Unfortunately this was not the best experience. Towels had hairs embedded in them. When we went to exchange them at the front desk, they were about to give us towels with longer hairs. At least the employee caught it and went back for a third try. The tub had some mold. The food had no flavor. And breakfast started at 7. We had a tournament one of the days and had to leave before 7 so we didn’t even get to eat one of the days. One elevator broke. Only one luggage cart available. We ended up having to make 3 trips just to get all our stuff out. First and last time we go to a Holiday Inn.

I know this would increase the cost of our stay: the dining experience would improve dramatically by having real utensils and plates.

I have stayed here several times and always have a good experience. The beds are comfortable, the temperature in the room is good whether A/C or heat, and the front desk staff is helpful. The readily available hot water for tea and hot chocolate is great. The only thing that might be improved is the included breakfast. The pancakes and cinnamon rolls are good but the eggs don't taste like real eggs and the milk tasted like it was spoiled.

The staff were very kind and helpful as well as the housekeeping. Breakfast was very good with many choices and the rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. A few feet away from the hotel entrance was a chic fil a for a quick lunch. Hotel also provides 2desktop computers for your use. They also have a seasonal pool. What else can you ask for?

I had a couple of towels in the bathroom with hairs that werent mine on them, they did not do any housekeeping once during my whole 4 night stay. I had to go down each night and get fresh towels for the next day because they never serviced our room once even after I complained a couple times about it. The breakfast buffet was poorly done, not enough bacon each morning to feed all guests, pancake maker didnt work, everything was either too dry or too greasy or they ran out of stuff.

This is our first time visiting this area. I like Holiday Inn because their properties are consistently good. Breakfast is robust and rooms are clean and the pillows are comfy.

Closeness to where we needed to be, the option to eat late at night with IHOP across the street Our bathroom wasn't cleaned and the sink was clogged. Breakfast had nothing for kids really.

Breakfast was good. The location was great. We just stayed overnight. It was a stop halfway on our way to Myrtle Beach. The hotel is right off the thruway, so it was great to hop back on the next morning. The toilet seat had a crack in it.

I didn't like that there were lots of bugs in the room. When told the front desk they said its the season for the bugs and will send someone to clean. No one ever came to clean. The next day no one came to clean the room also.

Staff was ok. The problem we had was with the towels (laundry). Sometimes they didn’t smell clean and you couldn’t use them or there was other peoples hair in the towels so you couldn’t use them. It was gross and I’ve never experienced that before. I would not stay there again!

Our stay was very disappointing. When we checked in, the front desk staff was not very friendly. The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bed was dirty with unchanged blankets and sheets. We had to request a new room, but the replacement also had issues — it had a bad odor, the sheets were stained, and there was even a used vape left on the floor. The AC unit had visible mold, and the bathroom door made a loud noise every time it closed. On top of that, when we requested towels, it took over 6 hours and multiple calls before we received them. Overall, the experience was very poor and not what we expected.

We notified the front desk 3 different days of no toilet paper nor hand towels in either of the lobby restrooms. We really felt unsanitary if we had to use the lobby facilities while we were using the lobby area for our family visiting. We checked out 1 day early & left that facility.

First room had a major (think ceiling falling down leak). Second room a “Pure” room had an infestation of large spiders. Third room staff walked in at 8 a.m. while sleeping with master card.

Check-in was nice. The lady at the front desk was nice. Upon entering our room, it was HOT! The air didn’t work. We were given another room. Immediately I noticed that the toilet had toilet paper in it and the water seemed high. I tried to flush it but the water level just rose. I called the front desk. She stated maintenance wouldn’t be in until the next day. They had a plunger I could use (I let her know that I was not plunging a public toilet) or I could change rooms again. So we got a new room. Once inside, I noticed that there was no working ventilation fan for the bathroom and there was poop on the toilet as well as you could see where they patched spots on the ceiling around the room and just wiped putty up there without sanding and painting. At this point, I just cleaned my own toilet and used the ice bucket to prop the bathroom door open so that we could have some ventilation.

However, in our recent experience the beds and pillows were too soft. As we lay on the pillow, we suck too quickly. They were uncomfortable. When we arrived, the room had an unpleasant odor. The odor was coming from the rug. Even though the room looked clean and pristine, the stench lingered in the air. Others: -You are using unsafe paper plates (foam). The chemicals from the plates are hazardous to all individuals. -The cheese omelet and scrambled eggs were semi-cold and we thought the scrambled eggs had bacon but it was actually burn bits of the egg. I hope that our review will be addressed or at least considered.

There were stains on the sheets and the mattress protectors. We were changed to a different room once mentioning it to the front desk receptionist. The food for the breakfast was mediocre. The hotel is good enough for a one night stay.

The air conditioning in my room would not go below 66. As someone who likes cold temperatures, I couldn’t get the room as cold as I would have liked. But the hotel was clean and the employees were very friendly.

From walking in and feeling the warmth of the front desk and space, to the room, to the continental breakfast that is just nicer than others, not to mention it stayed open longer than the scheduled time so I could catch breakfast. Would stay here again!

Very clean and convenient. Rooms were in impeccable condition and the free breakfast was a nice add on. Building looked new and there was a ton of parking options. Lots of fast food / gas stations / convenience shops within a 2-5 minute drive of the hotel.

I had to put down a 100 deposit and it's been over a week and still have not been reimbursed. I have called at least a dozen times at different times but get no answer
