    I didn't like that the sheets were stained and the covering of the bed had cigarette burn marks on them . This was supposed to be a non smoker room. I wouldn't stay there again.

    ? Called earlier in day to notify of late arrival around 9pm and to inquire about a direct message I had received about possible delays in complimentary breakfast offering due to covid. The gentleman with whom I spoke confirmed my reservation with a late arrival and dismissed the direct message as a generic in nature and sent out automatically to incoming guests. I mentioned they might wish to revisit/revise that particular alarming message. When we arrived at 9pm, the woman acknowledged my booking and saw that I had a previous stay the year before. She declined however to honor the reservation, in front of another waiting guest, saying I was on some sort of internal private list they keep about persons with whom they would not due any further business. She would not or could not give me any further details or explain why they even accepted the booking. That left me, my daughter and my granddaughter left at 9pm without any reservations anywhere during an ATA District Karate tournament. The woman did assure me there would be no charge incurred for the booking and printed me a statement of account to that effect. The experience was as mortifying as it was in convenient. I can only believe they had me mistaken for someone else, but I have no clue. Fortunately, we were able to secure another room, of course at a higher rate, at City Express by Marriott.

    I lived there for 2 years and wouldn't have left but the weekly rate went up to $600! That is RIDICULOUS! That hotel is nowhere near worth $600 per week! Also horrible cable tv. Hardly any channels whatsoever! So i moved to HomeTowne Studios. Bigger rooms, same Kitchenette, GREAT CABLE TV and the best of all its $400 Weekly. Studio 6 is too Greedy and i Guarantee they will lose a lot of the customers that have been there as long as i was .

    I like the location. It’s pretty close to the Asian stores that I like to go to, so it was very convenient for me. The room didn’t have a hair dryer, shampoo, or conditioner, so just be prepared to bring your own.

    The manager on the property put me out the hotel and canceled my reservation. She got upset because I asked her to get someone to change the shower curtain because it had mold on it. And also the tub knob fell off and I asked her to get someone to come up and fix it. This hotel has Got to be the most nastiest disgusting hotel I ever stayed at. There is also prostitution and drugs being sold at that property. If you can help it PLEASE DONT GO THERE. If you Do decide to stay there I promise you will regret it. And I am still waiting on my refund because she canceled my reservation. I even had to call the police on this lady because she was so rude to me. I have videos to prove it and all I did was ask her to get someone to fix the issues that was going on inside of the room.

    Had to wait a hour to get our towels back from when they picked up the laundry to wash. Had somewhere to go and couldn’t even shower because we had no towels. Nowhere does it mention that your towels will be taken for a hour. If that was noted definitely wouldn’t have booked this room

    Terrible experience, rude staff tried to accuse me of not paying my pet fee. They had to change my room because the room they put me in originally was disgusting. The air conditioner had dust buildup on it. The granite top in the kitchen was cracked. There was mold and mildew all over the bathtub. They moved me rooms and then I informed them that the room that they moved me into that the refrigerator was not working properly, and I have special medication that needs to be refrigerated. They did not care to take care of the problem they told me it was my fault that they had to switch my room the first time. Started talking crap about how I left the room and the condition it was in when I had video evidence and photos to how I left the room. They told me it was my job to sweep and clean the hotel room.

    The price, and over all safety & security. I don’t like the money-hungry behavior here at all. I had been paying daily to extend my stay while waiting for my unit to be ready. Recently, my 1-year-old had a medical emergency and had to go to the ER. I attempted to extend my reservation, but my card was locked so the payment declined. My main priority at that moment was my child’s health. I received a call from staff around 11:30 AM, and I explained the situation and told them I would extend the stay and pay the late checkout fee as soon as I had service and a moment to handle it. I was then told I could only extend one more night and wouldn’t be allowed to continue, which was inconsistent with past situations where I’ve paid late fees without issue due to there policy being so strict -even when I was just at work, not dealing with an emergency. When I arrived, I had already prepared everything through Booking.com and went into the office ready to pay the late fee. The front desk told me she would unlock my room so I could get my belongings, but when I explained I was there to pay, she raised her voice at me. At that point, I was exhausted, stressed, and dealing with my child needing rest, so the situation escalated. I ended up calling 911, but due to the wait, I contacted the department to allow them to put my belongings out so I could retrieve them later. This whole experience was extremely inconvenient and overwhelming, especially as a single mother dealing with a medical emergency. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

    Everything in the room was broken. All the cabinets were falling off their hinges. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. There were no cooking materials. The burners were damaged on the stove. The bathroom had no towel hook or toilet paper holder. The TV only got a couple of channels. They don't have luggage cards. It's just bad

    In my room all of the cabinets were falling off the hinges. The fan in the bathroom did not work. In the bathroom there was no towel hook and no toilet paper holder. Almost everything in the room was damaged. This is not a location that provides you with any Extended Stay cooking materials. They do not have any luggage carts. Sometimes you can't even park in front of your room. This is a place where you get what you pay for. Good for emergency stays not for anything else

    Overall a safe and nice visit. Didn’t like the additional charge of nearly $100. if you need cook/drink ware. Cleaning could be more thorough. While wiping up water from bathroom floor, towel was dirty. Kitchen faucet splashing water from not having a washer attached. Would stay again but not keen on extra cost to cook. Thanks. B+🙂

    When I closed the door and saw that the bar that secures the loop that is suppose to be a part of the locking mechanism was missing I called and asked for another room. The attendant told me they were short staffed and they didn't have enough clean rooms. The tub had grey caulking that looked dirty around it along with some pattern on the bottom of the tub. The ceiling had vents that normally seen in businesses that didn't look clean.The sheets had yellow stains on it that I had to take back to the attendant to get one without stains on it and the blanket had a whole in it. There was a crack in the wall near the electrical panel. When the temperature dropped I told the attendant I wanted a refund because my unit was freezing and wall unit would only blow out cold air and so he brought over a space heater. When I didn't have any pots, dishes, cup, glasses or silverware in the cabinet so I called the attendant and asked where they were and I was told it would cost me an additional $50.00. I was so shocked that the reviews for the hotel was filled with so many lies.I will not do another Motel 6/ Studio. Your affiliation with them makes me question your judgement and honesty when presenting hotels.

    The only two staff that were nice at checkout and that's it. The lady at checkin was slightly rude and judgemental, the room was gross and Room service never came even though the lady said we had to accept the service just for them not to show up. We never could sleep with people yelling and banging around. It says "pet friendly" but there's was little to no place for our dog to use the bathroom as most areas didn't allow pets on it, we were constantly tired. We had tried to make the most of it but when we got on the bed we had felt itchy and we both had woken up with bite marks on us, the locks didn't work well and we had to use the chairs to keep it close at night, the air conditioner didn't work and we'd be burning up all night

    The employees have nasty disgusting attitude.Service was bad hotel was nasty they have roaches, dirty bed linen, blood on the sheets and bathroom was filled with nasty mole all behind the toilet and in the shower I definitely don’t recommend this place. They don’t believe in cleaning or giving out good customer service. Beware of the Indian lady at the front desk with the red lipstick on, she’s super evil and rude.

The floor was filthy and full of the last guests hair and crumbs! The bedding wasn’t fresh the baseboards were damn near black from dirt. The shower/tub would back up with water so I showered with water up to my ankles. No coffee pot so I went to office for one, get back to the room and it was broken. No cups no cutlery no pots in a kitchenette is wild! Zero stars

    There is a Man Named Aaron Daniel Davis that I am sure all who indulge in drugs around there have seen. Also anybody else he has been using to lay his head. I met the man bout 3 days ago and he approached me like he here to help and support when he was the one actually looking for the help. Day 2 l learn that he is an heavy drug addict on Meth because he has a glass thing in his book bag. At the time this happened I had just found out the stuff on arrival about 8:30. It had took me to 7 something to make my room money and I paid it immediately at 7:11 pm. My drive was over a hr to get back to the hotel,The man exploded purposely by yelling so that he can could get me kicked out the room knowing I had just spent the money on the room and was getting ready to pay the late fee. He raised hell just to get me kicked out all because he is homeless and needed me more then I needed him. My thing is this you have to practice some type of ethics and have some human decency

    My room was okay, the beds were clean besides the head board that had handprints on it... wonder what the last tenants were doing. (Gross) The kitchen was the nicest parts. The bathroom needed updating, there was was looked like mold on the ceiling above the shower and a few dents in the tub. Some more towels would've been nice since it was a 4 guest bedroom.

    The room was not cleaned. My friend had roaches in her room. At least 3. The front desk was not very helpful! Night manager was a little helpful but didn’t really listen to our concerns about her receptionist who was rude. My friend had to be moved bc she kept getting stuck in her room bc the door wouldn’t open. It was just a lot and left a night earlier. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all for the price they charge. Full kitchen but no pots or dishes to use . Refrigerator was leaking! Bed hard! I hated staying here !

    There was an excellent southern restaurant across the street and Bahamas breeze. Also a short walk to Asian city market and restaurants The bathroom needed to be grouted and also an area by the floor boards that was open and wet. Bed was not very comfortable.     The toilet was awful, kept stopping up, the paint was peeling in the tub and found hair in there, the room next to me had a pitbull that had puppies and when I tried to explain to the front desk they were using profane language making minor threats of me leaving, the refrigerator freezer was leaking and was going out, there were paw prints on the sheets in my room, and no remote control to the TV. I left on tuesday and check in to in town suites on satellite Blvd. My check out was on a Wednesday from studio 6 but with all those things I could not bare it any longer. is it possible that I may retrieve a refund for that one day.     Don't stay here. General manager is extremely rude, aggressive, and racist. Her name is Namisha Patel and she acts like she's the owner. I've been staying here for weeks off and on with absolutely no problem. Today right after paying for my room in full she called, kicked me out and kept my money. She said my money is hers now. She claimed I didn't pay a random $2 service fee... from YESTERDAY when I checked in....I tried to tell her I didn't know, no one told me but She wouldn't let me speak, it was nothing but yelling and talking over me. I had no problem paying but she wouldn't let me. She immediately threatened to call the police. Over $2! I left and called corporate, they put me on hold to talk to her but she yelled and hung up on them too! Crazy! The representative immediately understood and filed a formal complaint. She's currently under investigation and they're gonna make sure I get my money back. Apparently she's known for this and had multiple complaints. How can someone who treats people so inhumanely be in any position of power? I don't know if this is a corporate location or franchise but either way she is NOT a person who should be hired to represent a company in anyway. I've never been talked to the way she talked to me, not to mention stealing my money. I can't stress this enough .. DON'T STAY HERE. Also I was in a room with the ceiling missing in the bathroom. How ghetto..

    It was decent for the price. I knew when I paid $60 a night that it wasn’t going to be super great. Only sucky thing was they don’t let you change the input on the tv, like to use a game console or chrome cast to be able to watch what you want. Looks like the door to the room had been kicked in at one point. Not really much else to say. I would stay here again if It was needed and I didn’t want to spend too much money on a hotel room. I would rate it a 5 out of 10.

    It was a horrible nightmare, the staff were unprofessional rude & heartless, they put us out because I was complaining about not having hot water in the shower, the eye on the stove wasn't working the tub was dirt needed to be replaced, the ceiling in the shower had nasty mold. I got pictures I wish I could show. The drapes were hanging on, the front door didn't fit.the noisy people upstairs dragging chairs all night long the kids running back and forth in them 200 sq ft rooms.i couldn't wait to get out of studio 6.they don't deserve ⭐⭐.they deserve to be torn down cheap rooms..,😈😈😈.DONT STAY AT MOTEL 6 OR STUDIO 6 ON THE SAME PRIPERTY

They told me that I could not have a SERVICE Animal that’s registered when the website clearly welcomes pets!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! If you are BLACK, LGBTQ , or HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL THIS PLACE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    Three weeks at this location. Great renovations and modern new appliances. Very clean and quiet area. Staff very attentive and friendly!! Very much recommend for studios accommodation!!! Location location here, everything you need is around!

    The room was dirty and smell like someone was smoking the bathroom has mold and the bathtub was dirty they charge a deposit and dont see that they reimbursement

    I gave this property this rating because I paid to be in this hotel until today, because of the mold coming out the faucet I left earlier and lost my money because of it. The staff was nice but my key kept deactivating which was also super annoying.

    The room smells like smoke pit the bed had water mark on it was dirty. And with less than 2 minutes I went to to office they told me I have to stay one night and I will only be refunded for 2 nights. After I booked for 3 nights and I’m yet to get my refund
