After running the laundry, I went to use the dryers, only to find that not a single one was working. I was truly taken aback. My clothes were already wet, and there was simply nothing I could do. I informed the front desk, and after confirming that the dryers were not functioning, he said he would call in the maintenance team to fix them and would follow up with me shortly — but I never heard back from him. It was a genuinely disappointing experience.

Room was really clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. This is my go to lodging moving forward, period!!

It was the most comfortable and cleanest accommodation I’ve stayed at in the US. I’ll definitely use it again next time!

The room was as stated. Comfortable, spacious, clean and stocked. The front desk staff was courteous and nice, polite and respectful. Stayed for a concert and the arena wasn't far. Breakfast was great. Had EV chargers which was great because needed to charge our car. We will stay again

Really enjoyed my stay and the overall style of the hotel and room. The staff was nice and I love that they had dove products in the bathrooms and extra towels already in the room. I did see some crumbs on the floor in my room so it may not have been vacuumed is my only gripe.

Clean room and nice bedsheets but the ventilation was not good enought in the kitchen. The smell of the food i was cooling never left the room since there was no windows that could be opened and low ventilation.

Everything was exceptionally clean and stocked. The staff was amazing, compared to a recent stay in Huntsville Alabama, this place was a much need refreshment! They absolutely deserve 5 stars! Thank you Staybridge!

The lady at the front desk was so sweet! I forgot her name but we were there on 9/16/25. They make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met! Hands down will stay again! And it’s so close to the arena as well! Room was spacious and super clean!

The outside environment was quiet and relaxing, so I thought I would have a peaceful night’s rest. Unfortunately, a group of guests were partying loudly well past 2 a.m., and the poor soundproofing made the noise even worse, making it impossible to sleep. I tried calling the front desk several times to report the noise, but no one answered. I then went down to the front desk in person, only to find it completely unattended. Eventually, I located a staff member in their office. They told me I wasn’t supposed to come into the office to find them… Anyway, the loud party continued late into the night. The staff we met was not responsive.

Pretty clean hotel no complaints about that however our tv wouldn’t stay on it kept going off . We tried everything and couldn’t get it to work properly. Also the hotel was located further out from downtown Atlanta. We thought we were closer but wasn’t at all. Otherwise pretty good stay for the price.

Very clean, staff were pleasant & friendly, great breakfast setup, loved the kitchenette The pork n beans on the breakfast setup. The wait time to make pancakes was a slow process. Had difficulty getting wifi, cable options were very basic. Otherwise great and would definitely stay again!

One thing I would like added if possible is to have a water bottle fountain filling station somewhere more accessible than the gym. Also, could you offer pork breakfast sausage for more variety. The pancake machine was amazing!

Nice location, large clean rooms, pretty quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. The area appeared to be very safe but this hotel offers limited amenities for a $100 plus a night stay. The pool was not open during our stay unfortunately.

The hotel was ok. I was there for a dance competition for my daughter. The iron had some sticky black stuff on it and burnt my daughter's jacket. The front desk staff was apologetic, but I notified the manager and they refused to do anything about it. Not even apologize. I even submitted photos on the iron and the damaged clothing item. I will never stay there again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy check in. Need more parking in the front. If the hotel is fully booked there is no parking other than in the back of the building and let's be honest if you're a single mother with kids or elderly would you want to park in the back of a building in this day and time?

It was a very clean and nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 Saturday morning and we had to leave by 7. My daughter was competing at a gymnastics competition, and upon booking, I made sure to stay somewhere with a nice breakfast for her. It was disappointing to not get what I paid for in that aspect.

The mattress in my room was beyond awful and has probably been there since the property opened. The towels and washcloths were very rough and scratchy as well.

We stayed at the Staybridge since it was close to the festival we attended on Saturday. The amenities were just what we were looking for. The proximity to a few restaurants in walking distance was a plus.

The room is spacious and clean. We had to cut our stay short, and they gave us credit for the night that we did not stay without any issue, that was quite a nice surprise!

My stay was okay. Not as nice as I expected. Stains in several areas and the water pressure in the bathroom and bathroom sink was terrible. The bed was comfortable and checking in was easy. I did learn that sheets are changed every 7 days when I asked if my bed can be remade while out Saturday. I was able to get new sheets I could change myself.

I really like the room is was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue we had during our stay was the breakfast. It could improve their offerings and provide a variety of options other than just ham and eggs. Also the juice and pastries ran out and were not replenish in time.

That being said, the people in rooms surrounding us made the stay unpleasant. The people in the room above stomped around until 1 am each night and the people beside us seemed to be cooking seafood in their room every day, which wafted into our room. Check in was quick and easy. The entire property was very clean. Adorable outdoor area with fireplace and covered area with a table and gas grills. The room was clean and spacious. Nice complimentary breakfast with a pancake maker and other choices.

I was surprised that this Hotel did not change my bed linen each day. As a matter of fact they informed me that bed sheets can only be changed every 7 days ! So no room service for the entire week. (No making of bed & no cleaning of bathrooms even every other day )

I liked having a nice size room with space and a kitchen to make myself some tea at night and/or in the morning instead of having to go downstairs. The coat rack was a great addition too and the full body mirror.

We try to check in at 3:00 on our reservation date. The room wasn’t ready and the response of the front desk was unprofessional. They didn’t know why was all the answer I got. I had my infant granddaughter in the car with my 80 year old mom. We had been traveling and they needed some down time. I booked this hotel because their check in was at 3 verses 4 like most hotel. But it didn’t work that way. Maybe your luck would be better than mine.

What an amazing experience! I chose this location because of the positive reviews. I needed a quiet getaway to rest and regain strength and energy. The Staybridge did not disappoint. I arrived early and Abby at the front desk was so kind to accommodate me. She had me set up in no time. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is top shelf - fresh fruit, hot options, cereal, bagels, etc. The room was quiet and clean. When you walk into the hotel you are greeted with a fresh clean aroma that permeates the environment. There are several eateries in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay very clean and great space! The only thing I would've like was a more comfortable bed that did not cave in at the middle as our did and breakfast items were missing and we had to wait a little bit longer to get certain food.

Amazing!! It was clean and updated. Front desk staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was delicious. I asked if they had disposable plates that I could use to bring the breakfast to my room, and they told me to feel free and take the regular dinner plate to my room. They’ll take care of the rest. I placed it in the dishwasher for them but the overall convenience of my stay was very smooth and well done.

I stayed for 3 nights as a solo female traveler for friend birthday. My room was nice and clean. The hotel is clean, safe and secluded from the busy street. Sugar loaf mall is 3 minute drive as well as plenty of other shops and food options. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Atlanta.

I had a very pleasant, quiet stay. I was disappointed in that my room wascat the very end of the hall from the elevator and I use a rollator; also there was coffee to make but no utensils nor creamer/sugar accessory packets to use. I was told to get something from housekeeping whenever they came around.

We have been to quite a few hotels in different areas recently and this has been one of our favorites by far! It was so clean, smelled amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.
