be fooled by the pictures on hotels.com. The actual rooms look nothing like them. In the picture there is wooden floors, when we checked in there was nothing but old smelly mildew carpet. The beds were nasty looking and smaller than described. The hallways to the rooms were smelly and dank. We checked in, stayed in the room for about 5 mins and then left. Couldn’t stay there it was very bad. Would NOT recommend

Me and my spouse stayed there this past weekend. Not enough pillows(2 small pillows) for a king size bed, one room smelled so bad (mold and meadow) the first night, then they put us in another room, u can still smell the mold and meadow but not as bad as the first room we was in, and I was very confuse on why would u only put one set of towels in the bathroom and no towel for the floor to come out the shower. I asked the housekeeper can I get more towels, which we both had to use the same towel, because she took her sweet time getting some more towels for us. We had something to do. They were there when we got back tho. Honestly they just need to do a very big renovation on that motel! That was our first time staying there and it will be our last.

The room was filthy, it had not be cleaned in a while it seems, food in the chair cushion, trash everywhere, underneath the bed, the chair, behind the nightstand. Bedding had burns. There was a dildo underneath the bed, we checked out early without saying a word. The room was disgusting. The air conditioner worked well was the one positive about the room.

Before I even walked in the building, what I saw outside was people getting high? And would look to be a prostitute and a pimp making deal outside, people are walking back-and-forth. When I went inside the place , I knew that I did not want to be there. The manager knew the clientele that she had , and I wouldn't be surprised if the people out the women were not cutting her in on some of the money would not recommend this to my worst enemy

I literally checked into the room, saw how disgusting it was and immediately left the place without askingg for my refundd backk.. That's how badd it looked andd smelled inside the rooms. My 2day mental health break turned into 15mins 💀

After an hour here, I caught a couple of GROWN MEN peaking through a hole in the bottom of our wall. Staff did nothing to help. I was actually ignored at first then told I needed to leave my 5 and 6 year old CHILDREN in the room upstairs alone while I got another key. They didn’t even kick those guys out! The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. I WISH THEY COULD AT LEAST HAVE DONUTS ARE SNACKS FOR THE GUESTS.

We stayed for 5days not once did house keeping knock on our door until a hr before check out . They moved us from one room because of plumbing issues next door the other room had the same issues….

It sets off of the interstate and only a few minutes to drop off my rental car. The whole building reeks of smoke and marijuana. The white maintenance guy. Was rude, obnoxious and racist. The room heat didn’t work, the bed had stains on the white duvet cover. Behind the bed was bug residue.

It's the most terrible place to stay I would wish that on my worst enemy, for the amount of money their asking to false advertise the place is insane. None of the rooms looks like the pictures.stains on sheets and pillow cases. Tvs don't work you watch the cowboys game in the lobby. The only overall good thing it has was Hot water.

This hotel is misrepresenting the quality and the excellent reviews are incorrect. Our room had ripped up curtains that were falling off the railing. The bed was stained. There were not outlet covers on any of the outlets. The lights did not work and the toilet was broken. We were in the room for a couple minutes and immediately returned our room keys and left and had to book at a different hotel. I currently have priority refund request submitted through expedia. The desk staff were kind and that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

I check in and went to my room. As I walked to my room there was cooking being done in the rooms and my room was filthy. I asked for different room and when I went to that room there was one light right in side the door and that was the only operational light. At them time I went to the front desk and asked for refund, which is when the problems really started.

Oh and they have a lady in a security jacket who has the worst attitude and bangs on the door so hard it shook the tv mounted to the wall yelling “you gotta pay or check out” then heads to the next room before you get a chance to open the door all the way. I’d rather sleep in my car than here ever again.

Didn’t Stay!! due to the smell and the uncleanliness from the door through the hallway and the room itself. The ac/heater was missing the cover and exposed all of the inside. This is a safety risk. The walls were dirty you could see black smudges on here dirty hands have been grabbing the walls and have never been cleaned

First the staff was very nice and courteous. So, this review is no reflection on them. This hotel lobby was a mess. I assume there was renovations going on. I ended up changing rooms because I found out after I used it that the toilet would not flush. I ended up fixing the lever in the tank myself. Next the rooms had a smell. There was ants on the floor near the a/c. All night next door someone was having wild sex and then talking loud for hours in the early am. So, the front desk was nice enough to let me switch rooms after that it was ok. I thought about using the washroom getting ice. NO. It was just not really clean anywhere. After that it was better. You get what you pay for.

The only thing I can say about this property is that the staff (maintenance, security, and front desk) were nice. It is the worst-kept motel I have ever stayed at. The first thing that hits you is the smell of weed once you are past the front desk. The floors down the hall and on the way to the room were disgusting and missing in some parts; there were bags of trash outside of random doors and pieces down the hall; it looked like it had not been vacuumed in a week or more. The rooms themselves were the same; the floors were dirty; the shower was broken, so we were not able to use it—no water; the toilet had a constant leak; and the AC unit was off when we walked in, so we went to turn it on, and it sounded like it was going to explode—it was so loud, so we just left it off. The beds were clean, to our surprise. We turned the TV on; no cable was available. I could hear the 2nd-floor people like there was a stampede of people running up and down the halls all night. Got up the next morning, and the hallway looked clear; as we walked to the front for breakfast, we found a broken liquor bottle that was strewn over the floor in the middle of the hall leading to the front desk, and we could not make it around it to get to the front desk. We walked around it as best we could; it had been there awhile because the liquor looked dried and sticky on the floor. Once we finally found an employee we told them about the glass everywhere. We would not recommend this location to anyone.

The sheets were staying there was mold on the carpet mold on the smoke detector. The faucet to the shower was broken. There was prostitution and drug addicts. I rented the room under false pretenses, and the photos of the property were misleading.

This property is not living quality bathroom had nothing but mold very nasty and I had my son wouldn’t refer anyone to this location and the hallways stink when you walking through hallway kind of put you in mind of a cemetery

The photos are SO staged. We werent familiar with the area so we didnt realize how run down it is. There were ceiling tiles missing from the hallways. The doors were so loose, anyone couldve gotten in. And if they couldnt get in that way, they could always climb in the broken window. The ac unit was barely held into the wall. You could see the parking lot through the part where it wasnt connected. The next room had plywood over the window. The AC made the entire room smell like a middle school boy locker room. The toilet rarely flushed. There were burned spots on the carpet, no lightbulbs in the lamps, and just overall disgusting. It wasnt worth the rate I paid, which was a good rate. I'm surprised I didnt see bedbugs. Everyone was very nice, but i wouldnt even let my daughter take a bath in the tub. Luckily we were there just to sleep. I woke up at 5am just to leave.

I strongly recommend not listing this establishment on your website. It was a very disappointing experience. The location felt unsafe, with individuals loitering around the property, and the emblem was stolen off my vehicle during my stay. The room itself was in poor condition—hastily patched walls, a stained mattress, and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The entire space had an unbearable odor. To make matters worse, the room was non-refundable, which now makes complete sense. After this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering using your platform in the future.

They don’t have a microwave or a ice box it’s really not for a family and my service animals was not allowed which is for my emotional support animal

The room’s carpet and overall aspect was very dirty. There was black debris on the sink and the strong mold smell persisted. I do not recommend anyone staying here. We left as soon as we got to our room and realized the horrible conditions. The cost of the room isn’t worth the risk of someone breaking into the room as the security latch is lose or having our car broken into as well. Save your time and money and avoid this hotel. I saw many reviews stating that rooms are being remodeled. I did not see any indication of that. I can imagine that those reviews are bought/fabricated as they don’t match the property I checked in at Duncanville.

They never keep they word and the manager goes back on his word THATS why I refuse to pay them directly and Keep Booking through Expedia they don’t have the same expectation that Expedia has to offer and it’s ghetto staffing and they harass you over everything literally even when you been a loyal customer to them … I wouldn’t give them any stars at all … rodeway , in Arlington has weekly rates of 330$ and 2 weeks rates for 400$ it’s over priced in Duncanvilla location with addicts walking around for over priced rooms with nothing to offer . No pools for kids and curfew as well

Wanna know why it's so cheap? ...Not a great experience at all. Hoping for a refund. I got a "non-smoking" room. I personally struggle with cigarette smells and the entire hotel has a strong smoking smell. Literally has cigarette ashes by the bed and burn marks on the carpet and nightstand. Not sure anything but the lobby EVER gets vacuumed. I know you get what you pay for, but I don't feel like I even got that. The place was disgusting.

Hey, If you’re on a budget and just need somewhere cheap to stay & don’t care about anything just somewhere to sleep.. then this is for you.. I recommend saving an extra 80 and going somewhere else.. Everywhere smelt like cigarettes.. There was a bag over the smoke detector.. Trash all in the hallways.. A/c and counter tops all have duck tape wrapped around it.. I personally won’t ever go back!

It was awful. No lights in either room. No shower or water in bathtub.Only light was the entrance light. The air conditioner was in 2 pieces and not working. No shower curtain and no water in shower.

It wasn’t so good. It’s was filthy. Curtains and carpet had stains. Found red stains on bed sheets. Pillows and bed were lopsided. The drawers were missing handles. The lamp didn’t have a lamp shade and had a bunch of nasty spill stains on it.

I don’t recommend this facility to anyone. It took 45 minutes to check-in. No proper direction to your room. Aircondition was not working. Smoke smell was all over.

In all truth an honesty, I didn’t stay after walking into the room I realized that the key card was just for show, you literally just turn the handle and the door would open up. Inside the halls their was baggies and trash everywhere same goes for the inside of the rooms. There was all types of debris on the floor of the room from some type of white powder, crumbs, plastic utensils, and the curtains even had food that was stuck on them. I went to the front desk to let them know the issues in the room and asked to change rooms and was told that if I didn’t like it I could leave. I asked for a refund and the girl there said “No because you used the room” I wasn’t in the room more than 5 minutes. I was scared to take my shoes off, and even more scared about laying in the bed because if they have a housekeeping staff they must all be blind cause you could miss the stuff all over the hallway floors and room floors as well. So if they miss that I know they probably missed the bedding and sheets as well. So I went and told my friend we’re leaving and we ended up sleeping in the car at a truck stop for the night. PLEASE BE AWARE IF THE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS AT THIS HOTEL IT INFESTED WITH PEOPLE DOING ALL SORTS OF SHADY THINGS. FROM DRUGS TO PROSTITUTION ITS NOT A PLACE ANYONE WITH A LITTLE BIT OF COMMON SENSE WOULD GO OR BRING THEIR KIDS

no ice bucket. None of the ice machines worked on the property. No Wi-Fi was unable to connect then was told it’s been out. I wasn’t mentioned when I checked in they also assured me multiple times that I had a non-smoking room, but it smelled like cigarettes, and it was kinda obvious when there’s a crap load of cigarette burns on the nightstand next to the bed. This place is a complete crap hole. They need to update the pictures. They gotta be at least 15 years old not a depiction of the property. I’m gonna attempt to get a complete refund!

Nasty, prostitutes everywhere, no smoking signs but everybody is smoking. Sheets were dirty and no extra sheets, also towels. I had to put towels on the dirty sheets. Cigarette burns on all of the furniture. And my door was closed but had a big gap around all of the edges exposing my room. Only good thing is the water was like warm. It was not hot. The front desk spoke Spanish but moved very very slowly. This was a bad experience. Me and my husband slept on top of towels in this room. I hated this experience.

I wish I could upload pictures of my big bites, the roaches and the fire hazard pile of clothes someone dumped out of a room that blocked the hallway. I had only three towels which excluded a face towel and I never felt comfortable to to shower here. The curtains didn’t cover the window and there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Barely any outlets for plugs either. No room service and I had to go get clean towels when I needed them. The locks on the property did not secure anyone, in fact I think someone took a towel from my room. There was trash and spills in the hallway that was left in leaned for days. The trash always over full. The hallways simply look like a murder scene and it feels like someone died in the room. Would not recommend even in your hardest times.

At check in we were told it would have to be cash, they were not able to do credit cards.,the pictures on the Expedia profile must be at least 10 years old, bc the building smelled of mildew. Ceiling panels were missing showing exposed wiring. Staff wa not friendly or welcoming just sat there on their phones. The roof is leaking as evidenced by tarps in the roof, the pool is indefinitely closed, you could smell weed throughout the building and hallways but supposedly a non smoking facility. There are signs printed out indicating if you put your trash in the hallway you will be fined $25. The room was dirty and smelled, they provided 2 towels, 1 washcloth and 1 roll of toilet paper. The remote was sticky as well as the table the nightstand had burn marks all over it. The side entrance and back entrance normally require a key card to enter the building were not locked at any time if the day. Designated smoking area was a dilapidated gazebo with random chairs and riddled with trash and nails from the tarps covering the roof. Pretty sure they allow people to live there on the daily. The cleaning staff does not have a vacuum as I saw them seeping the carpet. I did not see any sheets being change out when they were cleaning either. Definitely bare an switch, but I can only blame myself at this point for trying to be frugal and not realizing the rating system is based on a 1-10 scale, not 1-5. I would never recommend anyone stay there, ever. This was the worst experience ever!

From the moment we entered our greeting was totally dirty and stained carpets and what can I say about the room they assigned us, a used bed and remains of marijuana on a table and a damp smell, we went back to reception to ask to have our room changed and they did change it but when we got to the other room and it was even worse, a rotten and rancid smell and everything was very dirty, we ran out of there, I'm not exaggerating but the place made me vomit... they should close that place, it is not suitable for a person to stay there, the worst of the worst...

All the reviews are correct. We needed to stay somewhere just for a night and boy was it crazy. People partying til 6am and the room was very dirty and outdated. We took our own bedding, lysol and lysol wipes, we used the entire can. 😭

After driven 13 hours we got to the hotel,which i reserved and pay for 2 nights the lady at the front desk treated me with a horribly actitud and told me that my reservation was canceled, and that if i wanted my money back i need it to call the company i had mede the reservation, but she told me tha it was going to be useless that i wasn't going to get my money back,and toldme that i wasnt going to get hotel around because everything was booked.we had such a bad time,but the worst thing is the way she treated me,no empathy ,no consideration,please be aware of this lady:long black curly hair,medium skin tone,robust,never again in that hotel.
